FHMI Doctrinal Position Paper On New Names, New Identities, and the Restoration of Yahweh's Calendar I. Doctrinal Foundation We, the First Harvest Ministries International (FHMI) congregation, affirm that the Book of Revelation reveals a prophetic promise to the Overcomers—those who endure faithfully to the end—that they will receive new names (Revelation 2:17; 3:12). These names are not arbitrary designations but sacred identities granted by Yahweh to those who have been refined through the fire of this present age, transformed by the renewing of the mind, and purified through the cleansing of the heart. "To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it." — Revelation 2:17 The bestowal of these new names in the Millennial Kingdom will not mark the beginning of transformation, but rather the culmination of a process that begins here and now. We are called to become in this age what we shall be revealed as in the age to come. II. The Necessity of Mindset Transformation Before the sacred names are bestowed, Yahweh requires His people to develop three essential mindsets in this present age: Covenant Thinking Renewed minds anchored in the eternal covenant, utterly rejecting compromise with paganism, rebellion, and the world's systems. This mindset recognizes that we are not citizens of earthly kingdoms but ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven, bound by covenant law rather than cultural convenience. Priesthood Thinking A consciousness of holiness, intercession, and perpetual service before Yahweh, patterned after the eternal priesthood of Yahshua according to the order of Melchizedek. This mindset understands that every moment is sacred, every word is an offering, and every action either honors or dishonors the Most High. Kingly Thinking The exercise of righteous governance, faithful stewardship, and dominion under Yahweh's righteous laws. This mindset prepares us to rule and reign with Messiah by learning to govern our own hearts, families, and spheres of influence according to Kingdom principles. These mindsets must precede the bestowal of new names. Identity follows transformation, not the reverse. We cannot expect to receive Kingdom names while maintaining Babylonian thinking. The Sacred Power of Names If we truly understand the prophetic promise of new names in the Kingdom, we must also understand the profound spiritual power embedded in all names—including the ones we use every single day. Names are not mere labels; they carry authority, invoke spiritual realities, and shape our very consciousness. When Yahweh promises to give us new names, He is acknowledging that our current names and identities have been shaped by systems that are not of His Kingdom. This revelation should awaken us to examine not only our personal identities, but every name we speak, every identity we invoke, and every spiritual reality we call upon through the simple act of language. If new names matter enough for Yahweh to promise them prophetically, then old names matter enough for us to examine them carefully. This sacred principle compels us to investigate even the seemingly mundane names we use daily—including the very names by which we identify our days and months. III. The Spiritual Warfare of Naming Time The Demonic Conspiracy Behind Our Calendar Our current days, months, and yearly markers are not merely cultural traditions—they are the product of deliberate pagan naming systems that originated in the worship of false gods, entities that Scripture identifies as demons (1 Corinthians 10:20). "Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons." — 1 Corinthians 10:20 These were not harmless cultural names adopted for convenience. They were intentional dedications to specific fallen angels, ensuring that every single day and month, humanity would unknowingly venerate them. The naming of time itself was a strategic spiritual assault—designed to keep the memory of rebellion alive and to claim continual worship from mankind through the simple act of speaking their names. Ancient Israel's Divine Pattern From Creation onward, Yahweh numbered the days ("the first day... the second day...") and the months ("first month... second month...") rather than naming them after deities. This was not coincidence but divine wisdom—establishing a pattern that honored the Creator rather than created beings. Ancient Israel faithfully continued this divine pattern, identifying time by sacred number in harmony with Yahweh's creation order. The practice of naming days and months after deities was recognized as foreign paganism, adopted only through contamination from idolatrous nations during periods of spiritual compromise. IV. The Pagan Pantheon of Our Daily Language Days of the Week: A Daily Invocation First Day (Sunday) – Dedicated to Sol Invictus, the "Unconquered Sun" god, the ancient ruler of solar worship and light-bearer mythology. Second Day (Monday) – Dedicated to Luna/Diana, the Moon goddess and queen of witchcraft. Third Day (Tuesday) – Dedicated to Mars/Tiw, the Roman god of war and his Germanic equivalent, the one-handed god of battle. Fourth Day (Wednesday) – Dedicated to Mercury/Woden, the messenger god and Odin in Germanic lore—associated with wisdom, war, and death. Fifth Day (Thursday) – Dedicated to Jupiter/Thor, the Roman king of the gods and his Norse equivalent, the thunder god. Sixth Day (Friday) – Dedicated to Venus/Frigg, goddess of love, fertility, and sensuality, and the Norse goddess of marriage. Seventh Day (Saturday) – Dedicated to Saturn, god of agriculture, wealth, time, and in occult tradition, the "Black Sun." Every utterance