is on the agenda for tonight what are we going to talk about well I have a huge I Told You So tonight uh concerning election frogs a big I told you so actually I have two of them 8 tonight two of them also Mike Johnson as promised impeachment is on the way we're going to go over that real quick and then we've we've had a surprise switch from the Empire over here to the Jedi that's right we've had a major Democratic operative that is changing teams and we'll talk all about that tonight Carrie Lake great news for her and the State of Arizona we will let you know what that's about tonight Nikki Haley uh Professor Toto has a little hunch about Nikki that I want to talk to you about and then we're going to talk about that uh that dictator for a day right there that's what 9 we're going to be talking about tonight dictator for a day and then for our monologue this evening I'm going to teach you the path to Legal victory at the Supreme Court for president Trump I'm going to break down for you in in the minutest detail what that case is and how Donald Trump will win that case at the Supreme Court so wow just so much to talk about tonight so let's get right to it why don't you do me a favor if you don't mind would you share right now now if you're watching on YouTube and Rumble every like and every love you know what it does it doesn't make me feel better but 10 algorithms they like knowing that you're watching so right now get out of your easy chair lean up just a hair and push that little like button and let's see if we can't get this message out to the world tonight right so lot a lot a lot of things that uh we want to break down for you tonight the first I Told You So I want to talk to you about this I told you so but before I do it let's sing our little song to sing you a little song the old country song goes sort of like this 3 2 1 I told you so I told you so I told you so I told you so told you so I told you so I told you so frog ribbit frog 11 ribbit frog ribbit y'all ready for my song Hold on I told you I told you so 3 two one 3 two one let's get to it so the first one I want to talk to you about is very important actually it is um coming from let me share the screen with you and we'll read this together and uh I believe believe you're going to see something very very important okay so it's coming to us uh from I believe yeah there was a I'm trying to see what poll it was so here's a picture of illegal ballots and legal ballots right now even though the election is over and Joe Biden is still the fake president 81 million votes for 12 Joe Biden will never be accepted by half of the country over half actually now why is that here's your answer the covid pandemic permitted Democratic secretaries of state to figle the inperson and mailin voting protocols which courts have retroactively ruled was illegal in States like Michigan and Pennsylvania the state legislatures then run by Republicans had to sign off on the new measures and that was the steel now let me read this to you the number of Integrity issues and electoral impropriety could scale Mount Everest but rasmusen and Harland Institute has conducted a survey where 20% of 13 mailin Voters admitted that they cheated in the last election more than 20% of Voters who used mailin ballots in 2020 admit they participated in at least one form of election fraud a new national telephone and online survey by Ras M reports and the Heartland Institute finds that 21% of likely voters who voted by absentee or mail in ballot in the 2020 election say they filled out a ballot in part or in fool on behalf of a friend or a family member such as a spouse or a child 30% of those surveyed said they voted by absentee or mailin ballot in the 2020 election 19% of those who cast mailin 14 votes say that a friend or family member filled out their ballot in part or in full on their behalf furthermore 177% of mailin Voters say that in the 2020 election they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident all of the these practices are illegal 177% of those say they signed a ballot on behalf of a friend or a family member with or without their permission and forging a signature on a ballot or a ballot envelope are fraudulent activities among other findings of this poll 46% of those surveyed voted for Joe Biden in 20 20 45% for Donald Trump more Biden voters 15 than Trump 36 to 23 say they voted by absentee or mail and ballot 38% of Democrats voted compared to 24% of Republicans now why is that a major I told you so because from day one I reiterated what Donald Trump said over and over president Trump said if we lose the election it will be because of male in ballots now I have told you for three years now that the the steal if you will was in the fact that Democratic secretaries of State changed the protocol they changed the rules in the middle of the game without leg legislative approval which is what as many courts have said retroactively it was 16 illegal now if you change the rules in the middle of a game and you make those rules illegal or if you change them to uh an illegal uh exception then what have you done what have you done for the entire election those votes that you caused a man to win with were illegal so I'm that's a big I told you so because many people made the mistake of going down the road of um ballot machines being messed up and granted they may I'm not here to argue that but I always said that's not the road to go down from the beginning I told you don't go down that road it leads to Nowhere what I don't I don't mean 17 that it's not true but I simply mean that in a court of law the only thing that we can prove without a shadow of a doubt that a judge will listen to is illegal votes versus legal votes in the mail and ballot process so that has been verified that 20 nearly 30% of the mailin ballots that were surveyed was done illegally and I told you so oh I told you so so there you go we were right they were wrong another big I told you so that I want you to listen closely to the Democrat left-wing media is losing their minds over a poll that came out [Music] today you're not going to believe this poll all my 18 Michigan people wake up tonight watch this all my Michigan people watch the poll that came out today and then I want you to listen after you see the polls listen to