Pastor Shane Vaughn - Part 2 "Parables Of The Kingdom" - THE CEDAR TREE PARABLE Shane Vaughn ——— First Harvest Ministries International 1 [Music] hello and welcome back for part two of The Parables of the Kingdom I'm Pastor Shane Vaughn and it is my delight to go through these Parables with you all the way from the Old Testament to the New Testament where we examine them in detail and find out the true meaning of these Parables many people are surprised that out of all the parables in the Bible the vast majority if not all of them are all talking about the same subject a forgotten subject a subject that most of Christianity is clueless of and that subject is the Lost tribes of the House of Israel at first Harvest Ministries 2 we've put a lot of emphasis on these lost tribes because we believe that at the end of time where we are living right now that those lost tribes will be re-identified regathered and reunified for a great end-time work and so tonight I want us to go to the second Parable in this series and let's dive in and find the beautiful meaning of this parable of the cedar tree last uh segment we spoke about the parable of the Potter and the clay today it is the parable of the cedar tree we find this Parable in the Book of Ezekiel chapter 17 verse 1 through verse 6. 3 let's read it together the word of Yahweh came to me saying son of man present a riddle or a parable and speak a parable to the house of Israel and say this is what father Yahweh says a great eagle with great wings long pinioned and full of feathers of various colors came to Lebanon and took hold of the highest branch of the cedar he cropped off the top most young shoot and carried it into a land of trade he said it in a city of merchants he also took the seed of the land and planted it in a fertile field he placed it by Abundant Waters and planted it like a young willow tree there it grew and 4 became a spreading Vine of low stature The Vines branches turned toward the eagle and its roots were under him so it became a Vine brought forth branches and put forth sprouts now let's go down to verse 22 and finish this Parable out this is what father Yahweh says I will take a shoot from the highest branch of the High Cedar and we'll plant it I will crop off a tender shoot from the highest branch and I will plant it up on a high and imminent Mountain in the mountain of the height of Israel I will plant it and it will bring forth branches and bear fruit and be a majestic Cedar every bird of 5 every wing will dwell beneath it in the shadow of its branches they will safely dwell and all the trees of the field will know that I Yahweh have brought down the high tree and exalted the low tree I've dried up the green tree and have made the dry tree flourish I Yahweh have spoken and I have done it Ezekiel is the prophet that Yahweh is speaking to and he's giving him a parable now there is a reason that Yahweh the almighty God speaks to his people in parables because there are many things that he calls Pearls of great price and those pearls are not to be trampled underfoot by the dog those 6 pearls are only for the bride they are only revealed to those that love truth all others they just read a story about a cedar tree about an eagle and about it taking Twigs off the tree that's all they read but to those that desire to know the mysteries of the kingdom of Yahweh they are revealed to them and tonight in or today in this lesson your eyes are going to be so wide open that it will be that you will say to yourself how did we not see this before The Wonder of it that's the beauty of The Parables they are revealed to the bride and you can know that you are the bride if by chance per 7 chance these great parables are opened up to you now Ezekiel is speaking this Parable to a very specific group of people it is not for the world it is not a parable for all the Gentile Nations it is not a parable for the uh conglomerate of humanity it is a story to a certain people about a certain people that certain people is known as the house of Israel in this parable it is about the removal of the Royal House of King David that's what this cedar tree is all about this is going to be the end of the line for that great Majestic Royal house that has been so firmly established over the 8 generations this Vision by Ezekiel is prophesying the end and the beginning of the House of David's throne now I know I said the end and the beginning because indeed that's exactly what this Parable is all about it's about the removal of the royal Throne of David and the replanting of that Royal throne of David was given promise promise was that David's Throne which stand until yahshua returns he was given a promise that his throne would never lack for someone sitting on that throne now that promise came from the almighty yah and that promise can never be broken ironically he told David that 9 as long as Heaven and Earth Stood that there would be someone occupying David's throne now to the human eye that does not seem possible when you look at history you just go to the year 587 BC before Christ was born a 500 almost 600 years before that the Throne of David seems to disappear from the history books and it does not appear anywhere else seemingly but if that's the case then God's promise to David was not kept and then we have a much bigger problem than maybe we're ready to deal with because if David's Throne today is not somewhere if someone is not sitting on it occupying it until 10 yahshua takes that throne then the word of God has failed we know that's not the case now this Parable is going to reveal to you the secret plans of Yahweh to keep his word to make sure that he is known as the god that cannot lie that will not lie that has never lied that he will secure the Throne of David in a mysterious and wonderful way and that wonderful