Sermon: Part 2 - THE PEOPLE OF THE PRESENCE 9/10/23 - Shane Vaughn Shane Vaughn ——— First Harvest Ministries International 1 Tonight I'm going to teach you more about the presence, people of presence, the presence of the Lord. We're going to go to Ezekiel chapter 1 verse 22. And it is my intention to get you out early tonight. Many of you have to work in the morning. Praise the Lord. There was a shape spread out over the heads of the living creatures. Like an expanse of dazzling crystal and awesome. Under their expanse, their wings stretched out of the living creatures. Like an expanse of Well, I've already read that one. Sorry. Verse 23. Under this expanse, their wings stretched out one toward the other. 2 Each one had two spreading this side and that side. And each had two covering their bodies. And when they carried it, notice who's carrying it. And what is it? It is the presence of the Lord. The throne of God. But as a matter of fact, if we go back to verse number Let's go back to verse number I would say verse number four. And I looked and behold a whirlwind came out, a great cloud with fire surrounded by light. And from within the midst of the fire, the appearance of Hashmal, brilliant whiteness with colors of fire. Now, go to verse one. 3 It began in the 13th month of the fourth month, 14th year of the fourth month, on the fifth day, as I was among the captives by the river Chebar, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions from Yahweh. Now, we're going to go back to where we left off in verse 25. A voice came from the expanse that was over their heads, so they stood still and their wings stopped. Above the expanse over their head was the likeness of a throne. Hallelujah. Ladies and gentlemen, there's something carrying the throne. The throne is mobile. There's no such thing as a throne sitting in heaven in one place. 4 The throne of Yahweh is transported You're going to learn a lot tonight. from place to place. The throne never sits still. Hallelujah. As a matter of fact, it's set in here tonight. The throne moves from place to place, wherever it's welcome. Wherever an atmosphere has been provided for the throne, the living creatures will bring the throne to that place. And this is what's happening to Ezekiel. He sees the throne, but under the throne, and this is so key that you get it. It is being transported by angels. 5 Now, the Lord has taught me a great mystery the last Thursday when I was studying for this message. He said, "I'm going to teach you the secret to tell my people how to bring in my presence among them." And I And I thought it was going to be some great mystery, and I've read it a million times. And he said these words to me, "Wherever the angels are welcome is where the throne will appear." Because the angels transport the throne, the presence of God. Amen. We'll keep reading. Uh verse 26, "Above the expanse of their head was the likeness of a throne, in appearance like sapphire stone. 6 And above on the likeness of the throne was the figure with the appearance of a man. I've always told you Yahweh looks just like you do. Y'all need to get this thing out of your mind that he's some gray blob out in outer space somewhere. Amen. Someone said, "Pastor Von, do you believe in aliens?" I said, "I pray to one every day." Amen. He's not of this world. He's extraterrestrial. Amen. But he looks just like a man. The Bible said he's got hands, arms. And the problem we make in Christianity is over-spiritualizing Yahweh. And we make him a God that's unapproachable, that he's just light. 7 No, no, no, no, no. Light surrounds him, but he is the appearance of a man. Y'all okay? Okay, just making sure. Whenever Yeshua was on the earth, he told them, "Don't stop those children from coming to me because their angels do behold the face of my father in heaven." Yahweh has a face. And you have got to come to know your father not as a creature, but as a man, as an image of a man. Now, he's not a man, his image is that of a man. He is spirit, and but his body looks just like yours is going to look when it's changed in the resurrection. 8 And so Ezekiel said, "I saw a man, and uh the Bible said in verse 28, like the sight of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the brightness surrounding the man. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of Yahweh. When I saw it, I fell on my face, then I heard the voice of one who spoke." Tonight, part two of the people of the presence. You may be seated tonight. Thank you, Lord. Help us to hear your word tonight, Lord. Help us to understand your word and to move into a new level of your presence at all times. Amen. 9 I'm going to go now to the book of Hebrews chapter 1 verse 14, and we'll read there in your hearing. Mhm. And we'll start at verse number eight. Hebrews 1:8. Y'all don't even have to back me up tonight. I know where I'm going. I don't even need no help tonight. Cuz I know where I'm going. Hallelujah. But to the son he says, "The throne of your father is forever and ever. A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated evil. 10 Therefore, Yahweh your father has anointed you, Yeshua, with the oil of gladness more than your companions." Now, who are those companions? It's you and I. Even though we have the same oil that Yeshua has, he was anointed with more oil than his companions. That's you and I. He got a little more than a dab of it. He got it without measure. Praise the Lord. Verse 10. "And you, Yahweh, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth and the heavens are the work of your hands. Those who are wicked will perish because of their sins, but you will remain. 11 Yes, all of them will wear out like a garment, like clothing, you will change them, and those old garments will pass away. But you remain the same and your years will have no end. But to which of the angels has he ever said, "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool?" Now, here's what he's telling you. The angels are gods. People don't realize that. But the Bible said the angels are part of the Elohim. And the Elohim is the God family. It is the family of divine beings. The angels are gods. But they're not Yahweh. They're not the creator God, but they are divine. 12 Anything divine is a god. Brother Branham, I don't believe that. I don't care what you believe. Tell you what the Bible says. The Bible said Satan is God. I'll let you all just look at me like a bunch of fools. Satan is a god. Why? He's an angel. Now, do you understand when I say angels are gods? They are above humans. Therefore, they are gods. And the reason Yahweh gave that commandment about not making any graven image because the children of Israel were even beginning to worship those angels as gods. That commandment only has to do with the fallen angels. All right? 