if the date of december the 14th rolls around that is the day that the constitution demands there's no extension there is no back there's no uh a backup plan (05:11) december the 14th is the deadline for the electoral college to cast their vote well guess who it is that authorizes this electoral college to cast their vote it is the state legislature the election clause of the united states constitution gives all power and all authority to the state legislature not the secretary of state but the lawmakers of that particular state so what happens on december the 14th if there has been fraud found in the state of pennsylvania georgia what happens the state legislature has to act within their authority (06:02) and their authority comes into play and here's how it happens are you ready if they think this election was stolen by any type of fraud any type then they go to the law not to what cracked up cuomo says or fruity lemon or anybody but what the law says the republican controlled state legislatures have a mandate to act they they act not the secretary of state the legislature the lawmakers stand up and demand that this wrong be righted how do they do that they have the authority to choose a slate of electors for their electoral college delegation (06:57) now that's big words and it might be a little confusing but i want to suffice it by saying this all donald google it yourself and listen i'm going to try to find the the law for you go to the constitution and you'll find uh well before you do that there was a precedent set by the supreme court in 2000 in bush versus gore and here's what it says the state legislature's power to select the manner for appointing electors is plenary it may if it so chooses select the electors itself goes on to say there is no doubt (08:47) of the right of the legislature the law making body not the secretary of state not the governor the legislature and it just so happens that in these states we have republican-controlled legislatures that they have the right to resume the power at any time for it can never be taken away nor abdicated what their right to choose a slate of electors now why would they do this if they did it by the hair of their chinny chin chin they would be committing political suicide the only way this would work is if president trump's team stays focused (09:38) on the
