with Professor Toto · Where the Republic Meets the Word · Freedom Frequency
Tuesday, July 7, 2026 · Runtime ~3 Hours
SEGMENT 1 — WELCOME / SHOW OPEN
~3 min · THEME MUSIC UP — HIGH ENERGY — 20 SEC · MUSIC FADES UNDER
OPEN LINE
Good evening, America. I'm Professor Toto — and while the
world stands at the mouth of the Strait of Hormuz asking
"who doesn't want peace?" — this class already knows the
answer. Sit down. Write it down.
SEGMENT 2 — ANNOUNCEMENTS
~8 min · SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT STING · All in Professor Toto's voice — Toto hosts each
item. Sequenced light → warm, ramping into Breaking News.
★ Kudos to the President — America's 250th Fourth of July
Before anything else tonight, class — kudos to the
great American President. He celebrated this country
with GRANDNESS and GREATNESS. A record-setting
fireworks display for America's 250th birthday — billed
as the largest in human history — ten sites, the sky
over this nation lit up like the Fourth it was always
meant to be.
I'll say it plainly: I love a President who LOVES
Americana. Who isn't embarrassed by the flag, the
fireworks, the anthem, the whole glorious noise of it.
He did the 250th with excellence — and this class says
thank you.
VIDEO CUE: JULY 4TH FIREWORKS VIDEO — roll it under this, thank President Trump over
the footage. ⚠️ Say "record-setting / billed as the largest in history." Guinness had NOT
publicly confirmed the record at build time, and there was a counting dispute ("effects" vs.
"detonations"). Do not say "confirmed largest" unless you've since seen Guinness verify it.
★ Go See YOUNG WASHINGTON
Class, I did something this week I want every one of
you to do. I went to the movies and watched YOUNG
WASHINGTON — and I'm telling you, GO. SEE. THIS.
MOVIE. Take your children, your grandchildren, the
skeptic who thinks this nation was an accident of
history.
But here's the Professor's charge: if you want to
truly appreciate what's on that screen, do your
homework. Go to YouTube, pull up my teaching —
titled YOUNG WASHINGTON — and watch it. The movie
shows you the man. My teaching shows you the hand
of Providence on the man. You'll walk in seeing a
general; you'll walk out seeing what was being built.
GRAPHIC: YOUNG WASHINGTON YouTube teaching thumbnail — full-screen. ⚠️ REQUIRED.
★ My New Book — for America's 250th
I've also got a brand-new book out, and I released it as
a gift for America's 250th birthday — COLORS OF
COVENANT. It's my newest sermon release, preached
this past July 4th, out now from The Apostolic Assembly
of the House of Israel.
This is the birthright message, class — the coat of
Joseph, the blessing that crossed Jacob's hands onto
Ephraim and Manasseh in Genesis 48. No accident I put
it out on the Fourth. When you understand the
birthright, you understand which nations carry it — and
this nation's place in a story far older than 1776.
THE BOOK: Search "Colors of Covenant" on
Amazon.
▶️ THE SERMON: Watch it on YouTube (First Harvest
Ministries). Want the book to breathe? Watch the
sermon first, then read.
⚠️ PRE-AIR: Confirm the Amazon listing is live and grab the direct link before saying "it's on
Amazon now." Could not verify it was public at build time.

SEGMENT 3 — BREAKING NEWS
Anchor segment · NEWS BREAK SFX · Tight bullet-format facts to riff on live — NOT written
monologue.
(The Iran/Hormuz story is covered in full in Deep Dive A — it is not repeated here.)
1. THE TACOMA COMES HOME TO TEXAS
Source / Date: Toyota Motor North America release +
Office of the Texas Governor + Trump (Truth Social) —
Monday, July 6, 2026.
THE FACTS
●Toyota is investing $3.6 BILLION to expand its San
Antonio campus — a second vehicle assembly line
to build the Tacoma.
●Tacoma production moves from Baja California,
Mexico to Texas over ~4 years.
●2,000 new high-paying jobs at the plant; local
leaders estimate up to 30,000 tied to it in the
community.
●Brings Toyota's total San Antonio investment to
$8.3 billion since 2003 — Tundra, Sequoia, AND
now Tacoma, all built in Texas.
●⚠️ PRECISION: Toyota keeps SOME Tacoma
production in Guanajuato, Mexico and says it stays
committed to Mexico. Do NOT say "Toyota
abandoned Mexico." Say the Tacoma came HOME
to Texas — true, stronger, unassailable.
THE PROFESSOR'S ANGLE (THE CONNECTION NO ONE ELSE MAKES)
WHY now? Days before this, the Trump administration
declined to renew the USMCA trade pact — moving to
annual reviews. Tariff pressure. Trade uncertainty. And
a Japanese giant didn't flee — it planted its flag in
Texas.
The Little Red Hen Doctrine: the one who does the
work — who builds where the soil is friendly — gets the
bread. Texas built the friendly soil. Texas gets the
bread. To the victor goes the spoil.
GRAPHIC: Trump Toyota Truth Social post (uploaded) + Tacoma beauty shot.
2. BEEF, BIRTHDAYS, AND THE 250TH
Source / Date: Trump (Truth Social) + Walmart's own
statement — Monday, July 6, 2026.
THE FACTS — AND BE PRECISE
●Trump posted Walmart will lower prices "at my
Administration's request to celebrate our great
Country's 250th birthday" — beef, sodas, chips,
and more.
