Court which will take years meaning he'll remain free from jail during the entire process now get ready to vote and be the national jury well I wrote that a little over a day ago now and lo and behold the next morning because nobody was talking about it everybody's freaking out over the trees and they can't see the forest all they see is indictment indictment 9 indictment and everyone seems to forget that there is an entire appeals process that's going to take years to finish Donald Trump will remain free during that appellate process and then it will wind up at his Supreme Court at which time he'll be the president remember that long-standing department of justice rule you cannot prosecute a sitting president he will be a sitting president so all prosecutions will have to end and then he'll either pardon himself or his Protege will pardon him after terms after Trump's second term so guys I'm pleading with you I'm begging you uh not to look at the 10 trees look at the forest see the beauty of where this is going rather than the darkness of where it is right now so the next morning after I made that post someone much smarter than me way smarter than me went went on television and finally someone is telling the truth Alan dershowitz listen up closely he may lose in the United States court of appeals for the DC circuit but I think he will probably win in the United States Supreme Court if they Grant review and they should Grant review when you have the president of the United States is people going after his opponent in a political election 11 it has to be Beyond reproach it has to be without any problem has to be the strongest case in history this doesn't meet that standard well said all of you great analysis what Professor Toto said the day before The Supreme Court is waiting for this case and no matter what happens in Washington no matter what happens in Florida Georgia or anywhere appeal appeal appeal and get that ball up the hill now Alan dershowitz went on to say on some more things that I would like for you to listen to and I'll come back and give you my analysis that there are these freedoms but then they claim that Donald 12 this is the key point that Donald Trump actually believed that he lost the election that everything he did was fraudulent that he conspired with unnamed lawyers mostly to affect the election now you're allowed to challenge elections indeed the best way to challenge elections is to come up with a slate of ultimate electives that's what a court said in Hawaii in 1960 that's been the case throughout our history so the government has the burden of proven beyond the reasonable doubt that subjectively Donald Trump actually believed that he lost the election and acted contrary to that belief now I've 13 read the indictment very carefully There Is No Smoking Gun there is no one who is credibly prepared to testify that Donald Trump said to him I know personally I lost the election there's a lot of evidence that people told him he lost the election but you know Donald Trump and you know that he's going to make up his own mind and they're going to have a very hard time proving it two weeks ago I came to this class and taught you that as long as Donald Trump believes that he won the election then that's all that he needs to prove and there's Alan dershowitz again confirming what we've taught man graduated law school 17 the right to a speedy trial belongs to the citizenry of this nation the United States of America the government has no rights at all they're that they have power they don't right to tell the state I want a speedy trial now the moment you file a motion your right to a speedy trial you've given it up Donald Trump is giving up his right to a speedy trial the state does not have a right to a speedy 18 I've never heard something so dumb in my entire life and I've heard a lot of dumb things but I've never heard something that dumb so we have a complete idiot prosecutor Bragg was indicting him in New York 19 on June 8th an FBI document broke that Ukraine paid Biden a five million dollar bride and the next day on June 9th Biden's doj indicts Trump on the Mar-A-Lago documents yesterday oh July 31st to buy an Insider told Congress that Biden spoke with Hunter Biden's business partners dozens of times and Hunter was paid handsomely to get his dad to fire the prosecutor in Ukraine and then today August 1st Biden's justice department indicts Trump on January 6 charges this isn't a coincidence any time Biden's in trouble Trump pays for it and the News cycle flips once again like I've always told you 20 Trump got indicted for Biden's crimes and that's just the way it is and ladies and gentlemen watch this clip it is uh it's funny and I'll tell you why in just a second four counts so the definition of a stretch it's a Gumby indictment conspiracy to defraud the government because Trump challenged certification of electors on January 6. 21 well he's president of elect although legally elected is not legitimate I know it is president-elect as a legitimate president you said you believe that Russia's interference altered the outcome of the auction I do we have a president who if in fact it has proven uh has been assisted by the Russians and May in fact not be 29 a legitimate president the one thing that Trump is fearful of uh when it comes to his being president is that finally we will see how illegitimate his victory actually was I have an objection I object to the 15 votes from the state of North Carolina I object because people are hard-eyed he's an illegitimate president our election was hijacked there was no question Congress has a duty to hashtag protect our democracy and hashtag follow the facts John Lewis is completely right there is a cloud of illegitimacy around the election of Donald Trump the Russians interfered with his election James 30 Comey and the FBI interfered with his election the fake news industry interfered with his election Trump knows he's an illegitimate president who got illegitimate foreign do you believe Trump is a legitimate president what I believe is that there's no question that the outcome of this election was affected by the Russian interference but there actually is a cloud of illegitimacy so that legitimacy is in question yes so that was a very tainted election and in that sense it's illegitimate why do you think the president is going to Such Great Lengths to essentially prove that he beat you because 31 he knows he didn't he knows he's an illegitimate president stolen and Al Gore won that election I think he won it anyway actually I think I carried Florida Helga won the election Nationwide and also in Florida but the Supreme Court ruled the other way Al Gore got more votes but not enough to stay out of the Supreme Court where President Bush was elected 5-4 bush four all the votes were calories in Florida that 34 Al Gore would be president today and George Bush would be backing off I come from Florida where you and others participated in what and what coup d'etat it's in 2013 according to reports Vice President Joe Biden he claimed that Al Gore was the one who was elected president and he claimed that the recount result was quote a bad decision and never forget their friends what they did in Florida to Al Gore and me to all of us to older Americans not given number statement obviously but the facts that you're describing are shocking another state reason why I've had a lot of people ask me you know why did you write this book 44 I tried to do they're no it's not perceived as being fair anymore if I was allowed to do my job we would not be here today that man y'all pray for his safety by the way that man will be subpoenaed folks this
