17 he who has an ear everybody touch your ear do you know that's not your ear that's not your ear no that's the ear of an animal even dogs have ears you're an animal every old animal's got an ear you can barely serve the Lord from one Sunday to the next you don't have no ears grow some ears amen get some big old ears in the spirit grow you some big fat Dumbo ears in the Holy Ghost you need ears why because somewhere in the Stillness of the night whatever feel you got is Du when everything you've had you've lost it you're going to hear something that goes against everything that you're hearing you're going to hear the word of the Lord You're going to hear I'm never forsake you you're the apple of my ey gr you my God you need some ears today you need some ears God said he's got a plan for your life listen to it oh hallelujah hallelujah we got to get through this verse what the spirit say now notice this the world don't have ears only that little mystery called the church has these secret ears I'm talking about what secret ears oh yes ears you cannot see ears that you cannot comprehend that's why he that keepeth his mind the Bible said he is that perfect peace whose mind is stayed on the Lord or whose ears are hearing what the Lord says there's a secret to peace today and it's not out ofan and it's not pxel there's a secret to peace making up your mind you're going to believe what you're hearing in that other set of ears gr of ears Hallelujah peace comes when you know that the only way that you can fail is if God can fail why because he's directing your steps he's Direct in your life grow some ears now love that oh wow my God they hey when you get the right set of ears you won't even hear anything you're hearing why because God only speaks to the church that's right that's right that's why your neighbors right that's why they're all drugs they don't hear what I heard they don't hear what I hear what's that song Can You Hear What I Hear I ask you to today his work he is a faithful oh time god grow some ears today oh but listen now there's another voice that comes in those ears oh yeah and it's it's not just to tell you good stuffff oh no but when you're living in sin when you got the right set of ears you won't be justifying it you'll hear them ears ringing saying you ought not do that darling you know that's wrong you know that's sinful you'll be trying to put in those ears you'll be trying to block it out every way you can but when you get ears of the spirit you're different from the world theyve got ears but they can't hear that's right to him that overcometh now I want you to notice what this does not say it doesn't say to him that gets baptized oh no okay even if you do it the right way in the name of Jesus it don't say that it don't say he that came to the Altar and spoke in tongues oh no see we're so hung up on the getting started yeah that we never preach about getting going oh yes hey it doesn't say he that got saved no what does it say to him that overcometh oh God you don't overcome when you get saved you get overcome when they ain't a church service going on nowhere and you're still conqueror you're still a devil fighting demon Destroyer child of God you got to become an overcomer you got to learn how to overcome oh God it's easy to get started it's easy to come back here and get saved but these promises I'm about to read to you is not forth oh but I got to be careful do you know these promises is not for the Christian there's many kinds of Christians baby oh yeah these promises I'm fixing to read to you is not for the even the Holy Ghost still Christian cuz I know a lot of them that can't [Music] overcome no these promises I'm about to read to you is only for a certain kind of Christian it's only for a Christian that has become something that they did not start out as I to he that overcometh these ly preachers is getting everybody saved getting everybody started but I hope today God would use my voice before I die to make somebody want to be more than a Christian make somebody want to be an overcomer somebody fil with the power of the Holy Ghost walking on demons if God people wanted power over sin like they wanted power to heal the sick hey everybody want some preacher come here lay hands on everybody and show me some Power I'm going to tell you about power baby and here it is this week everything been through I'm back again that's power everything that told me I'm still stand that power you need power over sin you need a little more power over sin we got to get through this first to him that gets saved y'all better wake up out there right what did it say yeah will I give here's what I'm going to do do you know God makes no promises to a Christian not one no not one on he makes promises to Overcomers and here was the first one I'm going to give you the hidden man what is that oh there's a group of people in the Earth today nobody understands how they're at peace nobody understands how they're not worried when everybody else is worried nobody understands how they're still standing when everybody's forsaking them but you don't understand the Overcomer is eating something that the world's never tasted in a secret prayer room in a secret closet I'm heing the hidden man in'll feach when there's no food left in'll Fe when there's no joy left in'll Fe when there's no friends left somebody eat today that's right that's right when you go into the secet pr closet sh down cuz I'm never going to get through this first don't look when you go into the secret you can conquer whatever has been conquering you with this is why Christians that don't become Overcomers they never tasted this man no no no they just got the Holy Ghost they would got saved but as you mature in your walk with God you'll be over there eating and they don't even know what you eating they don't understand tell why you ain't lost your mind yet because I've been eating on the Promises of God on the Promises of God what is the hidden man the promises of God Amen yes that was the Holy Ghost Hallelujah when the Holy Ghost comes it'll knock you on your butt it'll knock you off your feet you people scar falling out the spirit the Apostle Paul over the road to Damascus when the Holy Ghost came upon him the Bible said fell down by that man yes why because we must learn how to overcome listen here's another promise what does this mean I'm going to give him a white stone now that's interesting is that interesting all my life I've read Revelation I've never understood some of these verses until this week when the Holy Ghost opened them up to me and now I'm going to open them up to you and as we do now I want I want to clear something up with you praise God I heard somebody tell me the other day I don't need a man to teach me the Bible I just need the Holy Ghost all right that's real good but the Bible said that when the apostles were making a decision in Jerusalem they said it seems good to us and anybody want to finish it you know why you can't finish it cuz we've never understood these words they said it seemed good to us and the Holy Ghost their decision was the Holy Ghost decision when a man is teaching you the word of God that is the Holy Ghost teaching you that's right oh you got to learn to understand that when God reveals something to the man of God he is bringing it forth to you that is the Holy Ghost speaking to you through the lips of unprofitable clay that's right but we must I I looked at the scripture all my life and said what is this white stone for the