Quoting the words of the Messiah. That is not the response of a man performing for cameras. That is the response of a man whose posture of the heart was already oriented toward YAHWEH before the rocket left the ground — and the view from 252,000 miles simply confirmed everything he already believed. If an astronaut can preach from lunar orbit — you can preach at your dinner table tonight. PART TWO: THE EVIDENCE THAT ENDS THE ARGUMENT Now. Let’s deal with the conspiracy. I am going to drive five nails into this lie’s coffin. Each one, on its own, is sufficient. Together, they are devastating. And it is driving him to build rockets, to fund missions, to dedicate his fortune and his genius to the single idea that humanity belongs out there. He is right. He just doesn’t know why. “I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.” — Isaiah 51:16 YAHWEH’s Space Program Was Running Before NASA Was Born PLANT the heavens. Not visit them. Not photograph them. PLANT them — the way a gardener plants a garden. The way a father plants a legacy. The way a Creator plants His family in a universe that was always meant to be filled with life, with glory, with the children of the Most High God. Right now, the universe is lifeless. Magnificent — yes. Breathtaking — absolutely. But lifeless. Barren. Waiting. Paul writes in Romans 8:21 that the whole of creation — the entire universe — is in bondage to decay. Groaning. Waiting. For what? Waiting for the sons of YAHWEH to be revealed. Waiting for His Family to be completed and sent out into what He made. The universe is not waiting for NASA. It is not waiting for SpaceX. It is waiting for YOU — sons and daughters born into His nature, trained on this small blue planet, prepared for something that has never been attempted in the history of all creation. YAHWEH’s space program makes NASA look like a paper airplane. And it has been in development since before the foundation of the world. Isaiah 35:1 says the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose. Not just the Sahara. Not just the Negev. There are deserts all over the universe — dead planets, barren moons, lifeless rocks orbiting distant stars. And the plan of YAHWEH is to send His sons into those deserts and make them bloom. The Longing That No Animal Shares This is why the longing is in you. This is why you look up. This is why no amount of cynicism, no conspiracy theory, no bitter disillusionment with governments and institutions can kill the pull you feel toward the stars. YAHWEH put it there. It is the memory of your destiny, encoded in your nature, calling you forward to something you cannot yet fully see. PART FOUR: THE POSTURE OF THE HEART “The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.” — Proverbs 14:15 Again, Skepticism is a tool. Cynicism is a prison.