●THE NUMBER, told straight: Trump said "almost
15%." Walmart's own statement says 12% — a
pound of ground beef roll dropping to $5.94 from
$6.74. CITE BOTH on air. We don't round up to
sound bigger.
●Sam's Club also cut Member's Mark beef ~3%.
THE PROFESSOR'S ANGLE
It doesn't matter to the mother at the checkout counter
whose idea it was — she saves eighty cents a pound,
and it lands on America's 250th birthday. Is it pure
patriotism, or a President very good at public pressure
making it attractive to say yes? I'll let you be the jury.
But the asking is a form of leadership too.
Plain truth: a President cannot ORDER a private
company to cut prices — thank YAHWEH, because the
day he can is the day we've traded a republic for a
command economy. What he CAN do is ask, persuade,
and shine a light. Free market and bully pulpit, working
together.

250th arc.
3. CUBA GOES DARK
STRAIGHT REPORT — light editorial. A story with real human cost. Report it; don't
cheerlead or lecture.
Source / Date: AP, Reuters, Bloomberg, Washington
Post — Monday, July 6, 2026.
THE FACTS
●Around midday Monday, Cuba's state utility
announced a "total disconnection" of the National
Electric Power System. Cause still under
investigation.
●Protocols activated to restore power; hours in, only
~1% of Havana's demand was being served.
●Cuba's THIRD island-wide blackout of 2026 (the
island also went dark twice in March). ~10 million
without power in summer heat.
●TWO CAUSES, both true: (1) a decrepit, Soviet-era
grid with no reserve capacity — one glitch
cascades into total collapse; (2) a U.S. oil blockade
— since January only one tanker (Russian) allowed
to dock; the squeeze tightened after the U.S.
operation that captured Venezuela's Maduro cut off
Venezuelan oil.
●HUMAN COST (say it honestly): tens of thousands
of surgeries canceled, transit halted, UN warning of
a humanitarian emergency, ~100,000 patients
waiting on surgery. Daily protests — rare for
decades — now common.
THE TWO SIDES — NAME THEM, LET THE JURY DECIDE
●Washington: the pressure is deliberate — a de
facto blockade to force a communist regime to
reform.
●Havana: President Díaz-Canel calls the energy
blockade "genocidal." That's the Cuban
government's word, and it's contested.
I'll do something rare tonight and just report it. A
regime failing its people for 60 years, a grid held
together with wire and prayer, and an American
administration applying real pressure — all true at
once. You're smart enough to weigh it.
4. THE FED QUIETLY ADMITS IT — THE
BORDER DROVE UP YOUR RENT
Source / Date: Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas
working paper — surfaced this week, July 2026.
For years, class, they told you the border was a
humanitarian issue. A moral issue. Anything but an
ECONOMIC issue that landed on YOUR kitchen table.
And this week, buried in a Federal Reserve working
paper, came a number that quietly says otherwise.
The finding: across the average American metro from
2021 to 2024, illegal immigration accounted for
roughly THIRTY PERCENT of the growth in home prices
— and about twenty percent of the growth in rents. Put
it in plain English the way the study frames it: for every
one percent rise in the number of unauthorized
workers in a city, home prices rose about two-point-two
percent. More bodies competing for the same roofs.
Supply and demand doesn't care about your politics —
it just sends you the bill.
THE PROFESSOR'S ANGLE
Here's why this matters, class. A whole generation of
young Americans has been told they'll never own a
home — and told it's their fault. Too many lattes. Not
enough hustle. And all the while, a border policy
nobody voted for was bidding up the price of the very
roof over their heads. This isn't about hating anybody.
It's about arithmetic. You cannot add millions of people
to a housing market that isn't building fast enough and
act surprised when a young couple gets priced out of
their first home. Write it down.
⚠️ PRECISION — this is where you'd get dinged: It's a Dallas Fed WORKING PAPER
(preliminary, the authors' own view — NOT the official position of the Federal Reserve).
And "30%" is the SHARE of home-price GROWTH attributable to the surge — NOT "prices
went up 30%." Say "30 percent of the price GROWTH," not "prices rose 30 percent." The
clean stat: 1% more unauthorized workers ≈ 2.2% higher home prices.
5. THE $TRUMP COIN "SCANDAL" THAT
ISN'T ONE
Source / Date: Newsom and Democrat lawmakers vs.
the facts — coverage this week, July 2026.
Gavin Newsom went on his little social media crusade
this week, class, and he called the President's $TRUMP
memecoin "corruption on a scale our country has never
seen." A million people lost billions, he cried, while a
handful of insiders made a fortune. Big words. Now let
me do what Gavin won't — let me actually walk you
through it, because the "scandal" falls apart the
moment you understand how these things work.
First, what's a memecoin? It's a cryptocurrency with no
company behind it — its price is worth exactly what the
next person will pay, nothing more. It shot from six
dollars up to seventy-five in hours, then crashed back
down under two. And here's the thing, class: that's not
a crime. That's memecoins. Roughly ninety-seven
percent of them fail completely. Early buyers win, late
buyers lose — that is the whole nature of the thing,
and everybody who buys one knows it going in.
Now, "insider trading" — that's the charge. And it's
legally illiterate. Insider trading means acting on
SECRET information the public doesn't have. But the
President promoted this coin OPENLY, on Truth Social,
for all the world to see. A public announcement is the
exact OPPOSITE of a secret. And unlike a regular stock
— where the big Wall Street players get to buy in
cheap, in private, months before you ever get a shot —
this coin had NO discounted secret sale. Everybody
walked up to the same window at the same price. The
little guy had the same access as the big guy. When
has that EVER been true on Wall Street?