Overcomers what is this and then it said and in the stone a new name is written which no man knoweth except he that has it I just love Revelations now go back and let's read that again I'm going to give him three things Hi man a white stone at do you really think we're going to be walking around with a big white stone around our neck no no you got to understand the spiritualism of Revelation and then in the stone I'm going to write a new name now we'll get back to this verse in just a moment Revelation 3 verse 12 Hallelujah now I'm going to try to teach you a little while what these stones are and what all of this means for some of you you know why I'm preaching this today because a few of you out of this congregation are going to become if you already are not Overcomers I'm reaching today for somebody that's tired of being saved and you want to be an overcomer Hallelujah yeah you got baptized but have you been powered from on high come on to be an overcomer let's read Revelation 3 and verse 12 brother him that Overcomer again every promise and Revelation not one of them is made to a Christian not one of them they're made to a group of Christians that went all the way to the end yes I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God and he shall go no more out and I will write upon him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God and uh which is New Jerusalem which cometh down out of Heaven from my God now and I will write upon him who is called going to write on a certain himm not every himym and not every believer but up on him now somebody tell me who him is ah now we're getting somewhere oh the Overcomer I'm reserving for this group of battle weary Believers a special honor oh here's what it is I'm going to write on them a new name now every everybody in the world argues in theology over what this new name is and I've always wanted to know God what is my new name and the Lord spoke to me so plainly in my room and said I'm going to reveal unto you what the new name is and as I listen with those big old ears I've been preaching about I felt them fold out like in pnis as I heard the revelation of the spirit the Lord said you've read this verse all your life and the whole time the new name was in the verse and you never saw it I said what is it Lord what is it Lord he said right now that name that you're wearing is not hold on let me slow down because I I want to break this down to you in the word of God men had a name change oh come on somebody how many remembers when Isaac when Jacob became what Israel do you know why Jacob had a new name oh yes let me tell you why because Jacob was a conal Jacob was a deceiver Jacob was an old animal but one day Jacob wrestled with the spirit of the Lord oh yes the Bible said the angel of the Lord came and begin to wrestle with him and break him down and he put his hi out of socket and the Bible said that Jacob finally said the words he never said before here's what he said he said all my life I've blessed myself I deceived and I stole and I took it my way all my life but he said now until you bless me I'm not leaving this place what did he mean by that I'm done I'm through with that old animal that I used to be I'm ready to fall down and depend on you for everything until you me not name in the Bible names in the Bible ain't about a pretty name oh no it's about your destiny it's about your character yes it's about your nature so forget what's my new name going to be oh you just missed it all the way around oh no no no no no no you you need to find out what your new Nature's going to be oh yes m M oh yeah oh yes Listen to I told the Lord I said I want to know my new name he said you sure said I want to know is it going to be Sebastian is it going to be uh Jonathan is it going to be Donald what's my name going to be and God said that's up to you come on yeah Jes there was another man named Abram he wasn't a father to nobody but when the spirit of the Lord came he changed his Destiny by changing his name and here's what happened God said to Abraham my plan for you is to be the father of many nations now I'm going to change your name to fit your destiny watch this carefully when Abraham became something different he got a new name yes he did when Abraham was obey God and moved from Earth of the Cales and went toward where God was calling he got a new name the moment you change from your animal nature you're going to earn a new name and here is that new name are you ready overcome over thankes that's good overcoming it was in the verse the whole time oh yeah that you knew me until then you're an underc until then you always come under the power of sin my God feel like preaching until then you always come under the slave master Pharaoh when tells you to sin you say how bad when he tells you to do something against God's word you ask him how quick you've been under the bondage of sin you've not been an overcomer you've been under the power of your addictions you been under the power of your persuasion but there is a new name waiting for you I want my you I want name Hall just like Jacob had to earn his new name baby you going to earn yours right now your name is Christian believer and thank God oh but that's not the new name baby the new name is after you have won every battle in this life when you disbel every lie that Satan has told you when you have stood against every family member that has come against you when you have stood for truth when you have fought against this world on that day baby your new name will be declared from the heavens over come get you want [Applause] give me a new name Lord yes oh I just heard the Lord correct me he said don't say that again I just said Lord give me a new name and I heard the Lord said get you a new name oh wow yes get you a new get you a new name go get you fight for it go yes this batt over I shall I don't know what's going on and why it's going on but I'll never stop believing I'll never stop declaring I'll never stop eating the man of the Lord I will earn my new name you need a new name whatever's got you bound today has made you an undercover come on oh J I don't care if it's your cigarettes your weed your pornography or whatever it is it's time for you to grow up and grow some ears and say I'm done I'm tired of [Applause] De power H oh yeah oh yeah this name don't come free bab take back down let me tell you why oh I'm going to tell you why you earn this new name yes because are you ready because this new name is the name [Music] of true God he came the Earth and became a man just like you wow he didn't have no special power oh no he had a made up mind he was determined to be an overc the Bible said he suffered in the same way that you suffer he was tempted in the same way that you're but he never came in he never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever he is the first [Applause] over my God it's time for somebody to get a new name it's time for somebody to qu talking about what's burdening you down and what's Bing you my God it's time for you to find something it's for you to something it's time for you to get up grow up and get to a new name to every devil every and over God I just finished I just finished reading a book by David Berard entitled seeing God in the face of Jesus and when I was reading brother Bernard's book he said something that I've believed for a long time he said as one this Pentecostals we have made a mistake and this is a direct quote so if you get mad at me get mad at your superintendent he