13 Now, notice what he said, "But I never promised one of those angels to sit at my right hand even though they are gods and you're not. My plans for you will be to rule the angels. One day people's going to understand the message you hear when you come to this church. It's deeper than you understand. It's the revelation you won't hear at camp meeting, you won't hear it anywhere. There's a truth that flows from this pulpit that is so rare that I'm afraid it worries me sometime when the way y'all respond to the word. Do y'all like y'all do me? 14 Get that thing out of your mind that wants to rebut when you hear something you don't understand. And say I want to know because you have got to get to a point where you understand God's purpose for your life. It's greater than that of angels. And angels are gods. So is Lucifer. That's why the Bible tells us when they told Yeshua they said you claim to be God. He said, "No." He said, "I have told you that I'm the son of God. And you assumed I was saying that I'm God because anything that's a son of God has to be a what? Come on now. SO ANYTHING THAT'S A SON OF GOD is a god. 15 That's why the Bible said that the angels were with God Yahweh. That's why I tell you not to use the generic term God. It messes the Bible up. You see how I just said they're gods, but they're not God? If you'll change God to Yahweh, they're gods, but they're not Yahweh. Now you see the difference in the Elohim family. Now this is deep stuff that you need to know. So that's why we like to use the names because the nouns are generic. They're just too generic. So when I That's why when I said a while ago angels are gods, people went, "What? 16 I thought there was only one god." There's only one Yahweh. Only one creator god. But the word god means divine. That's all it is. Divine. Divine just means not human. It does. You shall have no other gods because there are other gods. I love when people say, "Ain't no other god." Then you don't even believe the first commandment. There are plenty of gods. The angels are gods. And and and if you're not if you're not careful and you don't learn that they are gods, and then you won't understand just how important you are because Paul said that you are going to judge the gods. The angels. 17 That's why when people make an excuse why they're not living right, and they say, "Well, I'm not god." Darling, you've almost got to get better than that because YOU'RE GOING TO JUDGE THE GODS. HALLELUJAH. Praise god. When you learn these things, your Bible will open up for you. And the reason I'm I'm going slow tonight, the reason I'm starting off in first gear is because you've got to change your thinking about the angels and who they are and what they do. 18 He says in verse 14, "The angels are ministering spirits sent forth to serve the rulers of the gods." Brother Branham, my Bible don't say that. Yes, it does. Yes, it does. You got to know how to read it. What does it say? They're ministering spirits. What's another word for ministering? Servants. All right? They are servants sent forth to minister for those who will be what? Heirs of salvation. Now, those heirs OF SALVATION ARE GOING TO JUDGE THE GODS. SO, THE ANGELS THAT ARE NOW GODS are sent TO MINISTER TO THE FUTURE GODS THAT WILL RULE over them. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord, for truth. 19 That's why you got TO GET IT TOGETHER. THAT'S WHY YOU GOT TO LEARN FAITHFULNESS. WHY? IF you thought that you were going to heaven to just do what? No, no, no, no, no. You're going to judge and rule over the ones that call themselves gods now, you're going to be a super god. Oh, Brother Mag- Mag- Michael, that sounds Mormon, don't it? You know why? Cuz Mormons have some truth. I'm not afraid to say it. They got more truth than most Christian churches I know. And I'll tell anybody cuz you heard what I just said cuz you're going to be gods. 20 Do you know what 90% of the Christian churches would have done to me if I'd have said that? They would have kicked me out. Cuz they don't know what a god is. Because they think Yahweh is just God. When you say you're God, all of a sudden you're committing blas- That's why they killed Yeshua. They misunderstood what gods were. What did Yeshua tell all the men of Israel? Do you not know that you are gods? Is that in the Bible or am I making that stuff up? He told the men of Israel, "You're all gods." Why? You were chosen to be divine in the resurrection. 21 Get out of your pauper mentality and realize you were created an animal so that you would transform into divine beings that will rule the angels. Boy, it's hard to preach like this cuz I have to plow up your thinking, the way you've always thought. It's Listen, Yeshua, they said, "WE'RE GOING TO CRUCIFY him cuz he CLAIMS TO BE GOD." HE SAID, "I never claimed that." You assumed it. Why? Because if I say I'm the son of God, I've made myself equal with God. My son, well, he's done left. That's about right. 22 When he says he's the son of Von, HE HAS JUST EQUATED himself with the Von name, the Von family. He's a Von. I may be Shane Von, but he's Andrew Von. He's Von Von Von Von VON VON. HE'S VON WHATEVER VON IS, HE IS. AMEN. NOW, he'll never be Shane VON. HE'LL NEVER BE YAHWEH ELOHIM, but he is Elohim. Because Elohim is the family name of God. That's why when you read your Bible sometimes in Hebrew you'll see Elohim, sometimes you'll see Yahweh. IT'S BECAUSE HE IS ELOHIM, but his proper name is Yahweh Elohim. Hallelujah. All right, praise the Lord. 23 So, what is any of this boy I tell you what, I'll never forget when the Lord revealed this stuff to me, I couldn't stand still for years because of this truth. I finally understood my Bible and I understood God's plan for my life. Amen. Praise the Lord. Air is the atmosphere of the earth. You got to have it to live, right? In the heavenly realm, they don't need air. They need glory. Angels breathe glory. That's why every time you see an angel, we're going to read in a moment where they're always surrounded with the glory of Yahweh. They breathe glory. Now I'm fixing to teach you something. 24 If they cannot breathe around you, the reason more miracles happen in a church service is there's more glory. You understand? That's why you people sitting at home, I love you, but oh God, there's nothing like in the glory. Why? Because the atmosphere is conducive to angels. Angels exist just like brother Sly, you've got to have air to to exist. They don't need air. Or they couldn't go to the foreign galaxies. They don't need air. They need the glory of Yahweh. Now, when you receive the Holy Spirit, that is the glory. 25 And when the glory comes in you like a river, and you open your earth to release the river of the glory of Yah, you just created a place where angels can bring the throne because they can breathe in the glory. Hallelujah. I'm trying to get somewhere. I'm trying to show you to be people OF THE PRESENCE. YOU MUST CREATE THE PRESENCE. THE PRESENCE DOESN'T COME TO YOU. WHAT DID YAHWEH TELL MOSES? YOU'VE GOT TO COME INTO AN ATMOSPHERE. AMEN. There's some folks' houses I don't want to go in. I don't like roaches. I don't like dirty dishes and sinks. 26 I just don't like being in them places where I feel filthy. When you walk in my home, it's always impeccable. I like that atmosphere. Amen. And if you've got a good wife, your house will be impeccable. Amen. And if you've got a wife that won't keep you a clean house, you need another one. Amen. A man should have a clean home. Why? She's creating an atmosphere where you can sit on the recliner without looking for breadcrumbs. You can YOU CAN YOU KNOW THAT YOU'RE IN THE ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOU'RE COMFORTABLE, WHERE WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY. 27 WELL, THE ANGELS ONLY come to earth when they're ON AN ASSIGNMENT FROM THE THRONE OF GOD, AND THEY ONLY COME TO those that have created THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD FOR THEM TO OPERATE AND breathe in. The presence of the Lord is not what you think it is. The presence of the Lord, I'm going to prove it in scripture tonight, is not this mystical thing that comes down. The presence of the Lord is real simple. I'm fixing to reveal the mystery. It's simply the presence of angels. I got a lot of proving to do. There's always a coming up and a coming down associated with the glory. 