[ SHOW GRAPHIC: DOJ FILING — "CONGRESSWOMAN ILHAN NUR SAID ELMI, A/K/A ILHAN ABDULLAHI OMAR" ] Last week I stood right here and told you about the raid. Federal agents from Homeland Security Investigations, with a judge's signature on the warrant, searching the Washington home of Ilhan Omar. Her phone. Her computer. Her PASSPORT. Her DNA. Well, Class — the story just got a whole lot more interesting. Fifteen news organizations went to federal court asking a judge to unseal that warrant. And yesterday, Jeanine Pirro's office filed its answer — asking the judge to keep it SEALED, because, in their words, the warrant has not yet been FULLY EXECUTED. Write that down. Not fully executed. Ten days after the raid, they're not done. But that's not the part that has Washington talking. [ DRAMATIC PAUSE ] Look at how the United States Department of Justice identifies the Congresswoman in its own filing. Not "Ilhan Omar." "Congresswoman Ilhan Nur Said Elmi — a/k/a — Ilhan Abdullahi Omar." A-K-A, folks. Also known as. In a federal court filing, the name we've all been told for a decade — the name on the ballot, the name on the nameplate, the name on the oath — comes SECOND. As the ALIAS. Now the filing doesn't explain why. Prosecutors didn't say. So the Professor will just lay the facts on the desk and let the Class do the arithmetic. In 2009, Ilhan Omar legally married a man named Ahmed Nur Said Elmi. Nur. Said. Elmi. And for ten years, the allegation has followed her that the man she married was her own BROTHER — married to get him into this country. She denies it. She has always denied it. But the federal government just filed a document calling her by that man's family name. Do you see it? THE DNA AND THE TEXT MESSAGES And here's what's been reported since the raid. NewsNation reports agents collected DNA from multiple family members BEFORE they ever went for the warrant. The New York Times reports it was text messages between family members — off her sister's phone — that helped convince the judge to sign it. A former senior Justice Department lawyer looked at that filing and said it looks like investigators are trying to prove a biological link — and he said he doesn't like how it looks for her. And a former federal immigration judge told Fox News Digital that if investigators establish she used a false identity, every government document she has signed could face scrutiny. Passport applications. Benefits. Loans. VOTING records. And the Wall Street Journal reports the administration's ultimate goal is to strip her citizenship — and deport her. "INTIMIDATION" Now — what does Ilhan say? She posted a video this week. "We're not going to be intimidated. We're not going to be silenced. We're not going to be scared." Then she announced she's moving OUT of her D.C. home. And the Democrats are crying election-year politics. Three weeks before the midterm — how convenient! Except, Class — this is a YEARSLONG investigation by Homeland Security Investigations. A judge signed the warrant. A judge is reading the filings. That's not a campaign stunt. That's a CASE. Let me be precise, because the Professor deals in receipts, not rumors. She has not been charged. An a/k/a in a court filing is not a conviction. Let it go to court. Let a jury see the DNA. Let the chips fall. But I'll tell you this. When the Department of Justice of the United States of America can't call a sitting member of Congress by the name on her nameplate without adding "also known as" — somebody, somewhere, has some explaining to do. "I'VE GOT TOO OLD TO NOT BE GREEDY" [ SHOW IMAGE: VIRGINIA STATE SENATOR L. LOUISE LUCAS ] [ SHOW GRAPHIC: U.S. v. LUCAS — CASE 4:26-CR- 00075 — EASTERN DISTRICT OF VIRGINIA ] And Class — while we're talking about Virginia — hold onto your chalk. Today, a federal indictment was unsealed against one of the most powerful Democrats in the Commonwealth of Virginia. State Senator L. Louise Lucas of Portsmouth. In the Senate since 1992. President pro tempore. Chair of the Senate Finance and Appropriations Committee — the woman who holds the purse strings of the whole state. And the woman who led the Democrats' push to redraw Virginia's congressional map — the one I've told you about on this program. The charges? Racketeering. Marijuana distribution. Money laundering conspiracy. Honest services fraud through bribery. Wire fraud. Eight counts. Seven defendants — including her two DAUGHTERS and her GRANDSON. Prosecutors allege she ran what they call the "Lucas Enterprise" — moving at least one hundred KILOGRAMS of marijuana — and used her power as Finance chair to shield the operation and steer legislation in its favor. Now — I don't want you to take MY word for it. I want you to hear HER words. Because the government put them in the indictment. [ SHOW GRAPHIC: INDICTMENT, PAGE 25 — NOV. 15, 2025 TEXT MESSAGE ] November 2025. A text message from Senator Lucas to an unindicted co- conspirator. She's talking about the marijuana legislation — and she writes: "And, you know I will be carrying the legislation as the Chief Co-patron. Yes, we can make a lot of