Tonight we're kicking down the door of political correctness and walking straight into the fire. Because on November 26th, 2025 — the day before Thanksgiving — while American families were preparing turkey and counting blessings, an Afghan national named Rahmanullah Lakanwal drove 2,800 miles across this country, from Bellingham, Washington to Washington D.C., walked up to two National Guard soldiers standing near the White House, and opened fire with a .357 Smith & Wesson revolver. Twenty-year-old Army Specialist Sarah Beckstrom — a HERO who volunteered to serve on Thanksgiving for people she had never met — is DEAD. Twenty-four-year-old Air Force Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolfe remains in serious condition, fighting for his life. And America? America is STILL having the same tired, rehearsed, politically paralyzed conversation we've been having for DECADES — tiptoeing around the obvious, genuflecting at the altar of diversity, and pretending we can't see what's staring us in the face. PART I: THE FACTS THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO FOCUS ON Let me give you the facts — not the sanitized version, not the "nuanced" academic fog, but the FACTS. FACT ONE: Rahmanullah Lakanwal entered this country on September 8, 2021, under the Biden Administration's "Operation Allies Welcome" — a mass parole program that airlifted tens of thousands of Afghan nationals into the United States after the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. FACT TWO: According to the Department of Homeland Security's own Inspector General report from 2022, federal officials "did not always have critical data" to properly vet these evacuees. Translation? They let them in WITHOUT knowing who they were. FACT THREE: Lakanwal applied for asylum in December 2024. His application was GRANTED in April 2025. FACT FIVE: Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem stated publicly that Lakanwal was likely "radicalized" while living in America — radicalized in his home community, in his home state. A man formed in an Eastern environment of violence, brought into America through a broken asylum system, allowed to stay through bureaucratic rubber-stamping, and then RADICALIZED on American soil... walks up to American soldiers and executes them. And we're supposed to act surprised? We're supposed to pretend this is an isolated incident? We're supposed to keep importing MINDSETS that hate us and wonder why they keep KILLING us? The insanity must END. PART II: THE HISTORY OF AMERICAN ASYLUM LAW — HOW WE GOT HERE Now listen to me carefully, because if you don't understand the HISTORY, you cannot understand the INSANITY. Before 1948: No Formal System For the first 150 years of this Republic, there was no structured asylum law. People arrived, announced themselves, and America decided — case by case — who could stay. There was no legal definition of "refugee." No global standard. No formal screening. Immigration was a PRIVILEGE granted by the nation — not a RIGHT demanded by the foreigner. 1948: The U.N. Declaration of Human Rights After Hitler burned half the world and millions fled, the nations gathered and said, "Never again will we abandon the persecuted." Article 14 created the concept of a "right to seek asylum." America nodded... cautiously. 1951: The Refugee Convention The world finally defined a refugee: Someone with a "well-founded fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group." Cold War propaganda — America wanted to look morally superior to the Soviets. The brewing Mariel Boatlift from Cuba — Congress feared a surge and wanted a framework. Carter's administration believed in open internationalism. They thought America could be the world's moral leader by expanding global cooperation and embracing international standards. It is a cultural formation — a way of seeing the world — produced in environments where: Freedom is weakness Dissent is treason Women are property The State or religious authority is absolute Supremacy is doctrine Outsiders are despised America is the enemy Israel is the enemy The West is the enemy Assimilation is betrayal Conquering the host society is virtue This is not genetics. This is not skin color. This is SOFTWARE — mental programming downloaded into human beings from environments soaked in tyranny, religious extremism, and anti-Western poison. "Death to America" Is Not a Slogan — It's a Creed In certain parts of the world, children are raised from BIRTH