THEOLOGY
A Doctrinal Treatise on
the Recovery of Israel
From the Desk of
Founder & Apostolic overseer

(FHMI)
FOUNDATION SCRIPTURES
Romans 11:5 - “So too at the present time there is a rem-
nant, chosen by grace.”
Acts 2:39 - “For the promise is for you and for your chil-
dren and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord
our Yahweh calls.”
PREAMBLE
This treatise establishes the foundational theology of
First Harvest Ministries International concerning the na-
ture of salvation, the identity of the elect, and the escha-
tological restoration of Israel. What we present herein
stands in direct contradiction to seventeen centuries of
Replacement Theology and challenges the fundamental
assumptions of modern Christianity regarding the nature
of the Church and the purposes of the Gospel.
We do not offer these truths as novel revelation, but as
the recovery of the apostolic understanding obscured by
Gentile domination of Christian theology. The Scriptures
have always testified to these truths; we merely remove
the veil that has hidden them.
ARTICLE I: THE COVENANT WITH ABRAHAM
Galatians 3:16 says:
“Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made.
He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And
to thy seed, which is Christ.”
For centuries, this verse has been used to support a
dangerous theological detour — the belief that Yahweh’s
covenant promises to Abraham’s offspring were not ac-
tually about Israel, but only about one individual: Yahs-
hua. From that reading, mainstream Christianity taught
that Yahshua replaces Israel, inherits all the promises as
a lone figure, and the physical descendants of Abraham
— the Jews — are left with nothing.
ThaT is a faTal misinTerpreTaTion.
Because Galatians 3:16 is not revealing that the “Seed”
is one man, but rather one line.
Abraham did not plant just “One Seed” on the earth,
He planted 8 “SEEDS”: Ishmael, Issac and the 6 sons he
had with Keturah. Collectively those sons are his “Many
Seeds” that Paul is referring to in Galatians but the Cov-
enant promise of a great nation that would be “above all
people” was not give to his “many seeds” but rather his
ONE ANOINTED - SET APART SEED; Issac!
The anointed, set-apart, covenant line that runs
through Isaac, Jacob, Judah, David... and yes, culmi-
nates in Yahshua, the Messiah.
But He is not the end of the line.
He is the firstborn among many brethren (Romans 8:29).
He is the head of a body — an anointed family.
And that family is the Seed.
Christ Doesn’t Mean “The Anointed One” — It Means
“Anointed”
Let’s get the language right.
The Greek word Χριστός (Christos) comes from χρίω
(chriō), meaning “to anoint.”
It is a verbal adjective meaning anointed — not “The
Anointed One.” There is no “the” in Christos, and certain-
ly no singularity implied.
So when Paul says, “the seed... which is Christos,” he’s
not saying, “the seed is one man, Yahshua.”
He’s saying:
“The seed is the anointed.”
That means the seed is an anointed lineage, not a lone
individual.
This is critical.
Traditional doctrine treats “Christ” as Yahshua’s sur-
name and uses Galatians 3:16 to erase Israel’s covenant
role.
But Christos is a title, not a name. And that title belongs
to a line — not just to Yahshua, but to everybody anoint-
ed by Yahweh. Yahshua is the head of the body, the first-
fruit — but the Seed includes the body itself.
Abraham’s Offspring: Why “One Seed” Matters
Abraham had many children — Ishmael, the sons of
Keturah, Isaac. But Yahweh said, “In Isaac shall your
seed be called” (Gen. 21:12). That seed — singular — re-
ferred not to one person, but to one covenant lineage.
Paul’s midrashic use of “not seeds... but one seed” is
about precision, not exclusion. Yahweh didn’t make the
promise to all of abraham’s offspring indiscriminately.
He narrowed it to one line: through Isaac.
Then Jacob.
Then Judah.
Then David.
Then Yahshua.
But the line did not end with Yahshua.
It opened through Him.
That’s why Galatians 3:29 says,
“If you are in Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed...”
because only the remnant of both Judah and Israel are in
Christ presently and that is the proof that they are
Abrahams anointed seed line.
Replacement Theology Dies Right Here
For too long, Galatians 3:16 has been misused to teach
that Yahshua replaced Israel. That’s the root of replace-
ment theology — a doctrine that cuts off the root it
claims to be grafted into.
But if Christos means “Anointed”, then the verse means:
“The promises were made to Abraham and his Seed —
that is, the anointed family line set apart by Yahweh.”
And who is that?
It is:
Isaac, not Ishmael
Jacob, not Esau
Judah, not the rest
David’s house
Yahshua the Messiah
The body joined to Him through faith and Spirit
One line. One root. One Seed. Anointed.
Not replaced.
Not rerouted.
Not reassigned to a foreign entity called “the church.”
But fulfilled through the Messiah, who came from Israel
and remains King over Israel.
2. Christ as Representative Head
Yeshua (Yahshua) is indeed “the Christ” (the Anointed
One), but He is the TITULAR REPRESENTATIVE HEAD of
the anointed line, not its termination. He is the King who
represents all of that royal bloodline.
