Spirit a while back he told me you know he said when we pray and we ask for a healing he doesn't do it for me because of who I am or how I deserve it or what I've done but he does it for one reason and that's for his glory and that's so I'll come up here and I'll say what I ask for and what he did for me [Music] in 2014 I wasn't living real well I was living a real bad life I was selling my blood twice a week hustling doing everything in the world I could just to put another hit of dope in my body or another drink say it I was real sick I mean 46 real sick I had late stage liver failure kidney failure COPD heart disease Diabetes Type 2 everything on the charts and my body was wrong and they told me in in 2014 they said you won't make it to 2019 son there's no way not without medical treatment not without a change in my lifestyle and I was I went out of medical miracle in 2018 God baptized me with a Holy Ghost [Music] and he began to peel onion layers away from my life he began to remove things and desires I used to have [Music] yeah and I believe today he's healed my body but I'm up here tonight to confess thank you Lord and over the 47 last couple weeks I've had doubt things crept back into my life things with my kidneys and knees and it was like the enemy was telling me see you never gotta heal it it's just been in a remission it's just been back or whatever but you know what he's a liar the devil's a liar because there was something I couldn't do last week I'm not going to go into detail about it you go home and you can Google it look it up how to remove a kidney stin on your own and then you'll know what what was in my mind but I've had them put in before I've had to remove them or I've had surgeries before and I fear 48 that surgery it's a terrible one and they came back worse this time than they ever were before come on and they sent me home in the hospital first of all there was a miracle I got to testify to the miracle of the doctors I didn't even know I had medical insurance so I had insurance and was able to get to the doctor get in get seen and get a schedule surgery scheduled for that week immediately so I could get in and get it took out get one of them took care of I believe two are gone I believe I passed one last night last night I believe another one left but last week we were sitting here in 49 church and I'd already missed two sabbaths and I was feeling that I was feeling way disassociated I was feeling doubt I was feeling down and I wasn't feeling like God was listening to me I felt like my Miracles were going the other way they weren't having any Miracles and and doubt began to creep in and people call me and encourage me they were doing things for me but Elder Baker had texted me and she said is there anything you need Elders there anything I can do for you and of course I told her like I told everybody else just pray no everything's fine just pray for me but you know what as 50 soon as I hung that phone up Yahweh told me he says no Rick he says you text her back you call her back and you tell her exactly what you wanted to pray for and what I wanted her to pray for was courage because I didn't have courage to go through what I had to go through I Was Defeated at that point I told my wife right before that she come to me and I just started crying like a little baby just sitting there crying and she thought I was in pain and she couldn't lay her hands on me to pray for him and says are you hurting are you hurting I said no baby I'm not hurt she says well what's the 51 matter what's matter and I just looked there and I said I'm afraid I can't go through and I got to go through anymore I can't do this I'm done and immediately at that time I that's when elder Baker hit me and I text her back I said you know what I need Elder I need courage and I don't know where the courage came from because I've been contemplating since Friday Saturday Sunday ever since they sent me home from surgery with that in me you know how is this going to come out I can't do this there's no way I'm going to be able to do it wow but she she sent me back she says have you always courage 52 take the courage that Yahweh had to Yeshua head use that courage to get through what you got to get through and I begin to ask God for that courage we and right immediately at that time the worship service that came on we turn it on I went got in a bathtub I didn't let my wife know what I was doing I won't go into detail but during that worship service right when the Denny children got nothing I could hear him Pastor began to pray for us and I heard him pray for me and brother Larry and everybody else and at that moment I was able to pull that thing out of me and just shout hallelujah Yahweh 53 did that for me because I couldn't do it there's no way I could do it and I believe last night I believe last night I had another one in my left kidney and I had one in my right kidney then stuck about halfway down but it wasn't like the one in my left kidney it was shutting my kidney down it was blocking it completely from the last night I believe another one passed I mean I didn't have no pain or anything but I I had a real I think it was a stone that came out amen hallelujah so I give Yahweh all the glory amen Hallelujah all right oh we're going to be able to record your driveway with Olaf 54 when I'm word tonight I'm going to do something by the way my grandmother trained me well she trained me to know when to preach and when not to preach so tonight we've already had preaching daddy preached 56 the house down Hallelujah I know when the Holy Ghost has worked so I'm not preaching