Professor Toto - Teaches "Madisons Medication"

* in today's lesson you are going to learn about Madison's medication anytime something is sick you go to the doctor you get a prescription for a cure to the sickness the United States Republic and our great Constitution has indeed suffered a great malady we all witnessed it on January the 6th and we're going to talk about that malady today we're going to talk about Madison's medication to cure in this entire Ministry that we have to the * Patriots is trust the Constitution however in the previous lesson I taught you the only way to protect the Constitution I taught you that the federal government the Constitution is basically the enemy of the federal government why because the Constitution is the bridle on the horse no horse likes a bridle the federal government swears to defend the Constitution and yet they despise it they've proven that to us by overreaching their Authority into the individual states that we all live in now in this lesson today we are * going to show you something that the founding fathers established to protect us from what happening right now in the United States of America many of you have asked me what went wrong on January the 6th well I did a video an interview with Pastor Jerome it's on this YouTube channel and in it I talk about Mike Pence in detail some things I've come to believe about this man that you might want to watch that interview but what failed on January the 6th was not Mike Pence as much as it was The Cure for January the 6th let me explain it * like this yes Mike Pence dealt us a deafening blow it will be heard for many decades to come however Mike Pence should never have been put in that position now there was a failure but the failure is is it it must be pointed out to you so that you can know that in the future we can stop this from ever happening again ladies and gentlemen there is an infection in our nation and it is called the federal government the founding fathers feared this infection they worried about this infection as a matter of fact everyone * that signed the Constitution feared this great infection they created the Constitution to protect us from the infection but the Constitution is just a piece of paper it's a lot like the word of God Jesus Christ said Yeshua the Messiah that you talking about me and you have caused the word of God to have no effect in our life because we simply don't get involved with the word of God so what he told these folks he said the word of God is powerful it's divine it will give you a better life but you must interact with it you must apply it to * your personal life or it's just a dead book and that's a fact the Constitution I believe is divine inspired by God himself to America first because he had a great purpose for America if you want to know more about that subject on this YouTube channel there's a video there entitled why America first God created that book for you and I to interact with it the founding fathers created the Constitution but we you and I must interact with that document to protect it from the federal infection I've drawn a circle here to help you * understand what I'm talking about this red circle is it's an infection and I call it the federal infection for a reason in the center of this cell we're gonna I've tried to draw this like a cell because I want you to understand what an infection does to a cell in the center of the cell we have the nucleus the nucleus is the letter c you see the letter c there stands for the Constitution this nucleus must be protected to give life you see our life and our body comes from these cells the very code of life is hidden in that nucleus the Constitution * is the nucleus of the great Republic because Kamala Harris and because uh Mr Biden desire to re-educate you and cause you to believe that we are a democracy instead of a republic then they will cause you to place all your faith in the infection itself the enemy of the Republic is the federal government I'll say it again the enemy of the Republic is the federal government you say I don't believe that okay well I'll prove it to you the federal government craves power the federal government needs power over the people * and they get that power by causing you to believe that we are a democracy and that therefore the majority should rule the worst form of government in the history of the world is a pure democracy that is a mafia type government but our Founders handed to us something much better they gave us a federal republic a constitutional federal republic and here is what that Constitution said to you and me the only way to protect the heartbeat of our Republic is for there to be a protective wall around the Constitution to protect the Constitution from the * federal infection that infection seeps its way into the nucleus but this membrane of 50 states you see all these boxes I have there that's 50 States called the United States of America these states are not one please hear me there's a phrase that we call e pluribus unum which means out of many one but the problem is we forget about the many and try to turn the many into one this nation was never to be one codified nation it was to be a republic of 50 Sovereign Nations those Nations we call States but the word States is a word that * should be better spoken As We the People let me tell you who your state government is that state government is supposed to be the voice of you if it's not then you need to get busy and turn it into that because when you lose your state you're losing your protection from federal government or the federal infection so these 50 states are all Sovereign they all have a governor which in fact is a president of that Nation these 50 nations are not one they have come together voluntarily