Isaiah 53:10 - “He shall see his seed; he shall prolong his
d a y s .”
If the Suffering Servant sees His seed and prolongs His
days, then the line CONTINUES through Him, not ends
with Him. The anointed seed did not terminate at Calva-
ry - it continues through those drawn from the scattered
tribes. Without the continuation of the seed after the as-
cension of the man Christ Yahshua then the days of His
ministry cannot be prolonged on the earth.
3. The Abrahamic Covenant Remains
Romans 11:29 - “For the gifts and the calling of Yahweh
are irrevocable.”
Yahweh’s covenant with Abraham’s physical descen-
dants through Isaac and Jacob has never been revoked,
amended, or transferred to a “spiritual Israel.” The prom-
ises remain with the ethnic, biological descendants of
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob - the twelve tribes of Israel.
ARTICLE II: THE DIVORCE AND SCATTERING
1. The Northern Kingdom Was Divorced
Jeremiah 3:8 - “She saw that for all the adulteries of that
faithless one, Israel, I had sent her away with a decree of
divorce.”
This is not metaphor. This is not allegory. The Northern
Kingdom (ten tribes, often called Ephraim or Israel) re-
ceived a literal certificate of divorce from YHWH. They
were cut off from covenant standing.
Hosea 1:9 - “And the LORD said, ‘Call his name Not My
People, for you are not my people, and I am not your Elo-
him.’”
The ten tribes were declared “Not My People” - Lo-Am-
mi. They lost their identity as Israel. They were scattered
among the nations (Assyrian captivity, 722 BC) and with-
in generations became indistinguishable from the Gen-
tile populations among whom they lived.
ARTICLE III: THE IDENTITY OF THE “GENTILES”
1. The Great Deception
For seventeen hundred years, Christianity has taught
that the “Gentiles” who receive the Gospel are ethnic
foreigners - non-Israelites who are grafted into Israel as
a new creation. This is the fundamental error that has
obscured the true nature of the Gospel mission.
WE DECLARE: The vast majority of those called “Gen-
tiles” in the New Testament are actually the SCATTERED,
DIVORCED DESCENDANTS of the Northern Kingdom
who have lost all knowledge of their true identity.
2. They Were Alienated Because They Were Divorced
Ephesians 2:11-12 - “Remember that at one time you
Gentiles in the flesh... were at that time separated from
Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and
strangers to the covenants of promise.”
Christianity reads this as: “You were never part of Israel,
but now you’re being included.”
WE READ THIS AS: “You were alienated from the com-
monwealth BECAUSE you were divorced. You were
strangers to the covenants BECAUSE your covenant
standing was revoked in the divorce.”
They were not foreign to Israel by origin - they were for-
eign to Israel by DIVORCE.
3. The Gospel Goes to the Lost Sheep
Matthew 15:24 - “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the
house of Israel.”
Yahshua’s mission was specifically and exclusively to
the LOST (scattered, divorced) sheep of the house of
Israel. When the Gospel goes to “all nations,” it is going
to WHERE THE SCATTERED TRIBES ARE, not to create a
new people from ethnic foreigners.
Matthew 10:5-6 - “Go nowhere among the Gentiles and
enter no town of the Samaritans, but go rather to the lost
sheep of the house of Israel.”
The mission was clear: find the lost sheep. The Gos-
pel’s expansion to “all nations” is the geographical scope
required to find those scattered sheep.
4. By the First Century, They Were Everywhere
By the time of the apostles, 700+ years had passed
since the Assyrian scattering. The descendants of the
Northern Kingdom were dispersed throughout:
• Mesopotamia
• Persia
• Asia Minor
• Greece and Rome
• North Africa
• Eventually Europe and beyond
They spoke Greek, Latin, Aramaic. They had Greek
names, Roman citizenship, foreign customs. They were
culturally “Gentile” but biologically Israelite. They had
completely forgotten who they were.
ARTICLE IV: THE MECHANISM OF IDENTIFICATION
1. John 6:44 - The Father Draws His Own
John 6:44 - “No one can come to me unless the Father
who sent me draws him.”
This is not a statement about Yahweh’s arbitrary choice
among the nations. This is a statement about BIOLOGI-
CAL RECOGNITION. The Father draws those who are HIS
- the scattered seed.
WE AFFIRM: Only those who are of the anointed seed-
line CAN be drawn to Messiah. The ability to respond to
the Gospel is not universal - it is limited to those who
carry the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in their
bloodline.
2. Many Called, Few Chosen
Matthew 22:14 - “For many are called, but few are cho-
sen.”
Many who are of the biological seed hear the Gospel
(the call). But few actually respond (the chosen ones
who return). Not all biological descendants will be saved
- only the REMNANT.
3. The Law of Return
Just as a Jewish person born anywhere in the world
is Jewish by blood but must exercise the Law of Return
(aliyah) to gain legal standing in Israel, so the scattered
seed must RETURN to covenant standing through faith
and baptism.