of these names was originally intended as a verbal offering—keeping the fallen beings honored and invoked daily through human speech. When we say "Happy Friday," we are literally saying "Happy Venus Day"—invoking the goddess of sensuality and fertility. Months of the Year: A Yearly Cycle of Veneration First Month (January) – Janus, the two-faced god of beginnings, transitions, and doorways—the opener of portals between worlds. Second Month (February) – From februa, purification rites offered to pagan gods and the dead. Third Month (March) – Mars, god of war, violence, and bloodshed. Fourth Month (April) – From aperire ("to open"), linked to fertility rites and the opening of the earth for Persephone's return. Fifth Month (May) – Maia, the goddess of growth, fertility, and spring's abundance. Sixth Month (June) – Juno, goddess of marriage, childbirth, and the protection of women. Seventh Month (July) – Julius Caesar, deified by Rome and worshipped as a god. Eighth Month (August) – Augustus Caesar, also deified and given divine honors. Ninth-Twelfth Months (September–December) – Originally the 7th-10th months in the Roman calendar, maintaining the pattern of temporal order before the insertion of the deified Caesars. These names were not random cultural developments; they embedded the dominion of false gods into the very structure of time, ensuring that every month mankind would unconsciously pay tribute to the fallen realm through the simple act of identifying when they lived. V. Scriptural Mandate for Radical Separation Yahweh's Word commands His people to utterly separate from the worship of other gods (Exodus 20:3; Deuteronomy 12:30–31). While Scripture acknowledges the existence of other "gods," it unmasks them as false spiritual rebels demanding worship that belongs to Yahweh alone. "Take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them... and that you do not inquire after their gods, saying, 'How did these nations serve their gods? I also will do likewise.'" — Deuteronomy 12:30 "You shall have no other gods before Me." — Exodus 20:3 In the Kingdom to come, all elements of society—names, times, seasons, governance—will be purged of pagan influence and re-centered on Yahweh's perfect order (Isaiah 66:22–23; Zechariah 14:16–19). What will be mandatory then, we choose to practice now. VI. The Prophetic Remnant People FHMI recognizes that Yahweh is raising up a prophetic remnant—a shadow company of overcomers—who begin to live now as we will live then. This heavenly citizenship includes: Practical Kingdom Living: ● Renouncing pagan names for days and months in personal and congregational settings ● Using Biblical numbering of days and months (e.g., "First Day," "Seventh Day," "First Month," "Eighth Month") ● Aligning with Yahweh's appointed times (Leviticus 23) as the true framework for worship and holy convocation ● Embracing Kingdom vocabulary that reflects our true citizenship and allegiance Prophetic Declaration: This is not salvation by language, nor legalistic requirement, but a prophetic act of alignment—becoming now what we will be in the Kingdom. Every time we say "First Day" instead of "Sunday," we declare that our allegiance has shifted from Babylon's order to Yahweh's government. VII. Pastoral Wisdom and Grace FHMI affirms the following principles with both conviction and compassion: Freedom in Transition No partner will be condemned, judged, or treated as spiritually inferior for using conventional calendar terminology in public, professional, or family settings where such language is required or expected. Encouragement in Growth Partners are lovingly encouraged to adopt Kingdom terminology in fellowship, worship, study, and among like-minded believers as an act of spiritual growth and prophetic preparation. Grace in Process We recognize that transformation is a process. Some will embrace this immediately; others will grow into it gradually. The Holy Spirit leads each believer at their own pace, and we honor that divine timing. Prophetic Preparation This practice serves as a visible sign that our allegiance is shifting from Babylon's temporal order to Yahweh's eternal government. It prepares us mentally, spiritually, and linguistically for the Kingdom we will inherit. Pastoral Implementation Going forward, I will instruct that our annual ministry calendar use the Biblical numbering system as the primary designation, with the Babylonian names listed smaller in parentheses for those who are still coming into this truth and need assistance in understanding. This gradual transition honors both the prophetic calling to Kingdom language and the pastoral responsibility to shepherd people through the process of transformation with patience and clarity. VIII. The Eschatological Vision We believe Yahweh is calling His people to become the living embodiment of the coming Kingdom now—in mindset, in language, in conduct, and in worship. The transformation of our thinking precedes the transformation of our identity. The purification of our speech prepares us for the purity of our future names. The day is rapidly approaching when: ● New names will be written on white stones ● New times and seasons will be established by divine decree ● All creation will be ordered under Yahweh's righteous reign ● The kingdoms of this world will become the Kingdom of our Lord and His Messiah Until then, we walk as forerunners—overcomers in training—living in the prophetic reality of what we shall soon be. We are the advance guard of the Kingdom, the rehearsal congregation for the age to come. "And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations...
