Going to tell you a very sad and yet a wonderful story. This story is all about you. If you are hungry for truth, and you're watching this lesson, it's going to prove something about who you are that maybe you never knew. Before I go any further, many of you have sent me messages and you've basically said, "Brother Shane, you assume that we know what you're talking about. (00:37) You need to slow down and explain some of these things that you're mentioning. So, now I face a conundrum. Some of you watching me are very advanced and I don't want to be redundant with you. Some of you watching me, this is brand new to you and I don't want to go too fast. So, if you're watching the lesson and I get to a part that you already know, then why don't you just sort of fast forward through it and get to the part that maybe you didn't know? I was almost 40 years old before I knew what I'm about to teach you right now. (01:16) Are you ready? If you're taking notes, I want you to write this down. What is the difference between a Jew and an Israelite? Simple question, but a profound answer. And do you know that if you speak to the majority of of the Christian world, ministers, doctors of theology, everybody included, do you know if you ask them what is the difference between a Jew and an Israelite? You're not going to get many correct answers. (01:53) As a matter of fact, if you would have asked me that question 10 years ago, I would have just been dumbfounded because in my mind, a Jew was an Israelite, an Israelite was a Jew, there was no difference. The truth of the matter is at one time in history, that was correct. They were all one. There are 12 tribes born into the house of Israel and you can see those tribes on your screen. (02:26) These are the 12 sons of Jacob. Together, these 12 houses, which 12 is the number of divine government, these 12 houses, just like the 12 apostles, just like all of the other parts of the word of God are there for a reason. These sons, all sons of Jacob, started families. Each one of those families became known as a tribe in the nation of Israel. (03:00) I'm going to try to simplify this for you. Think of the United States of America, but imagine that there's only 12 states in these United States of America. These individual tribes were nations unto themselves. But yet, they were united and collectively they were called the nation or the commonwealth of Israel. (03:31) These 12 sons comes together in this perfect unity and forms the nation of Israel. However, one of those 12 tribes, and I'm going to show you right on the screen, one of those sons, his name, and this was one of the sons born by Leah, his name was Judah. Now, the word Judah is known by a nickname, if you will. It's a shortened form. (04:04) If you take Judah to its shortened form, you come up with Jew. Just a Jew. That was how the tribe of Judah was referred to as the Jews. However, in our minds, we've never really made that distinction that the Jews are a separate nation unto themselves, although they are united in the commonwealth of all 12 tribes or all 12 nations. (04:35) However, they are uniquely independent. I never realized these things and therefore, when I studied the scriptures and I thought about Israel and Jews, they were all lumped together in my mind. However, these 12 independent nations, if you will, states, they existed in perfect harmony for many generations and especially under their king, their beloved king David. (05:12) David was their forever king. He was Yahweh's chosen vessel, a man after Yahweh's heart. Under his rule, these 12 nations existed coherently, without a flaw, united under one banner, united under one king. That continued under King Solomon, which was David's son. These 12 tribes come together in unity and built that most beautiful temple unto Yahweh, Solomon's temple. (05:45) This existed until after King Solomon died. Now, I want to talk to you about what happened right after King Solomon died. But before I can talk to you about what happened afterwards, I've got to read you some verses of scripture to show you a prophecy that was given to King Solomon. If you've got your Bibles, turn with me to 1 Kings chapter 11 and verse 11 through verse 12. (06:21) This prophecy is given while King Solomon is on the throne and while all 12 tribes are living coherently. And Yahweh said to Solomon, "Because that this has been done by you, and you have not kept my covenant." Towards the end of Solomon's life, he began to worship pagan gods because he had pagan wives and they introduced him to false worship. (06:54) God says, "Because you've done this and because you've not kept my covenant and my statutes that I have given to you, I will surely tear the kingdom from you and shall give it to your servant." Verse 12. "Only I will not do this in your lifetime. Why would Yahweh not do it in Solomon's lifetime? Here's why. For the sake of your father David. (07:33) " God loved David and Solomon was David's son. So, out of respect for David, God is not going to let Solomon see this destruction. What a merciful and yet just God Yahweh is. He said, "But I will tear it out of your son's hand." Now, here's a prophecy to Solomon a long time before it came to pass. What was going to happen to these 12 coherent tribes of Israel, this sovereign commonwealth of nations? Now, go with me to 1 Kings chapter 11, verse 28. (08:18) And the man Jeroboam was a mighty warrior. Now, remember God just told Solomon, "I'm