Fellow Americans, here he is, straight from the heart of Toto Town within the clandestine chambers of the world famous conservative college, America's favorite professor, officially recognized as first in the nation. This is the briefing with Professor Toto. (00:33) AFEST used to be a place where young people, teenagers, college kids, 20some year olds felt like they belonged to something larger than themselves. a team, a coalition, a mission. You know, team matters that that's why they went to Amfest all these years was to be part of a unified movement, a mission if you will. (01:17) And that's why I was so disappointed with Amfest, deeply disappointed because what I watched at America Fest was not just a bad event. It was a moral failure for our young people. And there was an absence that was very loud. Charlie Kirk was not there. People make a great mistake when they think they can continue a work without a true leader. (02:02) Now, this is no uh way uh throwing shade on Erica Kirk, but it would be very unfair if I died today for my wife to try to take my place. um uh it would be it would be a burden on her that she shouldn't have to bear, you know. And so it's no shade at all. Love Erica. I'm one of her biggest defenders. But Charlie was not there. (02:47) It was painfully obvious and you could feel it in every rant, every ego soaked monologue, every microphone handed to someone who mistook attention for leadership. And and and uh forget the team. There was no team this week. Forget the coalition or the mission. What I saw instead was a parade of rich, overrated, spoiled podcasters, many of whom were not even conservative five years ago. People that figured out how to monetize the right after failing on the left. (03:35) They didn't come to Amefest to teach. I heard no teaching about capitalism. I heard no teaching. They came to posture. They came to get a clip. They came to be shared on social media. And the kids in those seats, they're going home with nothing. Honestly, no plan, no coalition, no vision, no instruction on how to build a life, no answer to the real questions. That's what was missing at Amfest answers. (04:20) You know, my personal ministry, that's the reason it has been so successful. It brings answers to questions. Nobody brought answers this week. For example, how do I afford a home? How do I start a family? How do I live my faith without apology? How do I fight the enemy of socialism, communism, fascism, technocracy? Because the real enemy isn't backstage. (04:51) It's not another conservative on the panel. It it isn't some viral beef. The real enemy is a political ideology that is stripping this country of faith, freedom, family, and economic dignity. And we're already halfway down that road, by the way. 30,000 young conservatives packed into the Phoenix Convention Center. (05:20) Ben Shapiro started off attacking Tucker and Candace Owens from the main stage. And then an hour later, Tucker Carlson is firing back. The next day, Megan Kelly is tearing into Ben Shapiro. These podcasters are going at each other while 30,000 young conservative students, the future of our movement, watch the leaders eat each other alive. (05:54) And these kids came to be part of a team, a unified mission. Now, I'm not here to say who was right, who was wrong. Shapiro said a lot of things right about Candice and Tucker and the Fuentes interview. The problem is you can be right about some things, but they were all wrong about one thing, doing it in public. (06:31) on stage in front of the next generation while the Democrats are taking notes while they laugh their heads off at our movement. That's what I saw. You know, the Apostle Paul, he saw the same thing in his day and he was heartbroken. That's why he wrote that letter to the Corinthians and he said, "I'm so disappointed to hear that you're taking your brother to court and you're you're you're turning on one another before the public. (07:10) " Now, he said, "You ought to judge these matters within the church. They should never go on Facebook." Anybody watching me right now that ever has a church problem, if you bring it to Facebook, you have committed a sin against the word of God. All matters of the church, Paul said, are to be left out of the public view. (07:40) They're to be dealt with within the church. Now, not crime or molesting a child. No, of course not. But internal infighting uh former members that are mad at the pastor or vice versa, the public should never know anything about that. Why? It brings a disgrace to Christ himself. Paul said, "Judge these matters in private. (08:08) Never bring church problems to the public." And this is what I wanted to scream to those leaders. What are you doing? Where's the plan? Where's the team? The hurrah? Because the media, they're now spinning this as a MAGA civil war. But we're not we're not in a civil war. Let me explain to you what's happening. We're in a power vacuum. (08:41) The death of Charlie Kirk multi-million dollar a hundred million dollar operation. Everybody wants to be the next Charlie Kirk. Everybody wants to be the next Donald Trump. Charlie Kirk is dead. Donald Trump's in his second term constitutionally limited. Or is he? Let me tell you something. What is binding Donald Trump from running again is the 22nd amendment. (09:26) And I'm telling you, you can drive an 18-wheeler through the 22nd amendment. It's so messed