to form a more perfect union * they already have a union by the fact that we're all on the same land mass together and we all call ourselves Americans but there was a time years ago when we understood that we were a republic that we identified as citizens from the great state of Mississippi or the great state of Louisiana we were proud of our statehood but over the years our Public School Systems have drawn us away from State sovereignty and tried to morph us into this democracy of a great federal government this infection is seeping through how is * it seeping through well over here on this side of the Constitution you have California this state is supposed to be protecting us from this Federal infection but in fact the infection has eroded the wall of California and now California is is part of the problem now over here this infection has invaded its way through the uh New England states up here the wall of the protection of the Constitution is being eradicated now it can't get through Texas it can't get through Mississippi it can't get through Louisiana and I'll give you an example * as to why the state of Texas right now has put up its Shield against Joe Biden and his illegal executive orders concerning the oil industry and jobs in this nation the state of Texas has done what the founding fathers envisioned it to do and that is part of what Madison's medication is all about let's talk about Madison James Madison and what he said about our fear of the federal infection I'm going to read you a quote and I'll put it on the screen for you but now before I do this comes from The Federalist Papers number 76. again if * you have not ordered the Federalist Papers you need to get it if you're a homeschool mother or father get this in your children's hands and educate these young Patriots we are going to have the Federalist Papers available at Toto's Retreat September the 26th through the 29th for you to get for your children and for your personal library but in Federalist Paper number 76 James Madison says the following should an unwarrantable measure of the federal government be unpopular in particular States which would seldom fell to be the case * or even a warrantable measure be so which may sometimes be the case the means of opposition to it are powerful and at hand I want to pause there now I'm going to break down in a moment Madison's medication for you this quote from James Madison tells us that there would come a Time in America when this infection would try to creep into the Constitution but he tells us not to worry because there is a remedy for this problem and he says that there would come a time when unwarrantable measures now that word unwarrantable is * better understood as unjustifiable or basically making no sense whatsoever okay like when they tell our states that we have to provide abortions and pay for it with tax dollars that's what Kamala Harris's fantasy is so when they come up with these stupid let's just change the word to stupid James Madison said when the federal government does something stupid hello and it's unpopular in your state and listen to what he said I find this interesting which would seldom fail to be the case do you see that he knew that * they were going to be stupid at the federal level and he said it's probably going to happen a lot interesting is it not and then he says or even if they come up with a warrantable measure sometimes even stupid stupid Beyond stupid and I could start naming some of those off to you right now he said when that happens the means of opposition or the medication or the Cure exists and listen to where he said it exists in your hand you as a sovereign citizen of the United States of America do you know when I call down to my representative's office * and they try to give me the quick slick they try to get me off the phone baby I take them to town and back again why they forget the power of this government is in my hands it's in your hands ladies and gentlemen when these measures come down the reasons January the 6th failed is because of these states failed your legislatures failed to stop the stupidity of male in ballots for any reason whatsoever you see up until this election I'm going to be careful on YouTube y'all know I have to talk in coded language now on this channel but * watch this every one of these states for years has stood against illegal voting meaning you had to be able to prove who you were you had to be a legal citizen you had to be of a certain age you had to be present to vote except for three reasons and these state constitutions specifically told us those reasons but in the dead of night without you and me knowing what they were doing they changed all of these mail-in bow laws against their own state constitution and now Supreme Courts have said it was illegal the so let me show you the problem today * is not the federal government the problem is me and you allowing our states to get out of hand and not holding them accountable January the 6th would have never been needed had six months prior to that we had been at our state houses in every meeting screaming we're not going to allow these mail-in ballots in Mass our president warned us that if this election was lost it would be lost for what reason now I can't say it y'all understand read between the lines we know the problem the problem failed in these 50 states * but let's break it down and you're not going to want to hear this because nobody wants to hear the truth the problem really happened because the power was in our hands to stop this mess if we had been on the phones as heavy as we were right before January the 6th six months prior we could have demanded our legislature stop this insanity and that's what it was and I can prove it because Supreme Courts of these