Part 1 - Unlocking The Unseen Realm of Power with the key of PRAYER - Pastor Shane Vaughn

* and I know when the Lord put something on my heart so I know this is for this season of our ministry Mark 16 and verse 20 and they went forth and preached everywhere and the Lord was working with them and confirming the word with signs following there's one line I want to repeat I want you to read it with me Yahweh was working with them that's really more powerful than you quite comprehend yet remember that sermon I preached a few weeks ago partners with God sir the Bible said Yahweh was working they went forth preaching * everywhere and Yahweh came to where they was preaching his angels and worked with them I want to teach you tonight that prayer is God working with you that's what prayer is it's God and you in business together God working with you and through you I'm going to prove you tonight prayer is not so much about supplication as it is working with God and I you may be seated I have a lot of people that tell me brother Von would you how do you pray the thing is I don't think you can know how to pray until you understand * why we pray the how I've taught you many times especially concerning the laws of God when everybody says well how do we keep the feast how do we keep the Passover do we need a cup this size or that size does the bread need to be like this or that do we need to and and I've told you many times the meat of the word is the what I've said it so many times the milk of the word is the how the meat of the word is the why you can keep God's word all day long and do it exactly how you're supposed to do it without knowing why you're * supposed to do it and when you get a how without a why you get a religious experience when you get a how without a why you're in religion but when you get the why you will automatically get the how it all starts with the why why do we do it why do we do the things we do when you cannot answer the question why then the how is religion and so many people have religion I give you an example it's time to pray okay well how do we do it let me show you how all religions pray Our Father Who Art in Heaven how you got the how right that * that there you go you're praying but you're clueless as to what you're doing and because you don't know the why your prayers are ineffective the Bible said you pray and your prayers are not being answered because you pray a miss that word a Miss means random you don't know why you're praying you think you're praying to ask God a few things you think you're praying you know to get your body healed or to get this healed but I believe after tonight's lesson you're going to find out the real reason why you pray once * you understand what prayer is then the details of how to pray really become unimportant many people are intimidated by prayer many people underestimate estimate prayer have you ever heard someone say all we can do is pray I want to throw up every time somebody says that well all we can do is pray all we can do is pray no baby everything you need to do is pray everything is in prayer and if you don't have a life of prayer you will not survive the storm prayer is of universal interest and yet so little is truly known about * prayer prayer is the only weapon you have that will utterly destroy your pride everyone in this room is full of Pride you were born with it everything is about you you wake up every day wash your teeth wash your face you do everything for you everything's about you prayer is totally not about you and you literally have to come off of your throne to pray the only way you will if you want to find a prideful man it's a man that doesn't pray but when you believe in prayer then you will lose all of your pride the Instinct of prayer is in every * human being in the world every man woman boy or girl prays at one time or another either consciously subconsciously or unconsciously every man in the world prays some sometimes in their life now not all prayers are effective and I want to show you why let's say that you could program a robot to pray the Bible said pray without ceasing you put that robot on 24/7 nothing but praying would god listen to that robot I just prove to you prayer is not about words nobody heard what I just taught you I went so deep right there I left * half of you you can program a robot to pray and God will never hear its prayer now the words are right matter of fact you've got him programmed Our Father who are in heaven I believe that 247 pray without ceasing we got a robot that's over there praying without ceasing so why does God not hear his words but he will hear your words they're the same words are they not matter of fact we could program him to pray like a Pentecostal oh God we could program him to have tears coming down his cheeks I'm proving something to you * tonight if you'll hear where I'm going your problem with prayer is you you think it's about words it is not words that makes prayer powerful and neither is it time that makes prayer I can put that robot on 247 and he will never get an answer to his prayers now I'm making you think tonight because because I want to help you understand that when you come to God In Prayer you cannot be a robot that's why yua said do not pray vain repetitious prayers do you know I've never prayed The Lord's Prayer in my life except * whenever I'm with a group of carnal people and that's all they know how to pray I don't pray the Lord's Prayer I am the The Lord's Prayer you act like those words Our Father Who Art in Heaven that he didn't say he said when you pray pray in this manner not with these words but in this manner and