The biological reality precedes the legal restoration.
You do not become seed by believing - you believe BE-
CAUSE you are seed and the Father draws you. Baptism
(mikvah) is the mechanism of covenant re-entry, not the
creation of new identity.
Matthew 3:15 - “Let it be so now, for thus it is fitting for
us to fulfill all righteousness.”
Yahshua’s baptism was the pattern for covenant fulfill-
ment - the righteousness required for legal standing in
the restored Kingdom.
4. The Elect Were Always the Elect
Romans 8:29-30 - “For those whom he foreknew he also
predestined... And those whom he predestined he also
called.”
The “elect” are not randomly chosen individuals. The
elect are the biological descendants of the covenant
people - predestined by the Abrahamic covenant itself.
They were chosen in Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob before
the foundation of the world in the sense that the cove-
nant promises were made to their lineage.
ARTICLE V: REMNANT THEOLOGY
1. Romans 11:5 - At the Present Time
Romans 11:5 - “So too at the present time there is a rem-
nant, chosen by grace.”
This is the KEY TEXT for understanding the current age.
We are living in the AGE OF THE REMNANT.
Not all Israel is being saved NOW. Not even most of
Israel. Only a REMNANT from both houses (Judah and
Ephraim) is being called out during this present age.
2. Acts 2:39 - The Promise is For
Acts 2:39 - “For the promise is for you and for your chil-
dren and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord
our Yahweh calls.”
This verse defines the scope of the Gospel:
• “ Yo u ” - Jews present at Pentecost (Judah)
• “Your children” - Their descendants (Judah’s con-
tinuity)
• “All who are far off” - The scattered Northern
Kingdom (Ephraim)
• “Everyone whom the Lord our Yahweh calls” -
The remnant from BOTH houses
The promise is not universal to all humanity. It is specif-
ic to “as many as the Yahweh our ELohim calls” - and He
calls His own scattered sheep.
3. Blindness in Part
Romans 11:25 - “Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do
not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a
partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness
of the Gentiles has come in.”
The hardening is PARTIAL, not total. This is why a rem-
nant can respond NOW while the majority remains blind.
“Israel” here refers to the whole - both houses. Both
Judah and Ephraim are experiencing partial hardening,
which means:
• Most cannot see (the majority in both houses)
• Some can see (the remnant in both houses)
• The hardening is not permanent (it lasts “until”)
4. Every Man in His Own Order
1 Corinthians 15:23 - “But each in his own order: Christ
the firstfruits, then at his coming those who belong to
Christ.”
The Greek word tagma means “rank, division, proper
sequence.” There is a divine ORDER to all things, includ-
ing salvation history.
Just as resurrection has order (Christ, then believers),
so does restoration:
STAGE 1 - THE REMNANT (Current Age)
• Partial hardening in effect
• Remnant from both houses being called
• Ephraim: massive recovery from among the “Gen-
tiles”
• Judah: small remnant of Jewish believers (Messi-
anic Jews)
• This age continues until the return of Christ
STAGE 2 - THE FULLNESS (Return of Christ)
• Romans 11:25-26: “until the fullness of the Gen-
tiles has come in, and in this way all Israel will be
saved”
• The “fullness of the Gentiles” = completion of
Ephraim’s recovery
• Christ’s return marks the end of Stage 1
• The partial hardening is FULLY removed
• “All Israel” - both houses in fullness - saved
• Zechariah 12:10: “They will look on me, on him
whom they have pierced”
• Ezekiel 37: The two sticks become one
STAGE 3 - THE REST OF MANKIND (Kingdom Age)
• Isaiah 56:6-7: “The foreigners who join themselves
to the LORD”
• Zechariah 8:23: “Ten men from the nations of every
tongue shall take hold of the robe of a Jew”
• NOW ethnic foreigners (true Gentiles) can join
• Revelation 7:9: “A great multitude from every tribe
and language and people and nation”
ARTICLE VI: CHALLENGING FALSE DOCTRINES
1. The Ruth Objection
OBJECTION: “Ruth was a Moabite who joined Israel.
This proves foreigners can be saved in any age.”
ANSWER: Ruth lived in ERA 1, before the divorce. In that
era, Israel was a constituted nation and foreigners could
join through conversion. Ruth’s inclusion does not prove
that ethnic foreigners can join during the CURRENT age
(Stage 1), which is specifically the age of recovering the
divorced and scattered seed.
The salvific promises through MESSIAH are specifically
for the lost tribes.
2. The Cornelius Objection
OBJECTION: “Cornelius was a Roman centurion, prov-
ing Gentiles can be saved.”
ANSWER: “Centurion of the Italian Cohort” is a MILI-
TARY RANK AND UNIT, not an ethnic identifier. By the first
century, Roman military units were ethnically diverse,
recruiting from throughout the empire.
