Summary
This 28-chapter book traces twelve as the architecture of YAHWEH's government, carried by the prayer 'Thy kingdom come... in earth, as it is in heaven.' It moves from the throne, the Mazzaroth as witness (not master), Psalm 82's failed council and the 'Nameless One' of Ezekiel 28, whose stones (twelve in the Greek text) reappear on Aaron's breastplate, through Israel's camp, the showbread and frames, the twelve apostles and Matthias, the 144,000 firstfruits, to the twenty-four elders and the New Jerusalem. It presents YAHSHUA as the faithful Bearer of the twelve, teaches that authority is given and must be held in holiness and service, closing with study questions and sources.