we're done but if you would give us five minutes my my wife had a word from the Lord today and I just want her to come read it to you you can be seated for just a moment now if she preaches a long time that's on her but we're going to let y'all go home tonight my Lord this church is trained well they all showing me their money like take the money preacher Hallelujah well let's wait till after sister Bond she's not preaching but the lord gave her scripture and she read it to me today we have a routine at the 57 house in the morning she gets her bath and she'll come out with the Bible in her hand all that the Lord has shown her and this morning she read that to me and I said the church needs to hear that and so uh I want you all to listen to your first lady and let her speak with the lord gave her this morning amen praise the Lord everybody so yes I got actually which he don't even know I got a different spot this morning um I cleared out my laundry room because it's got the best Lighting in there of fluorescent lighting and I found a spot a little corner where it's a little small laundry room at that 58 but I felt like I was just closed in in this bright light and Yahweh just wanted to show me something in his word and I said okay so I just obey his voice and I did that this is actually in Joshua chapter 7. 59 I love Joshua and if I can read my writing I'm going to get through this so it's something how my father tonight what he was speaking of about uncovering and getting out sin it's so important in chapter 7 in Joshua I'm just going to read some of the scriptures that I'm going to go off of there but the children this is verse 1 chapter 7 but the children of Israel committed a trespass in the devoted things in verse 2 meaning the house of iniquity where Yahweh had commanded them go up he gave them specific orders but what I took from this is they got so caught up in fleshly things and weren't 60 focusing on what Yahweh had instructed them to do through Joshua their leader and so they got off into their I call it their rabbit holes instead of going on the straight narrow line the way that he was bringing them to and they would look around you know distractions of course on every hand and in the middle of that Yahweh was telling me I'm going to give you more distractions I said what there's not enough distractions he says I'm about to make you even stronger do you know that if you learn to walk away to where you are so alert you're walking alert because do you know that that is the 61 enemy's biggest tool in this world is distractions besides fear distractions on every hand I don't know about you but I can have them all day and all night if I want them they're there they're opportunities though he showed me for you to push past the distractions how many knows that if you were to lift a weight that that weight if you're resisting is going to you're going to have to push to get for that resistance but it's going to bring forth the result it's going to bring forth a bigger muscle whenever you push past the distractions you notice something coming your way during the day and I 62 know I'm getting off a little bit here but this is what he was telling me today if you you know because you're not going to understand you're thinking what am I doing wrong no what are you doing right see because whenever you are in school you're going up levels and grades and you're not staying a baby and yahweh's ways are far beyond our understanding but he has to use ways to grow Us in him that's going to make us sturdy and steady for what's to come in the future we can't be a weak Army you've got to be a strong Army so if you have a distraction that is coming your way and you get alert to 63 it immediately oh that's a distraction I'm not going there I'm going where Yahweh is taking me to in his word every time you resist every time you resist you get stronger every time the resistance brings strength resistance brings strength remember that challenge yourself with that I do every day I challenge my own self I said I know there's going to be distractions I'm equipping myself you get up in the morning in prayer and the meditation in the word and you're being the word and here comes a distraction and it becomes more visible as time goes on when you're alert to it you're not going to 64 be deceived by it the deception of the distraction so I was reading in this where the children of Israel though they had went their own way after you know they had done been taught and instructed what to do and they've got a leader through Joshua and you know Joshua in verse 6 he tore his clothes and fell downward to the Earth in front of the Ark of Yahweh remaining there until evening with dust on his head he was just so distraught and so disappointed and let down that they didn't just hear the voice of Yahweh through their leader don't do this do this you know block that delete that get out 65 of that chat room get out of there because you're gonna I know what you don't know this Spirit of Almighty Yahweh is coming through me to to warn you to tell you to protect you but they had their own little ideas their own little ways so he was just distraught that they were chasing after their own dreams instead of you know what Yahweh is telling them what his plan and vision is they had their own plan and vision so he would he thought everything was over with he was just he said I just I can imagine you know if I were just Josh with that point after all he fought for for all the years and 66 then for it to come to ruins like this and he was just laying on the ground just so discouraged and in chapter