THE PROFESSOR'S ANGLE
So why the manufactured outrage? Because it's got
Trump's name on it. That's the whole story. These are
the same people who said nothing — NOTHING — when
insiders got rich the quiet, connected, Wall-Street way
for a hundred years. But let the outsider put his name
on something the little guy can access on equal
footing, and suddenly it's "corruption we've never
seen." It's not the coin that offends them, class. It's the
name. Write it down.
⚠️ WHOLE BOARD — for your own knowledge if challenged live: The strongest counter-fact
the other side has is that Trump-linked entities held ~80% of the coin's supply and collect
a fee on every trade (estimated $320–400M). That's real, and it's why the honest framing
is "no insider TRADING and equal public access" — NOT "Trump made no money." He did.
Also true: NO SEC insider-trading charge has been filed. Don't claim he profited nothing;
claim the "insider trading" charge specifically is bogus. That's the defensible line.
6. BELIEVE WOMEN (TERMS AND
CONDITIONS APPLY)
Source / Date: Politico, ABC, PBS, Maine Public, New
York Times — breaking through July 6–7, 2026.
Let me tell you a story about a party and its favorite
word, class. That word is "believe." Believe women.
They built a whole movement on it. And this week that
movement ran headfirst into one of its own — and I
want you to watch how fast the rules changed.
The man is Graham Platner. Maine. The progressive
golden boy — an oysterman, a veteran, Bernie
Sanders' guy, the populist who was going to take down
Susan Collins. And this week a woman he used to date,
Jenny Racicot, told Politico that five years ago he
sexually assaulted her. Now — hear me carefully,
because we do this the right way — Platner denies it.
He calls it "categorically false." These are allegations,
they are not adjudicated, and I'm not here to play
judge and jury. Write that down: alleged.
But here is what is NOT alleged — here is what's on the
record. The moment that story dropped, the same
party that preached "believe women" for a decade
turned on him like a light switch. Bernie Sanders — his
biggest backer — said he'd recommended Platner "step
aside." Warren pulled her endorsement. Schumer and
Gillibrand demanded he withdraw. The campaign
committee announced it won't spend a single dollar if
he stays. Even Senator Fetterman went further and
called him, flat out, a "predator" — that's Fetterman's
word, not mine.
And then the part that turns a scandal into a spectacle.
Because Platner has NOT dropped out. He's
"reflecting." And according to reporting — an
anonymous source to the New York Times — he
reportedly won't leave quietly unless he gets a
guarantee: that his replacement is someone HE
approves, someone "true" to his movement. In other
words, reportedly, he's telling the party that tossed
him: I'll go — but only if I get to pick who takes my
chair.
THE PROFESSOR'S ANGLE
So here's the whole board, class. I'm not the one who
convicted this man — I'm telling you what's alleged
and what he denies. But I AM going to point out the
machine. For ten years they told YOU that to even
QUESTION an accusation made you the enemy.
Believe. All. Women. And the second it was one of their
own rising stars, the calculus changed — not to
disbelief, but to damage control, to endorsements
yanked and funding pulled and a scramble for a
replacement. The principle was never really "believe
women." The principle was "protect the seat." Write it
down.
⚠️ PRECISION — this is a sexual-assault allegation against a named living person. Non-
negotiable: say ALLEGED / DENIES throughout — Platner calls it "categorically false" and it
is NOT adjudicated. · Fetterman's "predator" is a REAL quote — frame it as "Fetterman
called him a predator," not as established fact. · The "won't drop out unless he picks his
successor" is from an ANONYMOUS source to the NYT characterizing his private thinking —
say "reportedly," NOT "Platner announced." · The Free Press's Republican-accuser double-
standard angle is real but I haven't independently sourced that earlier accuser's details —
keep it general or verify first.
7. THEY'RE COMING FOR THE COURT —
21 JUSTICES AND THE DEATH OF THE
FILIBUSTER
Source / Date: President Trump on Truth Social, citing
Politico — the weekend of July 4–6, 2026.
The President found something on the Fourth of July
weekend, class, and he wants every Republican in
America to look at it. The chairs of the far-left Black,
Hispanic, and Progressive Caucuses — on the 250th
birthday of this nation — announced their plan out
loud. And here's the beauty of it: they're not even
hiding it anymore.
Here's the plan. TERMINATE the filibuster. EXPAND the
Supreme Court — their dream, as the President put it,
of twenty-one justices. Not the nine we've had since
1869. Not even thirteen — an unlucky number, he said.
Twenty-one. And while they're at it: two new radical-
left states, four new Democrat senators, a wall of
Electoral College votes impossible to beat. As the
President said — "and that's the ballgame."
Because understand what this actually is, class. This is
not policy. This is a plan to make sure the Republican
Party never wins another election. Terminate the
filibuster in the first hour, pack the Court, add the
states, and lock the door behind them. The President's
words: they'll do it in their first hour, and he'll be sitting
home with tears in his eyes saying — "I TOLD YOU SO."
THE PROFESSOR'S ANGLE
Here's what I want you to see. For years they
screamed that TRUMP was the threat to democracy.