with: Hatred of Israel Hatred of Jews Hatred of America Hatred of Christianity Hatred of the West A martyrdom mindset A "Great Satan / Little Satan" worldview "Great Satan" = America "Little Satan" = Israel This is not speculation. This is CURRICULUM. This is CULTURE. This is the AIR they breathe from infancy. And America — in her suicidal compassion — has spent decades importing this software like it's the latest iPhone update. The Environment Forms the Man Here is what the modern West refuses to accept but what every ancient civilization understood: The culture that shapes your childhood becomes the reflex that directs your adulthood. If you are raised in an environment of hostility, that hostility becomes part of who you ARE. You don't just "leave it at the border." You carry it in your pockets like embers — and those embers can ignite at ANY moment. Rahmanullah Lakanwal was formed in that environment. Trained by it. Shaped by it. Torah Principle #1: Hostile Mindsets CANNOT Enter the Nation  Deuteronomy 23:3–4 "No Ammonite or Moabite may enter the congregation of Yahweh — even to the tenth generation — because they did NOT meet you with bread and water, AND they hired Balaam to curse you." Listen carefully: This is not about GENETICS. This is about MINDSET. Ammon and Moab were barred because their WORLDVIEW was hostile to Israel. They practiced hostility. They sought Israel's destruction. They hired a prophet to CURSE the covenant nation. Torah principle: Hostility disqualifies entry. Not ethnicity — HOSTILITY.  Deuteronomy 23:6 "You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity forever." WHY? Because their mindset was anti-Israel, anti-covenant, anti-Yahweh. Torah is saying: Do NOT empower ideologies that seek your destruction. Torah Principle #2: Do NOT Merge With Hostile Worldviews  Deuteronomy 7:2–4 "You shall make NO covenant with them... for they will turn your sons away from following Me." This is PSYCHOLOGICAL. This is GENERATIONAL. This is about WORLDVIEW. Yahweh is saying: If you invite an anti-covenant ideology into your borders, your CHILDREN will be converted to the enemy's beliefs. Import hostile ideology → Lose your nation. Torah said it FIRST. Torah Principle #3: Hostile Cultures Become SNARES  Exodus 34:12 "Take heed to yourself, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going, lest it be a SNARE in your midst." A snare is not a tribe. A snare is IDEAS, PRACTICES, CUSTOMS, and WORLDVIEWS that slowly choke your national identity. Torah warns: You let that in, and it will strangle you from within. Torah Principle #4: If You Don't Block Hostile Mindsets, They Become Internal Attackers  Numbers 33:55 "But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those whom you let remain shall be THORNS in your eyes and THORNS in your sides, and they shall HARASS you in the land where you dwell." Torah's language is unmistakable: Hostile ideology → Internal corrosion Internal corrosion → National instability National instability → COLLAPSE Sound familiar? Torah Principle #5: ALL Residents Must Come Under ONE LAW  Exodus 12:49 "One law shall be for the native-born AND for the stranger who dwells among you." This is the Torah MELTING POT. No parallel legal systems No competing civil codes No enclaves that follow foreign law No dual allegiance If you dwell inside the covenant nation — YOU MELT INTO THE NATION. Period. Torah Principle #6: Individuals CAN Abandon Hostile Ideologies  Ruth 1:16 "Entreat me not to leave you, or to turn back from following after you; for wherever you go, I will go; and wherever you lodge, I will lodge; your people shall be my people, and your Elohim my Elohim." Ruth came from MOAB — a banned nation. But she was ACCEPTED. Why? Because she RENOUNCED the hostile worldview. She melted. She declared new loyalty, new identity, new covenant, new allegiance. Torah's answer: ✅ Individuals who MELT into the nation = WELCOME ❌ Ideologies that OPPOSE the nation = BARRED Torah Principle #7: Yahweh Commands Separation from Hostile Influences  Exodus 23:33 "They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against Me." WHY? Because their ideology CORRUPTS yours. Torah is brutally clear: Hostile worldviews cannot coexist with covenant nations without weakening them. The Torah Summary Torah does not hate PEOPLE. Torah discerns SPIRITS. It knows that children raised in the fires of hate carry embers in their pockets until Yahweh Himself rewrites their nature. Torah forbids the