he said this is what prayer is about and the first thing he said thy kingdom come right I'm G get somewhere in a minute if y'all let me get there it's if we say that God will not hear a robot's prayer guess who else God * will not hear the Bible plainly says it who the rebellious he the Bible said someone find that scripture for me quickly where uh your prayers are an Abomination if you don't keep the law of Yahweh and then find me the other scripture where he says God does not hear a sinner's prayer I believe it's St John I grew up all my life being taught God hears everybody's prayers well he don't hear robot's prayers and brothers and sisters if you do not have a relationship with God he does not hear your prayer how do you have a relationship * with God obedience to his law obedience to his word let me show you an example there are people wanting to talk to me right now they just want two seconds of my attention but they're in Rebellion I'll never give it to them never you don't deserve it you have stepped outside of the relationship ship I don't speak to the rebellious why because their Rebellion will jump on me God does not hear a rebellious person's prayer and we tell them Pray when God tells them to confess here's what the Bible says does anybody got * scriptures for me go ahead with the first one if one that turns his ear from hearing the Torah even his prayer is an Abomination if you do not obey Torah the word your prayer is an abominate he said shut up don't pray to me he said I'm turning my face from that because why because you're a robot you think that you can walk in Rebellion to me and then pray to me and everything's all right there is a reason that parents cut children off is is it because we don't love them it's because of rebellion sir and if we are blessing them with sweet * fellowship with us while they're in Rebellion they will stay in Rebellion but when we kick them out of the house when we say not under this roof not here no ma'am not going to happen but yet you as a rebellious child of God as soon as a preacher like me gets up and tells you that the Sabbath day is still holy and you ignore that truth your prayer is an Abomination I didn't say if you don't know what day the Sabbath day is but once you come to know it and rebel against it he said your prayers become an Abomination to me right now * these are scriptures you'll never hear in the Christian church ever never because they serve a different God they serve a teddy bear God they they serve a Santa Claus God they serve a God that puts you on their lap and asks you what's your next wish they serve a dream of Genie God they open the lid on Sunday and let him out and Grant their three wishes that Sunday oh come on now that's the god of their imagination and then when they pray and he doesn't respond then guess who gets the blame all next week that God didn't * answer their prayers God and the church it's just like when you come up for prayer for healing my Doctrine on Divine Healing is completely different than any church that I know of we don't believe everybody's going to get healed and there's a reason for that when you sin against your body the Bible said you will pay the consequences for sin right when you've eaten the wrong Foods all your life and you want me to pray a quick cholesterol prayer for you you brought it on yourself and now I now now that's healing now Miracles are different when * God gives you a miracle it's in spite of what you've done but Divine Healing you've sinned against your body you come in the prayer line and all of a sudden you got 10 Little Debbie snack cakes waiting for you in your car and you want me to pray for your blood pressure diabetes and you walk right out and God gets mocked for not healing you that's because you've been in these charismatic churches that have told you it's God's will to heal everybody my Bible said that healing is the children's bread not the rebellious but the children's * bread sir the Apostle Paul said if there's any sick among you let him call on the Elders of the church that his does anybody know the rest of it that his sins might be forgiven him not the sins against God but the sins against his body sir Hallelujah quit blaming God for your stupidity right my father died at 60s something years old because he got addicted to pain medicine and then he got addicted to methanol no not methanol what is it me methadone and it killed him do you know when I went to see my father before he died I prayed one time * one time only father if it's thy will to give him a miracle in spite of what he's done I ask you for that but if you don't I won't Pray Again thy will be done thy will be done choices have now that's why nobody comes to my church they would rather me lie to them and say come on up here everybody going to get healed look the only time I'll ever do that is if God says I want to show my healing power and then I'll say it by faith like tonight God said to me go pray for the sick but why would he say call on the Elders of the * church so that you could confess to them them your sin oh I only confess to God darling darling darling darling the Bible said confess your sins one to another because God is in his church you can't separate the head from the body we're one so God said go to the elders and then they will anoint you with oil now I'm sorry I'm going to have to break some TR additional thinking here I had no intention of talking about Divine Healing tonight not anywhere in my notes but I feel like we need to hear the truth amen what does it mean anoint them with * all it doesn't mean what we normally do it don't mean a dabad do you