TRUMP was the authoritarian. And now — in their own
resolution, in their own words, on the 250th
anniversary of American freedom — they're telling you
they want to tear the referee off the field, stack the
deck, and add states like poker chips. The party that
cried "save democracy" just published the blueprint to
end it. Write it down.
GRAPHIC: Trump filibuster / court-packing Truth Social post (uploaded). ⚠️ Straight-read is
fine, but for your own knowledge if challenged live: the caucuses' resolution calls for
expanding the Court and killing the filibuster but does NOT name "21" — that's Trump's
characterization (some Dems have floated 13). And it's a messaging resolution with
virtually no chance of passage. The intention is real and stated; the "21" and imminence
are Trump's framing.
8. THE SUPREME COURT JUST HANDED
YOU BACK YOUR FOURTH AMENDMENT
Source / Date: Chatrie v. United States, U.S. Supreme
Court, No. 25–112 — decided Monday, June 29, 2026.
Let me tell you a story, class. Back in 2019, a bank got
robbed in Virginia. And to find their man, the police did
something that should stop every one of you cold. They
went to Google, and they got what's called a geofence
warrant — a warrant that forced Google to hand over
the identity of every single cell phone that had been
within a seventeen-and-a-half-acre circle around that
bank. Homes. A church. Everyone who happened to be
nearby, going about their lives, for a two-hour window.
All of them swept into a digital dragnet to catch one
man.
And the question that rode all the way up to the
Supreme Court was simple: when the government
reaches into a company's servers and pulls your
location out of the air like that — is that a search? Does
the Fourth Amendment, written by men with quill pens
who never imagined a smartphone, still protect you in
the digital age?
On June 29th, the Court answered. Yes. When law
enforcement reaches into a provider and takes your
historical cell-phone location data, that is a search —
and it requires a warrant. And here's the part that
matters most: it doesn't matter if it was only two
hours. The Court took the 2018 Carpenter ruling and
extended it — no "grace period," no free window, no
matter how brief. If your phone generated it —
rideshare app, weather app, fast food, fitness tracker
— and a company is holding it, the government needs
a warrant to get it.
THE PROFESSOR'S ANGLE
Here's the principle, class: Americans do NOT forfeit
their constitutional protections just because the
calendar turned digital. The Founders never said your
papers stop being your papers because they live on a
server. This is the Fourth Amendment walking into the
21st century with its head held high.
And connect the term. This is the SAME historic Court
that ruled on birthright citizenship and Trump v.
Slaughter. In one single term, they redrew citizenship
AND handed you back your digital privacy. Whatever
else you say about this Court — this is the most
consequential Supreme Court term of our lifetimes.
Write it down.
⚠️ PRECISION — state it RIGHT (this is where headlines get it wrong): The holding is
"government needs a WARRANT for your phone's location," NOT "government can never
track your phone." · The Court expressly DECLINED to rule geofence warrants categorically
invalid — Justice Jackson's concurrence flagged concern about the later stages of these
reverse-searches, and the case goes back to the 4th Circuit. · Attribute the winning
argument as "the case this class has been making" — do NOT imply the show was a party
to the brief unless that's literally true.
[PACING / BREATH] The filibuster story is a warning; Chatrie is a WIN. Ending on Chatrie
lifts the energy back up — close Breaking News on the victory, then reset before the Deep
Dives.
SEGMENT 4 — DEEP DIVES
~15–20 min each · Deep Dive A is the COMPLETE Iran story — the news AND the
prophecy, all in one place. Toto reports the facts and geopolitics; Pastor Vaughn lands the
prophetic weight.
A. THEY DON'T WANT PEACE — THEY
WANT THE MAHDI
This is the whole Iran story — nothing about it lives in Breaking News. Three beats: Iran
attacks the tankers → the U.S. yanks the oil windfall → the U.S. launches military strikes.
Report the facts, then go deep. NOTE: the strikes are BREAKING as of build time — treat
as developing.
THE NEWS — WHAT JUST HAPPENED
●Last night a tanker was struck by a projectile off
Limah, Oman (~8 nm out, southbound) — caught
fire on the port side. U.S. officials (Axios) say Iran's
military fired at least two missiles at commercial
ships; a second vessel was also hit. Both
significantly damaged — no casualties.
●Reuters sources ID the burning ship as the Al
Rekayyat, a Qatari LNG tanker. Iranian state TV
implied a strike "after warnings" but did NOT
officially claim it. This BREAKS the interim MOU
signed under three weeks ago.
●The U.S. response, same day: Treasury's OFAC
REVOKED General License X — the sweeping June
authorization allowing Iranian oil trade — replacing
it with General License X1: new purchases barred
as of July 7, existing deals wind down through July
17. That revoked license had unlocked dollar-
denominated Iranian oil for the first time in 40+
years — a potential $8–9 BILLION windfall. Iran
torched a tanker; within hours the U.S. yanked the
windfall back.
●A U.S. official: Iran's actions in the Strait of Hormuz
are "wholly unacceptable" and will be met with
consequences.
●AND THEN — THIS AFTERNOON, THE
HAMMER: Around 5:15 PM Eastern, U.S. Central
Command announced American forces have begun
"a series of powerful strikes against Iran to impose
heavy costs" for attacking commercial shipping.
CENTCOM called Iran's aggression "unwarranted,
dangerous, and a clear violation of the ceasefire."
