America's 200 and 50th birthday. I came to CMI, Florida to remind you of why you're at this dinner. You're here because you believe in a great country. You're not like Barack Hussein Obama. You don't believe that America should be reimagined. (00:32) You don't believe America should be fundamentally transformed. Everyone in this room believes that America was great from the signing of the Declaration of Independence. And that greatness we are not willing to let go of. And tonight I want to remind you that you as a conservative what your job is. (01:02) We're not like the liberals or the radicals. We're conservatives. What does it mean conserve? Preserve. We're preservatives. These people in this room tonight. You are preservatives of America. You are literally what's going to continue the shelf life of this great nation is conservatives. Because conservatives versus the liberals, there is a great difference in us. (01:34) It's in our nature. The liberals believe that the way to a better world is to tear down America and to build something brand new from the rubble. They distrust our past. They're embarrassed by America's past. They want to wipe the slate clean. They love to talk about America's sins. They love to talk about how we're colonizers and how that America was slave owners. (02:13) But I want you to hear me tonight. Slavery was never a shame on America. It was a shame on humanity because it was not America that created that despicable institution that was existing in the days of Cain and Abel. Slavery has existed in every society. White people were enslaved. Black people were enslaved. (02:45) Irish people were enslaved. Italian people were enslaved. Slavery is not America's shame because it was America that ended humanity shame. >> AMEN. [applause] >> IT WAS OUR MOTHERS AND FATHERS THAT sent their children to die for the black man. It was our mothers and fathers that sent our children to die for slavery. You know why? Because in the document of America, we prophesied that all men >> were created equal. (03:30) Oh, IT TOOK A LITTLE WHILE FOR THE POTENTIALITY TO REACH UP WITH THE REALITY. BUT BECAUSE OF AMERICAN [clears throat] GREATNESS, that stain has been removed from planet earth, from sea to shining sea, from all over the world. America is great AND WE DON'T HAVE TO REIMAGINE IT. We don't have to. Your children will come home from college ashamed to be American. (04:03) WE ARE NOT COLONIZERS. WHAT WE ARE, we have a duty to the world. Anytime that you're the elder brother. You have a duty to the whole family. The United States is the elder brother of the whole world. WE WERE ORDAINED BY GOD AND RAISED UP to be A CITY, A SHINING city on a hill. WITH THAT COMES RESPONSIBILITY. And America has answered THE CALL TO THAT responsibility for 250 years. (04:44) I'M NOT ASHAMED TO be an American. I'm proud to be an American. >> [applause] >> The difference in me AND YOU AND BARACK HUSSEIN AND MICAH MICHELLE IS THIS. THE CONSERVATIVE LOOKS AT SOMETHING PRECIOUS. If you're a conservative, you look at something precious, >> something that took centuries to build. And the first instinct that we have is not to smash it, but to protect it, to conservative, to hand it to our children the way we got it. (05:35) Because as a conservative, your nature is preservation, not radical change. We're the ones that keeps the lights on while everyone else argues about burning down the house. And so I question and I bring you a question today. Why do we fight for America? After all, just another nation, just another piece of land. (06:05) What is it in us that has been called to conserve this nation? And I'm going to anchor that question in the line of a song that every one of you have sang a billion times. A line so familiar you have probably let it roll off of your lips without ever stopping to think about what you were singing. The line goes like this. America, America, God shed his grace on thee. America. (06:53) >> America. [singing] Just do that one line. God shed his grace on thee. We've sang it so many times, but I doubt you've ever thought about that line. My job tonight, I'm going to make you think about that line. It doesn't say America may God shed his grace on thee. It states it as a fact. He already has. It looks back over the nation and declares it as a settled fact. (07:34) God shed his grace on thee. Now, most people claim to believe the Bible. I'm going to assume those of you here today do. If not, talk to me after service and I'll help you get straight. >> THE GOD OF THE BIBLE, the one that never changes. We seem to think he's not involved in politics. He put borders and boundaries around every nation. (08:06) He was so interested in nations that he also raised up the presidents or the kings and the Bible said he raises them up and he takes them down. >> Now if YOU SAY YOU BELIEVE THE BIBLE BUT you don't believe those verses then you don't believe the Bible. And as we go on and on and on all through the scriptures, WE FIND GOD moving leaders to for certain nations. (08:37) Now, we have a problem in America. We sort of think that God created this great nation, shed his grace on her, and forgot her. Oh, no. He loved her so much, he raised up Donald Trump to save her. >> Yeah. >> [applause] >> You