on your forehead the word anoint is mAh in Greek massage them with oil that area of their that's why uh you know back then all they had was oil to heal with and they would massage them in certain areas where that healing needed to take place so basically the B I know people don't like it when I bring out this truth look up the words yourself massage them with oil now the reason being is because you've come for an instant healing when you spend a lifetime of not instant * Health now the reason I'm preaching this tonight because I have people tell me why they don't serve the Lord well my mama got sick and we prayed and we asked the Lord and he he didn't heal her he didn't kill her either we have to learn maturity we have to learn maturity you can't be as fast as I am and then pray for God to heal your breathing I'm not g to waste y'all's time to pray for my lungs I got so much fat on those lungs if I want healing I'll lose weight now I do believe in miracles and that comes by the grace of * God and that can go against anything you've ever done in one moment God can do it and we ask for miracles but if we don't get a miracle we continue trusting in the Lord hallelujah Glory it I watch people get so angry at God and God is telling you make better choices and you'll get better results it's not words of prayer that makes things happen I want you to learn this tonight but rather The Authority behind the words that robot has no Authority do you know why he's not built a relationship with with God he don't * have he's not able to obey God the reason the robot prayer does not get answered he's not able to choose obedience it's programmed into him what to do humans you are able to make a choice and every time you choose to obey God Elder dot you advance in Authority with God the more somebody listen you're not learning to trust the Lord I that makes me so sick well if I could just learn to trust the Lord you poor dummy he has nothing to prove to you he's learning to trust you yeah how you gonna say let me see if I can trust in the one that makes that * sun come up every day right on time is anybody awake but you need to trust in the Lord he he sends the moon on time every night he tells the ocean how far it can go but you got to trust the Lord no no no he's got to trust you and that trust is built in a marriage you can get into a marriage full of love but it will not keep you married love don't keep you married trust us oh yeah CU there gonna be days you wake up and you just don't you know you don't think you like them no more it's going to be days you're going * to like what did I do well I've never said that but I'm just saying I wake up every day I'm like oh how did this happen Hallelujah but it's going to be days you don't feel cute and you don't look cute your makeup's done lost to you don't know where it's at and instead of worried about being beautiful you have to trust that you're beautiful to your husband in spite of your lack of beauty that day you learn to trust it's just like when my wife and I married her love for me did not soothe her fear over our finances are you g to be able to take * care of me that didn't you know she didn't lose that fear overnight because she loved me she married me without even loving me God told her to and she just did it she didn't love me she learned to love me and I've learned to love her and you know why trust if you're building a relationship with God you will have to learn to let him learn to trust you he can trust trust you when you could have made the wrong choice you made the right one when you could have chosen Rebellion you chose obedience you did it when nobody was * looking that's right when you could have gossiped and ran somebody down you chose to lift them up he's you're building an authority with God as you go through life and that Authority increases your power in prayer a prayer life is the authority behind prayer you don't just choose to pray every three months and have authority in prayer they tell me that during World War II that there was no atheist in the foxholes big old Joey and Jimmy and John that didn't go to church didn't need God in the fox holes they was praying the passengers on a hijacked * airplane are the office worker stranded on an elevator when the electricity goes out are the parents pacing the hospital corridor door with a sick child or the businessman that's eager for an important contract every one of these people resort to prayer they don't tell nobody they'll never tell you but everybody prays why is it I'll tell you why when Yahweh created your DNA he placed within you the in Instinct of prayer a pre-programmed code inside of every human to be able to call home everyone I know that doesn't * believe in God have the they they pray I promise you they pray they pray in the darkest of nights when they don't they're praying to a god they don't know but they pray why because God placed within every human a desire to pray and to know how to call home when you come to the end of your marriage you won't pray your whole marriage but let it start falling apart you will not Pray when you got money in the bank but check the ATM and it's zero and you'll go to praying when life's problems pile up beyond your ability to cope you go to * praying when crisis strikes your heart Terror nobody hesitates to pray there was a Rancher one time and this Rancher didn't believe in God he was proud to let everybody know he didn't believe in God wanted nothing to do with God or the church and he taught his three three boys Tom Dick and Harry to not believe in God y'all going to be all right Hallelujah none of them believed in God Tom