Iranian state media reports explosions in the port
cities of Bandar Abbas and Sirik, and on Qeshm
Island. A U.S. official told CNN the strikes are NOT
proportional: "This is punishment. It won't be over
for a bit." This is happening WHILE Trump sits at
the NATO summit in Ankara. Monday he said
"make a deal or we finish the job" — tonight, the
job is underway.
●The chokepoint, class — WRITE IT DOWN:
Hormuz is the single most important oil-and-gas
chokepoint on earth. Nations don't go to war over
the open ocean — they go to war over the narrow
places. Hormuz. Malacca. Gibraltar. The Bosphorus.
He who holds the narrow place holds the world's
throat.
⚠️ "Who doesn't want peace" (Fox contributor) — attribute as HEARD, not a sourced direct
quote. Say "words to that effect." · Treasury wind-down: July 17, not July 7. · CENTCOM
strikes are BREAKING as of ~5:15 PM ET July 7 — details still developing; check for
updates before air and note it's an unfolding situation. GRAPHIC: CENTCOM Truth Social/X
post announcing the strikes (uploaded).
TOTO SETS IT UP — THE QUESTION THE WORLD CAN'T ANSWER
A man on television asked the question this whole
class already answered months ago. Throwing up his
hands as a tanker burned: "who doesn't want peace?"
America, I'm about to answer what the whole world is
too blind to see. The West cannot make peace with
Iran because Iran is not seeking what the West is
seeking. This is not a conflict of interests. It is a conflict
of destinies.
The diplomat's gospel says every rational nation wants
prosperity and open trade — give them a good enough
deal and any regime takes the win. Then explain a
government that signs a deal and torches a tanker
three weeks later. That lights the fuse in the very
waterway that feeds its own economy. The State
Department's faith short-circuits at the mouth of
Hormuz.
[TRANSITION — Toto has framed the geopolitics. Pastor Vaughn carries the prophecy.]
PASTOR VAUGHN LANDS IT — THE KING OF THE SOUTH
Here is the key no other broadcast will hand you. The
ruling theology of Iran waits for the Twelfth Imam —
the hidden Mahdi — who vanished in the ninth century
and is prophesied to return in an hour of maximum
chaos. Do you hear it? Chaos is not the obstacle to
their messiah. Chaos is the invitation. The more the
world burns, the sooner they believe he comes. So
when you offer such a regime peace, you are not
offering a gift — you are offering a delay.
This is why the Scripture calls this power the King of
the South, who will PUSH against the King of the North
— Daniel 11:40. Notice that one word: PUSH. Not
negotiate. Not settle. Aggravate. Provoke. Shove the
nations toward the edge. Every end-time cascade
begins with that pushing — and it shows up, tonight, at
a narrow place. A strait. A tanker on fire while a nation
marches to the Mahdi's mosque.
Pull quote: They don't want your peace, America — because they're waiting on a different
messiah. But ours already came, He's already on the throne, and He already told us how
the story ends.
[PACING / BREATH] This dive ends on the prophetic note. Take a beat before Deep Dive B
shifts back to Toto and the institutions.
B. BURN DOWN THE INSTITUTIONS —
AND REPLACE THEM WITH WHAT?
THE HOOK — FROM MY OWN PAGE THIS WEEK
I posted something this week that struck a nerve — a
hundred and thirty thousand of you reacted to it. I said:
hey, you Christians who don't believe in getting
involved in politics — don't worry. Your Muslim
neighbors are GLAD to get involved. So keep your head
in the sand... while they take over the sand.
Now hear me, class — that is not a shot at Muslims.
Not at all. It's a shot at US. Because I'll tell you what I
respect: I respect people who believe something
strongly enough to show UP for it. What I cannot
respect is a Church that was handed a republic and
decided showing up was beneath her. The other side
isn't winning the public square because they're
stronger. They're winning it because half the sanctuary
decided the public square was dirty and stayed home.
THE THESIS
Because here's the connection, class. The same
instinct that tells a believer to "stay out of politics" is
the instinct that tells the whole culture to "burn it all
down." Both walk away from the institution. One walks
away in piety, one walks away in rage — but the chair
sits empty either way, and somebody always fills an
empty chair.
I love how everybody wants to burn down the
institutions — the Supreme Court, the church, anything
else — and yet nobody has a single thing to replace
them with.
Institutions exist to give society a modicum of
normalcy. They are NOT there to be perfect, nor shall
they ever be. To expect perfect government among
imperfect men is to prove the problem is not with the
institutions — it's with the expectations.
THE PATRIOT TIE-IN
Thomas Paine wrote about exactly this in Common
Sense — one of the patriotic works we sat with
yesterday. Paine understood that government is, at
best, a necessary restraint on our fallen nature — not a
machine that makes men into angels. Tear down the
restraint because it isn't perfect, and you don't get
freedom. You get the mob.
SOURCE: Thomas Paine, Common Sense (1776). Draw on the ideas in Toto's own words;
don't read long passages verbatim on air.
Pull quote: The problem was never the institution. The problem is a people who expected
perfection from imperfect men — and torched the house when they didn't get it.
C. IF ANYONE CAN BIRTH AN
"AMERICAN," CITIZENSHIP MEANS
NOTHING
Rewritten in Toto's voice from the ideas in a published Federalist piece — his own
composition, not their text.
Let me ask you a question, class, on the 250th birthday
of this nation. What is citizenship actually worth — if
anyone, from anywhere on earth, can step onto our soil
for a few hours and manufacture an American?