Cornelius is called a “Yahweh-fearer” who gave alms
and prayed constantly (Acts 10:2). This behavioral pat-
tern suggests someone already drawn to the Yahweh of
Israel - consistent with dormant seedline identity being
awakened.
After 700 years of scattering, descendants of the North-
ern Kingdom would be found throughout the Roman
Empire with Roman names, Roman careers, and Roman
cultural identity - yet still biologically Israel.
3. The Galatians 3:28 Objection
OBJECTION: “There is neither Jew nor Greek... for you
are all one in Christ Yahshua” (Galatians 3:28) - This
proves ethnic distinctions are erased.
ANSWER: Paul is addressing COVENANT STATUS, not
biological reality. In Messiah, there is no distinction
between the believing remnant from Judah and the be-
lieving remnant from Ephraim. Both houses are equally
restored through the New Covenant.
He is NOT saying that ethnic distinctions cease to exist
or that non-Israelites become Israel. He is saying that
Judah and Ephraim are reunited as one in Messiah.
Context: Galatians is written to address Judaizers who
demanded that Ephraim (the “Gentile” believers) be-
come like Judah (circumcision, full Torah observance
immediately). Paul’s point: you’re all Israel, so stop de-
manding that one house conform to the other house’s
current practices.
4. The “Whosoever Will” Objection
OBJECTION: “The Gospel says ‘whosoever believes’ -
salvation is open to anyone.”
ANSWER: “Whosoever” operates within the constraints
of John 6:44 - “No one CAN come unless the Father
draws him.”
The offer appears universal, but the ABILITY to respond
is limited to the seedline. It’s like offering Israeli citizen-
ship to “whosoever will apply” - the offer seems univer-
sal, but only those with Jewish heritage qualify under the
Law of Return.
The Gospel goes out to all nations because that’s where
the scattered sheep are. Wherever the seed is, the call
goes forth. Those who CAN respond (because they are
drawn) DO respond. Those who cannot (because they
are not of the seedline) do not.
5. The Revelation 7:9 Objection
OBJECTION: “A great multitude from every nation,
tribe, people, and language” proves salvation in-
cludes all ethnicities now.
ANSWER: Revelation 7:9 is an ESCHATOLOGICAL VI-
SION showing the COMPLETED Kingdom after all three
stages. It depicts the final state, not the current process.
That multitude includes:
1. Restored Ephraim (recovered from all nations) -
Stage 1
2. Restored Judah (no longer hardened) - Stage 2
3. Ethnic foreigners who joined (Isaiah 56) - Stage 3
We are currently in Stage 1. Revelation shows the end
result.
ARTICLE VII: THE ACTS 15 COUNCIL
1. The Issue at Stake
Acts 15:1 - “But some men came down from Judea
and were teaching the brothers, ‘Unless you are cir-
cumcised according to the custom of Moses, you
cannot be saved.’”
The question: Do returning Ephraimites need immediate
circumcision and full Torah observance as a condition of
salvation?
2. The Decision
Acts 15:19-21 - “Therefore my judgment is that we
should not trouble those of the Gentiles who turn to
Yahweh, but should write to them to abstain from the
things polluted by idols, and from sexual immorality, and
from what has been strangled, and from blood. For from
ancient generations Moses has had in every city those
who proclaim him, for he is read every Sabbath in the
synagogues.”
VERSE 21 IS THE KEY VERSE CHRISTIANITY IGNORES.
James is NOT saying “they don’t need Torah.” He is say-
ing:
1. Give them FOUR baseline requirements for imme-
diate entry
2. BECAUSE they will be in synagogue every Sabbath
hearing Moses
3. They will learn the rest of Torah progressively
through weekly instruction
The assumption throughout is TORAH OBSERVANCE.
The question was about timing/sequence, not Torah vs.
no-Torah.
3. The Prophetic Framework
Acts 15:15-18 - James quotes Amos 9:11-12:
“After this I will return, and I will rebuild the tent of David
that has fallen; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will restore it,
that the remnant of mankind may seek the Lord, and all
the Gentiles who are called by my name.”
The sequence:
1. Yahweh visits “the Gentiles” (Ephraim) to take a
people for His name - STAGE 1
2. After this, the tent of David is rebuilt (Judah re-
stored) - STAGE 2
3. Then the remnant of mankind (true Gentiles) seek
the Lord - STAGE 3
Acts 15 gives us the ESCHATOLOGICAL ROADMAP that
validates the three-stage framework.
ARTICLE VIII: PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS
1. Who Can Be Saved in This Age?
Only those whom the Father draws - the biological
descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob scattered
throughout the nations, plus the remnant from Judah
who recognize Yeshua as Messiah.
2. How Do We Identify the Seed?
BY RESPONSE TO THE GOSPEL.
If someone responds in genuine faith and undergoes
baptism (mikvah), they ARE the seed. The response
PROVES the identity. John 6:44 ensures that only those
who are drawn (because they are His) CAN respond.
We do not identify the seed BEFORE they believe. The
belief IS the identification.