up. So now Donald Trump is floating a third term. Everything that's going on, everyone with a podcast, a platform, and presidential ambitions is positioning right now. Shapiro's positioning, Tucker's positioning, Candace's positioning. They're all positioning. (09:57) And here's the dirty little secret. Nobody wants to say out loud. They're not fighting over ideas. They're all fighting over audience. Because what happened when Charlie died, that freed up a lot of viewers that were looking for answers. And now Charlie Kirk's podcast has gone down to like number 100, I believe. (10:25) Why? Nobody's giving answers anymore. And so now all of these people, and by the way, these people when they come to your podcast, they buy your products. They help you survive. That's nothing wrong with that. So, what what you just saw at Amfest was everybody trying to get you to click on their QR code and become their follower now that Charlie is dead. (10:54) They're fighting over who inherits the MAGA movement when Trump's term comes to an end. They're doing it on stage and in public. And the Democrats are laughing and the media is taking notes. But you know what, my friends? This story is as old as the heels. Round and round we go. Do you want to know why the Bible never gets out of date? Because human nature never changes. (11:25) The stories 4,000 years ago are the same stories today. Joseph's brothers sold him into slavery. Why? Jealousy positioning. Who's going to get the birthright? Abselum raised an army against his own father David. Why? Ambition. The presidency should be mine. The disciples argued who was going to sit on your right, who's going to sit on your left. Succession. (11:59) 4,000 years of human history. And we're still watching the same drama play out. Different name, different stage, same thing. The only thing that changes is the technology. But here's what everybody's forgetting. Do you know why Donald Trump was so successful there was? Because he gave a movement a man. Listen to me now. Learn. (12:31) There were millions of Americans who felt abandoned, ignored, and mocked by the elites, forgotten by both parties. They were frustrated. They were angry. They had energy. But they had no leader, no face, no voice, no name to rally behind. Trump gave them that. He gave us that. He didn't just represent ideas. (12:59) He embodied them. He took the hit. He took the arrows. He took the lawfair, the impeachment, the indictments. He put his name on the movement. And that's why it worked. Because a movement without a man is just a mood. Do you understand that? A movement without a man, it's just a mood. But a movement with a man, that's an army. That's a force. (13:37) That's how you take back a country. And right now, while Donald Trump is still in office, still signing executive orders, still leading our nation, these petty podcasters are fighting over who's going to be the next man before the current man is even done. That's what Marjorie Taylor Green's doing. That's not just disloyal, that's stupid. (14:07) The succession fight has already started. Three years left and it's already ripping the movement apart. And I'm going to tell you what nobody else has the guts to say. Half of these conservative podcasters were liberals five years ago. They figured out there was money over here on the right because conservatives we support what we believe in. (14:36) How many of these P podcasters have cashed in on MAGA positioning for the next grift whatever look whatever comes after Donald Trump and here's why that should terrify you those kids in that auditorium at Amfest all they're learning this week is that the strategy for conservativism is to infight That's horrible. (15:08) 30,000 young people, high school kids, college kids. They showed up to learn how to buy a home, how to carry the conservative message forward. And what did they get? Podcasters calling each other cowards and grifters. Conspiracy theories about who killed Charlie Kirk. Adults acting like children while the next generation watched. And here's my prediction. (15:33) donors are going to pull their money after this sadly. And when they do, you know who's going to fill that void, right? The Qataris, the Saudis, the same people who filled the voids at the universities, the same people who filled the void in the media because our side is too stupid to get along. Oh yeah, the Qataris they they say we'll fund your youth movement. We'll write the checks. (16:07) And just like that, the conservative youth pipeline gets bought out by foreign money. This is not about who wins the Twitter the Twitter war between Ben Shapiro and Tucker Carlson. It's about whether the conservative movement survives the death of Charlie Kirk. Erica tried to hold it together. She endorsed JD Vance for president. She's picked her side. (16:43) But brothers and sisters, listen to me. We've got to learn what this is about. And thank God J. D. Vance on the last day got up and reminded us what this is about. Sunday, the final day, the closing session. Vice President JD Vance walks out to a song, The Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress by the Holls. (17:14) The crowd was chanting J D J D J D. And after 4 days of children, Vance does something nobody else did all weekend. He acted like an adult. And here's what he said. And he earned my respect for saying it. He said, "I know some of you