the conversation and see if you can pick up on an I told you so from my past classes all right here we go York Byron thanks for being here appreciate it uh you know elections so often are decided in Battleground States because of the electoral college system system that we have in our Republic two of them are Georgia and Michigan now Biden won both of those States in 2020 uh in 2020 and look what happened now in a in a one-on-one 19 one toone CNN poll uh we have Trump beating Biden in Georgia 49% to 44% and Michigan my God look at Michigan 50% to 40% uh that's pretty damaging for President Biden isn't it you know you set aside all the rest of former president Trump's troubles and today was an incredibly good day for him in the polls uh you're right there's the Wall Street Journal poll showing a national lead over Biden uh the CNN poll with these two key States Georgia and Michigan a 10-point lead in Michigan that's huge and there was yet another one which is the big De Moine register poll in Iowa showing him actually 20 extending his already huge lead in the Iowa caucuses which would give him a a big start uh to getting the Republican nomination so uh if you're just looking at polls today is a very good day well for Donald Trump I'm sure there are a lot of Democrats looking at polls and freaking out right now I mean the a sign of their Panic is is they're turning to Hillary Clinton of all people uh to try to pull in more women do you think there's any effect of of having Hillary Clinton Clinton stumping for for President Biden I mean particularly as they try to bring in more women who they' been losing well 21 if you look at the Wall Street Journal uh Trump Biden poll um Trump has a huge lead on all the issues like the economy and the border and uh foreign affairs things like that but the one issue where where Biden has a really big lead is abortion because of the continuing yearslong uh fallout of the do's decision so is it possible that Hillary Clinton who's long been associated with a Cause like that could actually help the President Biden in some areas it's it's possible uh sure certainly wouldn't hurt because everything looks terrible for Joe Biden just at this moment but I mean with that 22 single issue I know that they they point to 2022 the midterms and say that that prevented the the red sweep that many people were expecting the abortion issue itself but things have deteriorated on so many different fronts people still aren't feeling good about the economy even though inflation has come down a bit it's not Rising as fast as quickly as it was uh we may have avoided a recession but still just people just don't feel it and then you look at what's happening internationally I mean the the two Wars are are are getting worse than ever we're now uh getting deep in it in in the Middle 23 East as well as our troops are being fired on not to mention the border which is just getting completely out of control yeah and I I think that the the White House knows all of these things very very well so they think what can President Biden do and by the way the poll also showed people deeply concerned about the president's uh mental capacities and his physical ability uh to carry out another term as president so you put all that together uh just terrible deficits for Biden on all sorts of issues terrible deficits on the age and you think well what does he have left well he has the threat 24 of Maga and I think that what we're going to see a lot in the campaign are threats that Donald TR will essentially be the end of American democracy and there's one one polling result from 2022 the the midterms I think that was really informative which is uh in exit polls of people who said the economy was only okay they didn't think things were going that well for them economically they still voted for Biden in part because they were were made to fear that American democracy might end if Trump Affiliated uh candidates won the election well Byron you know who knows polls better than anybody in 25 America and that's that's Lee Carter who joins us now who's who's been trying desperately to get here and she just made it so so Lee we've been we've been parsing all of these polls which poll is of most interest to you I mean you look at these things every day from every angle which one are are you really facing right now and and could be a maker or breaker for the for President Biden well I I mean everything across the board looks terrible for Joe Biden right now there's not one measure that he should be proud of as except for as Byron said abortion is the one issue all right all right I got 26 to Ed you m you right now can I Eder M you I have told you for at least six months whenever so many of you were blowing up my email how can you still support president Trump when he he's will not commit to an abortion ban how can you support Trump Trum he's he's the most lenient of all of them on abortion you're a man of God how could you support him and not Ronda santis that wants a strong ban on abortion I'll tell you why because I live in the real world I don't live in the Land of Oz where things are as I wish them to be I live right here in Kansas where things are what they are and there 27 was one man that knew what these guys just told you that the only area that Trump or anybody Trump especially could be beat in with Joe Biden if there was any hope for Biden it will be like the midterms where everyone comes out to vote for abortion guess who foresaw that guess who's the chess player guess who foresaw that the only one of all of those people that that that show up for the guest who's not going to be president debate thank you brother Keith Mar and I liked that earlier get all the ones that show up for the I'm not going to be president debate they've all got it wrong on abortion 28 we hate abortion absolutely Donald Trump was smart enough to know you don't say everything you want to accomplish and he was smart enough to know that okay so Donald Trump said that he was definitely against abortion but they said will you commit to a ban on abortion federally he said no I won't commit to that and y'all went people went crazy the evangelicals went insane but I knew what he was doing the man's got to win the war he's got to get to the White House he's got to get there where