3. What About Those Who Don’t Respond?
If someone cannot believe, they are not of the seed-
line being called in this age. This does not mean they are
without hope - it means their time has not yet come.
• Some biological Israelites are among the hardened
majority (not part of the remnant)
• True ethnic Gentiles will have their opportunity in
Stage 3
We do not determine who is in or out. The Father does
the drawing. We simply proclaim the Gospel to all na-
tions (where the scattered seed are), and those who are
His will respond.
4. What About Mixed Heritage?
The Samaritan woman (John 4) proves that mixed her-
itage does not disqualify. Samaritans were Northern
Kingdom remnant who intermarried with transplanted
peoples. Yet Yeshua:
• Engaged her about salvation
• Offered her living water
• Revealed Himself as Messiah
• Many Samaritans believed
If 2 Kings 17 “mixed blood” doesn’t disqualify, then nei-
ther does 700 years of diaspora intermarriage disqualify
the scattered seed. The seed remains recoverable re-
gardless of admixture.
5. What Is Our Mission?
Matthew 28:19 - “Go therefore and make disciples of all
nations.”
We go to ALL NATIONS because that is where the scat-
tered seed are. We proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom.
We call the lost sheep home. We facilitate their return
through teaching, baptism, and Torah instruction.
We are not trying to “convert Gentiles.” We are awak-
ening dormant Israelites to their true identity and calling
them back to covenant standing.
6. The Voice of Elijah
Malachi 4:5-6 - “Behold, I will send you Elijah the
prophet before the great and awesome day of the LORD
comes. And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their chil-
dren and the hearts of children to their fathers.”
The Voice of Elijah is the prophetic message that:
• Turns hearts back to the fathers (Abraham, Isaac,
Jacob)
• Awakens children to their true heritage
• Restores covenant consciousness
• Calls the seed to return
This is our mission. This is the message of First Harvest
Ministries International.
ARTICLE IX: ESCHATOLOGICAL EXPECTATIONS
1. The Fullness of the Gentiles
Romans 11:25 - “until the fullness of the Gentiles has
come in”
We expect the recovery of the scattered seed to contin-
ue throughout this age until the RETURN OF CHRIST. His
return marks the completion of the “fullness” by defini-
tion.
We cannot calculate the fullness. We cannot know how
many scattered descendants exist worldwide. We simply
continue the mission until He returns.
2. All Israel Will Be Saved
Romans 11:26 - “And in this way all Israel will be saved.”
At the return of Christ:
• The remnant from both houses completes Stage 1
• The hardening is fully removed
• Both Judah and Ephraim in fullness recognize Ye-
shua
• The two houses become one (Ezekiel 37)
• “All Israel” refers to the FULLNESS of both houses
This IS universalism within ethnic Israel - ALL biological
descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will ultimate-
ly be saved. The corporate restoration of BOTH HOUSES
will be accomplished, and no Israelite will be ultimately
lost.
2A. The Doctrine of Israelite Universalism
WE AFFIRM: Every biological descendant of Abraham,
Isaac, and Jacob will ultimately be saved. This is not
general universalism (the belief that all humanity will be
saved), but ISRAELITE UNIVERSALISM - the complete
and total restoration of ethnic Israel. Then the Gentiles
will be invited to JOIN ISRAEL and ALL ISRAEL will be
saved.
Biblical Foundation:
1. Romans 11:26 Must Be Taken Literally
“And in this way ALL Israel will be saved.”
The word “ALL” (pas in Greek) means the totality, the
whole, every single one. This is not “most of Israel” or
“corporate Israel with some exceptions.” This is EVERY
Israelite.
Traditional Christianity spiritualizes this away, claiming
it means “the full number of the elect from Israel.” But
Paul is contrasting the PARTIAL hardening (which allows
a remnant now) with the COMPLETE salvation (which
comes at Christ’s return).
2. The Irrevocable Covenant
Romans 11:29 - “For the gifts and the calling of Yahweh
are irrevocable.”
Yahweh made an unconditional covenant with Abra-
ham and his descendants through Isaac and Jacob. That
covenant included:
• “I will be your Yahweh” (Genesis 17:7)
• “In your offspring shall all the nations of the earth
be blessed” (Genesis 22:18)
• “I will multiply your offspring as the stars of heav-
en” (Genesis 26:4)
These promises were not conditional on Israel’s faith-
fulness. They were based on Yahweh’s character and
oath. If Yahweh allows even one biological Israelite to be
eternally lost, He has broken His covenant. This is im-
possible.
3. Hardening is Temporary, Not Eternal
Romans 11:25 - “A partial hardening has come upon
Israel, UNTIL the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.”
The hardening has an END DATE. It is not permanent. It
is not eternal damnation. Those who are hardened NOW
will have the hardening removed LATER.
Isaiah 54:7-8 - “For a brief moment I deserted you, but
with great compassion I will gather you. In overflowing
anger for a moment I hid my face from you, but with ev-
erlasting love I will have compassion on you, says the
LORD, your Redeemer.”
