explain a few things to you guys as you know um I'm leaving for vacation today so I won't be as readily available as I normally am please pardon this phone I'm having to hold it normally I'm sitting at my desk but uh we'll be leaving for vacation today and I just wanted to explain a few things to you before I get on the road and on the airplane and become a little unreachable for some of you first of all thank you all for your emails I've read every single one of 2 them thank you all for the gifts you've mailed to me I've gotten every one of them uh love them love them love them thank you from the bottom of our heart um now I need to explain something real quickly that many of you were concerned about it and and I understand your concern so you and I are pretty much family now we've been riding this train together this Toto train we've been riding it for about a month now anybody oh hold on I lost you hold on okay everybody still with me I'm sorry I had a emergency phone call com in okay are we back are we back are we back all 3 right so here's the deal are you ready so the deal is this many of you are upset that I am going to Disney World because of a lot of rumors about Disney World that I don't know if they're true or not but if they concern you then they concern me because we Are Family by now and I never take any of your comments for granted I never take any of your concerns for granted but please try to understand I'm not paying for this vacation my mama is and every year mama takes us somewhere last year she took us to Maui the year before that to Aspen and we 4 don't even pay for food or drinks mama mama pays for everything and I don't know about y'all if you've ever tried to tell your mama no but that's just a little that's even hard for Toto to do so please understand that uh I'm not paying for this vacation to do Disney World my mama is and what mama says Toto has to do so anyway uh so there we go so that's why I'm going to Disney World so there you go now next a lot of you are very confused about the video I did last night and I don't like confusion and it is my job to edicate y'all not to 5 confuse you it has to do with President Trump signing the stimulus bill and I explain explain to you why he did it and I explain to you if you didn't watch that video this video is not going to make any sense go back and watch the other one entitled oh no president Trump signed the bill I told you about 45 days of power that the president Trump now has in his hands I understand Mitch McConnell hold on everybody Mitch McConnell did not stop anything y'all please don't learn how to read the news is not blocked it is not stopped it is temporarily in limbo but trust me his all he don't have 6 enough votes now to stop it he don't have enough votes to stop it um he can't afford to stop it now no because even his most Ardent Senators Lindsey Graham Rubio uh and the two in Georgia they're all for it the man will cave real real soon um he'll have to because there's there's a possibility this might this money may never be released anyway if Congress does not meet the president's demands so let me explain it to you like this here you go president Trump authorized $600 not $2,000 now just stay with me hang tight the bill he uh he signed off on was for the $600 that was previously 7 agreed on he sent back an Omnibus spending Bill demanding that it be raised to $22,000 that the pork be cut out because they was already spending the money anyhow that 2,000 he wants to go to you and your family was being sent over to Zimbabwe aami somewhere nobody knows where now he demands that that money be sent to the American people but notice ladies and gentlemen 45 days of power is in this man's hand so I'm going to make it real simple to you no money gets released until the President says release it that's called Power that's called power I want to explain it to you so let's say that my 8 wife told me let's say she said to me honey I want to give my parents $10,000 to help them with what ever and uh I think about it I pray about it and and I I agree to it but I tell her I say I tell you what honey if we're going to give your parents $10,000 I'd like to give my parents $10,000 and let's just say that I didn't have the wonderful wife that I have now that would do it in a heartbeat let's say I had a contentious wife and she's like well no you know we've done for them before and I'm like okay well I tell you 9 what here's the deal I'm going to sign off now to release that money to your mom and dad as soon as you agree to release 10,000 to my mom and dad but if you don't agree to it then um if you don't agree to it then there in 45 days they're just going to get $600 I'll give them $600 in 45 days 45 days unless you go ahead and agree to give my mom and daddy 10,000 now then we'll release it immediately to both of them so here's what the Democrats the Republicans are having to deal with now the hopes of the people are up now families that are losing 10 their jobs losing their homes losing their mortgages losing their ranches are now all of a sudden because of Donald Trump anticipating nearly $6,000 coming to them to help them survive this pandemic you can't take that away now do you understand the brilliancy of Donald Trump you can't take that away now Donald Trump made that happen so here's what he told the Democrats not only he said I'm gon to approve your $600 but we're going to raise it to 2,000 and you're going to look at section 230 voter fraud and some uh and the pork that's in the bill now if if you choose not to 11 look at those things and deal with those things I'm not releasing the money for 45 days meaning you've got to answer to your constituents now where their money's at they heard their president say give it to them do you see the brilliancy they heard their president say help them out they heard their president say give it to me but now you Democrats you're using to help the president on the other side and you're holding up our money for 45 days we may not have a home in 45 days we may not have a business in 45 days we may not have a livelihood in 45 days so what 12 Donald Trump told them was yes I give you give or nobody gets anything at all he put the ball in his court the money is in his hands do you understand Donald Trump holds the money the Congress approves it but he releases it he releases it nobody's getting any money the art of the deal Allan Allan Gade you're my five-star student today you just said it sir what y'all have watched is called the art of the deal he holds the money now he approved it but con Congress has to meet his demands or everybody only gets $600 in 45 days I wouldn't want to be a congressman having to deal with my 13 folks knowing that I stopped that blessing from coming to them so let me explain it one more time what Donald Trump approved was $600 with a demand that it be raised to $2,000 and that three Provisions be met and I've already explained those three Provisions if you don't meet those Provisions if you don't raise it to 2,000 if you don't deal with the other three then in 45 days we'll release the $600 to everybody it's a genius move folks y'all need to I'm telling you sometimes I get upset at the folks that don't understand the brilliancy of this President No Mitch McConnell did not reject it Mitch McConnell did not reject 14 it Mitch McConnell is doing a procedural block to save his hide with true conservatives now let me tell you all let me say Let Me Clear something up I don't like any of this deal I don't like printing money more money to give to folks I don't like any of that and if this was normal times I would be screaming to the High Heavens but this is not normal times your fellow Patriots are losing the farm they're losing everything right now so if we're going to send billions to habaki mwaki wherever for them for them to do sex education classes with4 billion doll if we're going to send it and I was 15 President I would have made the same decision cut the pork raise the people's money no I don't like any of it and neither does our president but sometimes leaders are not allowed to make the best choice they have to make the only choice and in this case I'm sorry for the camera shaking I apologize everyone doing the best I can sometimes
