* freedom of religion crumbling the FBI I I want I want that to percolate in your mind tonight the FBI had informants sitting in the houses of or do you remember a time with the house of God was sacred when there was freedom of speech in the pulpit we have forgotten about that freedom of speech religious freedom is rare in our world ladies and gentlemen it's one of our most precious gifts for most of human history people have been forced to conform to a national religion of their country or live in fear of persecution * even today three out of four people in the whole world live in a nation where serious restrictions are placed on the free exercise of religion three out of four humans you're number four if you live in America you're one of the Blessed ones that has a right to go to the church of your choice to believe whatever you want to believe about your God three out of four do not have the privilege that you take for granted and you give it up oh yeah you gave it up during covid when they told you you couldn't go to church * when your Bible commands you not to forsake that assembling together on the Sabbath day you gave it up why you just let them do what they wanted to do to you you believe the lies that you got to obey the law of the land you need to go to fhtv and watch my teaching on when it's time to rebel against the law of the land from the word of God just two centuries ago not long ago Europeans came across the Atlantic Ocean in search of one thing religious freedom the ability to say what you believe to preach the truth of God's word * let me give you a little history lesson tonight in the New World which is what this was when we established it religious freedom was not insured even in America until Rhode Island became the first place in the world to guarantee religious liberty as a tenet of its Royal Charter put that in your notes Rhode Island was the first place in the history of the whole world that guaranteed you religious freedom a century after the death of Rhode Island's founder Roger Williams this principle of separation between the church and the world * stirred the framers of the United States Constitution to guarantee religious freedom in the Bill of Rights there was a Baptist preacher by the name of John Leland he worked tirelessly next to Thomas Jefferson and James Madison to convince the Virginia state legislature to guarantee Virginians the same religious freedom that existed in Rhode Island Virginia was the second state in this nation that guaranteed religious freedom on January the 16th 1786. * what does that tell you the war of 1776 there was no right to Religious Freedom in America it was 10 years later that Virginia and it was from that text between the Baptist preacher John Leland J uh James Madison and Thomas Jefferson it was from the Virginia Constitution that the framers of the national Constitution guaranteed it on January the 16th most Americans take this for granted it's because you don't know your history the general population does not understand what America's Founders meant when they wrote about the separation between * church and state our freedom of religion but in today's society we preach freedom from religion no no no it's freedom of religion building on this premise government officials have dismissed religious concerns today as irrelevant and use the power of the state to convince Christians to act contrary to their faith that was never supposed to be such as subsidizing abortion and participating in homosexual wedding ceremonies against your religious conscience the the pillars are crumbling ladies and gentlemen in recent years the erosion of religious * freedom has advanced rapidly one president and one president alone has stood up to fight to restore these religious freedoms let's talk about one of those battles Barack Obama the federal government under Barack Obama spearheaded the greatest assault on religious freedom in modern American history let me give you an example the Affordable Care Act March 23 2010. * mandated that employers provide employees with contraceptives abortion inducing drugs and sterilizations now many U.S religious organizations believe that abortion is sin bottom line it violates their religious conscious however the Obama Administration could have cared less they couldn't have cared less they gave no exemption they refused to give a religious exemption for abortion in their health care mandate Washington insisted that a woman's right to abortion is more important that an employer's right to act in * accordance with their religious belief the pillars are crumbling however there was lawsuits filed by Hobby Lobby who is a Pentecostal business owner Catholic nuns challenge the Affordable Care Act and guess what happened the Supreme Court granted Hobby Lobby a religious exemption many other religious organizations are still waiting for those exemptions during covet 19. * trust me they denied in them their own military religious exemptions you know that we wrote thousands upon thousands of religious exemptions many were honored many were not let's talk about another example what about endorsing homosexuality at the state and the local level Christians have been forced to provide homosexual couples with wedding cakes photography services against their deeply held religious conviction Aaron and Melissa Klein in Portland Oregon for seven years before a lesbian woman asked the Christian couple to bake a * cake for her same-sex wedding Mr Clyde said his business did not cater same-sex weddings due to his religious beliefs later that day the woman's mother challenged him about his belief in the Bible he responded by quoting Leviticus 2013. if a Man Lies with another man as he lies with a woman both of them have committed