Yahweh’s anger is momentary. His love is everlasting.
The scattering was temporary. The restoration is perma-
nent.
4. Remnant Describes TIMING, Not LIMITATION
The remnant theology describes WHO IS SAVED NOW,
not who is saved EVER.
• NOW: Only the remnant (Stage 1)
• AT CHRIST’S RETURN: All Israel - both houses in
fullness (Stage 2)
• The difference is TIMING, not ultimate destiny
Those who are hardened now are not lost forever. They
are simply not part of the current remnant. Their salva-
tion comes later, at the appointed time - “every man in
his own order.”
5. The Unfailing Love of the Father
Jeremiah 31:3 - “I have loved you with an everlasting
love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.”
Jeremiah 31:35-37 - “Thus says the LORD, who gives
the sun for light by day and the fixed order of the moon
and the stars for light by night... If this fixed order de-
parts from before me, declares the LORD, then shall the
offspring of Israel cease from being a nation before me
forever... If the heavens above can be measured, and the
foundations of the earth below can be explored, then I
will cast off all the offspring of Israel for all that they have
done, declares the LORD.”
Yahweh will sooner unmake creation itself than cast off
Israel. The covenant is THAT secure.
6. The Olive Tree Remains Rooted
Romans 11:16-24 - Natural branches broken off can be
grafted back in, “for Yahweh has the power to graft them
in again” (v. 23).
Paul doesn’t say “some can be grafted back.” He says
Yahweh has power to graft them back - implying He WILL
do so. The natural branches belong to the tree. They will
return to it.
7. Ezekiel’s Vision of Total Restoration
Ezekiel 37:21-22 - “Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold,
I will take the people of Israel from the nations among
which they have gone, and will gather them from all
around, and bring them to their own land. And I will make
them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel.
And one king shall be king over them all, and they shall
be no longer two nations, and no longer divided into two
kingdoms.”
The vision is COMPLETE reunion. Not “most of Isra-
el” but “them” - the whole people. Not “the believing
remnant” but “from the nations among which they have
gone” - meaning even those scattered and lost.
8. Yahshua Came to Save, Not to Condemn
John 3:17 - “For Yahweh did not send his Son into the
world to condemn the world, but in order that the world
might be saved through him.”
If Yahshua came to save Israel (Matthew 15:24 - “the
lost sheep of the house of Israel”), and His mission fails
for even one sheep, then His mission has failed. But His
mission CANNOT fail.
Luke 19:10 - “For the Son of Man came to seek and to
save the lost.”
He came to SAVE the lost, not to TRY to save them. The
outcome is certain.
9. The Good Shepherd Leaves the 99
Matthew 18:12-14 - “If a man has a hundred sheep, and
one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the nine-
ty-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one
that went astray? And if he finds it, truly, I say to you, he
rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that nev-
er went astray. So it is not the will of my Father who is in
heaven that one of these little ones should perish.”
The shepherd doesn’t come back with 99 out of 100. He
finds the lost one. “It is not the will of my Father that ONE
should perish.”
If it is not Yahweh’s will for one to perish, and Yahweh’s
will cannot be thwarted (Isaiah 46:10 - “my counsel shall
stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose”), then NO
sheep of Israel will ultimately perish.
10. All Things Under His Feet
1 Corinthians 15:24-28 - “Then comes the end, when
he delivers the kingdom to Yahweh the Father after de-
stroying every rule and every authority and power... When
all things are subjected to him, then the Son himself will
also be subjected to him who put all things in subjection
under him, that Yahweh may be all in all.”
At the end, Yahweh will be “all in all.” There will be no
permanent rebellion, no eternal separation from any
Israelite. All will be reconciled.
Colossians 1:19-20 - “For in him all the fullness of Yah-
weh was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile
to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, mak-
ing peace by the blood of his cross.”
ALL things reconciled. All Israel restored.
What This Means:
1. This IS general universalism. We affirm that ALL
humanity will ultimately be saved - but in divine
ORDER. Israel first (Stages 1-2), then the rest of
mankind (Stage 3). Every man in his own order (1
Corinthians 15:23).
2. Personal responsibility remains real. Israelites
must still respond to the Gospel, undergo baptism,
and walk in obedience in THIS age. The difference
is that ALL will eventually do so - some now (the
remnant), others at their appointed time (the full-
ness, then the nations).
3. Judgment and discipline are corrective, not pu-
nitive. Consequences for sin are real and tempo-
ral, designed to bring people to repentance. But no
judgment is eternal. All judgment serves Yahweh’s
redemptive purposes.
4. Not everyone is saved NOW. The divine order
remains: remnant of Israel now, fullness of Israel
at Christ’s return, then the nations. Salvation is not
simultaneous - it unfolds according to Yahweh’s
appointed times.
What This Does Mean:
1. The Abrahamic covenant blessing extends to
ALL. “In you ALL the families of the earth shall be
blessed” (Genesis 12:3) - this will be literally ful-
filled. Every family. Every nation. All humanity.
