I'll be right back. I'm going to the state of California. The Department of Education has issued a violation against the state of California. And I guarantee you, very few of you have heard about it. And that's a great tragedy. What they have done to our children in California will make your blood boil tonight. So prepare yourself. Because the U.S. Department of Education 00:09:51 just issued a finding against California's Department of Education. What is the charge? violating federal law by, number one, facilitating, not just knowing about, but facilitating the gender transition of children, and number two, hiding it from their parents. Yes, yes, this is happening in your state, or in California, in your nation. Here is what they have found. It's stunning. The report is mind-blowing. They have found at least 00:10:35 300 children, at least, at the very least, placed on gender support plans. And most of those 300 were placed on those plans without parental consent or knowledge. No knowledge at all. Of parental consent plans. 300 of American children. School officials took these plans called gender support plans, GSPs, out of the regular file of the student. It would literally be in a totally separate filing category, completely hidden from parents. Just think about it. Just think about what I just said, okay? Parents can go to that portal and see their child's folder, their file on their child, except for any name changes, any pronoun changes, or any other information that's assigned to their GSP program, okay? You know, districts that actually followed federal law. They've now been sued by Gross Newsom. Education Secretary Linda McMahon said it best today. When did parents need permission from a doctor, a superintendent, or nobody for that matter? We didn't wake up one morning, sign a contract and say, yes, please let the state outrank the parents. No, what happened was much quieter, much more dangerous, because power rarely announces itself until it normalizes itself. At the turn of the 20th century, compulsory education laws were sold to us as protection for our children, not control, protection. They pitched it like this, 00:15:57 literacy, opportunity, social cohesion, but slowly and subtly the center of gravity shifted and schools stopped being servants of families and began acting as authorities over families. What changed was not education, it was assumptions. Back then in the 20th century, at the beginning thereof, attendance at school was a partnership. Today, compliance. Back then, absences from class was parental discretion. Today, suspect. Where were they? Where did you really take 00:16:48 them? What were you really? You was not one of those? You were not one of those MAGA rallies, were you? Where were you? Do you have proof of that? You see, suspect. Back then, parents were the sovereigns. Today, they're the stakeholders. Back then, children were sons and daughters of the greatest generation, the greatest nation in the world. Today, they're units. The moment that paperwork started outweighing parental judgment, that's when the deal had already changed and nobody knew it. 00:17:29 So here's the real issue, and this is what cuts to the bone. Who has the primary claim on a child's time, formation, formation, and values? Historically, philosophically, morally, biblically, the parents do. The answer has always been the parents, but modern society has reversed the order without saying it out loud. We now live in a world where institutions assume default authority. That's called bureaucratic gravity. Now, that leads me into the next story tonight. Up at the Supreme Court, another story that you're hearing nothing about. I've talked about this before on the Toto Show. It's called Obergefell. Obergefell, for those of you students that are taking notes. Let's talk about Obergefell versus Hodges. I've talked about it many times. There is a movement forming in America right 00:19:03 now that has filed a lawsuit against Obergefell versus Hodges. It's a coalition called, and you may want to check into it, all you parents. You don't even have to be a parent. You just need to... greater than. And they have filed a lawsuit to overturn Obergefell versus Hodges. Now, many of you are already saying, well, that doesn't have to do with children. That has to do with marriage, specifically same-sex marriage. That's what we think of, because that's what passed 00:19:49 Same-sex marriage was Obergefell versus Hodges. But the truth is, it has nothing to do with marriage. It's all about the children. I want to explain it to you tonight. Here's what nobody told you about Obergefell. The law cannot do two things at the same time. Number one, the law cannot uphold a child's right. Every one of you watching me tonight have biological inherently given rights, all because you're 00:20:34 a humanoid, a homo sapien, you're a human, and therefore our Constitution recognizes you were born with certain inalienable rights, rights that no law in the world can give you. You were born with those rights. For example, every human was born with a right to protect themselves, the right to bear arms. You were born with that right, okay? Well, you were also born with another right as a child. And see, this is what Obergefell is fixing to run into, I do believe. 00:21:15 I believe it's going to be overturned. Because every child born has a right to the laws of nature, the biological right to a mother and a father. So Obergefell cannot uphold the child's right to a mother and a father and at the same time uphold same-sex marriage. It's legally impossible. And one of them's got to give. And guess which one gave in Obergefell? Out of the two rights, two adults with a right to be happy or a child with a right to his inherent 00:22:08 biology, who won in Obergefell? Not the child. No. The children gave for adults to lay around and sleep with who they want to sleep with and marry who they want to marry. The children gave. One has to give. You cannot uphold both. You cannot recognize the child's right to a mother and a father and recognize the right of two same-sex to have a child, to raise a child. One is going to give. And the children gave. 00:22:48 Justice Kennedy wrote that same-sex couples needed the constellation of benefits that marriage provides. So the courts decided that children are one of the benefits of marriage. And therefore, two same-sex partners deserve the benefits of marriage. Did you catch that? Children are not people with rights. No. Not in California, they're not. And not here, children are not people with rights in this framework. 00:23:34 They are benefits. They're commodities. They're things to be awarded to adults. They're pets. You know, a pet is not born with an inherent right to be with his two parents. A human is. But we've turned them into pets. Whoever wants to grab them up, forget their rights as a human to experience human biology at its basic level. So in the name of adult equality, Obergefell, the law had to accomplish what biology prohibits, making two same-sex adults the legal parents of a child. 