way that mysterious way is outlined in this parable there are one two three four characters or entities in this Parable let's interpret those before we explain the parable we have a cedar tree a large Majestic cedar tree in the days of 11 scripture the cedar was the king of all the trees that cedar tree represents in this Parable the Royal House of King David next we have the highest branch of that cedar tree so in this Parable you have the cedar tree and then you have the highest Branch or the tallest branch on that cedar tree that ladies and gentlemen represents the last king of the House of David his name was zedekiah and he was in fact the end of the family tree he was the highest Branch or the tallest Branch or the last Branch at the very top of that cedar tree we have also in this Parable another entity called the twigs 12 or the latest Blooms of the highest branch also we have an eagle the eagle is the king of Babylon Nebuchadnezzar so now that we know what these four entities are things represent we can begin to better understand this parable of the Kingdom now in the scriptures we just read There are a few verses that are very interesting one of those verses say I will take of the highest branch of the High Cedar and will set it or replant it I'm going to take a trig off of the highest branch and I'm going to take that twig and I'm going to replant that twig somewhere else in this Parable the great husbandman 13 himself Yahweh the Great Vine dresser of Israel is going to take a cutting from the highest branch and he's going to replant it in another corner of his glorious Garden of planet Earth what ladies and gentlemen will naturally grow if you take a twig from a cedar tree and you get that tree planted somewhere else can you tell me what kind of tree is going to grow from that cutting you guessed it it's going to be a brand new tree of course and yet the same tree it will grow up a cedar tree so if the cedar tree represents the Royal House of King David and if you replant that in another part of the 14 world may I ask you what's going to come up from that planting yes the Royal House of King David it will be growing in another part of the world it will be the Royal lineage of the House of David but how could that be when the very last king zedekiah the tallest branch on this tree gets plucked off by that great eagle Babylon you know the story The King of Babylon Nebuchadnezzar comes to Jerusalem takes Kings zedekiah kills him and his sons so with that great Eagle causing such damage to the House of David how is Yahweh he said I'm going to take a twig off of that branch and replant it how is 15 he going to do that well it's very simple he always uses a man Yahweh said I'm going to take a twig and yet we know that Yahweh did not come down to earth and do that he doesn't have to he has Prophets he has men that he sets a special anointing upon to bring to pass his work in the Earth well in this particular time period he had a man that man's name was Jeremiah because the Prophet Jeremiah if you will notice the Prophet Jeremiah takes the two tender twigs of Kings zedekiah and before Nebuchadnezzar could Stroop in on that tree much earlier Yahweh had warned Jeremiah his prophet Jeremiah 16 took these two tender twigs and brought them to the land of Egypt or the land of traffic merchandise he brought these Tinder Twigs from the line of zedekiah over to Egypt now let me tell you I will not in these short 30-minute lessons be able to prove all of that to you however fear not I have proven it all in intricate details in a series that I taught called tracking the tribes you can go to our own servers that we have and our own TV station that we have you can go there now and search for tracking the tribes there is I believe 15 parts to that if I'm not mistaken but anyway go there now 17 it's at fhtv.tv that stands for first harvest TV DOT TV when you get there what I just told you about Jeremiah bringing these two Twigs to Egypt will be proven from the scriptures however I only have 30 minutes in these Quick videos so I cannot explain it all here I want you to notice the verse of scripture that says I will crop off from the top of his young Twigs a tender one I want you to notice that a tender one and I will plant it now notice he says his Twigs that's masculine that would be Kings at akaya but then when he talks about the two twigs he calls them tender twigs well we already 18 have his as the masculine so we know that the Tinder Twigs could only be the feminine or female Twigs from the branches of King zedekiah Yahweh says that he himself will take those two girls these are two princesses of the House of David and we know that he used the Prophet Jeremiah to do that and notice that next part of this parable upon a high mountain eminent Mountain in the mountains of the height of Israel will I plant it and it shall bring forth bowels and bear fruit and be a majestic Cedar now here is Ezekiel thinking about his contemporary Jeremiah because both Ezekiel and Jeremiah 19 are alive at the same time however they have no way to communicate with one another there is no email there is no faxes but the spirit of Yahweh is revealing to Ezekiel what he's doing at the same time with Jeremiah he's letting Ezekiel know have no fear Ezekiel about the Royal Throne of David because I'm showing you in this Parable that I'm going to use my Prophet Jeremiah to bring all these things to pass Ezekiel had no idea that at that very moment Jeremiah had the two princesses of the House of David safely in the land of Egypt now Jeremiah was not in Palestine to relay this message to 20 Ezekiel but Yahweh is revealing it to him how he will continue the Royal Throne of King David so that Ezekiel could be assured of the continuity of David's throne now I want you to turn with me to the Book of Jeremiah chapter 1 and verse 10. 