money but, before we start down that road again; how about we begin with you sending at least a good faith payment of the money you owe me..." — Text message, Nov. 15, 2025, as quoted in the indictment The money she says he owes her? Prosecutors say it's a SEVEN-HUNDRED-AND- FIFTY-THOUSAND-DOLLAR payment she made in August 2022 — to buy a shell company holding a co-conspirator's expected marijuana LICENSE. Do you see it? The lawmaker carrying the bill — "we can make a lot of money." [ SHOW GRAPHIC: INDICTMENT, PAGE 27 — FEB. 9, 2026 PHONE CALL ] February 2026. A phone call. She's discussing the recreational marijuana legislation pending in the General Assembly — and a license that would share the proceeds with her. And according to the indictment, she says: "This is our last chance at generational wealth . . . I've got too old to not be greedy." — Phone call, Feb. 9, 2026, as quoted in the indictment Write that down, Class. Frame it. Hang it in every statehouse in America. "I've got too old to not be greedy." [ SHOW GRAPHIC: INDICTMENT, PAGES 27–28 — CALLS WITH OTHER VIRGINIA LEGISLATORS ] And she didn't keep it to herself. The indictment says she talked about it with OTHER Virginia legislators. March 9th — she calls another legislator: "I got to get the license and I got to get the money rolling in... create some generational wealth." March 11th — on a call with a Virginia legislator about a marijuana festival, she says, "The whole police department protected us." The legislator says the cannabis bill will make sure everything is "on the up and up." And Senator Lucas answers — "and make it legal because I did, when I did it, it was obviously illegal." That same day, on a call with TWO Virginia legislators about marijuana licenses: "we trying to disqualify somebody until he pays me back my money." Using the power to DISQUALIFY a license applicant — until he pays her back. Now let me be precise. Those other legislators are not named in the indictment. They are not charged. And Senator Lucas is presumed innocent — she says this is an attempt to silence her, and she "will not be intimidated." Where have I heard that this week? [ DRAMATIC PAUSE ] But here's the lesson, Class. When a politician tells you it's "political intimidation" — ask one question: whose WORDS are in the indictment? Because these aren't the words of Donald Trump. These aren't the words of Fox News. These are the words of Louise Lucas. "We can make a lot of money." "I've got too old to not be greedy." [ TRANSITION STING ] SEGMENT 4 — DEEP DIVE:  THE MIDTERMS Duration: ~20 minutes [ DEEP INSIGHTS THEME ] Now Class — twelve days. Twelve days until November 3rd. And tonight I'm going to tell you exactly where to look on election night to know who wins the House — before the anchors even finish their coffee. THE BELLWETHER: VIRGINIA'S SECOND DISTRICT [ SHOW GRAPHIC: VIRGINIA 2ND DISTRICT — KIGGANS (R) vs. LURIA (D) ] Virginia 2. Write it down. Virginia Beach. Norfolk. Chesapeake. Hampton Roads. Home of the largest naval base in the world — Naval Station Norfolk — and more military families per square mile than almost anywhere in America. This district can't make up its mind. It's flipped between the parties FIVE times since 2000. Red. Blue. Red. Blue. Red. It is the swing-iest swing seat on the Atlantic coast. And this year, it's a REMATCH. Republican Congresswoman Jen Kiggans — a Navy veteran — against the woman she beat in 2022, Democrat Elaine Luria — a retired Navy commander. And Virginia's polls close at 7 o'clock Eastern. Hampton Roads will be one of the FIRST real tells of the night. Here's the rule: If the Democrats can't take Virginia 2, they don't take the House. THE POLL — AND THE POLLSTER [ SHOW GRAPHIC: CNU WASON CENTER — LURIA 46%, KIGGANS 43% ] Now the Democrats are excited, because Christopher Newport University's Wason Center just put out a poll. Luria 46. Kiggans 43. Luria up THREE. Three points. Inside the margin of error. And Class, I want you to look at WHO took the poll — because this pollster has a track record. Four years ago — same two candidates, same district — the Wason Center polled this race at about this time. Their result? A TIE. Kiggans won by more than THREE. October 2024 — the Wason Center had Kamala Harris beating Donald Trump in Virginia by ELEVEN points. She won by less than SIX. 2020 — they had Biden up twelve. He won by ten. Do you see the pattern? It's not a coin they're flipping. It's a coin with a THUMB on it. Every time, it leans the same direction — toward the Democrat. Sometimes two points, sometimes five. Even the Kiggans campaign says it plain: CNU underestimated her in 2022 AND in 2024. So when the Wason Center hands Elaine Luria a three-point lead — that's not a lead, folks. That's a TIE at best. And a Kiggans win if history holds. One of the Democrats' best candidates, in their number-one target district in Virginia — and their friendliest pollster can only find her three points. That's not a wave. That's a puddle. THE NEXT DOMINO: VIRGINIA'S FIRST DISTRICT [ SHOW GRAPHIC: VIRGINIA 1ST DISTRICT — WITTMAN (R) vs. TAYLOR (D) ] Now right next door — Virginia 1. Rob Wittman. Ten terms. A Democrat hasn't held that seat since 1977. The Washington Post just put out a poll with his challenger, Henrico prosecutor Shannon Taylor, up 50 to 46. Rob Wittman won that district by THIRTEEN points two years ago. Donald Trump carried it. The Washington Post. Up four. In a district the Republicans have held for almost fifty years. I'll let the Class decide how much salt to put on THAT one. Here's your election-night homework. Watch Hampton Roads at 7 o'clock Eastern. If Kiggans holds Virginia 2, and Wittman holds Virginia 1 — the Democrats can start writing the speech they don't want to give. For four years these same Democrats told you a machine could NOT change a vote. "Conspiracy theory." "Big Lie." "Election denier." They kicked people off social media for saying it. And now that they think the machine flipped THEIR vote — suddenly it's a crisis. So pick one. Either the machines can flip votes — and every one of us is owed an apology for 2020. Or they can't — and you can sit down and stop screaming. YOU DON'T GET BOTH. And here's the answer for red and blue alike: PAPER BALLOTS. Marked by hand. Counted where you can see them. Democrats — join us. We've been waiting four years for you. AND TO MY OWN TEAM Now — my MAGA friends who've decided to sit this one out because "they didn't fulfill the mandate." Oh, I'm so sorry. ■ I'm so sorry they shut down the border — crossings at the lowest levels ever recorded, and months on end with ZERO releases into the country. ■ I'm so sorry they passed what the President calls the biggest tax cut in American history. ■ I'm so sorry it takes SIXTY senators to get most things done — and we only have FIFTY-THREE. ■ I'm so sorry they got men out of your daughters' locker rooms and off their teams. ■ I'm so sorry about all the ARRESTS — forty-plus charged in a nationwide food- stamp fraud crackdown, nearly forty-five million dollars stolen from YOU. ■ And I'm so sorry this President signed the law that opened the Epstein files — and his Justice Department released THREE MILLION pages. Name me the administration that did that before. You can't. GET OVER YOURSELF. There are only two teams on this field. Team Red. Team Blue. There is no Team You. There's no Team Marjorie Taylor Greene. She walked off the field and quit Congress in January — and now she's on the sideline predicting the team will lose. And here's the last thing I'll say on it. WHEN YOU VOTE FOR NOBODY — YOU'RE VOTING FOR SOMEBODY. Every Republican who stays home is a gift- wrapped vote for Team Blue. So here's your homework, Class: ■ VOTE. Early, or on November 3rd. No excuses. ■ CHECK YOUR BALLOT. On a touchscreen, read the review screen and the paper record BEFORE you cast it. If something's wrong, tell a poll worker right there. ■ BRING THREE PEOPLE. One vote cancels one vote. Three votes win the precinct. [ TRANSITION STING ] SEGMENT 5 — DEEP DIVE:  THE AD THEY CAN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT Duration: ~12 minutes [ DEEP INSIGHTS THEME ] THE MOTHER AD [ SHOW GRAPHIC: OHIO GOVERNOR — RAMASWAMY (R) vs. ACTON (D) ] Now let's go to Ohio. The governor's race. Vivek Ramaswamy, the Republican, against Dr. Amy Acton, the Democrat — the former state health director. And this week, the Ramaswamy campaign dropped an ad that set the whole country on fire. The woman in the ad is Amy Acton's own mother. Estranged for more than fifty years. And she looks into the camera and calls her daughter a LIAR. Tells Ohio not to vote for her. Ramaswamy owned it — "It is an ad from our campaign." And then he put four million dollars behind it, statewide. And the backlash came from everywhere. Democrats, of course. But Republicans too. Nikki Haley called him a "bad guy." The Vice President of the United States went to Ohio and DEFENDED it. LET ME SAY IT PLAIN So here's where the Professor stands. And I'll give it to you straight, because I don't do spin. Do I wish politics was not war? YES. I do. But it IS war. And war gets ugly. And this ad is UGLY. I'm not going to stand here and tell you it's pretty. A mother against her daughter, on television, in an election — there's nothing pretty about it. Whatever happened in that family fifty years ago is a wound, and wounds don't belong in thirty-second spots. But Class — I'm not going to let the LEFT lecture America about it, either. STOP THE HYPOCRISY [ SHOW GRAPHIC: "TOO MUCH AND NEVER ENOUGH" — MARY TRUMP, 2020 ] Because I remember 2020. I remember when Donald Trump's own NIECE — Mary Trump — wrote a whole BOOK tearing her uncle to pieces. A family member. Going after a candidate. In an election year. And what did the left do? Did they say, "How dare you drag a family into politics"? Did they say, "This is a despicable low"? NO. They put her on every network in America. They made her a number-one bestseller. They called it COURAGE. They called it TRUTH-TELLING. And then — she released secret recordings of Trump's own SISTER criticizing him. His sister. And the media played those tapes on a loop like it was the