can take that to the bank because it's a fact. Notice that God's grace was poured out on a specific piece of real estate, a specific people. (09:15) So when Katherine Lee Bates stood at the top of Pikes Peak in 1893, she looked out over the spacious skies and the amber waves of grain and she wrote that song, America, it's established fact something special about you. God shed an abundant amount of grace on you. And I fear that as Americans, we forget the amount of grace that God has given to this nation. (09:58) So, my job tonight is to help you remember the grace so that you can tell your skeptical son-in-law and your cynical grandchild that America is special. She's not just an accident. She was discovered by a Jew. Christopher Columbus was a Jew. Many people doesn't know that, but the DNA just came back and he was a Jew. (10:29) And because of this, America was no roll of the dice. >> From the ground that we stand on to the men that built her, there has been grace, shed deliberately and generously. And once you see what I'm about to teach you, you can never unsee it. Let's not start tonight with 1776. We'll get there in a moment. (10:59) But let's start on the firmara, the ground, the soil called North America, the United States of America. Because before there was a Declaration of Independence, there was a piece of real estate. And I know you've never really thought about this piece of real estate, how blessed it is by the grace of God. But did you know, I'm going to teach you right now that America is the most blessed piece of real estate on planet Earth. (11:30) And we're going to look at the land. We are the biggest block of land on planet Earth that actually grows things. We are 4% of the world's population and we feed the world. Corn, soybean, wheat, sorghum. Now, why here? Why is our real estate so blessed? Because of a second gift from grace that I bet you've never thought about. (12:08) One word has made America great. It's our rivers. I know you was expecting something dynamic. >> Did you know that the United States of America has 250,000 rivers? >> Wow. >> Now, oh, but Toto, other lands have rivers. Oh, no. Not like America. >> We're the only nation where the rivers connect. We're the only nation where our rivers turn into a navigable connection of water highways. (12:52) Most people don't know that the rivers connect. The Mississippi connects with the Ohio. The Ohio connects with the Missouri and then the Tennessee. In every other country, all the rivers run in separate directions. They have big rivers, long rivers, but they don't create navigable highways for trade. >> Wow. >> And that highway runs straight through the richest farmland on planet Earth. (13:28) I've come to teach you tonight God shed his grace on thee America and why we fight for America. Now why does that matter you ask? I'll tell you why. In Russia, in China, anywhere else a farmer when he grows a crop, guess what he has to do? He has to move it to market by road, by rail, or over the mountains. (13:56) half of his profit is gone before he sells a bushel. But not in America. In America, the farmer just takes his product to the edge of the water and that river flows right through the heartland and they just literally put everything on the water and free of charge it just floats down the river creating the greatest economy. (14:21) You and I did not create the greatest economy in the world. God did. when he connected the rivers. God shed his grace on thee. I I I we WE DON'T UNDERSTAND. WE TAKE these things for granted. America is blessed and anybody that fights for her is blessed. Not only the rivers. Did you know that the finest natural deep water harbors on the entire planet are in the United States of America? San Francisco Bay, Chesapeake Bay, and New York Bay free of charge. It was given to us free. (15:05) Do you know that other nations would give up half their country for one of our bays? God shed his grace on thee, America. You're not just a normal nation. You are the greatest nation in all of the world. And then how else did Yahweh bless America? Oh, he dug for us the deepest moes called the Pacific and the Atlantic. (15:35) He put walls around us that no enemy could ever touch us. God shed his grace on thee. In Europe, you can put one foot over your border to the next country. Not so in America. God dug out two moes and wrapped it around us and said, "No enemy will ever ever be able to touch you. (16:02) " Two oceans that no enemy army has ever crossed to conquer us. America grew up behind the two biggest moes of the world. God shed his grace on thee and you need to never forget it. amber waves of grain, the fruited plain. That woman when she wrote those words was looking at the most generously provisioned land on the face of the earth. (16:34) And you need to remember that when you're talking about America. Now, ground is a good thing and we thank God for it. We are blessed. However, but if you've got good ground without a good republic on it, you've got a wilderness. NOW, I WANT TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT THE next blessing that God gave America that you need to preserve and conserve. (16:58) Every historian on the left and the right, religious or secular, all tell you that