"What Is Elijah Going To Restore?"

it's amazing to me whenever we start out on this journey of truth that we seem to think that truth is some kind of a destination that we're finally going to get to the end of the road and we're going to arrive at all truth we all want the truth so we're striving for it and we just know that we're going to eventually get there I hate to be the bearer of bad news to you tonight but truth is not a destination truth is a journey and uh if you've ever started out on the Journey of Truth out of Babylon then you know what I'm talking about because right when you think you have figured it all out all of a sudden the father says here's more and he downloads more understanding and I want to talk to you tonight about why that's happening and how it's happened to me just today on a very specific subject but the reason the father speaks to us um the way he does without showing us the whole picture he doesn't give us the whole shenanigan but rather he does exactly what he promised to do he said that I will speak to this people and I will teach them precept of on precept and notice what he says here a little and there a little that is God's teaching style that is the way he teaches just like your children could not go through grades 1 through 12 in one year it wouldn't it wouldn't work they wouldn't grasp the meaning of what grade one was meant for so it is with our heavenly father he cannot teach us the Majesty of all truth because he wants us to take time to apply what he has taught us into our own life into our own understanding so he teaches us here a little and there a little sort of reminds me of Hansel and gredle on their Journey out to The Witch's House they wanted a journey in order to get back home they wanted to know how to get back home so they Dr dropped a few little breadcrumbs here a little there a little and those here a littles and there a littles would lead them back home the father is feeding you and I here a little and there a little that's what his word says well this happened to me I want to talk to you about it about 3 years ago I thought I had all of the understanding on a certain subject that God had revealed to me about 3 years ago God caused me to understand and to realize that Elijah would return before the coming of yua now before you go what freak out on me not the man Elijah but the spirit of or the ministry of or the anointing of Elijah now many of us believe that John the Baptist was the Elijah that Isaiah prophesied about but he wasn't now I know Jesus said he was we're going to deal with that in a moment but about three years ago God spoke to me and I preached this at one of our meetings over in South Carolina and there was called the return Ministry of Elijah in that teaching I showed from the scriptures and I'm going to go over those scriptures with you in just a minute I showed that Elijah must return before the second coming of Christ now I did not know then what God revealed to me today and there was a piece that was missing in the Revelation back then and I want to cover that piece with you tonight because that's the piece that God gave me today now there's something that we need to go over and let's go to Luke 3 3 and verse three through verse 6 now this is important that we get this turn to Luke chap 3 and verse three with me and I'm going to pull it up on the screen here so I can read it with you now here Jesus yua the Messiah is speaking and here comes his disciples they are confused because they know their Bible they know the Scrolls they know the Torah and the prophets and they know that the prophet Isaiah prophesied that before Messiah would come that something very special would happen that Elijah the spirit of Elijah or the ministry of Elijah would precede the coming of the Lord so they come up to Christ and they're they're very confused and here is what they said Luke chapter 3 and he came into all the country about Jordan now this is talking about John the Baptist he came into all the country about Jordan preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins I want you to notice what John's message was John the Baptist he was indeed carrying the mantle the spirit the anointing or the mindset of Elijah because notice what his ministry did right before the first coming of Messiah the Bible said he went all around Jordan where the church of Israel was located Israel dwelt around the Jordan so they were the church if you will well John comes out of a place place of Abandonment and loneliness he's out there in the wilderness and John is called to go forth and preach repentance read verse four as it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet saying the voice of one remember this Elijah is not a man Elijah is a voice the voice of one crying alone in the wilderness outside of Jordan where the church was outside of the religion of his day John the Baptist has been trained as a Nazarene in the wilderness of separation from that place of separation from the church God calls him to be a voice the voice of Elijah and the voice was of one crying in the wilderness prepare the way of Yahweh now there's two ways in this world there's the ways of Satan and there's the ways of Yahweh John the Baptist was anointed to repair the ways of Yahweh or the ways of righteousness they called John the Baptist in the deadsy scroll the teacher of righteousness he was a teacher of righteousness and John the Baptist had one message repentance and repair or return to the ways of Yahweh make his paths straight