states have some of them have said now that the secretary of state did not have the legal authority to allow these mail-in ballots in Mass * for indefinite confinement but why am I pointing this out today I'm not crying over spilled milk I'm trying to put the lid back on the milk so we don't spill it again so you can know that the power is in your hand and my hand we the people own this government but when we the people go to sleep and put our faith in the federal infection rather than local government remember all politics are local your school board your local school board is is where we go and raise our voices against the re-education of our children * your voice is your power not your violence but your voice and every time you make a phone call that you think is doing no good remember your voice was heard your voice weighs on their Minds when they go to bed at night but when you give them a pass when you go to sleep they go to sleep when you go to sleep the Constitution dies our Republic has a great malady it is sick and the Cure is in our hands September the would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter now let your professor break that down for you okay what James Madison just gave us was the medication * for a sick Republic today I'm not Professor Toto I'm going to be Dr Toto I'm prescribing to this great Republic the four regiments needed to cure this failing blue wall around this nucleus it's given to us by not some off-the-wall conspiracy theorists that that you know that all that no no this is coming from a founding father a man of great wisdom and he said if you see something stupid come down from the federal government there's power in your hand so much power listen to his quote so much power that this would cause difficulties to * the federal government not to be despised in other words they wouldn't be able to ignore the power that the people have number two he said that if several states joined together against the federal government that it would cause so much obstruction that the federal government would not even be willing to fight it that's the power we have but we've been asleep it is time to wake up Taps the program that I've created that I'll introduce in September you as your cop-out I believe in prayer but God When you pray will give you the strength to get up and fight if we don't raise our disquietude of the people this Federal infection is going to keep passing the laws that are stupid and you and I alone can stop it we must become disquieted amen we do that every time you pick up your phone to call your Congressman or your * Senator you are using medicine number one the disc every time you call them the second time the third time they think you're gonna forget and you probably will unless you're a real Patriot unless you care about your children and your grandchildren then the phone calls you ought to have them on speed dial your Senators your congressmen they ought to know your number so much and if they won't answer your call you need to go knock on their door and say how's your mama now how you doing and then you need to sit there and * make them know who they are they are you they are your voice but if they don't hear from you they become their voice so medicine number one Mr Madison said the disquietude of the people number two he said there's another medication a power in your hand refusal to cooperate with Federal stupidity when the federal law when the federal government passes a law against your guns the people can refuse to cooperate not out of lawlessness no within the law because the law says that they shall not take our weapons we have a friend of mine a pastor in Baton * Rouge Louisiana Tony spell they've arrested this man for not giving up his first amendment right for the freedom of worship at his church during covid please hear what I'm trying to say they arrested this good brother put him in jail he now he's fighting in the courts and and you know why because we have allowed that where are the people in Baton Rouge by the millions where's the Patriots that are not standing around that man's Church standing around a courthouse while he's there quit talking and start walking * find out what's going on well that man has refused to cooperate with these Federal and even states that have gone crazy why he's the people he knows it goes against his rights he's a hero of the Republic next there's another power in our hand called the frown of the state magistry executive that's fancy Old English for the governor the most powerful protection for you is your governor and your State Legislature that's the most powerful protection that's why when you don't show up to vote for your local legislatures in your * state you're just waiting on the presidential vote that is the least vote of your concern your state legislatures are your protectors that's why they hate Marjorie green she went up there and was the voice of the state they don't want that they want everybody to shut up and go to sleep and and take the blue pill not the red pill I'm glad I took the red pill watch this when the governor frowns just like the governor of Texas and then Governor DeSantis of Florida when they frown on federal stupidity the most powerful * weapon against it what makes them frown your phone calls you're showing up at their Capital making your voice heard over and over and over again your emails that you think do no good oh shame on us if we give up our power there's another weapon legislative devices that's your state legislature the greatest protection against the federal infection starts with who the people refusing to cooperate and then causing their governor to frown on it and then passing legislative laws there is your protection do you know what that process is called *