moon landing. A family member turning on a candidate was a public service — as long as the candidate was named Trump. [ DRAMATIC PAUSE ] Now Class — imagine. Could you imagine — if they could have gotten Donald Trump's MOTHER to cut an ad like this? Oh, my. It would have been the best thing since sliced bread. Wall to wall. Every network. Every morning show. They'd have given it a Peabody, an Emmy, and a spot in the Smithsonian. So spare me the fainting couch. DON'T FOLLOW THEM INTO THE GUTTER And to my own side — the conservatives running to the microphones to clutch their pearls along with the left — STOP falling into the left lane gutter WITH the left. You can say an ad is ugly — I just did — without joining the chorus of the very people who cheered when it was done to OUR guy. You don't have to defend the ad to see straight through the outrage. Because the outrage isn't about the ad, folks. It's about the target. When it's Trump, family is fair game. When it's their candidate, family is sacred. That's not a principle. That's a team jersey. Just STOP. With the HYPOCRISY. Already. [ TRANSITION STING ] SEGMENT 6 — DEEP DIVE:  EQUAL MEANS EQUAL Duration: ~10 minutes [ DEEP INSIGHTS THEME ] NINE TO NOTHING [ SHOW IMAGE: MARLEAN AMES ] Meet Marlean Ames. Nearly two decades at the Ohio Department of Youth Services. In 2019, she applies for a promotion — and the job goes to a lesbian co-worker. Shortly after, she's DEMOTED — bumped down to a secretarial role with a big pay cut. And her old job? Given to a 25-year- old gay man. So she sued. Discrimination — because she's STRAIGHT. And the courts said: not so fast, lady. You're in the MAJORITY. So you have to clear a HIGHER bar than everybody else. You have to prove "background circumstances" — that your employer is that rare, unusual employer that discriminates against the majority. A higher bar. For the same law. Because of who you are. The trial court threw her out. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed. And she took it all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States. [ SHOW GRAPHIC: AMES v. OHIO DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH SERVICES — 9–0 — JUNE 5, 2025 ] NINE. TO. NOTHING. Not five-four. Not six-three. UNANIMOUS. Every conservative. Every liberal. And who wrote the opinion? Justice Ketanji Brown JACKSON — Joe Biden's appointee. And the ruling was simple enough for a child: the law protects EVERY employee the same. Majority or minority. Straight or gay. There is no second-class plaintiff under Title VII. Equal means EQUAL. HOW COULD ALL THESE COURTS GET IT SO WRONG? Now Class, you're asking the right question. How could a trial judge AND a federal appeals court get something this plain this wrong — that the Supreme Court had to overrule them unanimously? Here's the lesson — and write it down, because they don't teach it in school. A lower court doesn't get to fix a bad rule. It has to FOLLOW it. The district judge in Ohio was bound by the Sixth Circuit's precedent. And that "background circumstances" rule was the law of the Sixth Circuit — and of FIVE federal circuits across this country. The judge could think it was wrong. He still had to apply it. And the appeals panel was bound by its own circuit's earlier rulings, too. That's the machine. A bad rule, once it's written, rolls downhill for DECADES — until somebody like Marlean Ames has the backbone to carry it all the way UP the hill. Only one court in this country can tear a bad rule out by the roots. And it did. Nine to nothing. SHE WON THE RIGHT TO FIGHT Now — let's be precise, because the Professor deals in receipts. The Supreme Court did NOT rule that she was discriminated against. It ruled she gets to make her case under the SAME standard as everybody else. Her case went back down to Ohio to be decided on the facts. And this summer, she filed a NEW lawsuit — alleging the agency retaliated against her for winning at the Supreme Court. Reassigned. Restricted. Passed over again. Those are her allegations — and a court will hear them. But here's what she already won. For every straight worker, every white worker, every Christian worker, every man, every MAJORITY anything in America — the courthouse door is open the same width it's open for everybody else. That's not "reverse discrimination." There's no such thing as reverse. There's just DISCRIMINATION — and the law forbids it. All of it. For everybody. Equal means EQUAL. [ TRANSITION STING ] SEGMENT 7 — I TOLD YOU ✅ SOOOO Duration: ~6 minutes [ I TOLD YOU SO STING ] [ SHOW IMAGE: "I TOLD YOU SOOOOOOO" ] THE FOSTER PARENTS WHO WOULDN'T BOW I TOLD YOU SOOOOOOO. I told you how this would turn out. Every time the State comes for the conscience of a believer — and the believer STANDS — the believer WINS. And here it is. [ SHOW GRAPHIC: SHANE & JENNIFER DEGROSS — PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON ] Meet Shane and Jennifer DeGross of Port Orchard, Washington. Christian foster parents. Nine YEARS. Four children loved, fed, and raised in their home. And in 2022, the State of Washington told them: you