Because on June 30th, the Supreme Court wrestled
with exactly that, and the answer should trouble you.
Here's the heart of it. The Fourteenth Amendment
doesn't just say "born here." It says born here AND —
and this is the part they skip — "subject to the
jurisdiction thereof." Now the dissenting justices, and
the scholars who've studied this for years, argue that
phrase was never an accident. It meant full allegiance.
Owing your loyalty to this nation and no other. Senator
Lyman Trumbull, one of the men who wrote the
Reconstruction laws, said it plainly: it meant "not owing
allegiance to anybody else." And Senator Jacob
Howard, the very author of that Citizenship Clause,
said on the Senate floor it would NOT cover foreigners
and aliens passing through. That's not my opinion,
class — that's the man who wrote the words telling you
what they meant.
Even the old case everybody cites the other way —
Wong Kim Ark, back in 1898 — Justice Alito reminds us
was about a child whose parents had a permanent
home and residence here. Not a tourist. Not a birth-
tourism package. A family that had planted its life on
these shores.
And that word — birth tourism — is where this stops
being a law-school debate and becomes a national-
security question. Because there is an industry, class,
charging tens of thousands of dollars, coaching foreign
nationals on how to fly in, deliver a baby on American
soil, and fly back out with a U.S. passport for that child.
And when the analysts like Peter Schweizer start
pulling that thread, they find adversarial governments
who see the loophole for what it is — a way to
manufacture Americans by the thousands. That's not
immigration. That's what he calls civilizational warfare.
CONNECT IT TO CANON
And here's the through-line of this whole historic term,
class. This is the same June 30th Court that gave us
Trump v. Slaughter — and the Kavanaugh Signal,
where Justice Kavanaugh pointed out that Congress
CAN amend the immigration law to fix this. The Court
didn't slam the door. It handed the pen to Congress
and said: the fix is yours to write. Write it down.
⚠️ VERIFY before air: the 320,000 births / 9% figure, the ~260,000-affected estimate, and
the 750,000–1.5M "raised abroad" claim — if you use any specific numbers, source them
first; the copy above deliberately keeps it general so nothing contested is stated as
settled.
D. AMERICA WAKES UP TO THE
COMMUNIST THREAT
Rewritten in Shane's voice from the ideas in a Trumpet piece — his own composition, not
their text. Toto opens with the political case; Pastor Vaughn lands the prophetic warning.
PART ONE — PROFESSOR TOTO (THE POLITICAL CASE)
For decades, class, they called us crazy for saying it
out loud. When Rudy Giuliani pointed out Barack
Obama's mentorship under a card-carrying Communist
named Frank Marshall Davis, the White House called
him a "sidewalk lunatic." Well — the lunatics were
right. Because what they used to whisper, they now
shout from a stage.
Look at New York City, class. The mayor is a self-
avowed socialist. A candidate for Congress there said
out loud that most of the political theory she's read is
Communist, and that the "pyromania associated with
anarchism" is — her word — "intriguing." A national
committee member of the Democratic Socialists of
America stated it flat: "Our goal is communism." Not a
slip. Not a smear from us. Their own mission, in their
own mouths. And the polls say one in three Democrats
now back these democratic-socialist candidates. The
mask isn't slipping, class — they took it off and threw it
in the trash.
And here's the part that should get your attention. On
the day before America's 250th birthday, standing at
Mount Rushmore, President Trump named it. He said
communism is a mortal threat to American liberty — a
greater threat, he said, than World War I, World War II,
Pearl Harbor, even 9/11. And you know what? On that
point, he is exactly right. Because every one of those
enemies attacked us from OUTSIDE — and America
always rallies against an enemy at the gate. This one is
different. This one attacks from WITHIN. It doesn't
bomb the harbor; it captures the schools, the
newsroom, the courtroom, one institution at a time,
until one day you look up and the enemy isn't across
an ocean — he's on the ballot, wearing a rosette,
calling himself a Democrat.
[TRANSITION — Professor Toto has named the political threat. Pastor Vaughn takes it
deeper.]
PART TWO — PASTOR JOHN SHANE VAUGHN (THE PROPHETIC WARNING)
Now beloved, here's what even the President doesn't
see. He named ONE enemy — and this nation has a
habit, a fatal habit, of only ever seeing one enemy at a
time. Herbert Armstrong warned of this decades ago:
America never recognizes its real adversary until after
he's already struck, because we fixate on the threat in
front of us and go blind to the one rising behind it.
Here is the hard word, class. The communist rot is real
— but Scripture indicates it will not be what finishes
this nation. It will be what WEAKENS her. It saps the
strength, perverts the morals, wrecks the schools, and
divides brother against brother — until a people too
busy fighting each other cannot see the greater power
rising across the sea. And even now, while we
congratulate ourselves for naming the Communist, we
are helping rebuild the military machine of Europe —
American weapons systems now being built on German
soil. A house divided cannot stand, and a divided
America is exactly the prize that a rising European
superpower has been prophesied to exploit.
And this is why the answer was never merely political,
beloved. You cannot vote your way out of a spiritual
condition. Leviticus 26 warns of a people corrected
"seven times" for turning from their God. The one and
only hope for this nation is not a party or a president —
it is repentance. A turning of the heart back to the God
who gave her the birthright in the first place. Vote, yes.
Show up, yes. But understand: the deepest battle for
America was never left versus right. It is a nation
remembering — or forgetting — Whose she is.