hopefully he can appoint two more conservative justices before his his tenure is over with now when I 29 told you guys that people didn't you know they didn't see it but I wanted to play that clip so you could see they need Trump to take a hard line on abortion why so that they can clip it and play it for the next year and scare up the anti-abortion uh uh the the abortion activist which will drive people to the polls and that's the only hope Joe Biden has now I'm not the only one that says that now you just heard it in that clip that is his only hope to play up the abortion angle see the truth is no one has ever done more for abortion than Donald John trump it was under his tenure singlehandedly 30 that Ro v Wade was overturned it seemed impossible and by the way if you've not heard my sermon on abortion you can go watch it on fhtv type in the word the missing Manchild listen to that I the the end of abortion is here and I promise you it's coming but sometimes you have to be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove that's right Carol tremble you're exactly right and Don the great you were the first one that heard that congratulations you get five gold stars from your favorite Professor tonight okay so guys listen we are in a war your favorite little issue is not what's important it 31 really isn't what's important is Donald Trump Trump must win the White House all right Mike Johnson made a promise that he would bring impeachment charges against Joe Biden and unlike Kevin McCarthy it is now a reality uh matter of fact a number of Republican Representatives that are in blue and even Pro Biden District are finally relenting and that's the reason Mike couldn't move forward until now he could not get those Biden District representatives to join but now um they are joining and the GOP expects to go to court to enforce their subpoenas and Mike Johnson he under his tenure he 32 promised to release the January the six tapes we have them the only ones we don't have is is the ones that he wants to blur to protect who's in the video from the FBI isn't that crazy so he's done that and now now uh we are moving forward with an impeachment of Joe Biden and in case you forget why um we have records actually the house has records that they have accumulated that undercuts Hunter Biden's claims that he never made money from China that's what they said they never made money from China We Know Better Bank records have showed that claim is false other records have shown President 33 Biden received money from aasco PC which is Hunter company and he was getting a monthly paycheck from them and that money came from China and the Ukraine ALS also we have email logs showing President Biden messaging Eric scharen one of Hunter Biden's closest business partners while he was vice president those emails indicate the president is hiding something Mike Johnson said and hiding is what they do best they are hypocrites they are liars and they cover their track so well but the problem is truth may be a long time coming but when it comes it does not take long let me give you an example 34 of that hypocrisy you'll enjoy this all I'm asking is pay your fair share pay your fair share pay your fair share we're doing it by making the wealthy and big corporations began to start to pay their fair share I'm going to make sure the wealthy pay their fair share I just think it's about just paying your fair share for Lord's sake pay your fair share all I'm asking is pay your fair share pay your fair share pay your fair share we're doing it by making the wealthy and big corporations began to start to pay their fair share I'm going to make sure the wealthy pay their fair share I just think 35 it's about just paying your fair share for Lord's sake pay your fair share yes sir sir daddy yes sir you are you talking about you're talking about the one that tax evasion your son that you were in business with I got you I'm sorry yes sir we will pay our fair share everybody everybody pay your fair share everybody pay your fair share that was too funny Sherry [Laughter] Kent have mercy Lord have mercy by the way Mike Johnson has no experience hardly at all and guess what he did today he broke a GOP fundraising record that Kevin McCarthy had set so congratulations Mike um also we have a 36 lifelong Democrat lifelong he is an operative who fundraised for Joe Biden Bernie Sanders and uh his name is will pierce he was a Biden fundraiser during the 2020 presidential campaign was the executive director of draft Biden 2016 he also worked for Bernie Sanders in 16 and 20 in both presidential campaigns both of them all right and this man that started out with the draft Biden is now uh leaving Biden so that's interesting they're boy they jump in ship over there watch this carefully a lifelong Democrat who campaigned for Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders is now leaving the party and becoming a 37 republican in an oped will pierce right the main reason I'm leaving the Democratic party is its utter disconnect with the American people the party that once Champion the working class has now been overtaken by Elite and affluent hubs who couldn't care less about the struggles of the average America American that author will pierce joins me now will great to have you on the program look you weren't just a democratic voter you were practically a Democratic party operative so what was the final straw for you I think over the years hard the party has changed from its ideals um I personally view 38 politics has a game of a dist you have to get to 50% plus one and unite people all the way around if you look at the Democratic party right now they to put people in boxes and label them rather than unite them do Democrats just not care about the voters that they say they care about I think it's changed over years just if you just look at recent races like look down in Houston Vera Jackson Lee for example this is pretty much a leader four years in a Democratic party and her votes just abysmal around 30% and it's just people in a Democratic party they just do not understand about the needs of 39 all if you look at today for example Zuni going up to the capital the Democrats care more about what's happening in Kiev and what's going on on the southern border they care about more