going to give your kingdom to your servant." Well, I'm going to introduce you now to Solomon's servant, one of his soldiers. And Solomon saw the young man that he was doing work and appointed him all the burden of the house of Joseph. (08:49) And at that time, it happened that Jeroboam had gone out from Jerusalem. And Ahijah, the Shilonite, the prophet, found Rehoboam, or Jeroboam, I'm sorry, in the way. And he covered himself with a garment and both of them were by themselves in a field. And Ahijah laid hold on the new garment that was on him and tore it into 12 pieces. (09:25) Each one of these pieces representing the 12 tribes of Solomon's kingdom. And he said to Jeroboam, verse 31, "Take 10 pieces for yourself. For so says Yahweh, God of Israel. Behold, I am tearing the kingdom from the hand of Solomon and giving you 10 tribes." Now, how many tribes were there of Israel? 12, total of 12. Yahweh is promising Jeroboam as a young soldier that when Solomon dies, he is going to give this young soldier 10 of those 12 tribes. (10:14) First Kings chapter 11 verse 34 through verse 36. However, I will not take the whole kingdom out of his hand. Because I have made him ruler all the days of his life for the sake of my servant David. Whom I chose because he kept my commandments and my statutes. But I will take the kingdom out of his son's hand and give it to you 10 tribes. (10:50) And to his son, I will give one tribe. The tribe of Benjamin. That my servant David may always have a presence or a lamp before me in Jerusalem. The city which I have chosen for myself to put my name Yahweh in that city. Now, ladies and gentlemen, what I've just read to you is the sad saga of the scattered seed. (11:33) A very sad story indeed. One of the oldest nations on earth, the oldest commonwealths on earth, the oldest kingdoms on earth. Which has dwelled in unity all of these years is about to be divided because the headship got out of order. Now, Solomon died and Yahweh being true to his word, the day came when Jeroboam was the king of Israel after Solomon's death. (12:12) Now, go with me to the book of Hosea chapter 1 and verse 1. Now, the prophecy of Hosea is what we're going to be dealing with today. I want to show you when the prophet Hosea was on the scene. Hosea 1 and 1 tells us that the word of Yahweh came to Hosea during the reign of Jeroboam. The house of Israel's first king after the split. (12:48) Let me explain the split to you. The nations of Israel, the 12 tribes, were very dissatisfied with their taxation. So, they go to King Jeroboam who takes over after Solomon. Now, the nation is not yet divided. They're still in unity. So, the nations come to Jeroboam requesting relief on their taxes. God hardened the king's heart. And Jeroboam told him not only was he not going to lower their taxes, but he was actually going to raise their taxes. (13:24) This caused a great division among the tribes of Israel. God sent that division to fulfill his word. Don't ever be deceived. Sometimes God sends division to bring his vision to pass in our ministries and in our lives. Now, these tribes decided on that day that they were going to separate. 10 tribes went to Jeroboam, but there was another man that was raised up by the name of Rehoboam. (14:04) And Rehoboam would be over the two tribes that did not go with the northern tribes of Israel. And those two tribes are Benjamin and Judah. We bring them together. They came into unity and collectively were known as the Jews. The time the first mention of the word Jew in your Bible is when these two entities, the tribes of Israel, the tribes of Judah are at war. (14:33) That was so interesting to me when I discovered that. Now, these 10 tribes separated from the other two. From this day forward, they become two separate kingdoms as you can see on the photograph on the screen. They are no longer the house of Israel. They are now known as the house of Israel and the house of Judah. (15:07) Two separate kingdoms, two separate kings. Immediately after the split, things begin to change. And this is where the sad saga of the scattered seed unveils before us. Because after becoming king of the northern tribes, now the 10 tribes that went with Jeroboam are now known as the northern tribes or the lost tribes of Israel. The ones that remained in Jerusalem are known as the house of Judah. (15:43) Well, Jeroboam immediately began changing the laws of Yahweh. What's the first thing he did? Yahweh had always said that his name and his temple was to be in Jerusalem. That was the city on earth that he had claimed as his own. Just like he claims the tithe, he claims the Sabbath. In time, he claims the Sabbath. (16:10) In the money, he claims the tithe. In real estate, he claims Jerusalem. One part of every part belongs to the Lord. Jerusalem is where the temple was to be built and where worship was to be performed. But Jeroboam as the king of the northern tribes makes up his mind that he will no longer keep that law, but he will take the 10 tribes of Israel and move their capital to a city called Samaria. (16:45) Now, you may understand why the Jews considered the Samaritans to be dogs. So, this is the first law that Jeroboam changed. The next thing he did was he set up golden calves in the house of Yahweh. He built another temple all with good intentions. They were planning on worshipping Yahweh. But they begin to lose their distinction. (17:13) They begin to lose their identity. They begin to lose