SOURCE NOTE: Composed in Shane's voice from the ideas in the Trumpet piece. The
"revived European superpower / Holy Roman Empire" framing is Armstrong/Flurry
prophetic doctrine — stated here as Vaughn's settled teaching, kept on the Vaughn side of
the handoff.
[PACING / BREATH] Deep Dives are heavy and cerebral — and this one ends on a solemn
spiritual note. Shake it off before Oz; the audience needs the tonal permission to laugh.
Let the OZ TRANSITION MUSIC do the work; come in lighter.
SEGMENT 5 — THE LAND OF OZ️
Where liberalism goes to be laughed at · OZ TRANSITION MUSIC · Funny is the weapon;
truth is the bullet — the bullet must be real.
1. THE "GOTCHA" VIDEO
THE SETUP
Roll the GOTCHA video. Let it play. Let them convict
themselves in their own words — no narration needed
until the tape is done.
VIDEO CUE: GOTCHA VIDEO (Shane to load). Set up deadpan, then land the Toto punchline
after.
THE LESSON
Deadpan the setup, let the absurdity speak, then
reveal what it actually exposes about their worldview.
2. "SHOW SOME GUTS AND GO"
The Absurdity: As Iran mined and torched one of the
most dangerous waterways on earth, the geniuses of
cable news had advice for the tanker crews.
The Setup: One host's counsel to civilian sailors
staring down IRGC gunboats and sea mines was,
reportedly, to "show some guts and go through the
strait." Just let it sit.
The Punchline: Easy to have guts from a leather chair
in Manhattan with a teleprompter and a snack cart. I'd
like to see that gentleman show some guts toward a
floating mine.
The Lesson: The commentariat treats other people's
lives like a video game. Courage is cheap when it's
someone else's boat.

3. FIRED FOR LOVING AMERICA — ON
THE FOURTH OF JULY
Source / Date: Chattanooga Times Free Press,
NewsChannel 9, Local 3 — July 4–6, 2026.
The Absurdity: A conductor on Chattanooga's Incline
Railway — a 131-year-old tourist attraction up Lookout
Mountain — got on the microphone on the FOURTH OF
JULY and committed the unforgivable sin of... loving his
country out loud.
The Setup: Here's the crime, class. He said — and I
quote — "Welcome to the greatest country on the face
of the planet, and if you disagree, you can leave. To
the very, very few Americans in here — Happy
Independence Day." That's it. That's the whole offense.
A man wished people a happy Independence Day on
Independence Day. A passenger filmed it, sent it to the
transit authority that same afternoon, and by the end
of the day he was FIRED. The company — CARTA —
issued a groveling apology for the "sting" of his words
and promised he'll never work there again. "Zero
tolerance," they said.
The Punchline: Zero tolerance — for patriotism. On
the Fourth of July. At a railway that's been carrying
flag-waving tourists up that mountain since 1895.
Somewhere a DEI consultant is getting a bonus. And
the beautiful irony, class? He told them if they don't
love the country, they're free to leave — and the
country he was describing is the only one on earth
where you actually can.
The Lesson: This is the whole ballgame in one train
ride. A generation has been trained to be OFFENDED
by love of country — to hear "greatest nation on earth"
as a threat instead of a toast. They didn't fire him
because he was cruel. They fired him because he was
proud. And a nation that fires its people for being
proud of it on its own birthday is a nation that has
forgotten what the fireworks are FOR.
4. THE HOA VS. OLD GLORY
Source / Date: NewsNation, Newsweek, Fox 5 San
Diego, TMZ — San Marcos, CA, late June–July 2026.
VIDEO CUE: Roll the HOA flag video. Let the residents
say it in their own words, then land the Toto take.
The Absurdity: Just in time for America's 250th
birthday, a homeowners' association in San Marcos,
California decided the real threat to the neighborhood
wasn't crime, wasn't blight — it was the AMERICAN
FLAG.
The Setup: The Ambiance Owners Association told
two families — the Cookes, and Terri Collins, who has
flown her flag for THIRTY-FIVE YEARS without a peep —
to take down the Stars and Stripes or eat a hundred-
dollar fine. And here's their reasoning, class, read it
slow: the American flag, they wrote, expresses "a
political or affiliative view" that would "degrade the
common area." Degrade it. The flag of the United
States. On the eve of her 250th birthday.
The Punchline: These families spent two years
researching the law, hired a lawyer, and told the HOA
exactly where it could put its fine — and they're going
to WIN, because there's a federal law, the Freedom to
Display the American Flag Act, that says an HOA can't
do this. So the association picked a fight it's going to
lose, over a flag that's been flying for thirty-five years,
in the birthday month of the country it represents.
Somewhere a board of "tin-pot bureaucrats" is very
proud of itself.
The Lesson: Notice the tell, class — the exact same
tell as the train conductor. To them, the flag isn't
unifying. It's a "point of view." A "political affiliation."
That's the whole disease in a sentence: when loving
your country reads as taking a side, the country has
already been divided in the minds of the people who
should be defending it. But here's the good news — in
both these stories, the Americans didn't fold. The
conductor stood by his words. These families are
standing by their flag. That's the Republic pushing
back. And that's a beautiful thing to see on her 250th.
AD BREAK — Before the Monologue
Come down from the Oz laughter into a sincere, personal read. This is the breath before
the show's centerpiece.
The Patriots Buying Club: "The Pain Relief Power Couple"
Heart-first, sincere, slower. Not a hard sell. Let the story carry it.
