WHOA - What just happened in the Letitia James case? IS SHE FINALLY CLEAR? - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhivY9bbsBE Transcript: (00:00) Moments ago in New York, a grand jury declined to indict Leticia Gains a second time. I'm not surprised by that. I didn't think it was a good idea to do that. But anyway, what does that mean? Is Leticia James finally cleared in her dreams? Everyone needs to remember this second indictment was never going to happen. (00:31) But the pivotal thing is she is still indicted on the original case. You remember the case that the district court struck down because of a technicality with the uh prosecutor. I won't go back in all of that. Hopefully, you know what I'm talking about. Well, remember that indictment was immediately appealed to the circuit court. (01:03) I have full confidence that the circuit court is going to overturn the district court's ruling and then all those indictments will pick right back up where they left off. And no, the statute on her and James Comey both. And the statute of limitations froze the moment the appeal was filed. So they will not get out of this. (01:29) I believe with all my heart the circuit court's going to overturn it. Why do I believe that? You'll have to go watch my video or read my blog as to why I believe it because I'm too sick to talk about it all tonight. But um if by some chance the circuit did not overturn it, the Supremes will. So Leticia James is still under indictment and what just happened in New York was never going to happen anyway. So now you know. (01:57) I'm Professor Toto and now you know the best of the story. Thanks for watching. Good night.

Summary

In this brief legal commentary, Professor Toto discusses a grand jury’s decision not to return a second indictment against Letitia James. He argues that the development does not finally clear her because the original indictment and related appellate proceedings remain unresolved in his view. He also discusses the statute of limitations and predicts reversal by higher courts. The transcript contains no explicit Scripture citation, direct biblical quotation, or unmistakably identifiable biblical narrative. Therefore, no Scripture references have been indexed.
