me to explain I'm going to show you the ruling and I want you to read it with me and then I'm going to break it down for you here is the ruling therefore to maintain the status quo pending any review by the US Supreme Court we stay our ruling until January the 4th if review is sought in the Supreme Court before the stay expires on January the 4th then the stay shall remain in place and the secretary will continue to be required to include president Trump's name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot until the receipt of any order or 3 mandate from the Supreme Court ladies and gentlemen it was all a scam it was all smoke and mirrors it was a way for the Democrats on the Supreme cour Court to tell all their comrades hey yes he committed Insurrection and by the way he's never been charged with Insurrection not one time he's never been convicted of insurrection he's never met the qualifications of insurrection I want you to hear what I just said an innocent man that has never even been charged with Insurrection in a court of law much less due process has now been said by the Supreme Court he's guilty of insurrection to their 4 political hacks they gave them what they wanted a chance to say even a Supreme Court ruled that he caused an Insurrection but that is not what they ruled they ruled their ruling is a scam allow me to explain January the 5th which is what 13 days uh 15 days from right now all the the ballots in Colorado will go to the printer that ruling says if Donald Trump seeks review it did not even say if they accept it in the Supreme Court it said if he seeks review which is an appeal if he just appeals their ruling his name stays on the ballot because once the ballots are printed they're printed which 5 happens in less than 15 days the Supreme Court does not have to rule they do not have to even look at the case all that has to happen is Donald Trump has to seek review that's it and what happens his name stays on the ballot the ballots will be printed it will be a done deal no matter what the Supreme Court does says or decides they they don't even have to rule and Trump stays on the ballot let's read it one more time let's read it everybody read it with me therefore to maintain the status quo pending any review not a decision but a review by the Supreme Court we stay our ruling until January 6 the 4th in other words Trump has until January the 4th to seek a review the day before the deadline to certify the content of the ballot if review is sought did you hear me if review is sought in the Supreme Court before January the 4th then he the then he stays on the ballot and the secretary is required to include his name on the ballot the only way he will not be on the ballot is if he does not seek a review by the ladies and