about just IDE ological stuff such as who you are as a um it's more about basically just like what you are your gender your race Etc than who you are as a person well the rot starts at the top and in a new poll from The Wall Street Journal 60% of Voters disapprove of Joe Biden's economy followed by 64% disapproval of Joe Biden's border over half disapprove of Joe Biden's handling of the war in Israel so will how 40 much is Joe Biden to blame for people like you leaving the Democratic party I'll be honest um when I support Biden back in 2015 2016 I you know I was looking at his record over the years and that's the main reason why I supported the president at this point though if you look at um just the economy if you look at where we are as a nation if you look at where we are as a people he has not done what he promised to do or just as he's supposed to do as president now that's the man that helped draft Joe Biden that's the man that led the fundraising to get Biden in office and is now Jumping Ship 41 ashamed of his vote ladies ladies and gentlemen Donald Trump is already president let me explain it like this right this is a foregone conclusion it's a done deal we're just waiting for time to catch up with the truth it's just like when Yahweh the god of Heaven said that Jesus Christ was crucified before the world was ever created what do you mean by that that what he meant was it's a done deal it's already happened even though it hasn't happened it's so guaranteed that it's already done and then the Bible says in the fullness of time yua came forth well all we're waiting for is November the 42 3D we're just waiting for the fullness of time and this is something that you need to know tonight you have kept the faith you yeah the ones that your families have disowned you the ones that you're not allowed to yes you have kept the faith and you're going to see the results of that we're here ladies and gentlemen there's an old gospel song that says I've come too far to look back that's us we've come too far to look back if you're home tonight discouraged if you're home and you're nervous because of what all they're doing to Donald Trump oh oh poppycock Tom Foolery perish the thoughts it's 43 already done we just got to sit here on the recliner and wait for November the 3 uh you know while these uh people that go to the I'm not going to be president debates uh while while they go through all of their emotions so anyway and and look the economy is so bad right now in this nation so so bad that I read an article earlier today that said it is the biggest nursing Exodus in 40 years the movement of nurses away from Hospital employment may be the most damaging Health Care workplace impact of the planemic there is a Exodus of nurses from hospitals and that is all because of how that 44 entire pandemic was handled many of them that didn't want to be vaccinated that's one of the reasons and uh so anyway also congratulations tonight are in order to carrye Lake and Arizona because Cary Lake uh was endorsed Yesterday by Senator Tom Cotton and that endorsement in Arizona will be a game Cher for Cary lake so she the the woman has worked so hard the woman has fought so hard that I was so happy to see that endorsement come her way no one deserves it any more than she does so congratulations to Carrie Lake that endorsement will make a difference all right on the chalkboard what's next 45 Who's Next let's see number five Nikki Haley wow all right sometimes I get these hunches you know and then a few days later after I get a hunch I'll see something on the news and I'm like hey that's exactly what I was thinking um now this may not happen it's not a prediction it's a hunch I'll tell you if it's a prediction okay the only prediction I can make is that he will not be the president that guy right there now that's a that's a no no no no that's a prophecy no I'm kidding that's a prediction so we know that um uh Chris is not GNA be the president we know that and we know none of the 46 others will be but I've always wondered why Nikki got in the race now I'm not a Nikki fan I was at one time isn't that strange was a huge Nicki Haley fan at one time back when she was ambassador to the United Nations because she seemed to be Trump all the way or you know with Trump well she made a promise that if Trump ran she would not run then all of a sudden when Ronda santis got in Donald Trump goes to attacking the santis vociferously right off the bat and uh then when Nikki Haley ran Donald Trump has nothing bad to say about her tells her he wish he tells her God bless her he wishes her 47 the best she called Trump to get his permission to run and now she's shooting up the ladder and the Never trumpers are falling in love with her now I know she's Rhino now but I just wonder if they made a deal I just wonder if the plan the whole time is for Trump to be made more palatable to the never trumpers knowing that after he's gone they get Nikki I don't know it may or may not be we'll sit back and watch that one play out but I just I know she's fake Ruth and all of them uh all of them are but but I'm wondering if it was a setup I'm wondering if she's there to get the the female vote and 48 the Never Trumper vote and then he's going to choose her I don't know anyway so that just that thought ran across my mind a few days ago and I said let me run well you know a bird brain Donna is not that bad okay uh I know it's Nicki Pence I know that guys I'm with you I'm not a Nicki fan at all but I'm wondering If he if if that was part of the plan we'll find out but uh I find it interesting because uh oh guess uh guess who endorsed Nikki Haley today Governor shunu a never Trumper a never Trumper support uh endorsed her today all these never trumpers they love them some Nicki I do Adam wio I 49 pray it does become null and boy but I'm wondering if that was not the original plan you know he may rethink it but anyway all right let's talk about Donald Trump's New York fraud trial the defense rested today so that fraud trial has ended and I want you to know that all over the world they are going crazy tonight they're going crazy over over the return of Donald Trump not just Donald Trump but they are going crazy over this picture right here this is what a drained swamp is going to look like very soon