I mean in verse 10 Yahweh said to Joshua he said get up why are you lying on your face why are you lying on your face in chat in verse 12 he said I will not be with you anymore unless you destroy whatever among you is devoted to destruction so wait a minute that don't sound like Mr Nice Guy does it that doesn't sound like Yahweh is this lovey-dovey Santa Claus Jesus that the world paints them to be he says I won't even be with you if you don't do as I say to do get the junk out the 67 trunk tell it to go it cannot if it's not if the boat doesn't float Let It Go if it sinks the boat it's got to get out of the boat verse 13 and you guys when he was telling me all this he was at the same time telling me to sanctify yourselves to Tabernacle with him to prepare and consecrate yourselves to Tabernacle with him I've got it tell you every one of you that is going to Tabernacle with him in three weeks he said prepare you don't just go in there okay here I am no there's a lot of soul-searching as my dad was saying tonight there's a lot of soul-searching there's a lot of cleaning up 68 there's a lot of cleaning the house it's been going on for a while but it's for a reason it's a holy holy holy holy time it's not a time that is for jokes or just for you know anything goes and it's just another just another Feast here we come no it's a holy everything about him is Holy everything is Holy in verse 13 He said get up Joshua and make the people ritually ready telling them sanctify and consecrate yourselves you cannot come on you cannot y'all listen I get so excited when I read the word you cannot stand against your enemies until you remove the things which are devoted from your 69 midst oh but Yahweh I'm filled with your spirit and I'm obeying the commands and I'm and I'm doing everything no he says you can't even stand against your enemies if you've got trash in in the midst if you've got junk in the trunk if you've got things that are not holy in the Holy you can't make a Ouija board holy okay you can't pour oil on it and say all right it's holy now he says know the things that are clean and unclean holy and Unholy and pay attention to it and consecrate yourselves and make yourself yourself pure and holy unto me verse 15 the man who is caught up with the devoted 70 things now this is scary this is what Yahweh is saying to Joshua for the man that is caught up with the devoted things the things that he's looking for in the world that his own fleshly desires his own dreams that he's chasing after and he's in the body though he's in here and he's all wavered and looking away and not in unity he said shall be destroyed by fire along with all what belongs to him this is in the word he is transgressed the Covenant of Yahweh and has committed an outage in Israel how can Yahweh say such a thing as that how can he that is how important unity in the body is so 71 important that is how important it is to Yahweh to be aligned in him together as one one one bride one bride for the ones that bow to the worldly things above yah for the ones that did and I'm skipping around trying to follow where I was going here in verse 24. 72 he brought Yahweh brought them to the valley of devastation yes Joshua said why have you devastated them Yahweh will devastate you this very day then all Israel stoned him with stones and after they stoned the rest they burned them and to this day this place is called the valley of Accord the valley of devastation then chapter 8 verse 1. 73 Yahweh said to Joshua do not be afraid do not be discouraged what I want you to do is take the man you got left take the ones that are one mind one Accord and aligned with me you take them and you go and see so Joshua in verse 3 said Joshua and all the fighting men rose up to I and Joshua he chose his best fighting men and sent them out and I'm going to have to end there because I could preach that all night long it's got so much good stuff in it but the point being if you read on past that is that Yahweh he always chooses a man in the in the sun in the season and the time there's always a 74 leader and he works through them and works to tell the people specific details instructions and assignments and orders and plans everything is so detailed to where you're thinking how in the world are we going to even get this straight but Yahweh has to have that one that knows his voice and where he obeys his voice and he speaks as he says to speak and then we listen as he speaks to us and then we walk it accordingly and then the end result of that what was going on it backfired on the army that was after the Israelites in that story it backfired see Yahweh gave him a strategy and a plan to 75 run out of the city and make it look like y'all getting out so they all running after him but it was in point to get it for them to be ambushed for them they they ended them back backfired because the whole city was burned down don't ever underestimate yahweh's plan don't even try to figure it out at times because when it looks like it's worse it's about to be its best Okay so that's the word there that I got out of the end of that when it looks like it's worse every one of those men from the other side was chased them down to kill him ended up they backfired on them and they all went down so 76 stick with yahweh's playing and you can't go wrong amen amen hallelujah my wife and I was talking today she was reading that and I said honey that's a word for the church God told that Pastor he said there's some in the midst of it I don't belong there he said if you don't get rid of them then I'll leave right amen I hope you notice tonight that he hadn't gone nowhere [Music] [Applause] [Music] it's just Devon the part of that story and I don't I mean I've heard that story I've never preached it though but I love verse 1 of chapter eight right after they had stoned the whole family have y'all 77 ever thought about that he said I want God has changed and how he wants to deal with people [Music] but I love what he told him in verse 1. 