Shane Vaughn ——— First Harvest Ministries International 1 hello everybody Pastor Vaughn I want to answer a question that we've received here at the ministry first Harvest Ministries concerning the holy days basically the question is this if the holy days are to be kept exclusively in Jerusalem where the Lord has placed his name then how can we keep the holy days at any place we choose outside of Jerusalem great question with a great answer I want to read a few scriptures to you that seems to indicate that we could only keep the Feast at Jerusalem let's start with those scriptures and we're going to start in Deuteronomy in the Torah chapter 16 and verse 2. 2 Deuteronomy 16 verse 2. and you shall sacrifice the Passover to Yahweh your Elohim from the flock of the herd in the place where Yahweh chooses to establish his name so according to that verse we can only keep Passover correctly if we do it in Jerusalem to at the temple where his name was established so according to our antagonists that do not keep the holy days they say well there's no more Temple and that's where you're supposed to keep the Passover are they correct let's find out read another verse Deuteronomy 16 verse 11. 3 and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God in the place where Yahweh chooses to establish his name now that was concerning the Feast of Pentecost which we're going to celebrate here in just a few days so according to Deuteronomy 16 and 11 unless we celebrate it in Jerusalem at the temple that we have not kept it correctly next verse let's talk about the Feast of Tabernacles that we all love in the month of October Deuteronomy 16 and 15. 4 seven days you shall celebrate a feast unto Yahweh your Elohim in the place where the Lord chooses that verse seems to tell us that if we just choose a place to have it such as Lake Guntersville or on our land here then we have not kept it according to Torah those are fair assumptions but they're not correct okay so the first question we have to ask is where did Yahweh choose to place his name because that is the prerequisite for correctly keeping these three or seven Feast of Israel well let's go back and we're going to find out that the first place that Yahweh ever put his name was not 5 Jerusalem it was actually a place called Shiloh in the land of Ephraim in the territory of Ephraim and his name remained there 350 years so at one time on planet Earth he had placed his name at Shiloh but the priest the priests corrupted Shiloh and Yahweh abandoned that location and then he moved his name to Jerusalem or Jerusalem between the borders of Judah and Benjamin now even though men continue to keep their feast in Shiloh after his presence had departed from there they were violating the law think about that if his presence which is his name has Departed that that is no longer the 6 place where he has placed his name okay so God is no longer at Shiloh once he moves it to Jerusalem then his name remained in Jerusalem for 350 years there's 700 years where we can track his name where he placed it but just like Shiloh remember the more things change the more they stay the same it's one big circle exactly what happened at Shiloh guess where else it happened you guessed it in Jerusalem we read about that in the Book of Ezekiel chapter 10 verse 18. 7 Ezekiel chapter 11 and verse 23 Ezekiel Saul that the glory of Yahweh actually Departed from Jerusalem just like it did Shiloh this happened right after the king of Babylon came and destroyed Jerusalem took all the holy vessels to Babylon and then destroyed the temple altogether here's a news flash that a lot of people do not comprehend the glory never returned [Music] to that location even when the people returned from Babylon and built another Temple the glory had fully Departed from Jerusalem Ezekiel Saw The Glory leave as far as the Mount of Olives on the east side of Jerusalem away from 8 the temple 600 years later yahshua was crucified right where Ezekiel Saw The Glory depart two okay so now the glory has departed from the temple to the place where Yeshua himself would be crucified 600 years later then something interesting happens he placed his name on Yeshua it's no longer at the temple it is on the sun all authority in heaven and earth been given to the son however he then once the son ascends to the father what does he do what does he do with the glory his name his authority he sends it back to Earth in the form of the Holy Spirit upon the disciples that were gathered in 9 the upper room at the Feast of Pentecost Acts chapter 2 verse 1. 10 you can read all about it this marks a pivotal point where Yahweh begins to reside in a third Temple that was being built and First Peter chapter 2 verse 5 tells us that this new Temple is made up of living Stones not scattered stones at some Western Wall no no no a new Temple with living stones built upon the foundation of yahshua and the apostles that's in Ephesians 2 20 through 22 but now I would like to bring you to the Book of Revelation chapter 22 and verse 4. 11 this is speaking of that Third Temple you and I this is speaking of those that have become those Living Stones listen to what it says Revelations 22 and 4. 12 and his name yahweh's name shall be on their foreheads now this happened at the day of Pentecost he took his name that's why we must be baptized in his name and placed his people those living stones in baptism in the name of yahshua Yahweh is my savior as we are baptized in the name the name is transferred unto us he places his name on his third Temple Upon Our foreheads or in our minds First Corinthians 3 and verse 16 says these words the place where the Lord chooses to establish his name was the Temple of our very own bodies brothers and sisters wherever the Third Temple gathers together in my name there will I be also any place that you keep the Passover or Pentecost or Tabernacles is the very place where he has placed his name thank
