Scariest video I have seen all year: So-Called Senator Tim "Kursed" Kaine - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNHcI3ni09A Transcript: (00:00) I want to talk to you about what Senator Kaine said yesterday in the United States Senate. This man became a senator and what he said shield my blood as an American citizen of this republic. He said that there is something that keeps him up at night. something that is so scary to him that it's scarier than the fentanel crisis on our border. (00:32) It is scarier than illegal aliens. It's scarier than the destruction of the nuclear family. He said, and I recorded it, you can go watch it. He said what keeps him awake at night is this radical dangerous idea. That's his words. this radical, dangerous idea that your rights, that your children's rights, and that my rights, the rights of every American citizen, the fact that we think that those rights came from God instead of government. (01:17) That man just looked in the camera and said to us that our rights come from government. Yes, this is a sitting US senator. And I wished I was using hyperbolic language. I wish I was exaggerating. I wish I was trying to create something exciting. Sadly, I'm reporting to you verbatim what this treasonous, godless senator just said. (01:46) Watch the video. Study it. Show it to your children. If you have grandchildren, say, "Hey, come here. I want to show you something scarier than Halloween and make them memorize the moment that a US senator sat in the Senate and said he don't know where we get the idea from that our rights came from God. It is anti-American. (02:13) He should not be sitting in the Senate of this nation. He should not be walking the halls of Congress. Thomas Jefferson, sir, is where that idea came from. Must I educate you, Senator Kaine? His name is Thomas Jefferson, that brilliant architect of the liberty that you are a senator of. He took a quill and put it to parchment and wrote something called the Declaration of Independence. (02:55) He was not crafting talking points or campaign slogans. He was laying the philosophical cornerstone of the greatest experiment in human freedom that the world has ever seen. And I'm sorry, Senator, that you did not get the memo. Let me quote for you, Senator Kaine, the words of the document that you took an oath. (03:28) We hold these truths to be self-evident. What does that mean? It's without question. It's not even up for discussion that all men are created equal. It is in that moment that our nation was declared to be a religious nation because our very document believes not in evolution but creation. We believe in creation and we believe in a creator. (04:07) That is a religious statement, my friend, in your founding documents, that every man is endowed by his creator. Senator Caine wants to know where that idea came from, that our rights came from a creator. You know what he compared that to? He said that's what Muslims believe. That that's where he thought we got that from Muslims. (04:35) that we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable means they cannot be taken away rights. Second senator, stupid, slimy, treasonous, godless Senator Kaine. That's where it came from. And you know what? I'm not even going to charge you for the brilliancancy of the Professor Toto institution. I'm a little fried today. (05:06) That was the scariest video I've ever seen. Let the words I just read penetrate your soul. Unalienable means cannot be taken away. The government cannot take them away because they didn't come from the government. Our leaders don't even know what America is. Even Donald Trump thinks we're a democracy. All these idiots think we are a democracy. (05:32) The most dangerous form of government on planet Earth is a democracy. Go watch my video. You'll never ever be confused again. It's on my YouTube channel. Subscribe. Look for America 101 on Professor Toto's YouTube channel. Senator Slick, Senator Sick Effect, Curly Kane. I'm sorry. Curly on the Three Stooges. He's got more sense than that. (06:00) I'm sorry, Curly. I didn't mean to compare you to such a degraded mind. He's a supposed guardian of this republic. Let that sink in. He took that sacred principle that our sons and daughters have given their very lives for. They gave their lives for that belief that our rights come from God. This dude, this cursed Kane, that's his new name. (06:33) Cursed Kane, slickening, sucking, sick effect. Senator Cursed Kane took that sacred principle and twisted it into some grotesque comparison to Islam. He had the audacity to compare the greatest nation in the history of the world. our founding philosophy to Iran's brutal ayatollah as if Jefferson and Adams and Franklin were the moral equivalent of those religious extremists. Throw him out. (07:10) Whatever state that dude is from, somebody throw him out because I'm not happy right now. Excuse me, Senator. America's founders didn't just reject a theocracy, but they bled and gave up everything to escape from it. And you want to sit there and act like you are qualified to even speak on that subject. They did not establish government controlled religion. (07:43) They fought wars to separate the rights from the whims of kings and parliaments and dictators. They