CULTURE — but redeems the SOUL. Torah protects the NATION — but saves the INDIVIDUAL who truly turns. The West lost this wisdom. Torah never did. PART V: THE CONSTITUTIONAL REALITY — WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SURVIVE Now let's bring this into the realm of American law. The Constitution of the United States is NOT a suicide pact. It is NOT a doormat. It is NOT a pacifist manifesto. It is a SHIELD — forged in the fire of tyranny — designed to protect the Republic. Fact #1: The Constitution Never Mentions "Asylum" Not once. Not in the Preamble. Not in Article I. Not in the Bill of Rights. Why? Because the Founders did NOT believe asylum was a RIGHT of the foreigner. They believed immigration — including humanitarian entry — was a POLICY CHOICE of Congress. Not an entitlement. Not a guarantee. Not a "global open door." Fact #2: Congress AND the President Have ENORMOUS Power Over Immigration Article I, Section 8 gives Congress the authority: "To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization." But here's what the open-borders crowd doesn't want you to know: THE PRESIDENT HAS TREMENDOUS POWER OVER WHO ENTERS THIS COUNTRY. Under federal law: 8 U.S.C. § 1182(f) — The President may SUSPEND entry of ANY class of aliens whenever he finds it necessary for the national interest 8 U.S.C. § 1185(a) — The President may impose travel restrictions INA § 208(b) — The President may set asylum eligibility rules The Supreme Court AFFIRMED this in Trump v. Hawaii (2018): "The President may restrict entry of any class of aliens whenever he finds it necessary for the national interest." That means: The President CAN ban entry from hostile nations The President CAN set refugee caps (and has — every president since Carter) The President CAN implement policies like "Remain in Mexico" The President CAN halt asylum processing from specific countries The President CAN order enhanced vetting The tools are THERE. The authority is THERE. The Constitution and federal statute SUPPORT executive action on immigration. The question is: Does the President have the WILL to use that power? Fact #3: Foreign Nationals Outside U.S. Territory Have ZERO Constitutional Rights The Supreme Court has ruled in cases like United States v. Verdugo-Urquidez (1990) and Kleindienst v. Mandel (1972): Non-citizens outside the border have NO constitutional protections. That means: If you are outside the U.S., you have no RIGHT to demand asylum, entry, or constitutional review. Asylum is a CONGRESSIONAL POLICY — not a constitutional right. Fact #4: America May Exclude ANY Hostile Ideology The Supreme Court has ruled REPEATEDLY: "The United States may exclude any foreign national whose ideology is hostile to the survival of the nation." Cases include: Shaughnessy v. Mezei Knauff v. Shaughnessy Harisiades v. Shaughnessy Trump v. Hawaii (2018) The Constitution allows: Bans on extremist groups Denial of visas for radicals Deportation for those advocating violence Restrictions on nations with terror-linked activity This is LEGAL. This is CONSTITUTIONAL. This is HISTORIC. The Torah + Constitution Harmony Torah says: "Do not let hostile worldviews into the camp." The Constitution says: "Exclude any ideology that threatens the nation." Torah says: "One law for everybody." The Constitution says: "One Constitution for all residents." Torah warns: "Hostile mindsets become snares." History warns: "Hostile ideologies become terrorism, subversion, and civil unrest." They AGREE. Different language. Same wisdom. Eternal truth. PART VI: THE SOLUTIONS — WHAT MUST BE DONE Enough diagnosis. Enough history. Enough hand-wringing. Here is what must be DONE. Solution #1: IDEOLOGICAL VETTING — Strengthen It Immediately The Supreme Court has upheld for 70+ years that the U.S. may exclude any foreign national based on ideology, beliefs, or political allegiance. We must: ✅ Require ideological questionnaires ✅ Require statements of allegiance to the Constitution ✅ Require explicit rejection of violence ✅ Require renunciation of hostile ideologies ✅ Screen social media history THOROUGHLY No ideology is targeted — but hostile worldviews are SCREENED. Solution #2: ENHANCED COUNTRY-OF-ORIGIN RISK ASSESSMENT Politically neutral — but incredibly effective. Congress must require: Different vetting levels for high-risk countries Additional interviews Cultural background checks Tribal/sect background scrutiny Sponsor verification Travel history review This does not target religion. It