who they were as a chosen people. And they were becoming like their neighbors. Now, the next thing he did was he replaced the Levitical priesthood with an unworthy priesthood. And then, last but not least, he changed the holy day Sabbaths. He changed them all. (17:41) Um the feast of tabernacles, which was on the 15th day of the seventh month, was now going to be in the 15th day of the eighth month. Just a slight change. They were still going to keep the feast. They were still going to worship Yahweh. They built him a temple in Samaria. They had no desire to leave the standard, when you begin leaving the safety zone of the word of God, it won't be long no one will recognize who you are anymore. (18:19) So, these 10 tribes, they had no intentions of leaving the faith, but when you leave the the facts of the matter, it won't be long before the faith won't be far behind you. So, they go and they change all of these laws. Now, they kept the feast, but they just moved it to a different day because God really doesn't care what day we do it as long as we love him and we do it unto him. (18:52) We don't really matter about specificity. That was the first mistake Jeroboam made and it's the same mistake that your church has made, my church has made, and most New Testament believers have made, not understanding the God of specificity. Go with me to First Kings chapter 12 now, verse 26. Jeroboam said in his heart, "Now, the kingdom shall turn back to the house of David. (19:22) To the house if this people goes up to do sacrifices in the house of Yahweh at Jerusalem. Then the heart of this people will turn again to their lord, to Rehoboam, the king of Judah. And they will kill me and go again to Rehoboam, the king of Judah." And the king took counsel and made two calves of gold. (19:50) And he said to them, "It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem? It's not convenient. Oh, I wish I could preach this. Behold your gods, O Israel, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt. And he set the one in Bethel, and he put the other in Dan. Verse 1 Kings 13:33. After this thing, Jeroboam did not turn from his evil, but turned again and made from the lowest of the people preached of the high place. (20:27) He who desired, he consecrated. Whoever wanted to be a preacher, whoever said, "I feel the call." He just anointed them and made them a priest. And he became one of the priests of the high places. Go with me to 2 Chronicles 11:14. For the Levites had abandoned their pasture land and their property, and they came to Judah and to Jerusalem. (20:51) For Jeroboam and his sons had cast them out from acting as priest unto Yahweh. 1 Kings 12:33. So he, Jeroboam, made offerings on the altar which he had made at Bethel on the 15th day of the 8th month, in the month which he had devised in his own heart. Did you hear any of those verses? Did you hear them? If you did, here's what you heard. (21:27) We are still going to worship God, but we're going to do it in a more convenient way. Jeroboam was scared that the house of Israel, if they went up to Jerusalem to worship where they were commanded to, they would miss their brethren. They would miss Jerusalem, and that they would turn to the king of Judah, which was Rehoboam, and that he would lose his kingdom. Jealousy. (21:59) One preacher jealous to let his people listen to another preacher. See? The more things change, the more they stay the same. Jealousy between the two churches. So here's WHAT HE SAID, "WE'RE GOING TO HAVE CHURCH on a on the same time they're having it. We're going to do it in another place. (22:21) We're going to keep the churches from fellowshipping." And he made up in his mind, NOTICE WHAT HE SAID, HE DIDN'T REFER to the law of God, he referred to what was convenient, which, you know, Sunday service is much more convenient than keeping the 7th day Sabbath. I'll be the first to admit it. And it's much more convenient to have your holy day celebrations when people are on vacation or they have vacation time or it's on the weekend where people can drive in. (22:50) One of the biggest problems we deal with at Passover and bringing in a crowd, it's on a Tuesday night. Well, it would be much more convenient for us to celebrate Passover on another more convenient day, but that's not the command of God. He said to do it on the 14th day of the first month. We must learn that our God is watching our obedience to his specificity. (23:15) Now, all of these events that we just studied about, the division of the tribes of Israel, uh again, leads us to two separate nations. Now, the book of Hosea is what we're going to be talking about tonight because the book of Hosea is a prophecy to the house of Israel. You've got to be very careful when you study your Bible. (23:45) If you ministers are listening to me, uh people, you Bible students, remember this. Unless you know to what audience a scripture was written, it's very easy to misinterpret and misapply those scriptures, and it happens all the time in our churches. Let me give you an example. Um you may have heard the book of Joel chapter 2, if you come from a Pentecostal church like I did, you may have heard that verse applied uh that in the last days I'll pour out my spirit on all flesh, sons and daughters will prophesy. You know, most people think (24:24) that that applies in the church age, which is the age we're living in right now, but it doesn't. If you'll go back and read the beginning of