78 after they adjust I I went back there when she read that in my mind and I imagine being the pastor who was the pastor Joshua and I imagine being Joshua sister Pat I bet that the very one that they had to stole had probably fought in battles with him right by his side I bet they'd shared some meals together I bet he didn't have nothing against them but the Lord did the Lord had something against him because he knew their agenda he knew that they were not of the people and I imagine when Joshua was looking at a member of his church that's gone [Music] I can see him standing there remembering 79 when they cooked dinner for amen when they worked a Toto rally together or when they or when they told him how wonderful he was what a great leader he was and I've and I see him standing there and the Lord says something that seems so cruel [Music] Joshua go Let the dead bury the dead it was the most Supernatural shift I've ever worked in my life and I almost felt like my feet never touched the floor the whole entire 12 ships [Music] Elder Elder Baker um she went to work I'll just tell it it's just family and you know people don't like you if you're a Sabbath keeper they just don't and she they know she doesn't 84 need anything unclean and so she went to use the air fryer and someone had put a note on it season with bacon grease right and so she called and we just went to prayer and asked the Lord to just remove the mountain and I just Rejoice over that tonight amen we have some of that if y'all don't know it or not let me let me tell you we have some of the greatest people on planet Earth in this building this is the most wonderful loving kind congregation and do you know I'm looking around this building I believe that we may be the only church in the world that I know of with a 99 tithing rate amen 85 [Music] [Laughter] I've never most churches that have about a 30 percent you know 30 40 if you lucky 50 percent now not in the old churches they all gave them ties but nowadays and uh but I I think you know that'll bring the blessings of the Lord on this ministry when we're all obedient to the Lord and y'all know we never push for it we don't talk about it but I have found out that if you'll feed the people they'll feed you amen praise the Lord great darling so I never do this but two weeks ago sister Lydia I invited her to come over and go swimming with me we actually are double sisters this church and our previous Church and so she came over and um we went to eat at a Mexican restaurant and all of a sudden we see the Gonzalez is there Gonzalez's and uh sister Chelsea she came over and sat with 87 us and we were talking about what all is going on we prayed together and and brother Gonzalez was sitting in his own Pew with with their boy not you Booth with their boy and I never ever say God told me but suddenly and sister Lydia's in there she can confirm it I just went in there and we were talking to her God told me to tell sister Chelsea when you leave you tell your husband to make sure that he comes to church did she tell you she did tell you I said because God's going to fill him with the Holy Ghost and and God's gonna make him a leader in your family and you just confirmed it and 88 there was there was a big distraction not try to come against it tonight to that destruction better leave you alone and and I just think if you really concentrate concentrate yourself and call upon God you're going to have the Holy Ghost before she comes back I just wanna I just want to say I give God all the glory because it wasn't me because I don't know I will never say stuff like that [Music] wow thank you Lord thank you Lord we appreciate the Gonzalez family so glad they moved here to help us one day he'll be a leader right here with me helping me I know what God's got planned amen there 89 are some people that they come and I know they're leaving I know it I'm just waiting for the time but there's some that God said I've sent to stand beside you and I appreciate every one of you Lord I look at you people and I honestly Daddy I honestly don't know how the Lord lets me be such good people's pastor good people good families good family solid families I mean people that get up and work hard every day and support this church there is no church without you there's none y'all are precious to my wife and I we pray for you I don't pray for you as much as Mom and Daddy does but we do pray 90 for you amen Mom and Daddy get it twice a day we did we get it at least once a day Hallelujah you're getting three times amen your name's getting called out daddy y'all call their names out don't you yeah if he thinks of your name they call him out to the Lord so that's a good thing have you ever noticed since you've been here we've never one time pushed you for money we've never asked you we never push we never most churches can't say that that's all they talk about we've never we never raised an offering here for well a missionary or something but nothing for us and I'm not fixing to so 91 don't get nervous but I want you to know what you got you're blessed solid Church solid I promise you we give more than we get and uh I'm just grateful I'm just in love with y'all I've never seen our church at such a point