want to keep your license? Then you will use whatever pronouns and whatever chosen name the child picks — and you will "affirm" the State's views on gender identity and sexuality. And the DeGrosses said no. Listen to Shane DeGross — and Class, the name alone tells you he's a good man — "Those views directly conflict with the biblical worldview of human sexuality. So, as Christians, we just couldn't accept that. Our allegiance is to God and the truth of Scripture." — Shane DeGross, to Fox News Digital So Washington refused to renew their full license. And they sued. And a federal judge ruled the State's requirement plausibly violates the FIRST AMENDMENT. And the State of Washington — the bluest of the blue — folded. THE SCOREBOARD ■ A permanent injunction. Religious families can serve as foster parents WITHOUT promoting gender ideology. ■ Washington is prohibited from requiring foster parents to use chosen pronouns against their sincerely held religious beliefs as a condition of their license. ■ The State is rewriting its rules. ■ And the State reportedly pays $250,000 in legal fees to the lawyers who beat it. And here's the best part — this was the SECOND time. Washington had already settled an earlier lawsuit over a nearly identical policy — and then turned around and wrote a new one. And they got beat AGAIN. Write it down, Class: The State can make a rule. The State cannot make a Christian kneel. They came for the foster home. They lost. They'll come for the next one — and they'll lose that, too. Because we win in the end. I TOLD YOU SOOOOOOO. [ DRAMATIC PAUSE ] Now Class, I'm going to let you in on a secret. That post is a JOKE. The woman who wrote it is a conservative commentator. She was trolling. She even followed up and said she hopes the reports of Republicans staying home are true — winking all the way. And half the internet couldn't tell it was a joke. Do you know WHY? Because the Democrat nominee for the United States Senate in the great State of Texas actually SAID it. Not a parody. Not an impersonator. James Talarico — in 2022 — standing in the pulpit of his church in Austin — told his congregation: "Our trans community needs abortion care too." From the PULPIT, folks. This is the same James Talarico who once said God is "nonbinary." The same James Talarico who told a hearing there are "six really common biological sexes" — and now he's walking it back, because he's running statewide in TEXAS. That's the Land of Oz, Class. When the satire writes itself — because the candidate already wrote it for them. When you can't tell the joke from the platform — the platform IS the joke. OZ STORY 2 — THE MAYOR WHO SNAPPED [ PLAY VIDEO: PINE BARRENS TRIBUNE — PEMBERTON TOWNSHIP COUNCIL MEETING ] Now let's go to Pemberton Township, New Jersey. Wednesday night. Township council meeting. And the MAYOR — Matthew Bianchini — gets up from the dais and CHARGES across the room at a resident in the audience. He has to be held back by a former police chief — a man he FIRED two weeks ago. Then he's dragged out of the room by a councilman who's a retired township cop. And on the way out, he's hollering at the resident, "I am getting you — I am" — well, Class, I'll let you fill in the blank. It wasn't a Bible word. And the resident? He's demanding the mayor be ARRESTED. And here's the part the clip doesn't show you. The township's own video shows the resident waving at the dais and flipping the mayor off right before the mayor charged. And in August — at ANOTHER meeting — the mayor and that same resident were caught flipping each other the bird across council chambers. And the mayor's explanation? "I just basically snapped." And before somebody emails me — yes. The mayor is a REPUBLICAN. Up for re-election. I don't care what jersey he's wearing. This isn't a red story or a blue story. It's a VIRTUE story. THE LESSON Two grown men. A public meeting. The people's business. And the government of a whole township comes down to which one of them can be the bigger animal. Folks — animals can't govern themselves. John Adams told you this in 1798: "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." — John Adams, 1798 And Benjamin Franklin before him: "Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom." — Benjamin Franklin, 1787 The Constitution was never designed to restrain a people who will not restrain themselves. It assumed a people with a conscience. A people who could disagree without a fist. A people who feared YAHWEH more than they hated their neighbor. When the mayor and the citizen can't sit in the same room without becoming animals — the Constitution has nothing left to hold onto. Rest in peace, America. He said YAHWEH was listening to the prayers of the FOREFATHERS — and the present fathers — to bring what He promised to this nation. And he said YAHWEH would place many into a sleep — that He might draw out of them — the beauty of the BRIDE. Not the death of the nation. The rising of the BRIDE. PART TWO — THERE WAS A DAY There was a day in America — There was a day when this nation knew an enemy ideology when it saw one. There