Huge victories today Shane Vaughn ——— First Harvest Ministries International 1 body hello hello hello Professor Toto here we've had some major victories in our great Republic today that I wanted to talk to you about um I'm doing this because a lot of times we don't hear many victories lately there goes the train perfect time I'll be right back we're just waiting on the train to pass us back great victories today in the Republic I'm going to tell you all about here we go welcome to my backyard everybody okay in the state of New Mexico remember they have a crazy lady for a governor a woman that does not even know the Constitution remember she passed an executive order 2 making gun ownership are carrying a gun rather illegal in this in New Mexico and I think Bernardino County well today in a court of law the woman had the hammer put to her head if you will homo go back down we have a great victory in the court they've ruled that her order is unconstitutional duh I mean it's like we don't even live in America anymore duh I mean I mean do these people think they can get by with this forever anyway Professor Toto has taught you we always win in the end cheers always we always win in a courtroom why because that's where Common Sense prevails that's where arguments 3 can be reasoned out according to the book so that's one great victory we just had another great victory in uh the federal courts once again Barack Obama passed an illegal program called DACA the dreamers illegal aliens we told you the moment he did it it was illegal unconstitutional people called us heartless they called us crazy they said we had no heart but you see emotions can never override the law or you're no longer a republic so the DACA program has for the second time now in a federal court been deemed illegal I want to talk about that word illegal real quick why was it illegal besides 4 the fact that it was unconstitutional they broke a few little bitty rules Obama was supposed to bring that before committee he was supposed to bring that before the Congress he he was supposed to take uh discussion and debate and according to the courts because he missed those two vital steps you know sort of like 2020 where in order to get a mail-in ballot you have to meet two or three you got to go through two or three steps or it's an illegal vote no matter how much you wanted to vote if you bypassed the rules it's illegal and it was just rude to be illegal in the federal courts it's 5 illegal that's two humongous victories for the United States Constitution today we win in the end conservatives or restorationists as I prefer to be called never win in the short term we never win during The Temper of the times ever why emotions just like during covid-19 whenever employers would not let you opt out of the vaccine for religious objection and now after The Temper of the times has died down now they're all losing in court and people are winning boatloads of money because their rights were violated you have to wait for the temper of the times to go down what you have to do and now 6 that the temper of the times of 2020 is beginning to subside truth will come out and it will come out without the emotions it will come out in a court of law so we have had great victories today and I want you to let those victories increase your confidence in the foundation of American jurisprudence we win in the end and we're going to win all of it in the end hang tight Patriots two great victories today Mexico just got a got a hammer put right on her head it's a judge's hammer and he just slung it down on her head unconstitutional that word means something in these United States we are 7 still a republic by the rule of law and we have to fight for that we can't just give up we can't just say oh well no you keep fighting you keep going to court you keep up healing and that's what Donald John Trump is going to do you know a lot of folks have asked me in emails why is Donald Trump trying to recuse the judge in Washington D.C chutka uh little Chuka why is he trying to get rid of ochuca he knows it's going to fail I know I mean people is like why is he even trying to do that he knows she's not going to recuse herself that's not the point you say she's going to mess up on one of 8 these motions eventually maybe on recusing herself she's not going to do it but that is how you win Appeals you follow motions that you know are not going to work but you keep following filing those motions because when you go to appeal if one of those motions should have been approved the whole thing falls apart so that's what Trump's doing and that's what you have to do you have to keep fighting we win in the end so New Mexico congratulations justice has prevailed to the DACA folks that didn't believe it was unconstitutional you were wrong we were right and I told you so I told you so you 9 were wrong we were right like always we are always right why because we stand on the book we don't stand on emotions we don't stand on idealism we don't stand on uh Kumbaya we don't live in Oz we stand on the book The Constitution of the United States if you stand there you'll stand Square have a good day everybody I'll see you in class tomorrow night eight Central at the conservative College thank you for watching

Summary

Professor Toto discusses two recent court victories: a New Mexico governor's gun control executive order being ruled unconstitutional and the DACA program being deemed illegal in federal courts for the second time. He emphasizes that constitutional law prevails in court because reason and the written law override emotions, and argues that conservatives must persist in legal battles because truth eventually emerges when the emotional climate subsides.