the chapter, which you should always do that, you're going to find out that this is a prophecy about the millennium reign or called the day of the Lord. Anytime you see a reference in your Bible to the day of the Lord, that is the Sabbath day, which represents the millennial reign, which will be the great what we call the great Sabbath. (24:57) So what we're going to do now, now that you have a clear understanding of the division of the house, now that you understand that all Jews are Israelites, but not all Israelites are Jews. I'd like for you to write that down in your notes. And that way when you're studying the scripture, you're going to see two or three different references. (25:25) You're going to see a reference to the house of Israel. Remember, nine times out of 10, that is referring to the northern tribes, which separated from the house of Judah, the Jews. Now when you read your Bible and you see a verse that says to the house of Israel and to the house of Judah, that will make sense to you. (25:52) Two different nations. Now sometimes you will hear these two different nations referred to as Ephraim and Manasseh, or you'll hear them referred to several different nuances, ways of saying these, but they're all referring to these two divided kingdoms. So, the book of Hosea, we're going to study it now. (26:18) Remember, it is a prophecy to the northern tribes that have left Jerusalem. They have changed the laws of God. They have moved the laws of God. So, all of the book of Hosea, when you're reading the book of Hosea, keep that in mind, that this is a prophecy to the northern tribes or the house of Israel. So class, real quick, just so I know that you understand, you have two houses. (26:45) The northern tribes, the house of Israel, the southern tribes, which is the house of Judah. The house of Judah contains two tribes, Benjamin and Judah, and eventually it came to include the tribe of Levi. I'll explain that later. All the other tribes are part of that rebellious people that followed after Jeroboam. (27:11) Turn with me now to the book of Hosea. Let's go to chapter 1, and we're going to pick up in verse two. Now, instead of me reading every verse, let me just give you a quick story. God spoke to Hosea to marry a prostitute by the name of Gomer. Most all of you watching are very familiar. Throughout the scripture, God has always used the natural to represent the spiritual. (27:37) That's why we have Passover. We have the natural feast of Israel because they represent the spiritual. Uh and so in this connotation, the prostitute or the sexually immoral woman in marriage is representative of spiritual idolatry. So Hosea takes Gomer and she has a son for the prophet Hosea, and you can find in Hosea chapter 1 and verse 4, God tells this prophet Hosea what to name this child. (28:15) Now this name is very important. It's going to help you to understand this sad saga of the scattered seed. Chapter 1:4, and Yahweh said unto him, "Call his name Jezreel." Now, when you're reading about names in the scriptures, they're not like the names we have today. They have prophetic meaning. Unfortunately, these names in the King James version do not convey that prophetic meaning as it should. (28:57) But the name Jezreel basically boils down to this. God will sow, s o w, sowing seed. Remember the title of the lesson, the sad saga of the scattered seed. So God tells Hosea, "Name the child a prophetic name, because in this child I'm going to give a message." And the name Jezreel says that God will sow, s o w. (29:32) Now Gomer continues to bear more children for Hosea the prophet, and each one of them Yahweh gives the name for these children. The daughter, he was going to he was supposed to name her Lo-Ruhamah, which means no mercy. No mercy. Jezreel, God will sow. Lo-ruhamah, God will have no mercy. And then, she was going to have another son, and his name was going to be Lo-ammi, which means not my people. (30:09) So, we have three children of prophecy here. We have God will sow, God will show no mercy, and you will not be my people. Very important that you understand the meaning of these three names. What was the sin of these people that Hosea is prophesying against? The tribes of Israel, the house of Israel. Now, let's pause a minute. (30:36) If you and I were talking, and I said to you, uh Israel, you would automatically include the Jewry the Jews, right? You would be wrong. Israel is a separate nation. The house of Israel is separate from the house of Judah. Every Jew is an Israelite because their tribe is a member of the house of Israel. But, every Israelite is not a member of the house of Judah. (31:09) So, therefore, if you're an Israelite, that doesn't make you a Jew. Now, why am I making this so paramount and so important? Because many people that follow this ministry, they make a great mistake. They say to one another when they don't understand our teachings and our ways, when we keep Sabbath and holy days, they say, they they they're Jewish, or that that's they're trying to be Jewish, or Judaism. They don't understand. (31:37) No, we've never claimed to be Jews. We've never desired to be Jews. Because as I'm fixing to prove to you, we are in fact not Jews, but we are Israelites, or members of the northern tribes, the house of Israel. Now, their sin was they changed God's law, and they mixed true worship with paganism. Now, if you've ever heard our preaching, you understand how emphatic we are against