targets RISK ENVIRONMENTS — which is exactly what Torah does. Solution #3: MANDATORY CIVIC ASSIMILATION REQUIREMENTS — INCLUDING ENGLISH This is the REAL melting pot. ENGLISH MUST BE REQUIRED. Not suggested. Not "encouraged." REQUIRED. You cannot assimilate into a nation whose language you refuse to learn. You cannot participate in civic life if you can't read the Constitution. You cannot melt into the melting pot if you're living in a linguistic enclave that keeps you isolated from American society. Rahmanullah Lakanwal had "poor English-language skills" according to those who knew him. He lived in "deepening cultural isolation." He couldn't communicate. He couldn't integrate. He couldn't MELT. And look what happened. Require ALL immigrants to complete: ENGLISH PROFICIENCY — Demonstrated, tested, PROVEN U.S. history education Constitutional literacy Civics courses Seminars on free speech and religious liberty Education on rights AND responsibilities Not symbolic. Not optional. No English = No status. Completion = Status. Failure = No status. This weeds out anyone who REFUSES to assimilate — quietly and constitutionally. Every nation that has survived has had a COMMON LANGUAGE. America's is English. Learn it or leave. Solution #4: A REAL OATH OF ALLEGIANCE — WITH TEETH Right now, the naturalization oath is weakly enforced. It's a formality. A rubber stamp. Words mumbled in a ceremony and forgotten by dinner. NO MORE. Here is what a REAL oath looks like: "PLACE YOUR HAND on the HOLY BOOK of your choice — the Bible, the Torah, the Quran, whatever you hold sacred — and VOW upon your HONOR: That you DISAVOW any and all former ideologies of HATRED for the United States of America. That you RELINQUISH all other national identities. That you RENOUNCE all allegiance to any foreign power, government, or political system. That you will DEFEND the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That you are making this oath FREELY, without mental reservation or purpose of evasion. So help you God." And here's the kicker: ✅ Make this oath LEGALLY BINDING ✅ Require it to be VIDEO RECORDED ✅ Make violation grounds for IMMEDIATE revocation of citizenship if obtained fraudulently ✅ Make false oath a FELONY with deportation consequences ✅ Add security review for any oath revocation cases You want to be an American? Then SWEAR IT. On your honor. On your sacred text. On your very soul. And if you're lying? If you're crossing your fingers behind your back while you mouth the words? We will FIND OUT. And you will be GONE. Turn the oath from POETRY into POLICY. Solution #5: REJECT ALL PARALLEL LEGAL SYSTEMS No foreign legal courts operating on American soil. PERIOD. Congress must explicitly state: The U.S. Constitution is the EXCLUSIVE civil legal system for all residents and citizens. This is constitutional. This is religion-neutral. This preserves UNITY. Solution #6: DISALLOW ANY ORGANIZATION THAT PROMOTES FOREIGN LAW OVER THE CONSTITUTION Ban groups that: Promote foreign legal systems over U.S. law Promote replacement of constitutional order Engage in extremism Advocate anti-American governance These bans already exist for other extremist groups. EXPAND and ENFORCE them. Solution #7: SLOW PATH TO CITIZENSHIP FOR HIGH-RISK BACKGROUNDS For nations with extremist cultures, Congress should require: Longer residency periods Longer observation windows More security interviews Additional community integration benchmarks If a worldview is incompatible — it reveals itself over time. This is Torah's "proof of alignment" principle. Solution #8: ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANTI-AMERICAN INCITEMENT America can — and MUST: Deport non-citizens advocating violence Deny visas for anti-U.S. speech Remove residency for hostility to the nation Classify groups advocating overthrow as extremist No religion is named. No faith is targeted. The BEHAVIOR is condemned — not the prayer book. Solution #9: END CATCH AND RELEASE If someone claims asylum, they wait IN CUSTODY until their case is adjudicated. Not released into the country for 5-10 years while their case sits in a backlog. Detain. Process. Decide. ENFORCE. Solution #10: REDUCE THE BACKLOG — THEN REFORM THE STANDARD Over 3 MILLION asylum cases are pending. That is not a system — that is a COLLAPSE. Hire more immigration judges. Fund more courts. CLEAR THE BACKLOG. Then reform the "credible fear" standard so it means something again. PART VII: THE CLOSING ROAR — AMERICA, WAKE UP!