Let me get personal. I've watched someone I love
suffer with acute back pain — the sleepless nights, the
frustration, the helplessness when nothing brings real
relief.
That's why I have a passion for better options — NOT
full of crazy ingredients. No kratom. No cannabis.
Nothing that leaves you worried about what you're
putting in your body. A friend introduced me to
something I'm officially adding to The Patriots Buying
Club — an American-made topical pain relief gel for
localized pain.
THE GEL: https://bit.ly/passionforpain
And I wouldn't stop there. Support the body externally
with the gel, and internally with these inflammation-
support drops.
THE DROPS: https://professortoto.myorygn.co
I call them the Pain Relief Power Couple — external
with the gel, internal with the drops. If pain has been
robbing you or someone you love of quality of life,
don't just scroll past. Click both. Try them. And when
they make a difference, tag me and tell the world.
People in pain don't need more empty promises — they
need something worth trying.

SEGMENT 6 — THE MONOLOGUE
[PACING / BREATH] Come into the monologue clean. Kill the Oz music, drop the energy, let
silence hang before the first line.

Toto builds the argument, Vaughn brings it home.
"A City on a Hill — And the God Who Built It"
Rewritten fresh in Shane's voice from his own source material (God-of-Israel nationalism /
Constitution & the Bible). NOT source text — Toto/Vaughn composition.
PART ONE — PROFESSOR TOTO (THE CONSTITUTIONAL CASE)
OPENING HOOK
America, we are about to turn two hundred and fifty
years old. And all week the fireworks have been telling
you WHAT we are. Tonight your Professor is going to
tell you WHY we are — and it is not the answer they
teach in the schools.
THE CLAIM THEY MAKE
They'll tell you the Constitution is a secular document.
Four thousand five hundred words, no Scripture
quoted, no church established, God mentioned exactly
once — "the Year of our Lord." And from that they build
a lie: that America was founded to be a godless
republic, and that faith was something the founders
wanted kept far from public life.
THE CONTRADICTION
But here's what won't survive the daylight, class. Every
idea holding that document up walks straight out of the
Book they say isn't in it. Rule of law — that no king, no
president, no judge stands above the law — that's not
Enlightenment cleverness. That's Deuteronomy: the
king writes his own copy of the law and reads it all his
days. Equal justice — one law for the citizen and the
stranger alike — that's Leviticus. Property rights —
thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not covet. The whole
architecture of your freedom is Hebrew before it was
ever American.
THE EVIDENCE
The Pilgrims didn't cross a killing ocean for a tax break.
They crossed it for freedom of conscience — and they
named this land like the land they read about.
Bethlehem. Hebron. Salem. Zion. They called
themselves a new Israel because they believed they
were a covenant people entering a promised land. The
first written constitution in the New World —
Connecticut's Fundamental Orders — grounded itself in
"the rule of the Word of God." To this day every one of
the fifty states honors God in its constitution. Every.
Single. One. That is not the paper trail of a secular
accident. That is the fingerprint of a covenant.
THE HANDOFF
So the Constitution is Biblical — not because it quotes
chapter and verse, but because it is built on the laws of
nature and of nature's God. That's the constitutional
case, and it is airtight. But there is a deeper why
underneath the why — and for that, I have to take off
one hat and put on the other.
[TRANSITION — Professor Toto steps back. Pastor Vaughn steps forward. Softer. Reverent.
The room changes.]
PART TWO — PASTOR JOHN SHANE VAUGHN (THE PROPHETIC CLOSE)
THE DEEPER WHY
Beloved, the reason those principles are in that
document is that they were promised to a people long
before there was a document. The God of Israel told
Abraham his descendants would become a nation and
a company of nations — that they would spread abroad
to the west and the east, the north and the south, and
that through them all the families of the earth would be
blessed.
That was not poetry. That was prophecy. And the
crossed hands of Jacob in Genesis 48 — the birthright
laid on Ephraim and Manasseh — set in motion a
blessing that would find its fullness not in the ancient
Middle East, but here. The company of nations and the
great single nation the Scriptures foretold are the very
peoples who carried that Book across the sea and built
their laws upon it.
THE WARNING
But hear me, because a birthright is a responsibility
before it is a reward. Israel of old was blessed beyond
all probability — not for her righteousness, but in SPITE
of herself — so that she would be an example to the
nations. And when she forgot the God who blessed her,
the blessing became a witness against her. America
stands exactly there tonight. We have taken the wealth
and the power He gave and turned our children away
from the Law that made us. The fireworks are loud,
class — but a nation can be gilded on the outside and
hollow at the altar.
THE HOPE
And yet — and yet — the same God who blesses and
corrects will not let go of a people He called for a
purpose. He did not raise this nation up to abandon it.
The sun that is setting on a forgetful America is the
same sun He has promised will rise again on a people
who remember Him — a wise and understanding
people in the sight of all the nations. America 250 is
not the end of the story. It is the intermission.
THE CALL
So this is your charge, on the eve of two hundred and
fifty years. Do not merely wave the flag — keep the
covenant. Teach your children whose laws these really
are. Turn back to the God of Israel who wrote your
freedom into being before your founders ever put pen
to parchment. Because a city on a hill only shines as
long as it remembers Who lit the lamp.
CLOSING LINE
They ask what America is. She is a city on a hill — and the light was never her own. And
now you know... THE BEST of the story.
