talk to you about um I'm doing this because a lot of times we don't hear many victories lately there goes the train perfect time I'll be right back we're just waiting on the train to pass us back that does not even know the Constitution remember she passed an executive order 2 making gun ownership are carrying a gun rather illegal in this in New Mexico and I think Bernardino County well today in a court of law the woman had the hammer put to her head if you will homo go back down we have a great victory in the court they've ruled that her order is unconstitutional duh I mean it's like we crazy they said we had no heart but you see emotions can never override the law or you're no longer a republic so the DACA program has for the second time now in a federal court been deemed illegal I want to talk about that word illegal real quick why was it illegal besides 4 the fact that it was unconstitutional they broke a few little bitty rules Obama was supposed to bring that before committee