21 when you get to this book of Jeremiah you're going to find something very very interesting chapter 1 verse 10. 22 now this is when Jeremiah is being called into his life calling he was very young when the father called him and here in verse 10 he will be given the purpose of his ministry he will be revealed to him why he was born and what his life will accomplish before the end of his days let's read it see this day I have set you over the Nations not just one nation but the Nations and over the kingdoms in other words I am making you a guardian of Nations and kingdoms that's ironic because Jeremiah would have only lived in the time of the davidic throne the only nation that he would be a prophet to is 23 the nation of Israel and yet he's told that he's going to be over in a guardianship if you will of Nations and kingdoms and here's why to root out in other words Jeremiah will be there at the rooting out of a nation and a kingdom but also ironically to pull them down to destroy to throw them down but also to build and to plant now remember Jeremiah and Ezekiel are contemporaries Yahweh is working through both of these prophets to tear down the house of Judah to to bring correction to his people and yet at the same time Jeremiah is told that before you die after your finished with the tearing 24 down I need to use you in the rebuilding and the replanting of that nation and that Kingdom now he tells Ezekiel exactly where Jeremiah is going to replant these two tender Twigs of the House of David he tells him in the parable in Ezekiel that he's going to do it up on a high mountain that already exists isn't that interesting he also said it would be planted in the heights of Israel now let's go to the Book of Micah real quick chapter 4 verse 1. 25 now when you get to the Book of Micah here's another Prophet that will reveal to you what these mountains are in prophetic language Michael four and one but in the last days it will come to pass that the mountain of the House of Yahweh will be established in the chief of the Nations it will be raised above all congregations and all the people will eventually flow to it and as you continue to read it talks about the Nations coming to this mountain because mountains in prophetic language always refers to government or kingdoms so according to the parable when these two Twigs are cut off they're 26 going to be replanted in a mountain of Israel that already is imminent the word in the parable is imminent this mountain is the house of Israel now how could the lineage of David not be the house of Israel well you would have to go watch my teaching called the scattered seed it's on fhtv.tv but let me shorten it by saying the house of Judah is not the house of Israel the house of Israel are the ten lost tribes of Israel that before the house of Judah fell they fell hundreds of years earlier and they've already been scattered all over the world now they were scattered somewhere and according to 27 this prophecy they are Israel they don't know their Israel but they've already built a kingdom a high mountain an imminent Kingdom that already exists somewhere in the world and these two Twigs would be planted in that Royal House in another Mountain remember Jeremiah was going to be over not just the nation of Judah but he would also be over over other nations and we'll find out what nation that was in just a moment it would be a nation where the Lost tribes of Israel have already gathered now later on in this series when I get to the parable of the two sticks I will prove to you that the two 28 branches of the Royal House of David initially became known as the nation of are you ready Ireland brothers and sisters now I if you if you say I need proof of that please I would love to give it to you in our series called tracking the tribes I'll bring you to Ireland and I'll show you how the descendants of Abraham wound up in the nation of Ireland the nation of Israel Ireland Israel had already found their way to the aisles of the sea and established the nation of Ireland Now isn't it interesting that King David played the harp which you see right there in the background that is called a 29 what an ire if you'll look at the flag of Ireland you'll see that harp now as you continue into the history of Ireland you're going to find some interesting things number one if you go to the museums of their history you'll learn about a certain Prophet by the name of Jeremy isn't that interesting they tell in their Legend and in their history that the prophet Jeremy came to Ireland with a royal princess from the Far East and this princess we know that her name was Tia teffy now she was the Tinder twig of the House of David you may be asking I thought there was two Twigs two princesses there 30 were but Jeremiah married one of them off before he got to Ireland you'll have to watch tracking the tribes to know those details now they say that this prophet of Israel or Jerusalem of Judah came to them with his secretary Baruch The Scribe Baruch and that this Prophet taught Ireland about the one true God Yahweh now you may be saying I thought they were Israel they were they did not know they were Israel they assumed they were Gentiles they had lost their identity Generations ago they were lost tribes in the world but when Jeremy Jeremiah came he they were Celtic they were Pagan Jeremiah 31 introduced them to their God and all of Ireland converted to the worship of this one true God then he taught them the laws of Israel or the laws of the Torah now many of you may not know this but Saint Patrick of Ireland which by the way was not a Catholic at all he was a sabbath-keeping Yahweh worshiping man that worked in Ireland and he tells stories of how at one time all of Ireland worshiped the one true God it was when