was a day when NAZISM was the enemy of the American dream. There was a day when COMMUNISM was the enemy of the American way of life. There was a day when SOCIALISM, FASCISM, and every system that would trade a man's freedom for a master's program was called by its right name. And there was a day when we wrote it into LAW. The Smith Act of 1940. The Communist Control Act of 1954. The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 — barring members of totalitarian parties from entering this country — still on the books TONIGHT. America did not ask a man what he prayed. America asked him WHAT CARD HE CARRIED. There was a day. But America has forgotten the name of the enemy. So tonight — I came to say it. PART THREE — THE WATCHMAN I had no plans to be here tonight. There was no show on the calendar. There was no script on the desk. But YAHWEH arrested my mind. And when YAHWEH arrests your mind, you do not ask for a lawyer. You do not ask for a delay. You open your mouth. So, America — I need to talk to you. Not as a host. Not as a commentator. As a WATCHMAN on the wall. Because there is a word in Ezekiel that will not let me sleep: "But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them... his blood will I require at the watchman's hand." — Ezekiel 33:6 Now Class — I have seen the sword. And I will not have your blood on my hands. So tonight I blow the trumpet. "Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet." — Isaiah 58:1 [ BEAT ] PART FOUR — WHILE MEN SLEPT YAHSHUA told a parable. A man sowed good seed in his field. "But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way." — Matthew 13:25 Do you see it? The enemy did not come with tanks. He did not come with trumpets. He did not come at noon. He came WHILE MEN SLEPT. And he did not burn the field. He PLANTED in it. And the tares grew up right alongside the wheat — same soil, same rain, same sun — until the day the harvest came and the farmer found his field was no longer his own. America — you are asleep in your own field. And tonight I have come to shake you by the shoulders. PART FIVE — MORE THAN A RELIGION Now hear me carefully, because the enemy is counting on you to hear me wrong. I am not here tonight about a man's prayers. America has never feared a man's prayers. In 1797, John Adams signed the Treaty of Tripoli, and the United States Senate ratified it unanimously, declaring that this nation held no enmity against the laws or religion of the Muslim world. America never feared the prayer rug. America feared — and America FOUGHT — something else entirely. Write it down: America has never gone to war against a man's prayers. America has gone to war against every PROGRAM that would rule him. And here is what they will not tell you on the evening news: What I am warning you about tonight is more than a religion. It is a NATION — an ummah with no borders, claiming allegiance above every flag. It is a LAW — sharia, a complete legal code governing marriage, money, crime, punishment, speech, and the state. It is a GOVERNMENT — a movement that teaches that this law must one day rule, not just the believer, but the land. It is a WAY OF LIFE — and it does not intend to share the house. It intends to own it. Its name is Islamism. Political Islam. Sharia supremacy. A faith that has put on a crown. PART SIX — THEY WROTE IT DOWN "Professor, that's a conspiracy theory." No, Class. That's a COURT EXHIBIT. In 2008, the United States government convicted the leaders of the Holy Land Foundation — at the time, the largest Islamic charity in America — for funneling money to Hamas. And entered into evidence in that federal trial was a document written in 1991 by a member of the Muslim Brotherhood's leadership in North America. They called it an "Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America." And here is how it described their work in this country: A "grand Jihad" aimed at "eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within." FROM. WITHIN. Not from the shore. Not from the sky. From WITHIN. Kim Clement said "from the inside." The Brotherhood said "from within." One was a prophet. One was a plotter. They were describing the SAME thing. They called it a "civilization-jihadist process." They spoke of "settlement" — planting the movement in America: its centers, its institutions, its organizations, its people in every field. Town by town. Council by council. School board by school board. The tares among the wheat. They did not hide it, Class. They WROTE IT DOWN. The only thing missing was an America awake enough to read it. PART SEVEN — THEY TOLD THE WORLD "Well, Professor, that's one memo." Then let's go to the governments. In 1990, the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation — the governments of the Muslim world — adopted the Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam. And they wrote that every right and freedom in the declaration is "subject to the Islamic Shari'ah." Then they wrote that sharia is the ONLY source of reference for interpreting any of it. Do you see it? Your right to speak — subject to sharia. Your