28 Remember I taught you a few weeks ago, as the vapor goes up and the rain comes down. It's always a two-way deal with the glory of God. The glory of God, brother Michael Mahalek, never starts in heaven. Revival don't start in heaven. Nothing starts in heaven. It's That's why he said, "I sought for a man. I needed to start in the earth." The cloud only forms if it starts. If you don't learn how to cooperate with heaven, that's one of the things that I will I'll never be able to thank Sister Ruth Heflin for teaching me. 29 She used to teach us as you sow to the heavens, the heavens sows to the earth. There is a cooperation between the things of earth and the angels. Listen to me. When you are asking the presence of the Lord to come in, you are asking the angels to come. Because they carry I just read to you. They carry the throne. The throne only comes where the angels can carry it. That's why you'll never see the throne in a honky-tonk because the air is not right. You'll never see the throne in an environment where the air is not breathable for the angels of God. They exist in the glory. 30 Everywhere they go, that's why the Bible said there was a bright light around them because that light is the glory of God. And they've got to see that same light on you for them to come and minister to you. God wants you to know his presence. But to know his presence, you've got to know how to attract his presence. Glory to God. Hallelujah. If you'll remember in Jacob's vision, there was a ladder. And the angels were what? Ascending and descending. If you don't create the ladder, they can't come down. They need a ladder. They need an entrance into your situation. 31 And only you can create the ladder. Only you can open the portal that they see the same light on you that lives in them. And as they come, they come rushing to your rescue. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. THE GLORY OF GOD IS THE PRESENCE OF ANGELS. And we don't talk enough about angels. The word glory in Exodus 24:17 In Exodus 24:17, the word glory Let's read about it. Now, let's start at 15. Then Moses went up into the mountain. Whenever we begin to worship here, y'all, how many times have you heard me say, "Let's go up Mount Zion?" That's what I'm talking about. 32 You always got to go up, Sister Sherri. Always. The glory never comes down to you. You live in an evil world. The glory never comes down to you. It didn't come down to Moses. It came to the top of the mountain. It wouldn't It wouldn't touch the earth. Why? Glory don't mix with evil. If you want to get into the glory, the first thing you've got to do is come up. That's why we dance and that's why we worship. It is for the next time you begin to do it, Sister Pat, I want you to say to know it's an invitation to come up. To come up out of Waveland. To come up out of bush. 33 To come up out of your life, your own situation. Come up, Moses. And I'll show you the glory. That's why praise and worship is so important in a service. It is the coming up of the people of God. You got to come up. He don't come down, you come up. That's why we never rush the worship here. We don't rush the praise because if we some folks it takes them longer to get up. Hallelujah. Now me, I'm practiced in the glory. I can get in the glory like that. Because I know how to do it. I was taught by the best. 34 I lived under a woman that lived in that glory and so I know how to I can but there's some people takes you a while to to dance it out. But eventually you'll begin to feel yourself rising and coming to that glory cloud. And when you get to that glory cloud, I'll tell you what's going to happen. Praise the Lord. Did I just lay my glasses down? Praise the Lord. They walked off. There they are. Verse 16. And when he got to the top of the mountain, the glory of Yahweh rested on Mount Sinai. The cloud covered it six days. 35 And on the seventh day or the Sabbath day, Yahweh called to Moses to come now into the midst of the glory. To the And now see, did you see something there? Moses didn't go into the glory when he got to the top of the mountain. He stayed at the top of the mountain 6 days. He was waiting for the Sabbath day. Cuz he knows when to go to church. He was up THERE KNOCKING, ALL RIGHT, I'M READY. 6 days. God said, that's not the holy day. I'll call you in here on the seventh day. That's when he's going to call y'all up into the cloud on the seventh day, on the 7,000th year. Don't you see it? 36 Your job is to get to the top of the mountain and wait for the for the invitation to come on up a little higher now. When the dead in Christ shall rise, you'll go into that cloud. You've got to stay ready for that cloud. Amen. Verse 17, to the eyes of the children of Israel, the sight of the glory of Yahweh looked like a consuming fire on top of the mountains. And Moses entered the midst of the cloud as he went on up the mountain and he stayed in there 40 days and 40 nights. He stayed in the glory, but before he got in the glory, he tarried. He waited. He didn't get in a hurry. 37 Don't ever get in a hurry. When some of y'all fall out in the spirit, uh Sister Ruth, first time I met her, I fell out, and then of course I tried to get right back up cuz I didn't my hair was messing up and everything, and I wanted to get right back up. And she got so mad. She said, "Why would you want to leave the glory? Stay right down there where you are." Why you jumping up? Get in the cloud. At her camp meetings, they'd stay on the floor till the next morning. Nobody would come out of the cloud. You've got to learn to experience the presence of God. 38 And and and when I was a boy, I'll never forget, we would drive people home. They were so in the cloud. They were just out of it. In the cloud. The only way you get in the cloud is if you find a preacher that will make you so hungry for it that you want to get into the cloud. Because the church ain't preaching about that cloud. They're not preaching about that glory. You have got to learn to want the glory. I watch some of you in the worship service, and I just wonder, why do you think we're doing this? Do you think we're doing this cuz we're trying to exercise? 39 Do you think I I mean we're trying to come up higher. Out of our minds, out of our own world. And it is a time of intensity. Whenever y'all see there I'll come down here and dance with you sometime just to demonstrate the intensity on my face so you see how intense I am for the glory of God. You've got to get intense with it because in the glory is the answer to every need you have. Your money's in the glory cloud. Your job is in the glory cloud. Your healing is in the glory. It's all in the glory. 40 God can do more for you in one service where the glory cloud comes than you can do for yourself weeks of work. And that's why Satan has stopped people from coming to church. Cuz that's only place you're going to get the cloud. You won't get it like this at home. Why? Two or three gathered. It takes the temple to create the cloud. And that's why when I see people say, "Well, I'm just going to sit at home." Let me tell you a lot of times why that is, cuz when you get in that glory cloud, it's a consuming fire. And it's going to burn you up. And it's going to reveal who you are. 41 That's why people don't want to get into the glory cloud. The word glory is the Hebrew word kabod. Whenever you hear me refer to the kabod glory, I'm talking about that terrifying glory. The word kabod means weight, heavy. And when the glory comes upon you, it will be heavy. You'll feel the weight of your legs, you'll feel the weight of your body. You will feel it. Let's go to Exodus 40, verse 34. Exodus 40, verse 34. And let's talk even more about the cloud. The cloud went all everywhere Israel went, the cloud went. Don't tell me you're an Israelite if you're not in the cloud. 