are discouraged by the infighting over any number of issues. Don't be discouraged. (17:49) " Then he asked, he said, "I don't bring a list of conservatives to denounce or deplatform." And finally, somebody in that room found the secret with this word from his mouth. President Trump did not build the greatest coalition in politics by running his supporters through endless selfdefeating purity tests. He said, "Make America great again because every American is invited. (18:23) " And and he said, "It is time to get behind our president." And that, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly the message that we all must hear. Every single one of us must turn our attention away from every other person that's wanting to lead this movement. And every one of us must turn our attention back to Donald Trump. Because Donald Trump is results. (19:04) While everyone was fighting about who said what on what podcast, Donald Trump was signing executive orders, 225 of them. More than any president in the first year of their presidency. I want to break a few of them down. Listen carefully. Get your attention back on Donald Trump. Number one, he ended the weaponization of the federal government. Executive order signed on January the 20th, his first day in office, day one, our one. (19:42) He signed an order declaring that the weaponization of federal law enforcement and intelligence agies against American citizens is over. He ordered the DOJ, the FBI, structural changes to prevent future abuse. Every MAGA influencer, every podcaster is on a microphone talking about the deep state. (20:12) Donald Trump's the only man that's confronted it with legal authority. He has more than a microphone. He has a pen. to perform institutional surgery. MAGA, come back home to Daddy Trump. Number two, he protected the American people against invasion. On day one, he expanded enforcement authority, declared a national emergency at the southern border, designated cartels as foreign terrorist organizations. (20:49) He cut funding to sanctuary cities. He didn't argue, he led. Number three, designated fentinel as a weapon of mass destruction. He did that this week while we were all arguing over what podcaster said what. Donald Trump was surgically transforming a nation. Number four, he has unleashed American energy completely. Number five, he has ended DEI and ESG. (21:27) He's won the culture war. He's removed gays and transgenders from the military. Schools are now no longer required. I mean this man while all these podcasters is talking juck. Come back home MAGA. Next he reasserted presidential control literally established Doge. I could go on an hour hours and hours with his executive orders. The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. (22:07) The Religious Liberty Commission, protecting Second Amendment rights, the Iron Dome for America. That's not a lame duck president. That's a freight train. And while everybody's distracted by podcast drama, Trump is reshaping the entire federal government. Trump is not a MAGA mascot. Trump is MAGA. He's the MAGA executive. Everyone else interprets, comments, critiques, competes. (22:42) But Trump commands agencies, signs orders, moves borders, breaks systems. That's the difference between influence and authority. And that's why all eyes must return to Donald John Trump. Now, let's talk about something that happened this week that you might have missed. You may not remember this, but several months ago, I told you there was a legal way for Donald Trump not to be a lamed up president, but to have another third term. (23:22) I went through the whole thing and told you about a contingent election. Well, ladies and gentlemen, December the 16th at the White House in the Hanukkah reception room, who walks in with a Hanukkah gift for Donald Trump? Oh, I don't know. one of the most famous constitutional lawyers in America. 86-year-old Harvard law professor ammeritus, the one that got Donald Trump out of the first impeachment, the one that is a lifetime Democrat, Alan Dersu, walks in and brings the draft of a new book. (24:12) What's the title of the book? Could President Trump constitutionally serve a third term? According to the Wall Street Journal, they broke the story on Wednesday. Durowitz handed Donald Trump a Hanukkah gift. Donald Trump looked at the title and they said he smiled from ear to ear. He asked Allan what the conclusion was and Dersuitz told him it's not clear if a president can become a third term president and it's not clear that he can't. Wow, what an answer. (25:09) Donald Trump said he planned to read it and ask for more details. Now, what did Dersowitz argue in this draft? The same thing Professor Toto argued six months ago, verbatim. I told you so. Oh, I told you so. Here's what Allan wrote in the book. The 22nd amendment says no person shall be elected to the office of the president more than twice. (25:50) Well, that seems pretty clear, Professor Toto. Uh-uh. About like that 14th amendment seems pretty clear. But Allan Dersowitz pointed out what we pointed out that the framers of that amendment chose their words carefully. They didn't say no person shall serve to the office of president more than twice. They can only not be elected by the people more than twice. (26:21) Okay. Now, Dersowitch argues that the framers explicitly rejected language that would have prohibited serving, holding or