anchored human liberty in a source higher than government. That's not Iran. Senator cursed Kaine. That's not Taliban. That's not religious extremism. That's freedom in its purest, most powerful form. Here's what cursed Cain doesn't understand. (08:15) or more frightingly he might understand it perfectly but rejects it. When rights come from government then they can vanish with the next law or the next executive order or the next Supreme Court decision or the next mob vote. If government grants you freedom of speech, it can gag you the moment your words become inconvenient. (08:43) If it grants you freedom of religion, it can ban it. If it grants you parental rights, it can ban it. If it grants you property rights, it can ban it. Every single regime in human history that claimed to be the ultimate source of human rights, Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, communist China, pole pots Cambodia, Castro Cuba turned into a slaughterhouse, without exception, without fail and without mercy. (09:19) Why? Because when government becomes God, curse Cain God. When government becomes God, citizens become slaves. You have a mission today. Those watching me, show that video to your children. Teach them why he's wrong. Show them how precious our republic is and how close we are to losing it. Don't shield them from this reality. (09:50) Don't pretend it's not happening. 12 year olds need to understand the difference between freedom and slavery. And we've got to teach them. Explain why Jefferson was right and Cain is wrong. Use simple language. Draw pictures if necessary. Make it crystal clear that when Cain attacks the idea of Godgiven rights, he's not attacking religion. (10:17) He's attacking their freedom. Make no mistake, this is not just another Senate hearing. This is not just political theater. It's not just one senator's opinion. This is the way our republic is headed. It's the public unveiling of what they think behind closed doors. They hate your God. They hate your freedom. (10:44) They hate that you're still clinging to your God and your guns and your guts. They despise you, America. They despise what we believe in. Watch the video. Don't take my word. Go watch your hair. Well, stand up if you got any left on your head. This is our moment. The great singer of Israel, King David, said these words in Psalms 11 and3. (11:19) If the foundations be destroyed, what will the righteous do? The answer is clear. We have to repair this foundation. When God raised up Professor Toto five years ago, gave me an immediate platform overnight. He told me, "I want you to have a revival of the republic." Immediately, I began educating this nation on the difference in democracy and republic. (11:49) I wrote a children's book and put it out there. I published it. Why? We have a duty to repair this republic. The foundations are crumbling because we are not teaching this generation that your rights come from God, your creator. We've got to raise up the walls, America. We've got to restore the foundation. We must declare loudly and clearly that our rights are God-given. (12:27) They are written in eternal law. They're not up for debate. They're not up for a vote. They're not up for revision. Cursed Cain. Why do you think they want to remove the Ten Commandments everywhere they can? It reminds them of an eternal law that is greater than every law of every government. And they despise knowing that they are not God. (12:57) We don't have a democracy. We have a constitutional republic. Federalism. There is no middle ground. There's no compromise position. There's no both sides have a point. No, they do not. There's only one side and it is the truth. It's not your truth, their truth, our truth. That's narcissism in the first degree. (13:29) To think that you have a truth. There is only one truth enshrined in the word of God and expounded in the constitution of this nation. Fight for it. Stand up for it. Defend it. It's crumbling around our feet. Every generation faces a defining test. Our founders faced King George. Lincoln face slavery, but the greatest generation is facing fascism. (14:05) The question is whether we're brave enough to hear these words spoken by cursed Kain and let it awaken us. We need a revival of the republic. We need an education. We need to know who we are and who we must never ever become. Rise up, America. This republic is calling your name. Go watch that video on my Substack. (14:38) The link is in the description below. Summary

In this commentary, Professor Toto responds to remarks attributed to Senator Tim Kaine concerning the source of human rights. The speaker argues that America’s founding philosophy locates rights in the Creator rather than government, drawing primarily from the language of the Declaration of Independence. He warns that if government is treated as the source of rights, government can also remove them. The biblical component is narrow but explicit. At approximately 10:44, the speaker cites Psalm 11:3: “If the foundations be destroyed, what will the righteous do?” He applies that verse to what he sees as the weakening of America’s constitutional and moral foundations. No other biblical passage is cited or uniquely identifiable with enough precision to include without guessing.
