gone that I really need to teach you about but tonight doesn't give me the time to do it oh and y'all look I'm going to represent your man right there oh yeah I'll be representing the man of the hour Donald John Trump tonight all over Idaho but anyway uh so there's so much I want to talk about especially some recent Supreme Court rulings that I want you to understand but ladies and gentlemen before I do that and we had some great Supreme Court rulings matter of fact every Supreme Court ruling last week was in our favor all the major ones anyway um let's start 10 with Harper versus Moore now many of you know that we've been watching Harper versus more for quite some time now they ruled in that case and they set a precedent the precedent is so important because judge uh John Roberts in his uh opinion he wrote it into his opinion that state judges do not have the authority to interject themselves into State politics except on the grounds of constitutionality okay so in other words the legislature can't just decide to pass a law and it'd just be unconstitutional or a violation of your rights so the Supreme Court said the only way that the state court can 11 interject into the working of the legislature is on the grounds of constitutionality so that was a great victory but there was another great victory that we had and this one requires for Professor Toto to sing I told you so oh I told you so how many of you remember when Joe Biden passed his student debt relief program I went live and I promised you that that was an illegal executive order I told you when it gets to the court it will be overturned and once again the Constitution wins in the end we won uh Joe uh Joe Biden was found to be unconstitutional in what he did forcing you and I to pay 12 the debts of other Americans so that was a great ruling we win in the end great great great ruling another great ruling for the Republic listen guys the Republic is winning on every hand we always win where in a court of law it is there that we make our reasoned arguments in the court last week we were given our freedom of religion back it was a great ruling a tremendous ruling from the Supreme Court they made a ruling that on expressive content on on if you have a religious uh bias against something that you were not required to participate in that by offering your business services it was a 13 great ruling for Religious Freedom we won folks we have one one one one we have won so much that Donald Trump says are you tired of winning no I'm not I want to keep on winning and we are winning in the courts of law but I'm going to set the record straight for all of you everything that we got last week in our major victories every single thing that we got was because of one man Donald John Trump he is the gift that keeps on giving he keeps giving to this Republic through his court and he gives to us through his House of Representatives Donald Trump rules the nation through the house through 14 the freedom caucus just look at what happened last week we literally shut down the house Donald Trump did that so we are winning now there was something released today that is a bigger Victory even in all of that it is huge the ruling today and I'm going to refer you to the article I believe this is from The Epic Times there was a major victory against social media censorship for every one of you that knows me you know that I have endured social media censorship I was banned for life on YouTube we lost three hundred thousand subscribers in the click of a button the push of a mouse we were done 15 many of you lived through those times with us when fake book would kick us off every few days put us in 30-day jail well ladies and gentlemen we found out through Twitter and through Elon Musk that the FBI was involved with all this censorship we found out through those Twitter releases that the FBI our very government was censoring our speech by compelling these private companies you know when you speak to a liberal they will tell you oh Twitter has a right to not publish your content it's a private company YouTube has a right not to publish your content it's a private company and they're 16 right I agree so long as that private company is not being influenced by a public government and we found out that's exactly what was happening today in a court of law in a federal court and a historic ruling was made and I don't hear any of the mainstream media talking about it but it was a historic ruling by granting an injunction that will block the Biden Administration and his government bureaucrats such as the justice department and the FBI from colluding with any social media platforms it is now illegal to do what Joe Biden did it is now illegal to communicate on any level with Twitter 17 fake book and to recommend that they take post down ladies and gentlemen that was election interference it has now been proven in a court of law by Judge Terry Doughty d-o-u-g-h-t-y of the U.S District Court for the Western District of my home state Louisiana today on July the 4th he issued a ruling that says that the government agencies including cyber security the Department of Homeland Security U.S state Department the Department of Justice and the Centers for Disease Control and prevention are here by prohibited from taking any action regarding social media companies specifically the 18 agencies and their staff members are prohibited did you hear what I just said their agencies now are prohibited from doing what they did to steal the election they are prohibited from interfering in the social media platforms to sway an election one way or the other they're prohibited from The Following y'all this is Major this is an answer to our prayers this is a slap in the face to the Biden Administration for what they have done the law has spoken that what they did was illegal this is what they did they are prohibited from meeting any kind of meeting no meeting either by phone by email or 19 text message or engaging and I quote let me let you read this right along with me hold on let's bring it up so you can see this this is such a great victory that nobody is talking about look here specifically they are specifically prohibited from any of the following any communication of any kind with social media companies urging encouraging pressuring or inducing in any manner for removal for deletion for suppression or reduction of content in the algorithm containing protected free speech I told you so I told you so I told you that what they were doing was illegal I told you it was a 20 violation of our free speech and now YouTube I want my channel back I want my 300 000 subscribers but you didn't go behinds you broke it wasn't a law at that time it is now the agencies listen to this are also barred from flagging content did you does anybody see this great victory you Patriots we have waited for this day when a court of law when a court of law when they would look at our plight and rule in our favor this is our victory happy birthday freedom happy birthday freedom of speech you know folks listen there's a big difference in freedom of allowed to encourage or otherwise egging on social media companies to change their guidelines for removal you know why this happened don't you because Elon Musk bought Twitter and expose Twitter see all of this is happening for a reason God raises up men 23 like Elon Musk and Donald Trump to you know God doesn't look for perfect men he looks for men that are perfect for the job he found Elon Musk the richest