the pagan holidays, pagan names, pagan symbols, pagan, you know, you hear us preaching like, my God, all he talks about is paganism. Because our sin in (32:23) the house of Israel was following after those pagan practices, and we lost out with God because of it. Now, the house of Israel is returning with a strong stand against paganism, and to protect ourselves from ever making that mistake again. So, for that sin, number one, Yahweh showed the northern tribe, the nation of Assyria came in to the northern tribes of Israel in Samaria. (32:57) Assyria came in with a mighty army, and took the entire northern kingdom into captivity. Millions and millions of Israelites disappeared from the face of the earth primarily. They just they we lost they're called today the lost tribes of the house of Israel. It's as if history swallowed these millions of human beings up along with their history. (33:33) How could that be? Because that did not happen with the house of Judah. The house of Judah, we can track it, we've been tracking it for thousands of years. They've remained a people of specific identity, but not the northern tribes. The reason is because remember the first son of Hosea, Jezreel, means God is going to scatter the seeds of the house of Israel. (34:00) This is the sad saga of those scattered seeds tonight. They were scattered where? Among the nations of the world. They lost their identity when they lost their distinction. At one time, they knew who they were. They worshipped on the Sabbath day. They kept the holy days according to the word of God. They observed the Torah. (34:28) They were obedient to the things of God. They knew who they were. Now, when they were scattered among the nations, and they lost their identity, they took on another identity. Just like when you leave the church of the living God, you quote-unquote backslide, and you go out among the world, and you lose your prayer life, you lose your walk with God, you begin to identify as a sinner. (34:59) You begin to identify as a person of the flesh, rather than a person of the spirit. Israel, the house of Israel, the northern tribes lost their identity just as Hosea prophesied that they would. So, basically, here's what God told them. When they refused to return to his Sabbaths, his holy days, and his commandments, here's what he basically told them. (35:24) I'm going to use today's modern lingo. He basically said, look, if you want to carry on like that, if you want to walk in rebellion, if you want to do your own Sabbath, if you want to do all of that, you know what? I'm going to sow you like seed among the nations. You're going to grow up with all the other fruits and vegetables, and lose your own specific bloodline. (35:47) I'm going to scatter you, and I'm not going to have no mercy on you, and you're not going to be my people. You're going to be disowned. That is basically what God said. So, at that moment, uh I uh the house of Israel lost their identity as Israelites. They forgot who they once were. Being sown to the nations. (36:12) Let's read Hosea chapter 2 and verse 11. Let's read it together. Hosea 2 and 11. They forfeited the joy of the Sabbath, the feast days, and their new month celebrations. Now, hold on. Now, many people consider the Sabbath to be a burden, but here Yahweh says it's a joy. And he says the moment they lose their identity as true Israelites is the moment they will lose the joy of the Sabbath day and the holy days. (36:53) What a scripture. Because if you even mention to a Christian today about the Sabbath day and the holy days, they don't see it as a joy, they see it as a burden. Now, he said, I will cause all of her joy to cease. They forfeit their joy. I will cause her joy to stop because she's lost her identity. But, let's talk about a different house. (37:19) Now, that's the house of Israel. God divorced them. He put them away. But, what about her sister, the house of Judah, the southern kingdom, that was still in Jerusalem, still keeping the Sabbath day according to the commandments, still keeping the holy days according to the command? What about Judah? Let's read in Hosea chapter 1 and verse 7. (37:50) Right after Yahweh declared in verse 6 that he would have no mercy on the northern tribes, the house of Israel, he declared that he would have mercy on the house of Judah. Now, Judah, let's read it Let's just read it verse 7. I will have mercy on the house of Judah, and will save them by Yahweh their God. (38:20) Do you know why that was? Judah was no better people than their northern tribe friends, but do you know why God had mercy on them? I'm going to tell you why. Judah never removed the sign between her and Yahweh, the seal of their covenant. And what was that? She never forsook the Sabbath day. She never forsook the annual holy days. (38:52) Never. Because if you'll read I Exodus 31 and 13 and 17, you'll find out that the Sabbath was the seal between Yahweh and the house of Israel. As a sign, just as a wedding ring is a sign or a seal between two partners in a covenant, the Sabbath day was a covenant between God and Israel. The Sabbaths are a spiritual wedding ring, a sign between Yahweh and the house of Israel forever. (39:33) That's why you see so many of the house of Israel returning to the Sabbath day. All of a sudden, in the last 20 years, just just just out of nowhere there's this resurging uh cognizance of the Sabbath day. Do you think that's just by happenstance? No, it's by immaculate