this is what a drained swamp for our government is going to look like very soon and as 50 you can tell by this little video clip they're losing it it thinking it's on the way report of cabinet posts under a second Trump term presidency reads like a who's who of incompetence incels and insurrectionists how is this list not immediately disqualifying for Donald Trump because Donald Trump exists in an entirely separate media bubble now he exists in a world where those people are the pictures of his America first movement when in fact these are people that you would not put in charge of a waffle house they are dangerous these are really strange people these are people that Americans if 51 they if they take a long look at it will be repulsed by what the these folks believe he's talking about me and you guys he's talking about us yes his fellow Americans will be repulsed by what we believe dude we're repulsed by what you believe so I reckon everybody's just going to be repulsed but when they look at who Donald Trump is going to put in these cabinet positions it scares the beeses out of every single one of them to know what's coming because ladies and gentlemen it is coming well now we are entering into a new season of The Campaign nothing else has worked nothing has worked so we 52 got one last straw we're going to turn Donald Trump into a dict dictator and we are going to prove to those people in the middle that he plans to be a dictator that's this is their next strategy the left is gone hysterical After experiencing a trifecta of frightening 2024 news the handwriting is on the wall in the Bible it's many many Tel you Farson it means you've been weighed in the balance and found lacking or wanting Joe Biden has been found lacking they know it they know the gig is up one poll that came out today showed that Trump will will win the general election hands down Joe Biden's 53 popularity is below 40% his policies on the economy uh foreign Nations uh the Border crime energy his numbers are plummeting never has an American president utterly and deliberately destroyed immigration law for the sole purpose of inviting in millions of illegal aliens to establish political constituencies created out of nothing this is exactly what he's doing so they got all that they needed just a few days ago Sean Hannity interviewed our beloved leader and uh I say that to drive them crazy anyway uh sit down with President Trump and he asked him a question he said Mr President can you 54 guarantee unequivocally to the world that you will not be a dictator well let me explain something to all of you before I finish that statement Donald Trump has I I'm a lot like Donald Trump when it comes to ignorance stupidity dumbness I don't don't humor it if you say something stupid to me expect a stupid response if you insult my intelligence I'm going to insult your lack of intelligence in a conversation let me give you an example all right if I was debating someone right now no let's say I was doing an interview okay and I'm doing that interview as a pastor well everybody loves to call 55 pastors cult leaders you know we're all cult leaders okay that's fine I know better I know I'm not okay because I I just know uh anyway so I sit down for the interview and we're talking and the man looks at me and says can you guarantee your church that you're not going to be a cult leader first of all I would be so insulted by the question because it it's beneath me I would literally I know me I know me and I would probably say Well only one day a week that's that's what I would say and I would look at him with that look like you stupid what a stupid question yeah uh sir are you're going to 56 be a call leader only one day a week don't worry about it we no just one day a week and then the next morning van on Newsweek I can see it now I've been on Newsweek 32 times in the last three years van admits he is a cult leader no Vine refused to give your stupid question anything but a stupid answer okay so that is exactly what happened with Donald Trump it would be like if you say to me uh in an interview uh Pastor V uh will you promise the world that you you're not going to beat your wife I would say only one day a week in other words if you're that stupid you're gonna you're going to uh 57 get a stupid response and sure enough Sean kened I love you but your question was stupid okay to to ask Donald Trump if he do you promise to be a good boy that's right Tom Chambers sarcasm a lost AR today okay uh Mr Trump do you promise to be a good boy a good president uh excuse me for four years he was the best we've ever had in generation peace and prosperity uh and you're going to ask him if he's going to be a good boy he wasn't a dictator for four years that's a stupid question I mean I I don't know why Sean even asked such a stupid maybe I do know why he did it and I don't want to admit 58 it but it was stupid the whole thing was stupid so what did Donald Trump say Mr President will you promise you're going to be a dictator or not going to be oh only for my first day that's exactly what I would have said he said I'm going to be so much right all right hey hallelujah oh all right we're back let's go to the next story because now Natasha done got me all discombobulated that's all right not really because she needed to hear the truth she might get saved now amen all right ladies and gentlemen it was a statement of Brilliance that Donald Trump made why do I say that he knew exactly what he was doing dictator for a day 65 and then Dominator for the whole week of the headlines what do they say about um coverage good or bad good or bad folks by saying that very word by saying that very word he's now Dominator from a dictator to a Domin he dominates turn the news on right now turn it on right now it's all they're talking about and guess all that does all that does is moves Trump up up up up up up farther and farther and further let's see what the mainstream media has to say about this dictator for a day Trump isn't trying to clean up his dictator comments he is doubling down he's someone who studies strong men is 66 this kind of rhetoric familiar to you it is and he's making uh being a dictator his brand violence is already his brand uh he has been educating the American people to want an authoritarian style