an Abomination before their God soon after Oregon officials informed the clines that they were being prosecuted for violating the equality Act the lesbian couple filed a claim with the state stating that the clients refused to make * them a cake had caused them to suffer from 88 symptoms of mental anguish including doubt surprise uncertainty worry and a dislike of going to work the clients protested that ruling violated their religious liberty but their case was not even tried by a judge from the Oregon Judiciary it was Tried by a bureaucrat from the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industry who ruled that the clients owed the lesbian couple Rachel Cryer and Laurel Bowman a hundred and thirty five thousand dollars in Damages this very same judge told the local * media no reason for the fine was to persuade the couple to change their religious beliefs and I quote did you even hear what I just said they were fined in an effort for them to change what they believed about the Bible the goal here I'm going to quote you what he said you can look this up yourself Labor Bureau commissioner Brad avakian Ava k-i-a-n said these words the goal is to rehabilitate rehabilitate that's the goal of the hundred and thirty five thousand dollar fine for those who do violate the law we want them to learn from that experience and * have a good successful business in Oregon a bunch of dummies whatever happened to the signs in a business when I walk in that says we reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone I mean what what happened to that right now let's talk about another way that that pillar is crumbling controlling sermons government control over the content of religious sermons is something usually associated with the Islamic Republic of Iran or the Communist Party of China yet State officials in Iowa and Massachusetts have claimed the power to forbid * Christian pastors from Express expressing biblical views about human sexuality in public in 2007 the Iowa State Legislature passed a civil rights act that bans places of public accommodation from expressing their views on human sexuality if it would directly or indirectly make anybody of any gender feel unwelcome don't come to my church my God from heaven that's not the only ones in 2016 the Massachusetts commissions against discrimination they did the same thing making it a crime to discriminate against individuals who identify * as LBGTQ plus whatever by refusing to use their preferred pronoun it goes on and on and on and on that's where we are in America the pillars are crumbling however we are not without hope God has raised up a leader not for the leader's sake Yahweh did not raise up Donald Trump for Donald Trump's sake he didn't even raise him up as a leader just to be a leader he raised Donald Trump so that Donald Trump could raise an army not a military army but an army of Truth that will get behind a microphone like I'm doing right now and show you the * truth about America and and to get you to rise up to the moment to the occasion there are some of you watching me right now I know of one lady Sue vanderberg Sue is traveling All Over America she shows up at almost everything fighting for her Nation we need more sues out there Donald Trump was raised up to raise you up because if the pillars are crumbling someone has to get under them and repair them we must become repairers of the breaches in America we must fight for innocent till proven guilty we must fight for * freedom of religion if we don't we will lose it you have been called to this battle this pillar will crumble unless you hold it up This is Our Moment America past America Past is calling out to America present America future is calling out to America present saying what will you do with the pillars they're crumbling where you put your hand to the pillar and stop the crumble will you let your voice be heard God Raised Me Up not for me but for you not for Professor Toto but for Toto's Army that group of people that believes * what I believe about America and together we put our hands on those pillars and we say proudly not on my watch not today not ever not on my watch the pillars are not going to fall on my watch thank you for coming to the conservative college tonight I pray you have been educated enlightened encouraged inspired now get off get out there and help hold up those wonderful American pillars

Summary

In The Pillars Are Crumbling, Professor Toto argues that religious liberty in the United States is being steadily weakened through government surveillance, public-health restrictions, health-care mandates, discrimination laws, and regulation of religious speech. The speaker invokes Hebrews 10:25 to criticize believers who accepted restrictions on church assembly during COVID-19. He reviews historical figures associated with American religious liberty and argues that the constitutional principle of church-state separation was intended to protect religious practice from governmental interference. He then discusses conflicts involving abortion-related health mandates, religious exemptions, same-sex weddings, Christian business owners, and government regulation of sermons. Leviticus 20:13 is directly quoted as the biblical belief cited by one Christian business owner. The sermon concludes with the language of Isaiah 58:12, calling listeners to become “repairers of the breach.” Donald Trump is presented as a leader raised up to mobilize citizens, while the audience is charged with holding up the nation’s crumbling pillars of religious liberty and constitutional protection.

Core doctrine

Isaiah 58:12 - Repairing the Breach in Religious Liberty / Biblical Assembly Despite Government Restriction / Defending Conscience Against State Coercion