and when this voice was to rise up it would cause every Valley verse 5 of Luke 3 to be filled and every mountain and Hill would be brought low and the Crooked places would be made straight what's become more crooked than Christianity the church at large they have gone the Broadway they've made the way crooked it's all messed up when this voice comes he would come to call Israel the church that's camped around Jordan he would call them to repentance and to return to the ways of Yahweh to walk in the straight paths to remove the crookedness from their ways and the rough places would be made smooth and All Flesh would see the salvation of God the message of repentance that he preached what is repentance it's stop breaking the law of God that is what repentance means it means turn around you were walking in crooked paths you were walking outside of the straight path turn around stop doing that and go down the paths of righteousness this is what the voice of Elijah would say when he came in the Old Testament what did he do in the Old Testament he destroyed paganism he killed Pagan prophets he made the Crooked path straight John the Baptist rose with that same mentality that same mindset that same Ministry now so since John the Baptist did all of these things then surely he fulfilled the return Ministry of Elijah but no that's not the case go with me to the Book of Matthew CH 7: 10 through verse 13 let's read it together Matthew 101 17-13 your eyes are fixing to pop open especially when we get over in the Book of Malachi Matthew 10 uh no I'm sorry not not 17 we got the wrong verse there Matthew 17 10 and 3 The Book of Matthew chapter 17: 10 and his disciples came to Jesus saying why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first they didn't understand why yua was here to set up his kingdom because Elijah did not return as the prophet Isaiah said he would here is Yu's response notice it carefully every word very important here's what he said he said and Jesus answered in verse 11 Elijah truly shall first come and restore all things now notice what yua just said he agreed with them that y that Isaiah I mean that Elijah still would come and restore all things now what does that mean restore all things this is the part that I did not have three years ago I had the part that Elijah would still come before the second coming the ministry of Elijah but I never quite understood what he would be restoring I didn't know what that meant until today and that's the Revelation that we're fixing to see is what he's going to restore but notice what Jesus said in the next verse and this is what confuses so many Christians ministers theologians the next verse because Jesus said in verse 11 Elijah is going to come and restore everything Matthew 17-12 and then Jesus says but I say unto you that Elijah has come already see that's the problem people go straight to this verse and they say Elijah was John the Baptist let's keep reading and they knew him not Jesus said Elijah came but they did not know him they didn't recognize that he was Elijah but they have done to him whatever they wanted to do likewise shall also the son of man suffer of them then the disciples understood he spoke to them of John the Baptist so we have yua telling us two things yes Elijah will come and restore all things why is that because John the Baptist did not restore all things he came in the ministry of Elijah and did exactly what the first Elijah did same path from the place of the Wilderness preaching repentance restoring the ways of Yahweh to the church Where did Elijah go to Israel and confronted the Pagan prophets this is the ministry of Elijah so now Jesus tells us of a future coming but he also says but don't forget that just like there's two comings of Elijah there's two comings of Messiah the disciples didn't know about this second coming yet they didn't grasp it they didn't understand it they didn't know that the ministry of Christ was not to set the kingdom up at his first coming so they're all confused where's Elijah Yeshua says I'm coming back again and yes Elijah will come back again but I'll tell you Elijah came the first time when I came the first time two comings of Christ two comings of Elijah very important that we understand that now what does this mean that he would restore all things I want to look real quick at the book well I tell you before we go to Malachi let's turn and read exactly what the Prophet Elijah the spirit of Elijah is prophesied to do and let's see if John the Baptist met that test let's go to Malachi chapter 4 and let's start there at verse one now I'm going to show you what Elijah is going to restore stay with me it's going to be good Malachi 4 start at verse one for behold the day cometh let's get our text our context right this chapter and this prophecy is not about the first coming of Messiah no this is about the day of the Lord which is the millennial Reign which is the seventh day the great Sabbath be behold the day cometh that shall burn as an oven that did not happen when Messiah came the first time and all the proud yay all that do wickedly shall become stubble did that happen at the first coming of Messiah no so this is not talking about his first coming and all that do wickly would become stuble and the day that cometh the day that cometh shall shall burn them up that did not happen when Christ came the first time saith Yahweh of host that it shall leave them neither root nor Branch this day that Malachi is talking about is a dreadful day Dreadful awesome day