Dick Harry daddy none of them nobody believed in God one day the local preacher got a phone call and said could you come out * to the ranch when he got out there there was the old man and said uh well preacher uh reckon you could pray for Tom he got bit by a rattlesnake and the preacher said yes I'll pray the preacher said these words Lord we thank you for sending this rattlesnake to bite Tom because it's the first time he's ever admitted that he needs you and Lord we now pray that two more rattlesnakes will bite Dick and Harry so that they can also receive the same blessing of knowing they need the Lord and he said while you're at it send * the biggest rattle snake you've got for old daddy right there so he can also know that he is not Invincible that he needs his God someone has said that prayer is helplessness casting itself upon power that's what prayer is helplessness throwing itself upon power it's misery seeking peace it's unholiness embracing Holiness it's hatred Desiring love prayer is corruption longing for immortality it is the eagle soaring towards the heaven it's the dove returning home it's the prisoner begging * for release it's the Mariner steering his ship towards the Haven in the time of St storm to many people prayer is considered Superstition or something mysterious but it's not prayer is a dynamic reality and a fundamental principle in our universe it's no more mysterious than the atmosphere fear or the beating of your heart no one in this room no one tries to figure out how your heart is beating you just know it does could you imagine how crazy you would * go if you're looking at at whatever you call it I call it gravity when falls to the Earth if you're trying to figure out what makes that happen no nobody's trying to figure that nobody nobody it's just like trying to figure out the atmosphere nobody's trying to figure it out we're just enjoying it you're look that foolish when you try to understand how prayer works all I can tell you is it works isn't it amazing how science is discovering the fact that the realm of the Unseen is the realm of power science is learning that the realm * of the Unseen is where all the power is as a matter of fact when electricity was discovered it was unseen no one saw it when electricity was discovered where was it unseen and every one of us now harness its power no one is trying to figure out how electricity works we just plugging into it Believers don't try to figure out how prayer works we just plug into it is anybody with me tonight I want you to learn the Dynamics of prayer it's not something you sit around discussing it's something you do I know I'm a little low tonight but * I'm doing my best the word is good whether you're screaming it or reading it when we discovered the Adam and the ability to split the Adam no one saw the Adam but we saw the effects of it brother V I just need I I need to know how it works but you didn't need to know how the atom worked you just saw that it works but you want to be so people want to be so smart till they become so dumb the apostle Paul said much learning has made you mad I've come to tell you until you conf figure electricity out for me kneel down * and pray and you'll figure prayer out it works it works when nothing else Works prayer works the realm of the Unseen is the realm of power I hope you know tonight that if you have been begotten by the spirit of God you are now a citizen of the Unseen realm you walk in the realm of power your citizenship is the Unseen and therein is all power in heaven and in Earth is in the Unseen realm and you're a citizen of that that realm now and that's why the life of prayer brings you in and out of that realm the lack of prayer brings you out * and the consistency of prayer brings you in it is that is why when yua was about to be crucified instead of getting his disciples together and crying together he said I've got to go go tap in to the power realm I've got to get to the power because it is in the Unseen realm I fear that many of you come to this church to pray and you don't understand what you're doing you don't understand that it is the most important thing in the Christian or the believer's life because without prayer you will never survive the power that you need is * in prayer what time do you pray every day what is your prayer time if you're not doing it you're not going to stay I promise you one thing when you get up from prayer and you get an inbox that don't look right it won't affect you I promise you when you know you got to pray again tonight you'll think about every conversation you're having with people because every prayer must begin with confession when you kneel down to pray and you say father reveal to me anything I have done today that is displeasing to you I promise you if you'll shut up and * wait a minute you'll hear him that's right that's right it won't be long sister so and so's name will come right to your mind and then do you know what the Bible says to do at that point get up get up get up from the altar don't even pray no more call Sister Schumacher and say now baby we had a conversation today that I need to repent for I shouldn't have got involved in that with you I was praying and the Lord just revealed it to me listen if you'll live that life like that you'll live a life of victory but it's when you pray and your prayer * is oh Lord I come to you Lord I'm asking you uh to take you know heal this and give me a job and give me this and rub in the Genie bottle and I need you Lord I need you to bless but you see if prayer starts with confession father God I come to you Almighty Yahweh in the name of your son