of leadership he never admires Democratic leaders across the world it's always autocrats by everyone from musolini to p in Chile up to Trump this is an old Playbook we need to take what Donald Trump is saying literally we should be taking this literal it's very chilling you have dealt with dictators I mean in your role as a national security high level official over the years do you see similarities 67 in some of the tactics that Trump is taking to what you've seen from authoritarian dictators well certainly Nixon Richard Nixon looks like a choir boy next to Donald Trump it's in part it's a signning he doesn't have the slightest idea of what he's doing the damage he did in his first term was not insignificant but it was all repairable the damage he could do in a second term and I say that again even though the terms are disconnected may be irreparable and and frankly there will be no adults in the next Administration they'll either be under investigation or audit or in jail that they will 68 not respect the rule of law that they are in their own world entirely loyal to Trump and so this is absolutely frightening and this is what happens by the way with dictators that slowly their Circle tightens so that only the most loyal the most supplicant the most um DieHard and extreme voices um surround him there is no trip wire on the way to totalitarianism and frankly with the Supreme Court that we have that is so extreme and so differential to executive power there won't even be a court that will stop him and looking forward you argue that this problem will compound in a second term that 69 he'll appoint even more judges who can look favorably on his authoritarianism what might that look like and we sort of see that he's kind of giving us clues for example that interview recently that in during that CNN Town Hall when Hannity was begging him to say he wasn't going to be an autocrat and then he said except on day one so I do think we're really seeing it in him a lot of you know the clues and he's sort of gotten better at being an autocrat it it's not an autocrat baby it's a dictator okay that's what he's going to be a dictator not a not an autocrat he's gonna be a dictator now why 70 are they losing their minds I'd like to show you watch this this is why they're losing their minds Donald Trump leading with an outright majority in Iowa 51% Ronda santis a very distant second at 19 Nikki Haley 16 ramas Swami and Christie at 4 we last ped Iowa in October also with the de Mo register since then look at this Donald Trump's lead he has added eight points to his total so for all those things that we thought might be given to santis a boost over the last month it is Trump despite not participating in the debates again it's Trump who's made the big gains it's remarkable Trump's 71 Surge and popularity among evangelicals who were pretty skeptical of him uh back in 2016 and now he's never been more popular with them so John halman um yes New Hampshire could be a little different it's a different electorate than we see in Iowa that's where I think the Haley Camp thinks they'll Faire better um we know Chris Christy has his long shot hopes uh pinned to New Hampshire as well but as we look at these numbers 51 to9 in a state that Trump previously didn't do all that well are we kidding ourselves to think this is even a race at all this just a simply a foregone conclusion that 72 Donald Trump will be the nominee something like that something like that sir yes you are kidding yourself yes you are yeah it is a foregone conclusion exactly folks that is why they are so upset when I come back in three minutes I'm going to show you Donald Trump's path to victory at the Supreme Court against Jack Smith I'll explain it all be right doing this work we don't have a team team that puts our programs together our 76 shows we do it all we don't get the Privileges of walking in and reading a teleprompter we work to bring you the True News so for those of you that would please visit us at God I'm sorry byby walmart.com please do that and I'll put the uh QR code right there at the top of the screen for those that want to go there right now and visit us well we're playing Lea frog Jack Smith is playing Lea frog if you don't know what LeapFrog is it's where you jump over the next lily pad and go to the other one well the next Lily Pad was supposed to be district court for Donald Trump uh but no not Jack Smith 77 Jack Smith is ready to go to the US Supreme Court and FasTrack his case involving Donald Trump in response to a request from special counsel Jack Smith the Supreme Court has agreed to hear his expedited request now they've not agreed or made any decisions to take the case but they have agreed to hear his desire for them to take it they've given Donald Trump till January the 20th and then they will make a decision shortly thereafter um or is it December the 20th maybe I forget the exact date but um the charges are that Donald Trump tried to overturn the 2020 election um here is what you need to 78 know uh Smith has hopscotched the Appellate Court went right over the appet court because why he must get Donald Trump to trial right before super Tuesday why so that they can get video and share that video all over in their commercials and their advertising and use their law fair and um Smith says that this is a timesaving thing that he must do he says it's necessary because of a practical matter that's the only real way that Jack Smith can get Trump to trial by 2024 now what is this all about Donald Trump is entitled to presidential immunity well he knows Jack Smith knows that he's going to 79 use that defense so instead of that defense now having to wait months for the appell at court to make a decision he's just going to go right over them now um he won Jack Smith won in District Court and then Trump would get an appeal to the court of appeals the Circuit Court which would take months and the loss would have been heard and dragged on at least three or four months before it would go to the Supreme Court so Smith figured out a way to skip the middleman and take it to the Supreme Court a move that gives him the only chance of keeping his trial date on track but what about a victory 80 for Donald Trump what if it backfires on Smith and Trump wins in the Supreme Court