Summary
The law of Jubilee reveals Yahweh’s heart of forgiveness, reconciliation, and restoration. The prophetic pattern of seventy times seven points toward the complete cancellation of debt, the end of servitude, and creation’s release from bondage. Yahshua’s parable of the unforgiving servant applies this principle personally. Those who have received mercy must permanently cancel the debts of those who offended them rather than forgiving temporarily and later reviving the offense. Jubilee forgiveness does not earn salvation. It develops the character required for the first resurrection and Kingdom government. The overcomers must embody Yahweh’s reconciling heart now so they can participate in restoring creation in the coming age.