00:24:30 But here's the problem. That child has a mother and a father somewhere. I want you to think about what I just said. Every child in the world has a mother and a father somewhere that they have been denied the right to know. I want you to think about it. But you cannot help everything. Yeah. Thank you. You see, biology doesn't care about court rulings. Every child comes from one man and one woman, period. 00:25:11 And when they are born, the law of America now says that they are deprived of their right to be with their mother and their father. So what did the law do? It declared that no children have inherent rights to their own mother and their own father. Now, before Obergefell, for thousands of years in every society of the world, the law recognized that a child has a mother, protected. The child has a father, protected. 00:25:53 Biology matters, protected. Natural family is the ideal, protected. After Obergefell, children have parent number one, the mother is erased. Children have parent number two, the father is erased. Biology is irrelevant. Any adult arrangement is okay. Just ignore the biological needs of the child. Do you understand what they did? They did not just redefine marriage. They redefined parenthood. And by so doing, by default, they redefined childhood. 00:26:44 They stripped children of the most fundamental right in the world, the right to the mother and father who created them. Parenthood has stripped the status of these children. And here's the dirty truth that nobody wants to say. Adoption exists only because tragedy exists. And even worse, if they didn't have one or the other, we pitied them. Now, we're proud for them. No longer is adoption a remedy for a tragedy, but it's a business model. That search is said to be related to the 2020 election. Correspondent David Spott has details tonight. Good evening, David. Brett, good evening. FBI agents are still on site at the records warehouse for the Fulton County, Georgia Board of Elections. The matter is sealed before court, meaning details are limited, but we can report this is related to the 2020 01:24:30 presidential election. Sources tell Fox News that agents retrieve documents, phones, and computers after a judge signed a warrant. President Trump has long made Georgia, and specifically Fulton County, a target of his complaints relating to the 2020 election. Shortly after that election, Trump spoke to Georgia's Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, and said he needed 11,780 votes to win the state. 01:24:54 At the time, Raffensperger said he felt pressure from Trump and denied any widespread election. fraud. He continues to deny it to this day. Now, Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis brought state criminal charges again, then former President Trump and others in 2023 for conspiracy to overturn the election. Late last year, a judge dismissed the case in its entirety. You remember, just a little bit of background on this. In Georgia, they actually 01:28:27 counted the ballots three times. They counted them after election day, then they did an entire recount by machine after the election, and then they did a hand recount of some five million ballots. It took days and days before they had an official result as a result of that. The Republican governor, Brian Kemp, said the election was perfectly safe. The Republican secretary of state said that the election 01:28:55 election was an accurate one. Trump told him to find 11,780 ballots, precisely the number that he would have needed to win. Apparently, he's still trying to find those ballots after all. So what you just saw was not journalism. It was narrative enforcement on TV is what you just watched. It requires by state law that every absentee ballot, every mail-in ballot, must be verified by comparing the voter's signature on the ballot application 01:35:38 with the signature on the registration file. I'm telling you, it's so simple. But that's what Georgia law requires. OCGA section 21-2-381 requires that you take the little signature on the ballot. When you get it in the mail, you compare it to what's in the registration file, and it's got to match. That's the law. That's not a guideline. That's not a suggestion. That's the law. But in March of 2020, right before the most consequential election in modern history, 01:36:16 Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger signed a consent decree. Hope you're taking notes, because when you talk to idiots, you need to know what you're talking about. And he signed this consent decree with Democratic activist groups. That decree is what's at the center of this FBI raid, because that decree was signed without legislative approval. And what did that decree do? It gutted the signature requirement. Signed not by the House of Representatives 01:37:06 of that state, which is required by the Constitution, but signed by Secretary of State. Let me tell you what that consent decree did. It changed and said county officials could no longer reject ballots based on signature alone. Okay? So what did that consent decree do? I'll show you what it did. That consent decree took this law. See, there's the law. We are republic, the law, the rule of law. It took that law that was duly 01:37:51 passed by state legislature, and in one signature from a man unauthorized to even do that, gutted the law of the land. Now, what they needed with his signature, this consent decree. Now, if a signature is questionable, one person can't reject it. There has to be multiple people review it, and they all have to agree in unison to reject it. Can you imagine that happening in Fulton County? Voters whose signatures were rejected 01:38:34 under the new consent decree, guess what? They called them on the phone and told them, you need to get back up here real quick and cure, and they extended the timeline for those people that did not go by the rules. Cure procedures were never allowed in Georgia before that consent decree. Now, here's where it gets impossible to explain away. I want to show you the results of that consent decree, and this is not magic 01:39:14 numbers. This is real. In the year 2016, and this is in my book that you ought to have, there was a rejection rate of mail-in ballots of 6.4% when the law was being followed. When a signature didn't match, it got rejected, 6.4%. In 2018, 3.5%. They were already ramping up. 2020, basically 0%. Rejection rate. And you want to know why Donald Trump's looking for his 11,000 votes. Folks, that's the numbers. 01:40:07 In 2016, Georgia rejected 6.4% of absentee ballots. In 2020, when they had record mail-in voting, record over 1.3 million absentee ballots, and the rejection rate drops to 0%. Are we supposed to believe that Georgians suddenly became the most flawless electorate in American history? Submitting 13 times fewer invalid ballots in the very year the system was most vulnerable to fraud, 13 times fewer rejections? 01:40:52 Ladies and gentlemen, fraud detection didn't vanish in Georgia because fraud disappeared. It vanished because they dismantled the system designed to detect it with this consent decree. Now, it gets even worse, okay? You know what that means? According to Dr. Stark, it makes it impossible to audit the 2020 election in Fulton County. The certified count had 17,852 missing ballot images. Now, let me explain this consent decree to you and why that it matters. A consent decree is a legal settlement between two parties.