immediately two things will go out the window immediately first of all the January the six election case under Jud under judge Chuka it'll go away it's done it's over Atlanta Georgia over just like that poof bam ah you can't press the charge he has presidential immunity and even though Georgia is a state case the principle of immunity still applies so that's what a victory would look like he he would still have to face judge cannon in Florida probably because they alleged that was done after he left office but 81 the truth is it was done before he left office so I believe it will even get rid of the cannon so in one decision all of President Trump's legal problems would go away all all of them go out the window now it was very unusual for the Supreme Court to say yes as quickly as they did very unusual they said yes we will take this and listen to it normally they wouldn't have so you can read that any way you want to they either want to get involved and get this over for the nation or they want to go you know against Trump but the thing is this that is Donald Trump's court now in early January we will 82 get a ruling while he was president is when he did all of these things that they're charging them of doing while he was president now Jonathan Turley addressed this issue another professor and he um basically said said that Jack Smith's trying to work quickly to convict Donald Trump because he fears that the former president will pardon himself when he's elected in 2024 I told you so exactly what we've said from the beginning Trump will pardon himself not only is this Roar 24 This Is War 24 this is a war like you have never seen of lawfare against America's president all right so why do I 83 believe that Trump will win I'm going to give you three paths to Victory what I believe his lawyers must do and if they do it all of his legal problems will disappear in a moment in the twinkling of an eye the dead legal uh battles will all disappear I'm going to give you the three paths number one the best path is to uh argue that his first amendment rights have been violated that's the best path forward number two presidential immunity and number three the stretching of the law for political persecution those three paths I want to break them all down for you right now the First Amendment 84 let's start with number one the first amendment they are violating it by criminalizing political speech an advocacy you can't do that and Donald Trump made this spe speech while he was president and yes political speech is fiery it's filled with euphemism it's filled with silicis it's filled with with fiery rhetoric that is what political stump speeches are for his first amendment gives him the right to tell the audience let's March peacefully down there and let your legislators be petitioned by the people let them hear you loud let's do it peacefully but let's go that's political advocacy the 85 prosecution wants to be America censor with roving authority to criminally prosecute anybody that speaks out against the government's narrative the government's narrative is nothing was stolen Trump disagrees how dare he say that not in my America not in Beloved America that right is protected and if the prosecutors can claim that President Trump's effort to reverse the election certifications amounted to a conspiracy against the government than people advocating against any government action such as covid-19 lockdowns or mask mandates will they face the same charges just because they're 86 speaking vociferously against the government's narrative that's what that's what Donald Trump did he spoke against the official Narrative of the government now the Supreme Court has ruled on cases like this before and they ruled against the government and they said these words and I quote this is a severe chilling effect on speech so if precedent is our guide then there is hope there for Donald Trump in the First Amendment now his political speech is what is protected here because the courts they don't like to play mind leer and what they're doing they're going to put the court in a tough 87 position because they have to prove that Donald Trump in the Deep recesses of his mind knew that he didn't win that is what the prosecutor is facing that is the the the height of evidence that they must produce that not only did Donald Trump Express what he thought but he didn't really think that I'm really concerned about the idea that we can know the mindset of a person and so is the court the court must be convinced that Donald Trump was trying his best to fraud the government brothers and sisters if that man believed what he was saying you're asking him to violate his very conscious to not 88 say it and now you have ripped him of his first amendment right that man believes what that phone pole proved that I quoted earlier he believed that they changed the rules of the game during the game that was his first path to Victory the First Amendment let's talk about the second one presidential immunity his actions that day as Commander in Chief as the head the titular head of the executive department that is tasked with enforcing the law the executive department their job is to make sure the law was abided by so under his duty as president to make sure that those votes were counted 89 legally that they were cast legally was the very definition of his job and therefore he cannot be prosecuted for this so-called crime in the past the Supreme Court has given much latitude to presidential Authority from civil suits now not criminal because they've never had to so we'll see how that goes now you cannot have a crime if it was the duties and I'm quoting if it was the duties of a constitutional officer within the Gambit of authority that the constitution allows him it cannot be an element for a crime and the Constitution allows him the power to enforce the laws and if the law said 90 you cannot cast an illegal ballot mail and ballot unless you are indefinitely confined unless you cannot in other words there's laws his job is to say hey let's pause let's go check and make sure the laws were abided by and then we'll certify the election courts do not like probing into motivation of government Executives or for matters that fall within their duties if you do that the the courts the motivation for using