42 Israelites were cloudy people. I said Somebody say a fire by a cloud by day. That means every day there was a cloud. You can get to that place in God where every day you're walking in the cloud. You can get to that place in God. You can have sunshine on a cloudy day. Every day will be cloudy. Amen. It may be cloudy, but it's so bright in the cloud. Hallelujah. Let's read more about it. Verse 34 of chapter 40. Then the cloud covered the church. And the glory of Yahweh filled the church. It never fills a person. It only fills a church. 43 And that's why Satan tells you when it gets church time, why don't you just inbox pastor and TELL HIM SEE, THAT'S WHAT YOU KNOW, YOU'LL NEVER UNDERSTAND missing one church service what you can miss in the glory cloud. People say, "Well, I got to be at work in the morning." I said, "Don't you think you need a little cloud to take with you when you get there?" Carnal minds. "Well, I need rest." There's rest in the cloud. "Well, I need good sleep." There's good sleep in the cloud. Quit making excuses. Get in the cloud. Quit looking FOR A REASON NOT TO COME TO CHURCH. 44 Don't you know the BIBLE SAID COME MORE AS YOU SEE the day approaching you ought to come together even more than just the Sabbath? We're in the time now. The Lord's about Do you honestly think you don't need more cloud? Amen. EVERY TIME YOU WALK IN THIS BUILDING, YOU'RE LOOKING for the cloud because it only settles on the house of Israel. It don't settle on an Israelite. It settles on the house of Israel. The gathering of Israel. We If Elder Baker was here, she'd be screaming right now because BECAUSE THAT THE HOUSE OF Israel is where the cloud settles. 45 Why do you think Satan shut them down during COVID so the cloud would quit coming to Earth? The cloud comes where the people gather in his name. Verse 35. And when the cloud came Moses was not even able to enter the church because the cloud rested above it. And the glory of Yahweh filled the tabernacle. And when the cloud well it will stop there. The weight of the cloud when it comes I don't care what anybody tells you. Brother Sly when that cloud touches you you'll hit the floor son. Amen. Why? There's weight to it. Yeah. Yes, ma'am. The weight. The word kabod glory means the weight of God. 46 Just as God's glory filled the temple when it was dedicated so it fills the temple today. The purpose of going into the glory is that the glory may come forth from you. Now, brother Von how do we get the glory? You just have to get the angels. The Hebrew word for angel is malak m a l a k. Here's all it means, messenger. They are the messengers of Yahweh. Now, we're going to become a church that begins to attract more angels. And I'm going to cuz I'm going to teach you how to do it. If you want more glory, you need more angels. These are your ministering servants that you're not even using. 47 Amen. Luke chapter 2, let's read about these angels. Luke chapter 2 at verse 8. Now, there were shepherds in the same country living out in the field keeping watch over their flock by night. And behold, the angels of Yahweh came to them. And what did they have with them? The glory of Yahweh. And the brightness of the light was all around them. And the first thing the angel said to them is what they'll say to you when you invite them in to your mess. Do not be afraid. Anytime the angels come, fear leaves. Do not be afraid. When the glory comes, do not be afraid. Because it brings you peace. 48 For behold, I bring you glad tidings of great joy, which will be to all people. And this is the sign to you. You'll find a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes lying in a manger. And then suddenly, I want you to notice something. When those shepherds responded to those angels, and they listened to those angels. Suddenly a multitude of them showed up and it only started with one or two angels, but their response to those two angels, suddenly the sky they appeared all over the sky. Because of their response to those two angels. A light came on them that caused all of the host of heaven to appear. 49 They were already there, but they're only visible when you get in the glory of God. They only manifest in the glory of God and your response to the word of God. These angels were preaching. Now, I'm going to try and I thank you, Lord, for the revelation you just gave me. The angels were preaching the word. THEY WERE PREACHING GENESIS 3:15 A WOMAN. WELL, HAVE a seat. They were preaching to these shepherds. AND THERE WAS A RESPONSE TO THE PREACHING THAT IGNITED THE GLORY. AND THE ANGELS APPEARED ALL around them. 50 When you hear the word AND YOU RESPOND TO THAT WORD, THERE'S LIGHTS GOING UP IN THE HEAVENS AND ANGELS ARE ATTRACTED TO LOVERS OF THE WORD OF GOD. You want the angels? LOVE THE WORD. HALLELUJAH. Love the cloud. There was one angel talking to him, one or two preaching. I want you to notice something. Now, I'm going to tell y'all something. Everybody's going to think I'm a cult leader now cuz what I'm fixing to say. According to the word, I'm an angel. One angel is preaching to you now. Your response to that one angel will open up the heavens and they'll all appear. THEY'LL ALL SHOW UP. 51 THEY'LL ALL COME. THEY'LL ALL BE AT YOUR SIDE WHEN YOU RESPOND TO THE PREACHING OF THE ANGEL OF THE LORD, THE WORD OF THE LORD. HALLELUJAH. WOO! HALLELUJAH. A LIGHT JUST WENT OFF in here. AND IT ATTRACTS THE ANGELS OF LIGHT. And then the glory comes. Brothers and sisters, the word and your response to it attracts the angels. And I'm going to prove it to you from the word. Let's keep reading. Hallelujah. Y'all got to become more angelic-minded. Yeah. Woo! Verse 14. These angels SAID, "GLORY TO YAHWEH IN THE highest and on earth Did you see what just happened? And on earth. 52 But it started in the earth. It started in the shepherds' field. Huh? There was no great host of angels until the shepherd field created the atmosphere that brought in the angels. You are part of that shepherd's field. YOU ARE THE SHEPHERDS AND THE SHEEP. AND THE WORD MUST IGNITE YOU. WOO! HALLELUJAH! WHAT YOU'RE FEELING RIGHT NOW IS GLORY. WHAT YOU'RE FEELING IS GLORY OF THE WORD. Ay ay ay ay ay ah. Hallelujah. I told the Lord, "I want the secret that even Give me more than you gave Sister Ruth. 53 Teach me how to get the glory besides just praise and worship." And he said to me, "You don't need the glory, you need the angels because the angels carry the glory. They carry THE THRONE. YOU'VE GOT TO LEARN HOW TO ATTRACT ANGELS. YOU'VE GOT TO LEARN HOW TO BRING THEM IN." WOO! HALLELUJAH. Ezequiel didn't see the throne UNTIL HE FIRST SAW THE ANGELS. He said, "I saw the angels and then above their heads I looked and they were escorting the throne of God." Oh, hallelujah. I want to teach you something. Do you know that's why those angels had six wings? That's the seraphim. 