2. Yahweh’s love is truly universal. “For Yahweh so
loved the WORLD” (John 3:16) - the whole world,
not just the elect. His desire that “all people be
saved” (1 Timothy 2:4) will be accomplished.
3. Christ’s work is completely effective. He is “the
Savior of the world” (John 4:42), not just the po-
tential savior. “As in Adam all die, so also in Christ
shall ALL be made alive” (1 Corinthians 15:22).
The scope of salvation matches the scope of the
fall. He shed His blood for Lost Tribes of Israel who
had a debt against the Covenant and they indeed
were sinners. His blood purchased and paid for
the redemption of his Melchisadek priesthood. The
preisthood that will bring redemption to all men.
4. The remnant can rest in confidence. Not only our
Israelite family members, but ALL people - every
person who has ever lived - will ultimately be rec-
onciled to Yahweh in His perfect timing.
5. Stage 3 is not optional inclusion - it is guaran-
teed restoration. When Isaiah 56 and Zechariah
8:23 speak of the nations joining Israel, this is not
an offer some will reject. ALL will come. Every knee
will bow, every tongue confess - not in forced sub-
mission, but in joyful recognition of truth.
6. The lake of fire serves a purpose. Revelation’s im-
agery of judgment is not eternal torture but purify-
ing fire. “Our Yahweh is a consuming fire” (Hebrews
12:29) - fire that purifies, not fire that eternally
torments. Even those judged will emerge purified.
7. “All in all” means what it says. When Yahweh
becomes “all in all” (1 Corinthians 15:28), there
will be no one outside His redemptive embrace.
No permanent rebellion. No eternal separation. All
reconciled.
8. Romans 11:32 applies to all humanity: “For Yah-
weh has consigned all to disobedience, that he
may have mercy on all.” All who were consigned to
disobedience will receive mercy - Israel first, then
the nations.
Our Confident Declaration:
Not one human soul will be eternally lost. They will be
judged, punished and broken during the horrible judg-
ment period but All Israel will be saved. All humanity will
be saved. Every person who has ever lived will ultimate-
ly be reconciled to the Yahweh who created them. The
covenant stands. The promises are sure. Love wins com-
pletely.
Our Confident Declaration:
Not one drop of Israelite blood will be eternally lost. Not
one child of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will be perma-
nently separated from the Yahweh of their fathers. And
beyond Israel - not one human soul created in the image
of Yahweh will be eternally lost. All Israel will be saved.
All humanity will be saved. The covenant stands. The
promises are sure. Love wins completely.
3. The Rest of Mankind
Isaiah 56:6-7 - “And the foreigners who join themselves
to the LORD, to minister to him, to love the name of the
LORD, and to be his servants... these I will bring to my
holy mountain and make them joyful in my house of
prayer.”
After both houses are restored (Stage 2 complete),
TRUE ETHNIC GENTILES will join themselves to Israel.
This is Stage 3 - Kingdom age inclusion of the nations.
Zechariah 8:23 - “In those days ten men from the na-
tions of every tongue shall take hold of the robe of a Jew,
saying, ‘Let us go with you, for we have heard that Yah-
weh is with you.’”
The nations will seek Israel AFTER Israel is fully re-
stored. The blessing comes TO the nations THROUGH a
restored Israel, exactly as the Abrahamic covenant prom-
ised: “In you all the families of the earth shall be blessed”
(Genesis 12:3).
4. Revelation’s Great Multitude
Revelation 7:9 - “After this I looked, and behold, a great
multitude that no one could number, from every nation,
from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing be-
fore the throne.”
This is the COMPLETED KINGDOM:
• All three stages fulfilled
• Both houses of Israel restored
• The nations joined to Israel
• Every tribe, language, people, nation represented
This is the final vision toward which all of salvation histo-
ry moves.
ARTICLE X: CONFRONTING REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY
1. The Great Theft
Christianity stole Israel’s inheritance. Through creative
reinterpretation of “seed,” “Israel,” “children of Abra-
ham,” and “people of Yahweh,” the Church claimed that
it had REPLACED ethnic Israel as the covenant people.
This is theological identity theft on a cosmic scale.
2. Supersessionism Must Be Rejected
Supersessionism (Replacement Theology) teaches that:
• The Church is the “New Israel”
• Ethnic Israel has been rejected for rejecting Christ
• The promises to Abraham are “spiritually” fulfilled
in Christians
• Physical descent from Abraham is irrelevant
WE UTTERLY REJECT THESE CLAIMS.
The covenant with Abraham’s physical descendants
has never been revoked. The promises were never trans-
ferred. Israel was never replaced. Romans 11:29 stands:
“The gifts and calling of Yahweh are irrevocable.”
3. The Church Is Not a New Entity
What Christianity calls “the Church” is actually the
REMNANT of Israel (both houses) being called out during
this age, along with forerunners of the true Gentiles who
will join in Stage 3.
