of a series of lessons that I'm teaching you on the subject of heaven and uh is it really what we think it is and we have had some very interesting studies part one and part two you owe it to yourself series so today we're going to pick right back up when we close part two we were speaking about that the heaven is not promised to the believer but rather the Earth and we brought you over to Revelation where we we read some of the promises that Jesus made to the Overcomer and he promised them that they would sit with him in his government and rule the nations of Earth with a lot of authority and that (01:21) Authority let me explain something to you about Authority and maybe you'll understand why you're going through what you're going through Authority is earned it is not granted Authority comes from your experience and your submission if you're not submitted to Authority you cannot have authority it's that simple um if you are a police officer and you're breaking the law you cannot legally and legitimately enforce the law you must submit to the very law that you wish to enforce it's the same way those in the next life that's going to (02:03) have authority over the nations of the earth you will not get that Authority had you not been under Authority in this life and proven that you would obey God when you didn't have to and uh so now we were reading over in Revelation 2 and I won't recapitulate I won't go back there but the verses for your reference was in Revelation 2 26-7 and then chapter 3 and verse 21 let me say this to you there is a false message in Christendom today there's a false message being preached around the world and I feel somewhat compelled to (02:42) address that right now Christianity is known as the lazy religion the Muslims uh and all of the other religions of the world see Christianity as lazy and rightfully so because we have so polluted the gospel we have so made it such a such a it's wrong the way we preach it today we speak of accepting Jesus and going to heaven it's as if this is the Cann formula say you believe in Jesus and you get to go and retire for eternity man man man man if you ever get the truth you'll get so angry when you hear that demonic Doctrine because (03:22) it's lies because Christians are not called to retire they're not they're not called to make heaven in their home they're not called to pray that I make it in no no no Christians are called into a lifetime of training for reigning and schooling for ruling they are called to come into the Church of Jesus Christ where the Apostle the prophet the pastor the teacher and the Evangelist can take them into the womb of mother church and groom them and mature them so that they will become worthy by their lifetime of training to rule in God's future (04:09) government thus the reason why obedience is so important how do you expect to rule the nations in the next government of God if you could never be ruled by God people say well God does rule me I obey God and not man oh dear child get rid of that evil spirit when whenever you hear someone say I listen to God and not man run a million miles from that demon because you don't understand something God operates through his church don't you understand that he said to you that he gave gifts to you those five-fold ministers they are the voice (04:52) of God in the earth those that are preaching the true word of God that is how God operates he operates through his chch Church you cannot come to him outside of his holy church see that's the problem people don't understand that God is all about government God has set everything in place in heaven where he dwells there's a government don't you know that Lucifer was second in command do you know what that means government Michael is an archangel which means that's got more Authority than the other angels have God is all about government (05:35) in the earth he told his church his Apostles I give you authority to even forgive people's sins or not forgive them I give you authority to bind and loose on the earth why because God is in his church and as we learn to come into his church and join into his bride then we one another begin to submit to one another we get a spirit of submission where we care what the other one thinks we love the other person so much that we submit to their judgment and they submit to our judgment um have you ever heard someone say there's no one my judge only (06:17) God is my judge I don't answer to any man oh saint of God go read Paul's writings when he tells the Saints to judge one another he says You must judge one another because in the next life you're going to judge the world you see if we don't practice now not judging in a bad way but Discerning by the spirit who is Sincere before the Lord and who is not we are called to judge one another because we are practicing for our future when in the government of Christ we will be judging between situations for the people of the world (07:00) that's why Paul said do not take your problems to the lawyer or to the judge judge among yourselves because does he he says do you not know that the Saints will even judge the Angels oh your future is so much bigger than Heaven your future is so much bigger than you can even begin to imagine that's why you must get it together right now no time for backsliding or stepping back so let's continue now and let's go read uh chap chapter um let's go read Revelation chter 3 and uh verse 14 and verse 15 I'm going to turn there quickly interesting (07:40) scripture Revelations 314 and verse 15 God give us truth I hope you're hungry for truth today 3:14 and 15 actually that is a wrong verse I'm so sorry amen God is calling us I'll I'll quote the scripture to you and then I'll get it for you in a moment and it says that Enoch also prophesied of these saying behold the Lord comes with 10,000s of his Saints to execute judgment upon them all and if you read that verse it says