54 Do you know what those six wings were for? Only two of them's for flying. Four of them was for covering themselves up in the presence of the throne. Now you might know why the Apostle Paul when he spoke about women's hair as their covering, he said, "It's because of the angels because even the angels know to cover up in the presence of the Lord." Oh. You got TO LEARN HOW TO COVER UP IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD. THEY COVERED THEMSELVES AND THAT'S WHY WE COVER OURSELVES BECAUSE OF THE ANGELS. THEY DO IT. HALLELUJAH. You got to learn to cover yourself. In the presence of the Lord. Why? 55 Because of the angels. Even they take four of their wings. And they cover from head to in the presence of the Lord They they come under their covering. They come under their headship. The Bible said the husband's the head of the wife. THAT'S WHY SHE SHOULDN'T SHAVE HER HAIR off because she's under her husband's covering and THEREFORE IT'S A SHAME TO HER TO DO THAT BECAUSE SHE'S DOING LIKE THE REBELLIOUS ANGELS NOT RESPECTING HER HEAD. BUT I know what the Bible said. There's a covering that even the angel Do you know Daddy that Do you know that when Moses died? 56 And I'm going to read it to you in a minute somewhere in Jude, I believe. When Michael came down to speak to Lucifer he would not even rebuke Lucifer. What did he say? The Lord rebukes you. Do you know why? Because at one time Lucifer was his covering. Do you understand the spiritual authority? But yet YOU'LL GO AND REBUKE A PASTOR. YOU'LL GO AND REBUKE YOUR PASTOR. YOU DEVIL. YOU REBELLIOUS DEMON. YOU'RE JUST LIKE YOUR FATHER THE DEVIL. LEARN TO WALK SOFTLY. IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD. Learn when service is going on not to let your kids run all over the place. 57 TEACH THEM TO TO COVER IN THE PRESENCE of the Lord. I watch some of my teenagers. I wish they's here tonight. I tell them back there in the back. I see them when the presence comes in taking it too lightly. Let me tell you something. When you take the presence of the Lord lightly, you are destroying your soul. Your your your your your conscience is being seared with a hot IRON UNTIL YOU LEARN TO COVER UP IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD. He's holy and he's to be feared AND RESPECTED. HE'S A JEALOUS GOD. That's why I teach our ladies wear your hair longer than a man's. IT'S YOUR COVERING. WHY? 58 BECAUSE OF THE ANGELS. EVEN THEY know to cover up. Brothers and sisters, Brother Branham, what does God care about hair? I'll explain it to you. Your hair grows out of your head. It is a symbol. It is a symbol of your headship. And when a woman says, "I'm going to be like a man." What is the first thing she goes and cuts off? She wants to be like a man. And when a man wants to be a transgendered woman, what's the first thing he goes and does? Gets him some extensions. It's all about the head. IT'S ALL ABOUT AUTHORITY. IT'S ALL ABOUT SUBMISSION. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE ANGELS. 59 Those angels sit in a congregation. And if they see a bunch of women that could care less about covering up in the presence of Yahweh, they're not about to bring the presence of Yahweh. Elder, I didn't write this. But I got to preach it. I got to teach our ladies to cover up. Why? The angels are watching. And even they know cover up. It is a sign. When I when my pastor my grandmother, whoever, would speak to me, there was something in me, Sister Callie. I almost wouldn't even look them in the eyes. I would sort of I just showed so much respect for the things of God. I covered up. I covered up. 60 I wasn't worthy because I know that I don't want to be like the devil. Michael would not even rebuke That's why I worry about some of these devil-casting-out people. Michael wouldn't even rebuke the devil. Ladies and gentlemen, listen to me. The glory comes in when the atmosphere is right. When a church is holy, a holy God can come in. When a church is set apart, a set-apart God can come to a set-apart people. We have to create that atmosphere. When we don't Not just in dress, not just in But literally the way you walk in the church. 61 Literally the way you talk, literally the way you cut up and act up and literally the way you approach the church will attract the angels. If you consider holy what they consider holy, they'll bring what's holy to you. HALLELUJAH! CUZ THEY CARRY IT. IT'S ON THEIR BACKS. IT'S ON THEIR WING. THEY GOT WHAT YOU WANT. I'M FIRMLY convinced Brother and Sister Kendrick, I'm firmly convinced the reason the old church had more glory is they walked softly. They walked softly. There was a holy fear. They walked softly. They They literally would vacuum the carpet. 62 You would think they were vacuuming holy carpet. Come on now. WHEN THEY WOULD COOK, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WERE COOKING HOLY FOOD FOR HOLY PEOPLE. And Sister Holly, in those days the glory was so prevalent. It come out of people. It was just prevalent because there was a different respect for holy things. Now, Nana would let the kids, she'd let us after church maybe run around the church, but if we dared touch that platform uh-uh. Brother Branham, it's just a platform. Oh, see, that's your problem. That's your problem. That's just wood. 63 It was just It was just the wood that built the ark of the covenant, too, darling. Oh, that's just The ark of the covenant was nothing but shittim wood. But the minute it was dedicated to God, it wasn't yours no more. The minute it was given to God, IT BECAME HOLY, SET APART, CONSECRATED, SEPARATED. TREAT HOLY THINGS WITH HOLINESS. HALLELUJAH. When you know God has touched something, keep your hands off of it. When you know he's touched a man, keep your hands off of him. Or a woman. Or if you know he's touched A PLACE LIKE THIS, KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF. WHY? IT'S BIGGER THAN YOU ARE. 64 YOU'RE NOT READY FOR THAT. YOU DON'T WANT TO TOUCH THAT. IT'S HOLY. IT'S GOT angel eyes on it. Hallelujah. I'm almost done. The book of Isaiah chapter 6. Woo. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. How you live your life will attract angels or detract them. Isaiah 6 and 3. Let's start in verse 1 rather. In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw Yahweh sitting on the throne, high and lifted up, and the flowing skirts of his robe filled the sanctuary. Above him stood the seraphim. Each one had six wings. With two he covered his face, and with two he covered his body, and with two he did fly. 65 His whole body was covered. Did you see that? Face, feet, head to toe, covered. They felt like if they were in the presence of Yahweh, they should become as nothing. They covered up their their own talent. They covered up their powerful their powerful they covered up their own power. In the presence of Yahweh, they covered up Well, you don't know who I am. I don't need to know. Cover up. You and the presence of God don't go together. YOU'VE GOT TO HIDE BEHIND A COVERING, and then the presence of God will show up where you are WHEN YOU ARE HIDDEN. HIDE US, OH LORD. HIDE US, OH LORD. 66 HIDE US, OH LORD, THAT YOU MIGHT BE ALL IN ALL. UNTIL HE'S ALL IN ALL, HE WON'T be all in nothing. My God, I feel this in my soul. Verse three, and what did these seraphim do? They cried to one another. They said, "Holy, holy, holy is Yahweh of host. The whole earth is filled with his glory." Brothers and sisters, what were they doing? Creating the atmosphere of glory. They would literally face one another. This one on that side, and they made sure the atmosphere of the throne never got affected by gossip or negativity. 