design. All foretold in the book of Hosea. Now, Yahweh did not divorce Judah. (40:06) As a matter of fact, if you read the parable of the prodigal son in the New Testament, you'll find two sons there. One son stayed home. That son is the house of Judah. Another son went and lived among the Gentiles or the pigs. Remember the pigs always represent the Gentiles. So, this brother, a member of the house of the father's house, the house of Israel, drifted off and lived among the pigs and ate with them and everything else. (40:37) But, there was one brother that stayed faithful at home. That's Judah. The one that went out and lived among the pigs, that's Israel. The Jews stayed home in Jerusalem. The Israelites moved out among the world and cast their lot. Now, we read in the scriptures that the house of Israel, when they went off and fed with the pigs, that when they returned in the end, that Israel that Judah was jealous of of Israel, the son, the prodigal son that comes back. (41:21) Now, why is that? We're going to talk about it right now. There's an incredible prophecy in Isaiah 11:12-13. Let's read it. He will set up a banner for the nations and will assemble the outcast of Israel. And gather together Now, this is a prophecy that it would do you well to not soon forget. Remember, God's going to scatter them to the nations. That's Hosea's prophecy. (41:53) But, listen to Isaiah's prophecy. 11 and 12. And I will assemble the outcast of what? Of Israel. Who were the outcast of Israel? These northern tribes that were cast out of the father's mercy. They were cast out. But, Isaiah said that he will set up a banner for all of those that have been cast out among the nations. (42:29) He'll set up a banner. In other words, they'll see a sign, THEY'LL HEAR A CALL, THEY'LL UNDERSTAND who they are. Hallelujah. I'm trying to slow down so that you can follow me. And he said, "I will gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth. Also, the envy of Ephraim shall depart. The jealousy of Ephraim shall depart and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off. (43:08) Ephraim shall not envy Judah and Judah shall not harass Ephraim." This is a mighty prophecy. In verse 10, immediately after the declaring that the house of Israel would not be his people, God declares these words in Isaiah 1 and 10. Now, in verse 10, he says they're not going to be my people. But, listen to what he says in verse 11. (43:39) "Yet, the numbers of the sons of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which is not measured nor numbered. And it shall be in the place where it is said to them that you are not my people, it shall be said to them, you are sons of the living God." Now, this is a prophecy about the lost tribes of the house of Israel and the house of Judah, because many in the house of Judah would be scattered. (44:16) Ephraim and Judah would be scattered. But, let's go read Romans chapter 9 verse 23 through 27. Paul was an apostle to these to the Gentiles. And he makes a connection here that's most interesting. Because he's about to reveal to us the identity of the {quote} {unquote} Gentiles. Remember when you read the word Gentiles in your Bible, it is speaking of the nations. (44:50) God only sees two groups of people, Israel and everybody else. That's the way it's always been, the way it always will be. Israel is the house of Yahweh. Let's read Romans 9:23-27. That he makes known the riches of his glory on vessels of mercy, which he had before prepared for glory. Whom he also called not only of us Jews, Remember, Paul is from the tribe of Benjamin. That's Judah. That's Jews. (45:28) Paul was a Jew. But, he said there's another group of people that he's speaking about here that's going to obtain mercy from Yahweh. But, he said, "Not only of us Jews, but also out of the nations." Remember, the nations means Gentiles. There's a people that God's going to call out of the nations. Also, he says in Hosea, "I will call" Now, this is Paul referencing back to who Paul is talking about. (46:09) Please stay with me. Paul makes it plain that he's speaking to the Jews and the lost sheep of the house of Israel. How does he make that plain? Because he's now going to reference back to Hosea's prophecy about the lost tribes of Israel. Here's what he says as we continue to read. And he also he says in Hosea, "I will call those not my people my people. (46:40) And those not beloved beloved. And it shall be in the place where it was said to them that you are not my people, there they will be called sons of the living God." Isaiah cries out on behalf of Israel and he says, "If the numbers of the sons of Israel be as the sand of the sea, the remnant will be saved." Paul is making it clear that the new believers in Christianity that are coming under his ministry are in fact descendants of the northern kingdom of the house of Israel that Yahweh showed in his anger among the nations, the very ones of (47:30) which Hosea prophesied. Remember this, Peter was sent to the house of Judah. Paul was sent to the house of Israel. Peter was sent to the house of Judah, the Jews, but Paul was sent to the house of Israel. He was not sent to the rest of the world as many people believe. He was sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. (48:01) The new covenant was made. We all love to talk about a new testament and a new covenant. But, do you know whom the new covenant was made with? Your answer's in Jeremiah 31:33 and Hebrews chapter 8 and verse 8. This new covenant is made with no one else besides the house of Israel. But, Paul is not the only one that makes this connection between the Gentiles coming to the faith in Christ and the Israelites who were scattered among the nations. (48:38) Those who God said would not be his people, then later would be his people. So, Peter's epistle addresses the same situation. 