Malachi 4 and2 but unto you that fear my name the house of Israel shall the son of righteousness AR rise with healing in his wings and you shall go forth like like Calves that are fed in the stall this is talking about the day of the Lord right now I'm videoing this during the days of awe between trumpets and atonement we are in awe of this day that is that is coming to our Earth verse number three and you will tread down the wicked for they shall be ashes under the soul of your feet in the day in the day that I shall do this what everything we just read has this ever happened did this happen at the first coming of Christ absolutely not and I will you will tread down the wicked verse three and they shall be ashes under your feet in the day that I shall do this sayeth the Lord now verse four is absolutely amazing this is the Revelation that I never understood there is something that pops into verse four out of nowhere it doesn't even seem to fit right here we're talking about the wicked tur into ashes and we're talking about the great day of the Lord but in verse four there's a key to understanding the ministry of Elijah that we've never understood before I haven't verse four Remember You The Law of Moses my servant which I commanded unto him in horb for all of Israel with the statutes and the judgments wait a minute we're talking about the day of the Lord we're talking about all these things and here is God saying remember the Torah remember the law of God now he's very plain here he doesn't just mean the Ten Commandments because he says the law that I gave him in Horeb which was Mount siania and plus all the statues and all the judgments that is the Torah so in this this treaties about the day of the Lord this horrible day that's coming it interject the Torah watch carefully stay with me now right after it talks about Moses now another character pops up out of nowhere and says remember Torah and then in verse five behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and Dreadful day of the Lord now hold on the day of the Lord is the Sabbath the millennial Reign this Elijah is prophesied to come just before the great and Dreadful day of the Lord the first coming of Messiah was not the great and Dreadful day of the Lord and we know this is the case because yua confirmed it when he tells his disciples yes Elijah is still to come because he understood that he was still to come in his second coming but why do we have Torah mentioned in verse 4 and Elijah mentioned in verse 5 brothers and sisters because when Elijah comes he is coming to do what verse four commands us to do he is coming to bring you and I back to Torah just before the coming of the Messiah oh Hallelujah the spirit of Elijah remember he's going to make the Crooked path straight how's he going to do it with Torah he's going to bring the high places low that's exalted itself in this greasy Grace message sin has exalted itself he's coming to bring those things low he's coming to make it smooth all of the misconceptions that we've had the spirit of Elijah that is going to come before Christ returns is coming to return us to Torah now how do you know that brother V the next verse this is what the ministry of Elijah is going to do verse number six and he who Elijah the spirit of Elijah the ministry of Elijah the many membered body of that has the voice of one crying in the wilderness here's what that voice is going to do it's going to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children I want to stop right there that word turn let's look at it I'm going to pull it up in the Hebrew let's go look at the the word turn the hearts of the children that comes from the Hebrew word Shu s h u WB and it means to return go look at the very first definition of Shu it does just say to turn the Hearts but it's to return return turn again turn back restore whoa whoa whoa did we say restore is one of the meanings of these words oh yeah didn't yua say Elijah was coming to restore all things but we didn't know what those all things were oh yes we do now verse vers four of Malachi 4 tells you what he's coming to restore he's coming to restore Torah how do we know it let's go back and read verse six let's look even further he is coming to turn or return or turn again the hearts of the father to the children so now we've got to determine what the word heart means heart is always synonymous with mind what do we do with our mind we understand we think Elijah is coming to restore the understanding that the fathers had to the children that's lost that understanding stay with me ah phal revelation God is coming to return the heart the understanding the mindset the thinking of the fathers what fathers he just told you what father who did he mention in this chapter Moses Elijah spirit and Truth he is he tells you that the fathers of Israel he is going to use one of the fathers Elijah to return to the children the lost children that thought they were Gentiles the Lost tribes to return to them the mindset of Moses the understanding the thinking what was the heart of Moses the Torah the law of God do you see it Elijah my Lord I tell you I can't even hardly contain myself right right now woo I tell you right now this is the revelation of the hour the ministry of Elijah the voice of one crying in the wilderness is restoring all things what does that mean he's returning to the Lost tribes the heart of Moses the heart of the fathers and he names those fathers remember the law of Moses that's what it says in the same chapter now let's