67 They said, "Holy." And just in case there was a little gossip that would come through, the next one would cry holy back, so the two holies would meet in the middle. It was always an atmosphere for the presence of the Lord. ALWAYS. HOLY. AND THE OTHER ONE, HOLY. WHY? BECAUSE HIS PRESENCE IS TO BE PROTECTED. HIS PRESENCE IS TO BE PROTECTED. WHERE YOU WANT HIM TO SHOW UP, YOU GOT TO GO UP AND SHUT UP AND GIVE UP AND LET HIM BE ALL IN ALL. GLORY. PROTECT THE PRESENCE. I KNOW PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND. 68 Sometimes I'll get aggravated when we're worshipping and somebody changes the key or changes the tune or or the sound. And then you know why? You think I don't care about it, but I'm trying to protect the presence. I'm trying to protect that moment where we're so we're stepping in and the enemy will try to send an arrow to make you look at the sound man or make you look at AND YOU'LL GET BACK. COVER UP. STAY IN THE PRESENCE. That's why I spent the money I did for sound man. That's how important the presence is. No distractions. Protect the presence. 69 When you come in, that presence is going to come if you'll protect it. Crying holy. He never comes when you cry anything that's not holy. If your conversations aren't holy, I promise you, you can show up and pray, do all you want to do, but he only comes to covered up people. Covering up everything you do. Covering up everything that represents you. That's your figure, ladies. That's your That's your degrees, sir. That's your job. Cover it all up. It means nothing in the presence of the Lord. And the more you learn to love His presence, the more His presence will come. I promise you that. 70 Turn with me to Ezekiel 3 and 12. Thank y'all for hanging out with me a little while. I wanted to get this message out. You've got to have the angels to get the glory. And the angels don't come without a ladder to climb on. Ezekiel 3 and 12. Then the spirit lifted me up. And I heard behind me a great thundering noise saying, "Blessed be the glory of Yahweh." And His ordained. And notice verse 13 what he heard. Anytime you read about the glory, what's the next thing he heard? I can hear the flutter flutter flutter of their wings. 71 The living creatures in the wheels as they sing, "Holy holy holy is our God who was and is and is to come." I can feel the flutter flutter flutter of their wings. What did Ezekiel say he heard? He saw when he saw the glory. He said in the NEXT VERSE, "I HEARD THE FLUTTER OF THE WINGS OF THE LIVING CREATURES. And they were touching one another. And the noise of the wheels alongside them. There is a wheel. Y'all see where all these songs come from now? Sister Ruth wrote all those songs cuz she lived in the glory. These are glory. 72 Why do you think the songs at First Harvest sound different than anything you even hear on the screen? There is a There is a wheel that turns in our music. There is a glory realm that's focused on the glory. And God will move anything out that's not that wheel's not turning in. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Oh, the spirit took me up. And I went bitter. My spirit was burning. That means I fell out. I went bitter. I just went limp. I just I He lifted me up and I lost control. Overpowered by the hand of Yahweh. Who brought him to the hand of Yahweh? The fluttering of the wings. 73 Now, overpowered by the hand of Yahweh, I'll tell you what that sounds to me like. Overpowered by the hand. Now, I'm not Yahweh, but I am his representative. Overpowered by the hand. I've had that gift all my life when my hand touches somebody. It's Listen, it ain't me. That Shane Vaughn can't do nothing. Do you understand that? Isaiah said, "Woe is me. I'm undone." But he still put a a fire to his lip. When you see Well, Brother Vaughn, if God ever touched me, you poor darling. You poor pitiful darling. When this old man touches you, God just touched you. Don't you understand that? 74 Brother Vaughn, what do you mean? Who do you think this is if he's not the representative of Almighty God? God's never going to come down and touch your head unless I do it. It's just like some poor little person put on their Facebook and I hope she ain't watching. She'll know I'm talking about her. We don't need Donald Trump and we don't need this and we don't NEED THAT. WE JUST NEED GOD. GOD AIN'T COMING. GOD AIN'T COMING TO SAVE THIS NATION. HE SENDS A MAN. CAN'T NOBODY TURN THIS NATION AROUND BUT GOD. AND WHO SHE GOING TO USE TO DO IT, DARLING? YOU'RE LOOKING AT HIM. YOU'RE LOOKING AT HIM. 75 WITHOUT US, THERE'S NO HOPE FOR THIS NATION. NONE. I GET SO TIRED OF THESE SUPER spiritual people that want to put man out. We need to get man out THE WAY AND LET GOD BE GOD. HE CAN ONLY BE GOD THROUGH A MAN. Tell me. I get sick of Christians that ACT LIKE THEY'RE SO SPIRITUAL. WELL, I won't you know, I Somebody called me the other day and said, "I love you, Brother Vaughn, but I ain't going to WORSHIP YOU." I SAID, "I never told you to worship me. YOU AIN'T GOT TO WORSHIP ME, BUT YOU BETTER KNOW WHO IT IS. YOU BETTER UNDERSTAND GOD OPERATES through men and women." Honor. 76 And that because what? Because of the angels. They're watching to see who's covered up. Do you know that's why sometimes in the service I'll just lay prostrate on the floor. I'm trying to cover up. Because of the angels. Even they don't stand in the presence of God like y'all do looking around. They're covered up in a corner. OH GOD. WHY? BECAUSE YOU GOT REBELLION in your heart. They understand authority. They understand that they're nothing even though they're more powerful than anything in the world. They're they become nothing. 77 When we enter the presence of the Lord, sister Denisa, we must become nothing. Why? Cuz God is wanting to use every one of you to bring his glory into the earth. Do you know why there's some people I could name names, you wouldn't know them. I'll mention one, you may not know her but she's 98 years old. Sister Vesta Mangan. Some of y'all know her. That lady, do you know where she was? What was it this week, honey? 98 years old. Preaching a woman's at the UPC something they was having a woman's coming. She's the main 98 years old main preacher there. 78 This woman has lived in a prayer room all her life. Covering up. Covering up. I'm going to tell all of you something. You can make fun of them old women that wanted to cover it up from head to toe, but they had something you'll never have. I want you to understand that. There was a covering in the presence of God. There was a covering in the pre- They revered His presence. I don't know why I'm preaching this, but I feel like we've got to learn to cover up. And folks, I'm not just talking about clothes. I'm not just I'm talking about covering. HIDE ME, OH GOD. 79 IT'S NOT SO MUCH DON'T GET UP HERE ON THIS PLATFORM AND SHOW YOUR TALENT OFF. YOU HAVE NO TALENT IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD. It's got to all be about Him. All about Him. That's why God cleans platforms off sometimes, gets rid of talent. Y'all felt that? That was There were some angels just showed up right then. I felt them when they came in the room. There's something when When you begin to cover up in His presence, they will show up. Holy reverence, holy fear. But the church now teaches you don't fear God. Jesus is your boyfriend. He's your buddy. 