1 Peter chapter 1 verse 1 and 2. Peter, an apostle of Yeshua Hamashiach, to the pilgrims of the dispersion. Do you know what the dispersion is? The house of Israel that was dispersed or scattered as seed among the nations. (49:08) So, here's what he's saying. He's saying that I Peter am writing to those that were scattered like seed among the nations, the nations of Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, Bithynia. Elect, these are the elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father and sanctification of spirit for obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Yeshua Hamashiach. (49:41) Grace to you and peace be multiplied. Then in chapter 2 of verse 10, Peter connects the dots. Let's read it. 1 Peter 2 9 through 10. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, who were the house of Israel, royal priesthood, a holy nation. What was Israel? The 10 lost tribes, they were a nation. His own special people, who is the only people Yahweh's ever called special to him, the house of Israel, that you may proclaim the praises of him who called you out of darkness among the nations into the marvelous light, who once were (50:22) not a people but are now the people of God, who have not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. Go back to Hosea's prophecy. God would scatter with no mercy, and they would no longer be his people. Here Peter is saying, you were not HIS PEOPLE, HE SAID YOU WEREN'T. You had you did not have his mercy, BUT THAT IS OVER now because of the blood of Yeshua, the lost tribes can come back into covenant with God. (50:55) Now you might understand why Yeshua said in his word that he only came to seek and to save the lost sheep of the house of Israel, not the rest of the world. Why? It's not their time yet. (51:25) You need to watch that if what I just said did not make sense to you. Let's go to Jeremiah chapter 50 and verse 6. Yahweh says, my people are lost sheep. My people. Their shepherds have caused them to go astray. They turned them away on the mountains. They have gone from mountain to hill. Who were their shepherds? King Jeroboam. (51:53) He's the one that caused them to go to Samaria, to another hill. They have forgotten their resting place. Now, replacement theology, which is what most people believe in, says that through the new covenant Yahweh has replaced these lost tribes of Israel with something called the Gentile church or a spiritual Israel. (52:20) But that is a heresy hatched out of the deepest part of hell. It is wrong, and you should not believe such a thing because God's covenants are forever. They are forever and amen. When he blessed Abraham, he told Abraham that his descendants would become a multitude of nations. And again, when Jacob blessed Ephraim, he prophesied that Ephraim's descendants would become a multitude of nations. (52:52) Neither Yahweh or Jacob ever prophesied of a multitude of nations that would become a spiritual Israel. Let me say it to you like this. If you have come to faith in Yeshua, which is Jesus Christ, you have joined the nation of Israel, and a remnant of the physical house of Israel has come through the blood of Yeshua. (53:15) Not all of them yet, but a remnant. You are coming to Christ because he called you. John 6:44, no man can come to the Father unless the Spirit draw him, and the Spirit is only drawing the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Acts 2:38 and 39. Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Yeshua the Messiah for the remission of your commandment breaking, which is the meaning of sin, and you shall receive the infilling of the Holy Spirit. (53:51) For this promise is unto you, the Jewish people, remember Paul always said to the Jew first, here they're speaking to the Jews that have gathered together in Jerusalem, to you and your children, and to and to those that are afar off. We've already proven to you that the lost sheep of Israel are the ones that were afar off. (54:12) The Gentiles were not afar off because they were never given access to begin with. They had no covenant with Yahweh unless they come through Israel by circumcision. Now, we come through it through to Israel today by spiritual circumcision. We must join the house of Israel to be considered in the 144,000 tribes of Israel, which is 12 * 12. (54:39) So, I don't have time to teach you on all of that in this lesson. Now, let me say this to you. The Hebrew phrase, there's a phrase called milo hagoyim, and that phrase is frequently translated in your Bible to a multitude of nations, but it should be translated the fullness of the Gentiles. With that in mind, let's go read what Paul wrote to the Romans, and I believe a light bulb might go off in your head if you're open and honest in this study. (55:14) Romans 11:25, for I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles, the milo hagoyim, has come in. Now, let's go back to Hosea 1:10 and keep that verse in mind. Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or numbered. (55:48) And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, you're not my people, there it shall be said to them, you are my people, the sons of God. Now, let's examine some verses from Hosea chapter 2 and 3. Let's go to verse 13. And I will visit on her the days of the Baals in which she burned incense unto them. (56:13) Yea, she adorned herself with nose rings and her jewels, and she went after her lovers and forgot me, says Yahweh. Therefore, behold, I will lure her and bring her to the wilderness and speak to her heart, and from there I will give her vineyards to her and the valley of Achor for a door of hope. And she shall answer there as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt. (56:45) And at that day, you remember every time you read about that day in the Bible, speaking about this day, the millennium reign, says Yahweh, that you shall call me my beloved, and you shall no more call me master. Hosea 3:4-5, for the sons of Israel shall remain many days with no king and no ruler, with no sacrifice and no pillars and no ephod or teraphim. (57:13) But verse 5 says, afterwards, after they've gone this long period of time scattered among the nations, after they've gone without a connection to their God or their homeland, after that, the sons of Israel shall return and seek Yahweh their God and David their king, which we know that to be Yeshua because he's of the house of David. (57:43) They would seek Yahweh and Yeshua, and they shall fear Yahweh and his goodness in the end of the days. Notice that. This is going to happen in the very last of the last days. There's going to be awakening among these lost tribes. They're going to wake up. They're going to hear the shofar sound, and they're going to recognize who they were. (58:12) They were not Pentecostal, they were not Baptist, they were not Catholic, they were not whatever whatever. They were members of the house of Israel, the lost tribes. They may have misidentified themselves for a long time, but he says in Hosea uh 3:4-5, afterwards, the sons of Israel shall return and seek Yahweh and Yeshua their God and their king. Let's go to Hosea 1:11. (58:44) Then the children of Judah and the children of Israel. Did that ever make sense to you before? It didn't to me. All my years of study, I would see the children of Judah and the children of Israel. That made no sense. Hopefully now it does to you. There's coming a day when the southern kingdom and the northern kingdom shall be gathered together. Hallelujah. (59:11) And appoint for themselves one head. Guess who that's going to be? Yeshua the Messiah. And they shall come up out of the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel. Remember, Jezreel means the scattered seed. Great will be the day of the scattered seed that think they're gentiles. They go to gentile churches. (59:36) They think like gentiles. They live like gentiles. They were lost among the gentiles. But one day they heard a sermon like this one. Something resonated deep within. They heard the sound of a shofar. All of a sudden things that didn't line up with what they heard in their churches, it lined up with their spirit. (59:58) The two houses of Israel becoming one again at the end of days is also told by Ezekiel. I'm not going to read it, you can. Ezekiel 37 9 through 22. I want you to go read those chapters and you're going to find out that there was two sticks. God told Ezekiel to wrap those sticks together. In closing, thank you for staying with me this whole time. These millions upon millions of Israelites, they had children, grandchildren. As they scattered throughout the caucus mountains and as they went through the path of Dan to Ireland, all over when we see the house of Israel where they went all over the nations. (1:00:55) They become acclimated. They become Americans. They became British. They became whatever whatever. China, Japanese, they became all of that. They lost the Sabbath. They lost the holy days. They took up Roman Catholicism by worshipping according to the instructions of the Pope of Rome. But we're promised that in the end of the days the sons of those people would hear the call. (1:01:25) What call? Acts 2:39. For as many as the Lord our God shall call. Now the question always comes up. Well brother Von, what about all the other people that are not descendants of the house of Israel? Does God not have a plan for them? Absolutely. I would ask you to watch the next video. And they are more than welcome to join the commonwealth of the house of Israel by faith in Yeshua, the shed blood. (1:02:21) And then they become citizens of this great house. Nobody replaced this house. We're simply adding to it. But there's coming a day very soon as you'll find out in the next video. Coming a day very soon when the entire world will join this nation. Oh, there was a purpose for the nation of Israel. (1:02:45) It was to be a light to the gentiles. That day is coming very soon. God bless you. I think it might be happening to you. Maybe you thought you were this religion or that religion. (1:03:09) But nobody could ever answer your questions. Things didn't add up. Things didn't make sense. Now they are because Daniel prophesied that the words of his book were sealed up for the end time generation. You're looking at the end time generation. I'm looking at. We're here together. It's here. (1:03:27) There's an unveiling of knowledge. In the last days knowledge shall be increased. What knowledge? Spiritual knowledge and understanding. We're waking up folks.