their constitutional power is something the courts do not want to get involved in let me give you an example if you hold a constitutional office you do not get struck out of 91 your status as an office holder because your actions are intended to effectuate your staying in office or attempting to be reelected in other words if you're running for office doing your duty of office if doing that duty is helping you get reelected that's just a caveat that's just a side benefit if you're doing your job let's just say a police officer or a police chief that's running no let's take a sheriff he's running for Sheriff and two days before the election someone gets murdered in town and by the next day that sheriff has solved that murder arrested the killer put him in jail did 92 that help his election absolutely did that tell people hey we got a good Sheriff we better yeah so now are you going to bring him to court and say well he shouldn't have done that because he was running for office and that helped him get elected do y'all see what I'm explaining to you president Trump's job was to say what he said about the law let me let me give you an example let's break it down let's talk about Joe and it he announced his support for Israel that's his job okay however what if we wanted to press charges on Joe Biden for malfant of office for supporting Israel well there's 93 nothing wrong with supporting Israel that's his job ah but what if did he really do that for America's national interest or did he do that because he was friends with the prime minister or did he do it because he sat down with his advisors and found out that that would bolster his support within the Jewish community and get him reelected do you see that slippery slope it may help him supporting Israel right now may help him with the Jews but that's okay it's not he was doing his job or did he make that decision because he sat down and his wife said if you don't support Israel I'm going to 94 divorce you and he's trying to save his marriage do you see you can't go there it when you're when it's within your authority to do a job you do it whether it's helping your campaign or hurting it a Court the Supreme Court is not going to attempt to drill down in that decision making process if in fact the president had the lawful authority to make that kind of an announcement what kind of announcement hey Mike don't count those electors yet shut the Senate down give the state legislators time to do what they need to do and make sure the law was abided by ladies and gentlemen that is the duty 95 of the Executive Branch the courts must give the space for free decision making that the constitution gives power to the executive to do I mean my god when we start getting into Donald Trump knew he didn't win are we are we having a psychic police force Force now are we going are we opening up a psychic uh Force to where we we Donald Trump you know you didn't believe that I mean where are we the man did his job no matter his intention as if you knew his intention you're not psychic if there was such a thing it's not enough to show that President Trump made false claims they will have to prove 96 that he knew they were false that he was impairing or or obstructing or defeating the lawful office of government by trickery or deceit that is a quote you the Supreme Court do you no no no no no the prosecutors argued that that alternate slate of electors was deceitful because the documents purported to be certified when they were not but that's not true under the Electoral count Act of [Music] 1887 it states that a state has 35 days after an election to resolve the challenges of the result did you ever wonder why does it take so long you have your November 3D election why do we not have an 97 inauguration for uh a another month and a half I'll tell you why there must be time to challenge the results and that's what Donald Trump was doing within his right within the Electoral count Act of 1887 now it says in that act that if they cannot get it together then they present a new slate of electors and then it's up to Congress to decide whether to count the new slate of electors or the original one go read the Electoral count Act of 1887 and all Trump told Pence was hey you've got to decide which ones are legitimate and the state legislators will tell you not the government Governor the 98 state legislature who has power over that in 1960 the Democratic party did the very same thing Hawaii had been certified for Richard Nixon the Democrat electors met and cast their votes for John F Kennedy when Kennedy's election challenge succeeded Ed Congress used the alternate slate of electors they used the ones that were not certified they decided to do that because the state legislature told them this is the legitimate slate of electors the Electoral count out act makes room for two elector slates directing Congress to open not just the electoral vote certif ified by the governor but also 99 papers purporting to be certificates of the votes of electors in other words two sets Congress decides which ones they're going to accept that's what was happening on January the 6 we were standing up giving evidence of these electors not being legitimate and that's why they shut it down whoever started that Riot so that that evidence would not be presented would not be heard and no chance of choosing another slate of electors and that's the very reason we did what we did based on what happened in Hawaii the prosecutors have to show that that President Trump knew that he had lost and that will 100 never happen ever ever ever and then number three stretching the law they have taken laws that were never meant for this purpose and they have stretched them for political persecution we are at the end my friends of this long night of the Soul we're at the end of this charade this four years of fakeness there four years where an impostor has been on the throne this four years where the spirit of God has raised us up to lift our voice against the deception we're at the end and I want to make you a final promise that I have made you for three years truth may be a long time coming but when it 101 comes it doesn't take long and I want to give you one more we always When what when you guessed it in the end fellow Patriots I'll see you Thursday