right to worship — subject to sharia. Your daughter's rights — subject to sharia. Now hold that up against the Constitution of the United States, which says the PEOPLE are the source of government, and that no law stands above the supreme law of this land. Two documents. Two sovereigns. Two kingdoms. And no man — no man alive — can bow to both thrones at once. "No man can serve two masters." — Matthew 6:24 PART EIGHT — THE BOOK HAS BOTH Now Class, open your notebooks. Because the movement does not make this up. It quotes chapter and verse. On supremacy — Surah 9:33 and 48:28 — Allah sent his messenger with the true religion to make it prevail over ALL religion. Surah 3:19 — the only religion accepted with Allah is Islam. Surah 3:85 — whoever seeks any other religion, it will never be accepted. On alliance — Surah 5:51 — believers are told not to take Jews and Christians as allies or protectors. Surah 3:28 — believers are told not to take unbelievers as allies over believers. Surah 4:144 — the same warning, again. On war — Surah 9:5 — when the sacred months pass, fight and kill the polytheists wherever you find them, unless they repent and submit. Surah 9:29 — fight those among the People of the Book who do not believe, until they pay the jizya tax and are humbled. Surah 8:60 — prepare whatever force you can to strike terror into the enemy. On the one who leaves — Surah 4:89 — seize and kill those who turn back, as the classical commentators read it. And Class — I will also read you the other verses, because I fear no verse. Surah 60:8 — kindness and justice to those who do not fight you. Surah 8:61 — if they incline toward peace, incline toward it. Surah 109:6 — to you your religion, to me mine. So which one rules? Here is the answer the movement gives: the classical doctrine of abrogation — naskh — teaches that when verses conflict, the LATER one cancels the EARLIER one. And Surah 9 — the sword chapter — is among the very last revealed. The book has the treaty AND the sword. And that is EXACTLY why you must ask every man who seeks your vote: Which one rules YOU? PART NINE — A FAITH THAT DEMANDED THE STATE Remember what I told you at the top, Class? There was a day America called Nazism by its right name. And they will tell you, "But Professor, Nazism was politics. This is religion." Don't you believe it. The historians have a name for Nazism — they called it a POLITICAL RELIGION. It had a MESSIAH — and his name was Adolf Hitler. It had a LITURGY — torches, banners, a hundred thousand voices at Nuremberg. It had its CRUSADES — and they called them pogroms. It had its PROMISED KINGDOM — a Reich to last a thousand years. That was not a party. That was a FAITH — a faith that demanded the state. And here is the part of the story they buried, Class. On November 28, 1941, Haj Amin al-Husseini — the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem — sat down in Berlin with Adolf Hitler. He spent the war broadcasting Nazi propaganda to the Arab world. He helped recruit Muslim volunteers for the Waffen-SS. The bridge between the swastika and the sword of political Islam is not my metaphor. It is a PHOTOGRAPH. PART TEN — COULD YOU EVER HAVE IMAGINED? So let me ask you, America — Could you ever have imagined — in 1946, the camps just opened, the ashes still warm — a man standing up in Ohio to run for Congress, and when you asked whether he still held to the Party's program, he smiled and said, "That's my private belief"? America would have laughed him out of the county. Could you ever have imagined — in 1955 — a candidate refusing to say whether Moscow or the Constitution came first... and WINNING? Could you ever have imagined — on September 12, 2001, with the dust of the Towers still in the air — that within ONE generation, an American would be called a bigot for simply asking which law a candidate serves? Could you ever have imagined a government chanting "DEATH TO AMERICA" at official rallies since 1979 — for more than forty years — and our own leaders telling us, "They don't really mean it"? Could you ever have imagined an American city — Hamtramck, Michigan — where the voters elected an all-Muslim city council, and that council banned the Pride flag from city property on religious grounds, and the very people who demand YOUR tolerance went SILENT? I am not asking you to agree with that flag. I am asking you to SEE the PATTERN. Their rules for you. Their law for them. And their law, once it holds the gavel, for EVERYONE. PART ELEVEN — WHAT IF? What if a man swore an oath on Monday to the Constitution, and his creed told him on Tuesday that the oath was void? Which man shows up to vote on Wednesday? What if your doctor's license read: "Subject to his religious law"? Would you still lie down on the table? What if your daughter's rights depended on which courthouse she walked into? What if the city council in YOUR town, the school board in YOUR county, the statehouse in YOUR capital, answered to a law that YOU never voted for, written in a land YOU never saw? And Class — what if a PASTOR ran for office and said, "Torah law overrides