yua I'm asking you reveal to me I want to confess my sin today if I have done anything and then shut up just shut up just do like the old Saints did do a oh and just wait a few minutes oh and wait a few minutes and sure enough here to come and you'll be like * shoot I waited too long it happened it came Hallelujah if you ask him he'll reveal it now that's why people are not effective in prayer they're not real with God learn to pray and you'll tap in to the Unseen realm prayer is the doorway into the Unseen realm brother van I just don't know about prayer let me ask you a question the way that everything is proven a law a law is only a law for example Murphy's Law what does Murphy's Law say anything bad that can happen it's going to happen that's Murphy's Law I want to tell you that prayer is a * law why because it has a verifiable history prayer has divided oceans and rolled back Rivers prayer has turned rocks into gushing fountains prayer has quenched the flames of fire and muzzled the lion's mouth prayer has disarmed vipers and neutralized poison prayer has brought the stars out against the wicked prayer has stopped the course of the Moon and arrested the sun in its race prayer has burst open iron gates and recalled men from the grave it has conquered the strongest devils and commanded Legions of angels down down * from Heaven prayer has brought men from the Bottom of the Sea and put others in Chariots of Fire there is a history with [Music] prayer you can trust prayer it's got a history it's got a history it works I said it works if you will learn to live the life of prayer you will see these same results in your life and that's not hyperbole that's not conjecture I didn't exaggerate everything I just said has happened if you believe this book and if you don't believe this book there's some people in this audience can tell you their own * testimonies of what prayer can do so what else do you need to prove prayer if it's not tested why do you think we ask people to testify because we love to hear them say I was praying and the Lord heard my prayer and this is what happened you see when I'm trying to learn how to lean on something if I'm going to lean on a tree I push it to make sure I can lean on it you can push prayer it'll be there it never fails it's the power of the Unseen Realm you ought to pray sometime you ought to pray sometime we read a scripture in Mark * 16:20 said God worked with them I'm showing you tonight I'm fixing to teach you why we pray the Greek word for worked with them isio which means to partner together together in labor I want you to hear me now the purpose of prayer is not what you thought it was I'm fixing to show you I'm going to teach you now you'll know now you'll want to pray all the time after tonight why because prayer has nothing to do with what you thought it had to do with prayer is the tool that Yahweh has chosen to work together with his church * to bring his will on Earth as it is in heaven that's why he said when you pray Our Father Who Art in Heaven the very first thing thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven he wasn't saying oh help me with my voice Lord he wasn't saying pray thy will be done on Earth what he was saying is because you prayed thy will will be done on Earth as it is in heaven you are in partnership uh with the oracles uh of God Almighty When you pray you are praying thy will because without the prayers of the church the will of God is not done on * the earth you say well brother vanon then what if there's nobody God said he would never be without somebody that's praying on the earth H he said I sought for a man to stand in the Gap and to make up the Hedge he'll always find somebody that will pray why because the will of Heaven is not on the Earth without the prayers of praying people when you pray he said when you pray you are praying to our father and notice he said he's in heaven at that time our father and here's why you're praying for thy will because without my open mouth * you have no mouth on the earth yua said me and my my father are one whatever he says I say it for him in the Earth the purpose of prayer is for the will of God to enter the Earth so brother V is God's will not always beone oh yes cuz he's always going to have somebody praying that's why he said if you won't do it I'll make these cry out do you understand it works that way he said if I can't find a man to pray I'll get a donkey to pray H somebody is going to pray on Earth and those are my generals H those are the * leaders uh of my Army as it is in heaven H so shall it be H because somebody [Music] pray glory god somebody say God working with them why didn't God just work by himself no God working I need you to hear what I'm teaching you God never works in the earth without a man or a woman man why because he chose to do it that way but I'm fixing to teach you why a man has to pray I'm gonna show you the biblical in my mind to my way of thinking how foolish just do what you want to do God why you need me I'm I'm open the script * wide open and you're going to understand why why God yanked you up out from the world and turned you into a prayer Warrior Hallelujah because by his Sovereign will he's always going to have somebody praying in a corner somewhere he's always going to have somebody set the church praying why because that's how he designed this thing and he's going to have a partner God remember memorize that scripture God working I want to tell all of you something God don't work for you he works he didn't say stand there and beg * him to move the mountain he said uhuh open your mouth and I'll speak I just need your