acting as president. They only prohibited being elected. So what does that mean? All right, here's what it means. Very simple. The 12th Amendment, if Donald Trump decided to run in 28, here's what would happen. (26:55) Absolutely nothing. Do you remember when Camela Harris was running for president? And I taught you. Everybody's like, "Professor Toto, if she's not a natural-born citizen, how can she run for president? What did I teach you? There's no one to stop her." There is no federal agency that checks the qualifications of a presidential candidate. They give you an affidavit. (27:19) You read it. If you sign under penalty of perjury that you qualify, no one's going to stop you from running. No one. Nobody. Okay. So, if he does run, here's what's going to happen. [laughter] All of the Democratic states are going to do like they tried to do in Colorado. They're not going to put him on the ballot. Right. Okay. (27:57) all the red states will put him on the ballot. So at the end of the day, no one is going to have 270 electoral votes. Okay? Because why? because there's going to be another Republican run and uh another Democrat run that's going to split that all the way up and Donald Trump's going to be sitting there with all of the red state votes and you're going to have a contingent election where neither party gets 270 votes at which point Congress will choose. (28:50) Now that's scenario number one. And at that point, Donald Trump would not be elected. He would be chosen by the Congress. There's another uh possibility. If we lose the midterms, God forbid, Donald Trump knows they're going to impeach him if they win. and he doesn't want that to happen. So what do you do? Resign. (29:22) Make J. D Vance the president and JD Vance turns right around and makes you the vice president and then uh the rest is history. There's also another scenario where Donald Trump becomes the speaker of the house. There's three or four different ways that this can happen. (29:51) My point I'm making tonight, for anyone that thinks that Donald Trump's term is about up, I wouldn't bet on it yet. Everybody needs to get back behind the man. The man. Everybody needs to come back home. movements don't die because they're attacked. You need to hear that our movement, my ministry never dies because it's attacked. Neither will the MAGA movement. They die because they lose discipline. (30:30) Unity is not agreeing on everything. Unity is agreeing on who the leader is and what the mission is. This is not a time for auditions for who's going to take over. This is not a time for ego. This is not the time for podcasters positioning themselves. (31:00) This is the time for focus on those executive orders and those boats that are being blown up in the ocean. Donald Trump has ex has signed 225 executive orders. The man is governing. It is time to get behind him. He is reshaping immigration, dismantling the administrative state, unleashing American energy, confronting the weaponization of government. He is still the leader, still the executive. (31:26) He's still the center of gravity. All eyes need to go forward. All energy right now in our movement needs to be Trump, Trump, Trump. We need to finish the mission. The Democrats are watching. They're waiting. They are hoping we tear ourselves apart. Don't give them the satisfaction. (31:53) Forget everybody else in this movement except Donald Trump. You don't replace Moses while you're still in the wilderness. You don't argue over Joshua before the walls fall down. You don't fracture MAGA while the administrative state is still standing. When the mission is complete, then succession will come. Until then, discipline is loyalty. (32:21) And my fellow American, get your focus back. Great things are happening under your nose. Do not allow a podcaster to make you think that Israel is the news. Don't let a podcaster make you think that uh of of Qatar is the news. No, the news is Donald Trump. The news is Donald Trump. The news is one man. You listen to me. (32:58) When a mission forgets their general, the mission falls apart. Focus, America. Focus. Pray for your president. Drown out every voice that's not pointing you to Donald Trump. You listen to me. Anyone that is pointing you to anything other than Donald Trump is fake MAGA. Any legitimate podcaster, they're all about Trump. (33:34) We did not elect this man to control this man. We elected him because God raised him up for this hour. all the things he has done for America deserves your loyalty. And when I see people going over to podcasters that say these words, "I'm embarrassed that I voted for Trump." What in the name of God are you doing on their channel, you traitor? What are you doing? There's one leader here. Anything with more than one head is a freak. (34:14) There's one leader, Donald Trump. And the sooner you can recognize who the leader is, the sooner you'll win the battle. America MAGA, come back home. Focus on one leader, one man. We live in a world today where everybody wants to be the leader, but God raises up one and everyone will know who it is. It will be unmistakable. (34:48) They won't even have to say they're the leader. Everyone will know it when they walk in the room. Donald Trump is that man. And all those other voices at Amfest are amateurs. They're children. They are uh peeons compared to the greatest president in world history. I'm Professor Toto.