there is one indispensable man in America. Indispensable. What does indispensable mean? Without this one man, there would be no America. >> His name is George Washington. Without George Washington, there is no United States of America, no victory in the Revolution. (17:34) You may have never thought about this. You've heard the story a million times. the entire republic. This is important because when people hear me defending Donald Trump so viciferously, even when he says things that makes people's skin crawl, >> sometimes I just want to send him a text and but but you know what? Here's one thing I've learned. (18:04) America was so desperate for truth, we were willing to take it however it came. >> Amen. >> We got sick of fork tongue politicians that we were willing to take it however it came. It's just like a few days ago, Donald Trump said something that sent even conservatives through the roof. >> Okay? >> And I'm going to help you understand it. (18:29) Donald Trump said that without me with his braggadocious self, there would be no Israel. >> Boy, everybody got their knickers in a wad over that one. Everybody. >> And when he said it, I'm screaming, "Amen." >> Because I understand Donald Trump. >> I understand how the man thinks. Let me ask you all a question. (18:59) What if King David would have stood up and said, "Without me, there would be no Israel today." How many of you would have to say, "You're right." >> Without King David destroying Goliath, would there be an Israel? >> All the conservatives WENT ON FACEBOOK, "UH-UH. ONLY GOD." NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. (19:25) GOD DON'T LIVE ON EARTH. HE LIVES IN HEAVEN. Anything God's ever done on planet Earth, he said, "I sought for a man." >> God never killed Goliath. A man did. >> God never saved Israel one time. A man did. MOSES. IMAGINE IF MOSES SAID, "Without me there would be no Israel." We would all say, "Oh, no, no, no. WITHOUT GOD. (19:57) " WE BUT YOU SEE what's understood need not be explained. We all understand that if God behind those men, but to to deny that without Moses there would be no Israel, that makes you a dummy. >> And when Donald TRUMP SAYS IF YOU WOULD HAVE had Camela Harris for president, there would be no Israel. Believe it. It was riding with him to gra and no >> because one man IS ALL God needs. (20:31) Here's the way it works. Anytime God's ever gotten ready to do something, the first thing he does, he looks for a man. He doesn't do it by himself. Why? Get my book on Amazon called Partners with God. God has always chosen a man and said, "Hey buddy, me and you are going to get this job done. I need your hands, but you need my power. (20:58) I need your mouth, but you need my wisdom." Put them both together and Donald Trump told the truth. Without him, Israel would have been blown to pieces with a NUCLEAR BOMB FROM IRAN. IT'S A FACT. >> [applause] >> And when I LOOK AT GEORGE Washington and I say something like without George Washington there would be no America. (21:28) Ain't it funny how everybody can say amen about that. Amen. >> But let Donald Trump say that about it. See it's it's you got to quit being dumb. You've got to open your mind and you've got to quit listening to the words and listen to the intent. Quit listening to the verbs and the nouns and listen TO THE TRUTH. (21:52) IT hides behind the words. George Washington was one of those men. Without him, there would be no America. The entire republic hangs on George Washington. You may not know the stories I'm about to tell you. I'm story number one. George Washington, young man, 21 years old, he was sent on a 500mile journey through the frozen wilderness. (22:29) On the way back on that journey, they hired a guy to help them get through the frozen winter. This man they did not know was hired to kill George Washington. They hired him to be their guide. And suddenly George Washington, 21, is walking in the cold. And this guy goes 15 ft, turns around, aims his weapon at 21-year-old George Washington, and just like Butler, Pennsylvania, he misses. (23:10) Mr. Google, >> even a child could hit someone 15t away. This was a trained marksman hired to kill George Washington at 21 years old. He couldn't have missed if he wanted to. The gun fired but the ball didn't touch him. And then not long after that at the b at the battle of Manangahila when Bradock was defeated, Washington is now a young officer in the British army when his column was ambushed. (23:51) Now he was on horseback. Listen to this. He was sitting up high, perfect target from the Indians. And one after another, everyone around George Washington, everyone was shot and killed one after another. As a MATTER OF FACT, GEORGE WASHINGTON'S HORSE WAS shot dead under him. He jumps off the horse, jumps on another one. (24:20) That one was shot dead. And when the smoke cleared and the battle was over, George Washington took off his coat. There were four bullet holes through his fabric. Four. Not one of them touched the man inside of it. He wrote this letter on July the 18th, 1755. And here's what he wrote in his own hand. (24:48) It's preserved at the Smithsonian Institute. He said, "BY THE ALL powerful hand of God, I have been protected beyond all human possibility or probability. For