go back and let's continue in verse 6 and then he's going to restore back the mind of the children or the understanding of the children back to the fathers Torah the law of God the law of the prophets the ministry of Elijah is restoring Torah the heart of the fathers and causing it to become the heart of the children David said upon thy law I meditate day and night my heart is my mind it's my understanding it's my thinking and God says just before Yeshua Returns the voices are going to begin to rise up restoring to the children that have drifted away the prodigal that thought they were just saved by grace and that Torah was to be rejected there's going to be a Ministry that restores all things just before Christ returns it's going to be many men and women that have that voice you'll hear it in their voice what did John's voice do he went all around Jordan doing what preaching what the repentance the ways of Yahweh make straight your path this is the ministry that's rising up in the Earth today believe what I'm telling you every day ministers contact me by inbox by phone men that are coming out of every ISM Catholicism Pentecostalism baptism everything they're coming into the ways of the law of God and there's a restoration in our minds in our understanding of the beauty of the law of God and listen if you're watching me you don't understand Torah I'm right there with you I started on this journey seven years ago scared to death of the word Torah and and I just did six lessons called the layers of the law you need to watch it are you confused by Tor you say brother Von I can't keep all of Torah and if I break any of it I might as well break all of it I deal with all of that when you come to see the beauty of the law of God you'll know you've heard the voice of Elijah every one of you watching me right now God wants to give you the voice of Elijah the ministry of restoration of all things God is wanting to use you today to lift your voice why do you think I get on Facebook aggravating everybody I'm being a voice I'm trying to stir and stir and stir now let's go read Luke 9 verse 30 and we're almost done but I want you to look at Luke 9 verse 30 when y jhua went to the Mount of transfiguration two men showed up in a vision there two men 9 and3 and behold there talked with him two men which were Moses and Elijah the entire plan of God is built on two things Spirit Elijah and Truth Moses these are your two witnesses spirit and Truth grace and works faith and works Grace and law this beautiful balance of the miraculous power of God see this is my problem with so many messianics and Hebrew Roots they reach for Moses while rejecting that miracle ministry of Elijah rejecting the spirit the power that God gave Elijah that's the problem the messianics are never going to cause Judah to be jealous the Pentecostals and the spirit field Christians are never going to cause Judah to be jealous why because they're unbalanced but there is a movement happening today of both the spirit and the Torah the law of God that combination signs wonders Miracles the power of God don't let anybody in the Messianic movement convince you that those days are over if the god you serve is not still working miracles your God has changed if the god you serve can't still provide for the Widow with a little bit of oil and turn it into overflow you serve a different God yes the charismatic world has knocked it all out of balance and messed it up and perverted it I get that but I could go on the other side and show you how the Jews have messed up Torah but it doesn't negate the originality and the solidarity of that original faith God is looking for a people baptized in the spirit and returning to Torah so what is the Revelation tonight that I hope you get from this lesson Elijah has returned no silly not me you that Ministry that spirit is raising up people in the wilderness they're crying out make straight the paths of Yahweh that's you beloved there's an anointing on your voice to cause hell to tremble and besides truth God wants to baptize you with the holy spirit so that you can be used by God in this last day Elijah Ministry we knew Elijah was coming but we didn't know what he was going to restore until today I didn't know what he was restoring I'd heard what people thought but now I know from verse four of Malachi 4 it says remember the law of my servant Moses and he says Elijah is going to be the ministry that returns that law that heart of Moses that understanding of the fathers to the children that's the day we're living in that's the ministry God is called me too and you it's time to be a voice of one crying in the wilderness it's only John the Baptist did not fit in among the temples in Jordan and Judea he had no robe he had no position on the platform he was mocked he was ridiculed but he had a voice that when it opened it cried to the king you cannot have your brother's wife God wants to use you today to restore all things I have several friends that I love I'm watching them many of them turn some of them rather to the Orthodox church and I love them no matter where they go what they do but one of those dear brothers told me he said brother V I'm going to the Orthodox church because they have kept faithful all these years they they've held on to truth all these years and brother v i you know you think you're some modern day Elijah perish the thought I've never said it never thought it but my question for my brethren if the Orthodoxy kept all truth then what is there for Elijah to restore just