The Church did not REPLACE Israel. The Church IS Isra-
el (the remnant of both houses) plus those who are being
grafted in.
Ephesians 2:12-13, 19 - Gentiles who were “strangers to
the covenants” are now “no longer strangers and aliens,
but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the
household of Yahweh.”
They are made FELLOW CITIZENS - they are joined TO
Israel. They do not REPLACE Israel. They join themselves
to the commonwealth of Israel.
4. Romans 11 Forbids Arrogance
Romans 11:17-18 - “If some of the branches were bro-
ken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were graft-
ed in among the others... do not be arrogant toward the
branches. If you are, remember it is not you who support
the root, but the root that supports you.”
Paul warns against the very arrogance Christianity has
displayed for 1700 years - boasting over natural Israel.
The “wild olive” branches (Ephraim - divorced and scat-
tered, now culturally foreign) must not boast against the
natural branches (Judah). Both are Israel. Neither replac-
es the other. Both are supported by the root - Abraham,
Isaac, and Jacob.
ARTICLE XI: A CALL TO REPENTANCE
1. To Christianity
The Church must repent of 1700 years of Replacement
Theology. Christianity must acknowledge:
• It has misread Paul
• It has stolen Israel’s identity
• It has obscured the true mission of the Gospel
• It has taught “another gospel” (Galatians 1:6-9)
The Gospel is not “believe in Yahshua and become a
Christian.” The Gospel is “the Kingdom of Yahweh is at
hand - return to covenant standing through Messiah Ye-
shua, the King of Israel.”
2. To Messianic Judaism
While Messianic Judaism has rightly maintained Jewish
identity and Torah observance, many within the move-
ment still accept the “Gentile Christian” paradigm - that
most believers are ethnic foreigners graciously included.
WE CALL MESSIANIC JUDAISM TO RECOGNIZE: Those
you call “Gentile Christians” are your BROTHERS - the
lost tribes of the Northern Kingdom. They are not foreign-
ers being grafted in. They are FAMILY coming home.
Ephraim has been lost. Ephraim is being found. Welcome
them home.
3. To Those Awakening
If you have responded to the Gospel - if you have been
drawn by the Father - if you have come to faith in Yeshua
the Messiah and undergone baptism - KNOW WHO YOU
ARE.
You are not a “former Gentile who got saved.” You are
a son or daughter of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. You are
the seed that was scattered and is now being regathered.
You are returning to your inheritance.
The Spirit witnesses with your spirit that you are a child
of Yahweh (Romans 8:16). You are being awakened to
your true identity.
Welcome home.
ARTICLE XII: THE VOICE OF THE REMNANT
1. Our Identity
First Harvest Ministries International stands in the tradi-
tion of the prophets who called Israel back to covenant
faithfulness. We are not inventing new doctrine. We are
recovering ancient truth.
We are the Voice of Elijah, turning the hearts of the chil-
dren back to the fathers.
2. Our Mission
To proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom to all nations,
knowing that within those nations are the scattered
sheep of the house of Israel waiting to hear their Shep-
herd’s voice.
To awaken the remnant to their true identity as sons and
daughters of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
To facilitate the return of the divorced and scattered
through teaching, baptism, and Torah instruction.
To prepare the way for the return of King Messiah and the
restoration of all Israel.
3. Our Message
The Gospel of the Kingdom:
• The Kingdom of Yahweh is at hand
• Yeshua is the King of Israel, the promised Messiah
• He died to end the first covenant and make remar-
riage possible
• He rose to be the firstfruits of the resurrection
• He is gathering His scattered sheep from all na-
tions
• He will return to complete the restoration of both
houses
• All Israel will be saved
• The nations will be blessed through restored Israel
• The Kingdom will be established forever
This is Remnant Theology.
This is the apostolic faith recovered.
This is the truth that sets the captives free.
CONCLUSION
We have laid out the biblical, theological, and eschato-
logical framework for understanding the current age as
the AGE OF THE REMNANT - when a remnant from both
houses of Israel (Judah and Ephraim) is being called out
from among all nations.
This is not Replacement Theology. This is Restoration
Theology.
This is not a new gospel. This is the recovery of the ap-
ostolic understanding.
Romans 11:5 - “So too at the present time there is a rem-
nant, chosen by grace.”
Acts 2:39 - “For the promise is for you and for your chil-
dren and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord
our Yahweh calls.”
We are that remnant.
We are being called.
We are awakening.
We are returning home.

Summary
This doctrinal treatise presents FHMI’s theological framework concerning the remnant of Israel, the restoration of the scattered tribes, and the rejection of Replacement Theology. Drawing heavily from Romans 11, Acts 15, the prophets, and covenant theology, the document teaches that the Gospel mission is focused on regathering dispersed Israelites from among the nations during the current age. The treatise also outlines FHMI’s eschatological understanding of Israel’s restoration, the reunification of Judah and Ephraim, and the eventual reconciliation of all mankind under the Kingdom of Yahweh