Jeremiah converted them to the ancient ways of the House of Israel well while he was there Tia teffy this royal princess was married to the king of Ireland ikad now 32 brothers and sisters according to the prophecy in Ezekiel this tender twig would be planted in this high mountain of Israel that was very imminent and in fact this is the point where that happened this is where the Tinder twig is planted in that government or in that Kingdom and now the Lost tribes of Israel have United with the Royal House of David from there that Union created what the Bible promised it would create a goodly cedar tree so large that every bird would rest under her limbs that is the euphemisms of an Empire that this goodly Cedar would reach all over the known world and every 33 bird or every human of every nationality would be under the government of that goodly cedar tree brothers and sisters that prophecy has never been fulfilled among the Jewish people but it has been fulfilled among the people that came from this Union of the Royal House of David with the Lost tribes of Israel that union today is known as the Royal House of Windsor creating the Great British Empire patch Britannica that covered the entire world it was said that the Sun never set on this the greatest Empire in world history that brought this lineage if you will the Royal Throne of David was 34 established and preserved to this day have you ever wondered why that Throne still exists did you know it's the only Throne of all the royal families of Europe still has a coronation and in that coronation do you know the songs that are sung one of the songs is about zadok the priest why would Britain sing about zadot the priest which Anointed The Royal House of David another song they sing is Jerusalem why would they sing those songs at a British coronation because my dear friends until you know that God Yahweh has kept his word that he never fails to keep his word if you know that prophecy 35 is fulfilled you will stand on the rock of the word as sure as the Rock of Gibraltar I'm moving and unchanging you can place your faith in these Parables of the kingdom of God did you know that in Ireland until the great fire that happened when Ireland became the Irish free state that there was a statue or a bust of the Prophet Jeremiah it was in the Law Courts of Dublin because he was known as a restorer of the laws of Yahweh also it is here in Ireland that the great Stone of Destiny or the stone of stone Finds Its Origins because that particular stone is the stone of Israel Jeremiah brought 36 this Stone where Jacob laid his head and anointed that stone as the house of God or Bethel that stone was so important to Israel that it followed them in the wilderness everywhere they went they brought that stone it was a monument to who they were from their father Jacob that stone was anointed ladies and gentlemen that's why many people when they read the New Testament where Paul says that that rock that followed them was Christ people misunderstand that word that rock was not Jesus or Yeshua but the word Christ means anointed the rock that followed them in the wilderness had been anointed 37 by Jacob as the house of Yahweh and of course yahshua was also the house of Yahweh and guess what you and I are the house of Yahweh this Stone every King in Ireland after Tia tefey was inaugurated coronated standing on that pillar Stone all the kings of Scotland the Queens coronated on that stone why oh just happenstance just coincidence poppycock perish the thoughts of such tomfoolery and now today every British ruler has stood on that stone or sat on that stone it sits under the throne that every king and queen have been anointed upon brothers and sisters Yahweh always keeps his word I'd 38 like to close this segment out in the book of Michael one more time I want to bring you to chapter four and I want to show you the prophet of the mic of the Prophet saying the same thing that his compatriots have said Micah chapter 4 verse 8. 39 and you o Tower of the flock the stronghold of the daughter of Zion now here Micah is calling the daughter of Zion which is a euphemism to the House of David he says that she has become a strong tower of the flock of Israel the Lost tribes of the House of Israel to you will it come the former rule will come the kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem Micah is prophesying that the Dominion will return to this daughter of Jerusalem let's keep reading verse 9. 40 now why do you cry aloud is there no King in you have your counselors perished that pains have seized you like a woman in labor he is speaking here about this daughter of the House of Zion how that she has been overwhelmed at the death of her family the end of the royal line of the House of David Mike is telling her don't cry the rule is going to return to you verse 10 be in pain and labor but I but make sure it has a purpose to bring forth oh Daughter of Zion like a woman in childbirth for now you will go forth out of the city the city of Jerusalem you will leave Jerusalem and you will live 41 in the field in other words Daughter of Zion the rule is going to return to you but not in Jerusalem out there in the world in the field and you will go to Babylon and there you will be delivered and there Yahweh will redeem you from the hands of your enemies this prophecy will have a dual fulfillment all prophecies are shadows of a dual fulfillment the first fulfillment was in this replanting of the rule alas when that great day the millennial Reign comes the daughters of Zion which is the bride will be the Bride of yahshua the rule will return to her as it did to Tia tethy is it remarkable 42 to see all these prophets telling the same story of the restoration of the Throne of David now when we get to the parable of the mustard seed all of a sudden