that Enoch Enoch who was one of God's prophets Enoch says in that very verse that uh the Lord is (08:30) coming back with 10,000s of his Saints to execute judgment upon all did you hear that verse the Lord is coming back with his Saints didn't say his saints were going to heaven they're going to meet him in the atmosphere the clouds at the Resurrection The Last Trumpet Of God they're going to meet him there in the air not in some other place called Heaven they're going to meet him in the middle of the air they're going to go there he's going to present them to the world as trophies of Grace and then they are going to settle back down with him (09:11) and Enoch said they he's coming with thousands of his Saints for what reason to execute judgment judgment discernment righteous judgment upon the whole earth did you notice that Jesus comes to Earth rather than Christians go heaven and that the Saints will assist him in righteous judgment that's why we must practice judgment right now we must be able to look at those that are living in sin in the church and discern that they're in sin and remove that from the assembly oh man I know I just hit a hard one there well brother V we love every everybody (10:00) in the church well Paul said these words see the Bible is truth you are a liar I am a liar your preacher is a liar if they contradict the word here's what Paul said I believe it's 1 Corinthians chapter 5 if memory serves let me check real quick and let's go read what Paul said yeah that's right Paul says in 1 Corinthians 5 and verse 1 it is reported commonly that there is sin among you there's sexual sin and such sin is not even practiced among the Gentiles that one should sleep with his stepmother but yet you the church are (10:50) puffed up and you are not weeping over sin in the church so here's what he says you're not mourning and you're not removing that person from your assembly but here's what he says in verse 4 I pray that you would remove that person from the church remove the one that has done this deed and deliver them to Satan for the destruction of their flesh that their Spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord man what your preachers going to do with that one every man that's a that's a big one isn't it I know but you see the job (11:48) of the church is to keep leaven out of the church the church is a holy convocation the church is a sacred assembly it's not a place where people come and socialize and congregate to hear somebody sing the latest gospel song you can go down to the Gospel Barn for that but when the mystery of the church convenes on a day of the Lord there is a coming together of a holy people and the preacher that does not preach against third and fourth and fifth and sixth and seven marriages in the church oh I'm not I'm not condemning (12:23) you no if you've confessed that sin and you've left it and you've moved on in God then welcome and stay here and worship this is not condemnation this is the word when we allow sin to remain in God's Church unconfessed unrepented of we are allowing something that will begin to grow and expand and I'll prove it to you you let a homosexual Spirit get in a church and before you know it it will be everywhere you let a lying Spirit Get By in the church without correction it'll feel the church let a jezebel witchcraft (13:01) rebell your spirit get in God's Church in the local assembly it will spread it is the job of the Saints to recognize sin Love The Sinner so much that you will not condone the sin but you will call it out and you will come to them and you will beg them to confess it and repent of it but should they not do so you will let them know that they cannot sit in the congregation of the righteous they must confess the sin they must move out of the assembly if they're not going to confess it until God allows Satan to destroy that person so bad that they (13:41) will run back into the assembly in a future time confessing and giving their life to the Lord see God uses Satan for destruction of our flesh that we might come to our right mind and our senses I must hurry now uh Jesus says that in my Throne is where I will give you Authority and uh we continue now in Revelations 20 and I'm closing verse 4 and verse 6 and I saw Thrones and they set upon them now who is they you me all of the eclesia Church of the Living God all of the apostolic members of the Church of God God's Church Church they sitting on (14:31) Thrones now now remember the Book of Revelations is a book of symbols we will not literally be sitting on Thrones eating grapes and eating cheese and glasses of wine this is symbols the throne symbolizes your Dominion your Authority just like the Throne of England symbolizes the Queen's realm your realm your city your state whatever God's going to give you to rule over is symbolized in these Thrones and what was given to these Saints judgment discernment to know the laws of God to know the ways of God and to pass those (15:12) laws and teach those laws that righteousness to the nations of the world and then notice it says and they who you and I lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years and uh it continues to go on and on and on and my time is gone but we shall reign with Christ not in a distant place called heaven but right here on the earth now I'll teach you in subsequent lessons what the Earth will be like during that time what will happen after that Thousand-Year Reign and how that we still will not be going to heaven but heaven will be coming to (15:55) the earth oh such good stuff I trust that you've learned something in these lessons in the next lesson I'm going to teach you that uh what happens to people when they die do they go to heaven and you know brother Shane I've had people say Shane if if Heaven is not our destination well what about all the people that's in heaven right now if you'll watch the next lesson I'll prove to you