80 He's your Let me tell you, HE'S YOUR SOVEREIGN KING. He's to be FEARED AND RESPECTED. HE'S TO BE HONORED ABOVE ALL. And if you'll do that, His glory will always come in. Quickly, quickly, I'll go to a close. Let's go to Genesis 18 and 2. Hallelujah. I want to show you something. Gen- Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. And when he saw them, he ran from his tent door, bowed down to the ground and worshipped them. Excuse me, Abraham, why are you bowing down to men? Cuz he knew who those men were. 81 Oh, Brother Branham, we only bow down to God. Tell Abraham that. Abraham knew when he was bowing down to the things God sent, he was bowing down to God. He didn't know these were angels. They were men. They did not even introduce themselves yet. But he knew they were the men of God. And the Bible said when he saw them, he covered up. We're talking about Father Abraham all of a sudden became a nobody. He covered up. Woo! I don't bow down to no man, we all know. The angels know, too. Because of the Remember that verse, because of the angels. They know what rebellion looks like. 82 It started off with Lucifer. They know what it smells like. They know what it here sounds like. They know rebellion a mile away. Verse 3. He said, "If I have found honor in your eyes, my rulers." Uh-oh. I thought men weren't your rulers. Three men, my rulers, MY PASTORS, MY SHEPHERDS, MY LEADERS. OH, MAN. But you want to be like Abraham, cover up. Abraham covered up right then. He said, "If I found honor in your sight, my rulers, do not pass your servant by. Please let a little water be brought, wash your feet, rest under the tree." Oh, he treated them kindly. 83 And I'll bring you bread that you may eat. You may go on your way now that you have come to your servant." And they said, "Do as you have said." In other words, angels eat food. They They got feet, they get dirty. And they always look like men. Be careful how you treat men. Oh, man. So Abraham turned, went to the tent of Sarah, and said, "Quickly, make some pancakes." And Abraham read ran to the herd and killed a calf. Said, "Here, quick it cook it cook it quick." Brought butter and milk. And while they ate, he stood near them under a tree. He wouldn't even come, he let them eat in peace. 84 And then they said to him, "Where is Sarah, your wife?" He said, "Here in the tent." He said, "I'll certainly return to you according to the time of life, and behold, Sarah, your wife will have a son." Now, at this point, he still don't know they're angels. They're prophesying to him. And Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age. Sarah laughed at herself, VERSE 13, AND YAHWEH said to Abraham. Who said it? I thought it was men. proxy regency agency. Learn those words. THOSE THREE MEN WERE NOT YAHWEH. But yet Yahweh spoke through them. 85 And he worshipped them cuz he knew he was worshipping Yahweh. Y'all wasn't ready for that. And Yahweh said to Abraham, "Why did she laugh?" Verse 14, "Is anything too hard for Yahweh? Next year I'll return and Sarah will have a son." Verse 17, no, verse 16. Then the men rose up from there and looked toward Sodom. And then you'll start reading about the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. To become more aware of the glory, we must become more aware of the angels without intruding into the worship of angels. Let me explain something. Abraham was not honoring those three bodies. 86 He was not honoring those three bodies. He was honoring Yahweh. But what began to happen, the children of Israel turned years later and instead of recognizing God in the angels, they began to recognize the angels as Yahweh. And that's why that fourth commandment was written. And then the pagans begin to turn these angels into Yahweh. Real quickly, there is a hierarchy in heaven. As we honor the angels, we honor God. Zechariah the prophet, in nearly every chapter, he says, "The angel that spoke with me." Every time in your Bible that you find Yahweh speaking to a man, it's through an angel. 87 That's why they're messengers. Anytime you hear Let me give you an example. How many's ever received a prophetic word from a man? It goes something like this. Sister, I say unto you. I have no And it I But it's But it's not I. But you're hearing it. Why is he talking in the first person now? Why is the prophet not saying, "Now, the Lord"? No, but I BUT HE'LL SAY, "YEAH, I SAY UNTO YOU." WHO'S TALKING? It ain't the man. See? That man just became an angel, a messenger. And if YOU'LL LEARN THAT TONIGHT, YOU'RE HEARING A MESSAGE FROM YAHWEH. AND SHAWN VAUGHN has left the building. 88 DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? IT'S NOT ME. THERE'S A MESSAGE INSIDE OF ME. GO THE MESSENGER IS HERE. FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN BROTHER KENDRICK stood here PLEADING FOR SOMEONE THAT WAS AN ANGEL. I saw his countenance change. IT WASN'T EVEN HIM NO MORE. AND I KNEW to step back. I covered myself. Do y'all understand? I was supposed to preach. What did I do? I covered myself. I told my wife when I got home, I said, "I saw the moment he changed. I knew it was no longer Frank Kendrick." See, there's a moment when the anointing takes over and that's no longer that man. Cover yourself up, honey. Hallelujah. 89 There is a hierarchy in heaven. The seraphims are the archangels. Every angel falls into a category. Cherubim, seraphim, principalities, and then ministering angels. That's your four hierarchies. Same with the church. There's a pastor, there's elders that it place See, here's the problem. The church is designed after heaven. Y'all way told Moses, "BUILD THE TABERNACLE according to the one you saw in heaven." The church is the microcosm of the government of heaven. And most of you that's come to this ministry is NOT USED TO A government in the church. 90 You want to go to a church where they leave you alone. That's not a church. There's no government there. WELL, YOU KNOW, OR YOU WANT TO GO TO A CHURCH WHERE THERE'S NO SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE. That's not a church. In the heaven, there is hierarchy. This angel answers to that angel. That answer ANGEL ANSWERS TO THAT ONE BECAUSE IT ALL COMES FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM. THE CHURCH WAS CREATED TO TEACH you angelic order to see if you can come in angelic submission like the angels do. 91 That's why Paul said, "Cover your head, woman, because the angels are watching for rebellion." You know, some people don't understand. When you allow sin in the church, the glory can't come. We're protecting this house. Why? The glory means more to us than the numbers. Or the talent. Or anything. The glory is why I'm here. If I don't have the presence OF THE LORD, MOSES SAID, "I DON'T WANT TO GO IF I DON'T HAVE YOUR PRESENCE WITH ME." YEAH! WE GOT TO HAVE HIS PRESENCE. HALLELUJAH. The seraphim serve the throne. The cherubim take orders from the seraphim. 92 Then the cherubim sends those orders to the principalities, which are the governing angels of planet Earth. Every city has a governing angel. Wayland has a governing angel. There's a fallen angel and a heavenly over every principality. There's so much order in the angelics. Same thing. The demons know even even demons know how to follow the orders of a hierarchy. You know the only ones that can't do it, the church of the living God. We say things like well he's a man like I am. That's your problem. Yes. 93 Um cuz I read it in all the females, the wives are very upset and the husband is not listening. So the message is ask your husband who is he submitted to. Because if he's not submitted to anybody, your house will always be Always. Good word sister Kelly. We all we all have to come like the angels, find our place serving it. Sisters, if you're on a cleaning team show up and clean with joy and gladness. If it's your turn to serve the sick, you're you may be serving an angel of the Lord and don't even know it. Serve. As we serve together, listen folks, I couldn't even enjoy my date last night. 