man in the world and says go expose what they did and folks this is just the beginning do you hear me oh that truth Gumbo Pot did anybody just see the lid flap up a little Hallelujah can algorithm will push them down to where they may not take it 24 off but it's nobody's going to see it that's now somebody say illegal that's now illegal happy birthday my Lord what a great gift this judge says it contains free speech and it is no longer allowed Louisiana attorney general Jeff Landry said this could be arguably one of the most important First Amendment cases in modern history and no one on the mainstream media is talking about this but I agree with Mr Landry this is so huge today if you look at the opinion and I'm quoting that the judge lays out he takes from our argument that this is basically one of the most massive undertakings of the 25 federal government to limit American speech in the history of our country the things that we uncovered in this case should be shocking appalling and concerning for all Americans but ladies and gentlemen may I show you something Doughty is a trump appointee once again Donald Trump the gift that keeps on giving wow here's what he wrote in his decision he said that the Republican Attorney General has produced evidence of massive efforts by the Biden Administration from the White House to federal agencies to suppress speech based on its content if I could get up and shout right now I would this is 26 the greatest July Fourth gift that we could have ever received this vindicates you this vindicates me this vindicates Trump this vindicates our argument about the froggy election evidence was proven in court that the Bible Administration violated the free speech of Americans during that election it's really big big big big big big big it's very very very big today and I've not heard anybody talk about it now we have to keep praying because they will appeal this to the Supreme Court this preliminary injunction is a victory for the Republican Attorney General who has accused the Biden 27 administration of pressuring big tech companies this injunction will begin curtailing government action and telling social media companies what they can and cannot allow on their platforms I want you to read what the judge wrote he wrote in a memorandum that the plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits in establishing that the government has used its power to silence the opposition I mean folks where is your party right now I always told you if we can ever get in a court of law we went the problem is in the 2020 election no courts would open their doors for us but this one in Louisiana 28 has and this one in Louisiana says hey we have the evidence we have the evidence that the American rights were violated during that election Katrina trost you are exactly right sister Katrina you are exactly right I want to read to you what this judge said I want everybody to look at your screen I better highlight it he said that we were all suppressed he said opposition to covid-19 vaccines opposition to covid-19 mask and lockdowns opposition to the lab leak theory of coven 19. 29 opposition to the 2020 election validity opposition to President Biden's policies statements that the hunter Biden laptop story was true and opposition to policies of the government officials in power read those last words all were suppressed this is what a judge wrote this judge said that we will most probably win this at trial against the government ladies and gentlemen David is about to face Goliath in a court of law we have an injunction right now the government must cease and desist violating your rights until we go to court this judge thinks we're going to win and he said every one of us 30 were suppressed you listen to me and you looked me in my eyes right now every one of you that told your neighbors your family and your friends it was not right what happened in 2020 and you may not could have even verbalized why it wasn't right and they would say to you well there was recount after recount after recount and you know they didn't find anything listen to me the recounts don't matter if you can affect the count before the vote I'm telling you you and I made listen When Donald Trump returns to this White House and all of these rulings begin to come down he will have a justice 31 department that will examples of censorship by proxy at the hands of the Biden White House including email change between high ranking White House officials and social media platforms targeting specific individuals such as presidential hopeful Robert Kennedy Jr listen you don't have to win an election anymore just knock out your primary just knock out your opponent by taking his voice away from him honey 33 could you bring me some water all you got to do is knock out your opponent by taking his voice Away by ridiculing him so much and putting his message out of people's reach and when you do that you win without fighting great idea it's just illegal he said Tucker Carlson he said it happened to Tucker Carlson and read this quote directly targeting them and asking those social media platforms to take down their voice I'll never forget when YouTube you know folks let me just be honest with you our ministry was exploding Professor Toto was exploding when we were on YouTube now we are back on YouTube 34 with only 3 000 subscribers compared to 300 000. 35 we were exploding because of the algorithm of YouTube our videos were catching people left and right I'll never forget the day I was in the Smoky Mountains with our friends the Nash family and a few more family members when I went to YouTube to put up a video and there was no way to access my account we had worked so hard to build that platform and it was effective from that day till now we have really suffered from that we've never been able to get those three hundred thousand people to find us at other places as a matter of fact everywhere people see me they say I can't find you anymore 36 that's the plan don't you get it that's the plan to make it where you can't find us because if you put us at the bottom of the barrel then our voice becomes ineffective that was their strategy and you know we all felt the pain I've suffered on the day that happened I almost went into depression because it was so unfair I want you to believe with me that Yahweh is going to restore that channel to us one day would you do that would you believe with me that one day they're going to turn that channel back on for Professor Toto so every time I go live 300 000 people get a notification at one time 37 increasing our voice I'm believing for that I'm believing for that let's read the next quote there are a number of things that as we uncovered it information in the discovery process of this case that was shocking to us all of that was presented to the judge Landry said and that's what I think was compelling him to eventually do what he did today does anybody think that that judge made the ruling on July the 4th by accident come on folks why he could have ruled yesterday he could have ruled any day why did he choose July the fourth or why did God choose July the 4th for this ruling to come 38 down do you not see America it's not over yet truth is going to win in the end truth is going to win in the end the court has granted our motion to block top officials in the federal government from violating the First Amendment rights of millions of Americans what a way to celebrate Independence Day and the article goes on and on if