mouth is all I need in prayer oh my God I'm about to I wish I had a voice tonight listen to me he he said if you speak to this mountain he didn't say if you ask me to do it no no no but I need your voice for my will to be done on Earth as it is in heaven [Music] woo see you thought prayer was petitioning God but prayer is positioning you that's what prayer is you can move mountains with prayer why do you think I why don't why you think I don't give * that mountain no attention outside none you know why I know what prayer can do God said if you will decare it my will sand ballot don't let sand ballot get you off the wall don't let them have your attention you stand in prayer and I'll move the mountain God is calling you to pray and he'll do it God working with them there is a relationship brother Kent between the decrees of God and the response of God's people there's a relationship there here's what prayer is as the head of this church the National Church we've got a little sister dying * now in Arkansas sister Haven shri's daughter and uh my decree is for the church to be there with her during this time that's my will but I'm not in Arkansas I'm in heaven I'm Mississippi but I have a regent I have a proxy that will work with me to bring my will to pass and when she goes or he goes that is me going that is bringing my will to Arkansas we are are in business with God and what do we do he speaks we speak he's silent that's the difference in those * charismatic witchcraft name it and claim it uhhuh oh we don't go around laying hands on Cadillacs and Mercedes and saying he said I could have no no no you speak when he speaks right ain't it funny ain't nobody going around claiming no uh no datson or no uh donkey to ride on everybody God ain't never spoke to nobody to get nothing but but but but a Mercedes that's it go get you one them God likes Mercedes evidently cuz that's what everybody's claiming the point I'm making is that only works if he has spoken it * to you in sere prayer prayer is not a useless exercise it's part of God's Cosmic purposes now I just told you I was going to explain to you why he needs a man which makes no sense to me sister Denisa why does God need a man because it was not God's Destiny to rule the Earth it was man for thank you I was hoping somebody would hear that in the spirit when Yahweh created this Earth he didn't create it for * him he gave it to man and said now take it and take dominion and Rule it he said I'm going to rule it from the heavens through you but you're going to rule it on the earth I'm trying to teach you tonight why he needs prayer because prayer is not so much begging as it is declaring do you know yua had to be Mighty Brave to go to his father and prayer and try to get out of doing what Yahweh said in Genesis 3:15 he was going to do it it took a lot of he must have known that he had influence with * God he literally asked his father now his father said in Genesis 3:15 that yua was coming and he was going to bruise Satan head and here is yua if it be thy will notice how he started that let me out of this he kept listening and daddy didn't say nothing why because his father had already told him what he was supposed to do and you hear me and hear me well when Yahweh speaks to you I'll never forget when the land came up on on my Facebook timeline and I was sitting there and I heard I wasn't even looking for land land was looking for * me I wasn't looking for land I I I I promise you I I wasn't and all of a sudden I heard the voice of God say I need a place for my people together and that's the place I heard it and I made a mistake and spoke what the father said to me and went into prayer praying on Earth what he had told me from headquarters sir I when you hear from God then you it is your job to protect that in prayer and to declare it in prayer and to hold it in prayer and when I told the Lord I don't know how I'm going to do it that's when he spoke to me and he said I told * you I'm going to do it but I need a partner that'll go sign the papers a partner that'll go get the money a partner that will build what I tell you to build here we sit with 50 members 50 members God shows me land worth about $500,000 30 acres and we got 50 members barely pay the light bill and he tells me to go buy 30 acres of land $500,000 I'm sorry it was 425 it's worth 500 425 I think total but I heard him say it and I just echoed I will be done on Earth and you just told me what your * will was I'm just saying what it is H the bank wouldn't give us the money because it's land they don't like land now if I had built a mansion on it they'd have done that but not land and ain't nobody here got no 400 something thousand do sitting around but God said I'm building something for my people together and I'll never forget when I walk to the mailbox and someone sent the whole amount pretty much in one check God said my will be done on Earth as it is in heaven That's The Power of prayer God gave us that and since then * I've put another 150,000 in my out of my own pocket into the land Building what he's telling me to build I don't know where the money comes from I don't know how it happens you know the kind of money I spend out there every day and building you see what we're building and there's more to come and and yah said I don't need you to worry about it I need you to declare declare my will on Earth as it is in heaven I'll never forget when God spoke to me in Dallas Texas I was standing in the shower when God spoke to me that he * was about to give me a wife i' had been single for five years and I asked the Lord for a wife and he said I'm fixing to give you one