the Constitution, and I will govern by it"? I would vote against him too. Write that down. Because that is how you KNOW this is not about whose prayers you pray. It is about WHOSE LAW YOU WILL ENFORCE. PART TWELVE — THE PARABLES OF THE WATCHMAN Hear the parables, America. The Trojan Horse. Troy did not fall to the army at the gate. Troy fell to the gift it wheeled inside itself. And that gift's name was "tolerance." The Two Captains. A ship cannot sail with two captains holding two maps. When the storm comes, one of them must let go of the wheel. Ask every candidate: which captain do you obey? The Termites. Termites never knock the house down. They hollow it out — beam by beam, board by board — until it collapses under its own weight and the owner never heard a sound. That is "destroying the Western civilization from within." Their words. Not mine. The Two Operating Systems. You cannot run two operating systems on one machine at the same time. One boots. The other waits its turn. And sharia as a governing law is NOT compatible with the Constitution. The Card in the Wallet. In 1950, no one asked a man what he prayed. They asked what card he carried. The question was never his faith. It was his ALLEGIANCE. The Frog in the Pot. It is not the boil that kills the frog. It is the warm water he called COMFORTABLE. Town by town. Council by council. One degree at a time. The Prenup. You would never marry someone whose contract says the marriage is void the moment it becomes inconvenient. So why would you ELECT someone whose highest law says the same thing about his OATH? PART THIRTEEN — TO MY MUSLIM NEIGHBOR [ SOFTER ] And now a word to someone listening tonight who may not expect it. To the Muslim American who fled Tehran, who fled Kabul, who fled the morality police and the sharia court — who crossed an ocean to breathe free air — I am not talking about you. You know this beast better than any man in this room. You have seen its face. You ran from its sword. So stand on the wall with me. Tell your neighbors what you saw. Tell them what the gavel of sharia sounds like when it falls on a woman. Because the movement I am warning America about is the same movement that chased YOU here. PART FOURTEEN — ARISE, O BRIDE [ BUILD — SLOW TO FULL VOLUME ] So hear the word, America. "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness." — Isaiah 5:20 They have called the warning HATE. They have called the watchman a BIGOT. They have called the trumpet NOISE. And all the while, the tares grow. So I will say it plainly, because a watchman has no business whispering: When a movement chants "DEATH TO AMERICA," quotes chapter and verse to justify it, writes in its own memo that it means to destroy your civilization FROM WITHIN — and YOU are the infidel it is talking about — you might want to PAY ATTENTION. Wake up, America. Wake up, Church — you have been singing while the field was sown. Wake up, Pastor — your pulpit was built for trumpets, not lullabies. Wake up, Father — your daughter's rights are on the ballot. Wake up, Voter — and ask the question. Ask it at the town hall. Ask it at the school board. Ask it at the statehouse. Ask it of EVERY candidate, of EVERY faith: "When your law and our Constitution collide — WHICH ONE RULES YOU?" And if they will not answer — Class — THAT IS YOUR ANSWER. [ BEAT ] And to the Bride of YAHSHUA, scattered across this land tonight — The prophet said the nation would look hypnotized. Let it look that way. Because out of the sleep of a nation, YAHWEH draws a BRIDE. So ARISE. The enemy said, "From within." Then let the answer come from within, too — from within the prayer closet, from within the congregation, from within the heart of a Bride who will NOT sleep through the harvest. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him." — Matthew 25:5–6 ALL of them slept. The wise and the foolish alike. The difference was not who stayed awake. The difference was who had OIL in the lamp when the cry came. Family — the cry is coming. Maybe it's already started. And the question is not whether you dozed off. The question is: when you hear it, is there oil in your lamp? Paul said it to the church in Rome: "And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed." — Romans 13:11 And Isaiah said it to Zion: "Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people." — Isaiah 60:1–2 Notice the order. The darkness covers the earth — and THAT is when the light arises. The Bride doesn't shine in spite of the darkness. She shines BECAUSE of it. And the promise for a nation has never changed: "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." — 2 Chronicles 7:14 Not "if the government." Not "if the Congress." If MY PEOPLE. So this week, obedience looks like this. Fill your lamp. Pray with your family — out loud, with your children listening. Pray for this nation by name. Pray for the watchmen on the wall. Pray for the Muslim family down the street — that they would know the Messiah who never needed a sword to win a heart. And on November 3rd, walk into that booth like a free man who knows who his King is.