I had four bullets through my coat, two horses shot under me, but somehow I escaped unheard. Although death was leveling all [snorts] of my companions all around me, God shed his grace on the America. (25:29) Without George Washington, God had to keep that man alive to conserve this nation. A few days after that, George Washington went to his home church. His pastor was Samuel Davies. Pastor Davies took off his glasses and they said that he looked over at George Washington and prophesied these words. After George survived, he looked at him with the voice of God and said these words, "I cannot but hope that God has preserved you in such a manner that you will give some very important service to this country. (26:27) " >> Sense happens. His pastor prophesied and told him, "God saved you for a very important service to your country." A few days later, HE GOT A visit from an old Indian chief. This is all at the Smithsonian Institute. 16 years after that battle, this Indian found George Washington and he said these words, "I was there at that battle by the river. (27:07) I was firing at you. I told my best marksman, "Bring him down. We aimed at no one else except you and Al. Not one of us could touch you." And from his very words, the chief's words are saved at the institute. It says these words. He said, "A power far [screaming] greater than we had shielded you from harm. YOU WILL BECOME THE CHIEF OF A NATION. (27:43) AND A PEOPLE YET unborn will hail you as the founder of a mighty empire. God shed his grace on you, AMERICA. HALLELUJAH. >> And now let's just move forward. My time is running out. Let's roll the tape. I come to remind you what you're fighting for. You've been given a gift by God himself. You've been given a duty and a responsibility to conserve it and not to let liberals decimate it, recreate it, and destroy it. (28:31) God gave the blessing. But remember, my friend, WHEN GOD GAVE ADAM THE GARDEN OF EDEN, he told him, "I gave it to you, but you dress it and keep it." >> That's your job, to keep America, to conserve it, to never stop showing up to find out how to fight for her because that's how important it is. Let's fast forward to 1941. (29:01) America enters the Second World War. We didn't want to. We had just been a decade in depression. Our banks were broke. We were busted. We had no arsenal. But in less than four years, let me show you what happened. the greatest empire of that day, Russia, the USSR. America was broke. We were busted and disgusted from the Great Depression. (29:38) But in those four years, we created 86,000 tanks, 2,400,000 military trucks, 6500 rifles, 96,000 bomber aircraft, and 41 billion rounds of ammunition. In other words, God shed his grace and we won a war that we were not even we had no way to win it. There was no way. We walked into that war as a weakling, but we walked out of it the most powerful nation the world has ever seen. (30:22) God shed his grace on us in 1941. And then suddenly, look what happened. I want to show you God's grace. What was our greatest enemy at that time? USSR. The empire of 300 million people. The Red Army. Some of you don't remember the Red Army. The fear that America lived under. A nuclear arsenal aimed at us. But that empire that scared America so bad, it fell. (31:01) But the strange thing about it, it did not fall in a war. There was no mushroom cloud over the Kremlin. America's greatest enemy suddenly on the last day of 1991 just disappeared. Me too. >> They just took down the flag over the Kremlin. And the most dangerous standoff in the history of humanity ended like that without a but without a shot. America, if you're American today, please hear me. (31:46) Do you realize that God did that for America? Our greatest enemy dissolved, not just destroyed, dissolved overnight without one bullet. God has truly shed his grace >> on you, America. The most dangerous standoff. I want to close tonight. And I want to remind you that the land that God has given you, the republic he has given you, if you can keep it, every bit of it was a gift placed in your hands. (32:27) Your grandparents left you a republic. Your greatgrandparents left you a gift that they inherited. I asked you tonight, how can you ever get tired of fighting for your inheritance? America is our inheritance. And if we do not conserve it, who will? If you ever get tired of voting, tired of fighting, if you ever get tired of telling the truth, remember someone left you something and it's your duty to fight for it with the last breath of your body. (33:16) America is God's gift to the world, and you were called to keep that gift. Truly, he has shed his grace on thee. Now, most people say, "Well, God's not a Republican." >> He's >> I agree. He never registered. He forgot. Evidently, >> I >> he's not a Republican. So, why do we fight for the Republican party or for at least the Conservative party? I'll tell you why. (33:52) Even though God is not Republican, I'll tell you what he is. Pro-life. >> Amen. >> Amen. >> Amen. [applause] >> He's pro- border. He's pro- law and order. He's pro- male and female. and he's pro- Israel. >> That's the God I serve and that's the party I conserve. Thank you. God bless you. Keep fighting America. (34:31) Keep shouting for America.