94 I was so tired from serving the people for the weekend because I have I live my life when I get home tonight, I'll make more teaching videos to keep content for the saints that are so hungry for more. I never my my days never stop from because I'm a servant to the people of God. My duty is to serve you and your duty is to serve one another. Get that out of your heart that you're somebody. Somebody say cover up. Cover up. You're not all that. I'm not all that. In here we all cover up. That he might shine. That his glory might fill the atmosphere. We got to learn to cover up. Isaiah 63 and 9. 95 I had to repent to my wife this morning cuz I on my date last night I was so tired. And I just I live to serve God's people. Listen to what he said, verse 9. Isaiah 63. In all their afflictions, he was afflicted. And the angel of his presence saved them. What am I preaching on? People of the presence. What carries the presence is the angel of the presence. It was not Yahweh that saved them. It was the angel of the presence. If you need miracles in your life, you need angels. God rides on the wings of angels. 96 And when you understand that he rides on the wings of angels, you'll become more conscious of your surroundings. Of knowing that fourth man in the fire, that was an angel. If you're on fire today and your life's upside down, and you you listen, you need an angel. Oh, I JUST NEED THE LORD. You need the angel of the Lord's what you need. Anytime God delivers his people, it was always with a messenger. Angel of his presence. So, my message tonight is what are you doing to attract or detract the angels? What about in your home? What are you doing in your home? Who are you talking about? 97 Who are you running down in your home that the angels just cannot protect your home? There's a misquoted verse in the Bible, daddy, that Christians love to and I'm about done. We love this one. The angels of the Lord camp round about and we act we act we act like it says it camps round those that are Christians. Oh, no, it's not what it says. Oh, the angels are around me. I I believe in Christ. Not what it said. The angels of the Lord encamp round about those that fear him, that are covered up. They don't camp around Christians. They camp around those that are walking softly, covered up. 98 Fear of the Lord. And when you fear the Lord, you fear gossip coming out of your mouth in the front of the angels. You want angels? Walk softly. Talk softly. Because your rebellion will send them a thousand miles away. Because of the angels. I wish I'd have read that scripture as my text in Timothy. When he spoke about covering up because of the angels. Because they know rebellion and they come nowhere near it. Cover up. That's why I wear my tallit sometimes in the presence of the Lord. I'm just trying to cover up. 99 Saints, all of you that said I'm waiting on the Lord, actually you're waiting on an angel. And they don't come unless you fear the Lord. Oh, I fear God, but do you fear the men of God? The things of God? They don't come to people that don't tithe. You have no fear of the Lord. What does the fear of the Lord do? It takes his money and throws it out. Quit. I fear the Lord. Now, this Christian church will tell you all it don't mean fear like that. Maybe they can twist it any way they want to. The fear of the Lord's the beginning of wisdom. 100 You better learn how to attract angels when they see you obeying the word. Let me get to my end here because I could preach all night, but my strength is quickly leaving. I lose 20 more pounds, y'all going to be in trouble. Jacob wrestled with an angel, but he said it was Yahweh that crippled him. It was the angel of the Lord. And I'm not going to read this to you, but you can read about it. PAUL AND SILAS, A ROMAN JAIL. DO you know what was going on across town at Lydia's house while they were in jail? They had A PRAYER MEETING. WHY? THEY NEEDED ANGELS. 101 THEY WAS OVER THERE PRAYING, "LORD, COME. WE NEED HELP." BUT, IT WASN'T THE LORD THAT WAS COMING. IT WAS THE ANGELS THAT delivered them from that prison. They were sentenced to die the next day. But, when the angels showed up, do you know what Paul and Silas they were asleep? Do you know why? Cuz Lydia screamed out when they was getting arrested, "We'll be praying for y'all. We're praying for y'all." They went to sleep cuz they knew Lydia was praying. They knew THE CHURCH WAS PRAYING. THEY KNEW THE ANGELS WOULD SHOW UP. THEY HAD NO FEAR. THEY HAD NO PRESERVATION. 102 THEY KNEW THAT THE ANGELS COME TO PRAYER. "PAUL AND SILAS, Y'ALL DYING TOMORROW." LYDIA, "WE'RE PRAYING, PASTOR PAUL, PASTOR SILAS. WE'RE PRAYING. DON'T WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING." AND THEY DIDN'T. THEY WENT TO BED. AND ABOUT midnight They sang till they fell asleep. Woo! But, they were walking in the fear of the Lord. And there was some saints over there praying. AND ANGELS ARE ATTRACTED TO PRAYER MEETINGS. DID YOU HEAR ME? ANGELS ARE ATTRACTED TO PRAYER MEETINGS BECAUSE REBELLIOUS PEOPLE CAN'T PRAY. DO YOU KNOW WHY angels go to prayer meeting? Cuz most of the rebellious folks don't show up. 103 The atmosphere's right. When you pray, you're covering up. When you pray, you're covering up with those four wings. Long about midnight. I'll always believe that the reason my life turned out cuz I had a little grandma that prayed night and day. She sent angels to walk with me, to talk with me. When I was a 4-year-old little boy being molested, that angel showed up. I remember it. When I was being drowned in I saw the I Listen, these angels are real. You've got to become cognizant of angelic activity if you want to be cognizant of THE GLORY OF GOD. UH I'M TRYING TO CLOSE. WOO! 104 WE GOT to have the angels of the Lord. They camp round about those that fear him. Fear him. Oh, this is one of my favorite verses. Y'all got to read this one. And then we closing Malachi 3:16. You there? Malachi 3:16, say amen. Then those that feared Yahweh spoke often one to another. And Yahweh paid attention and heard them. And a book of remembrance was written in his presence of those that feared Yahweh and who thought upon him, considered him, and regarded his name. And they will be mine, says Yahweh of host. Listen to me. You know why he heard them? 105 What they was talking about created the presence. He said they were talking one to another. Those seraphim were doing what? When they were saying holy, they was doing it one to another. Your conversation attracts angels. Or it can send them away. Did y'all read that verse? He said those that fear my name were talking to one another about me. And it was written by the angels of my presence. And I came my angels came to them. If you want the presence of God tonight, and I'm done, you create the presence by what comes out of your mouth. 106 When you see Brother Kendrick and you say Brother Kendrick, the Lord is so good. Daddy said, "Oh, he's so good." You just sparked a call for the angels. What you say will bring angelic activity into your life. When you talk to one another about the goodness of the Lord, they don't come when you're talking about football. They don't come when you're talking about whatever. 107 But when somebody says, "Brother, I was reading in the word." And And he says, "I was too." All of a sudden you begin to create an atmosphere that sends a beacon up TO HEAVEN AND THE ANGELS OF THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD, THEY RUN. THEY RUN TO WHERE YOU ARE. LET US STAND TONIGHT AND LET'S ENTERTAIN THOSE ANGELS. LET'S ENTERTAIN THOSE ANGELS RIGHT NOW. RIGHT NOW. WE GIVE YOU GLORY, FATHER.
