share the screen with you and we'll read this together and uh I believe believe you're going to see something very very important okay so it's coming to us uh from I believe yeah there was a I'm trying to see what poll it was so here's a picture of illegal ballots and legal ballots right now even though the election is over and Joe Biden is still the fake president 81 million votes for 12 Joe Biden will never be accepted by half of the country over half actually now why is that here's your answer the covid pandemic permitted Democratic secretaries of state to figle the inperson and mailin voting protocols which courts have retroactively ruled was illegal in States like Michigan and Pennsylvania the state legislatures then run by Republicans had to sign off on the new measures and that was the steel now let me read this to you the number of Integrity issues and electoral impropriety could scale Mount Everest but rasmusen and Harland Institute has conducted a survey where 20% of 13 mailin Voters admitted that they cheated in the last election more than 20% of Voters who used mailin ballots in 2020 admit they participated in at least one form of election fraud a new national telephone and online survey by Ras M reports and the Heartland Institute finds that 21% of likely voters who voted by absentee or mail in ballot in the 2020 election say they filled out a ballot in part or in fool on behalf of a friend or a family member such as a spouse or a child 30% of those surveyed said they voted by absentee or mailin ballot in the 2020 election 19% of those who cast mailin 14 votes say that a friend or family member filled out their ballot in part or in full on their behalf furthermore 177% of mailin Voters say that in the 2020 election they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident all of the these practices are illegal 177% of those say they signed a ballot on behalf of a friend or a family member with or without their permission and forging a signature on a ballot or a ballot envelope are fraudulent activities among other findings of this poll 46% of those surveyed voted for Joe Biden in 20 20 45% for Donald Trump more Biden voters 15 than Trump 36 to 23 say they voted by absentee or mail and ballot 38% of Democrats voted compared to 24% of Republicans now why is that a major I told you so because from day one I reiterated what Donald Trump said over and over president Trump said if we lose the election it will be because of male in ballots now I have told you for three years now that the the steal if you will was in the fact that Democratic secretaries of State changed the protocol they changed the rules in the middle of the game without leg legislative approval which is what as many courts have said retroactively it was 16 illegal now if you change the rules in the middle of a game and you make those rules illegal or if you change them to uh an illegal uh exception then what have you done what have you done for the entire election those votes that you caused a man to win with were illegal so I'm that's a big I told you so because many people made the mistake of going down the road of um ballot machines being messed up and granted they may I'm not here to argue that but I always said that's not the road to go down from the beginning I told you don't go down that road it leads to Nowhere what I don't I don't mean 17 that it's not true but I simply mean that in a court of law the only thing that we can prove without a shadow of a doubt that a judge will listen to is illegal votes versus legal votes in the mail and ballot process so that has been verified that 20 nearly 30% of the mailin ballots that were surveyed was done illegally and I told you so oh I told you so so there you go we were right they were wrong another big I told you so that I want you to listen closely to the Democrat left-wing media is losing their minds over a poll that came out [Music] today you're not going to believe this poll all my 18 Michigan people wake up tonight watch this all my Michigan people watch the poll that came out today and then I want you to listen after you see the polls listen to the conversation and see if you can pick up on an I told you so from my past classes all right here we go York Byron thanks for being here appreciate it uh you know elections so often are decided in Battleground States because of the electoral college system system that we have in our Republic two of them are Georgia and Michigan now Biden won both of those States in 2020 uh in 2020 and look what happened now in a in a one-on-one 19 one toone CNN poll uh we have Trump beating Biden in Georgia 49% to 44% and Michigan my God look at Michigan 50% to 40% uh that's pretty damaging for President Biden isn't it you know you set aside all the rest of former president Trump's troubles and today was an incredibly good day for him in the polls uh you're right there's the Wall Street Journal poll showing a national lead over Biden uh the CNN poll with these two key States Georgia and Michigan a 10-point lead in Michigan that's huge and there was yet another one which is the big De Moine register poll in Iowa showing him actually 20 extending his already huge lead in the Iowa caucuses which would give him a a big start uh to getting the Republican nomination so uh if you're just looking at polls today is a very good day well for Donald Trump I'm sure there are a lot of Democrats looking at polls and freaking out right now I mean the a sign of their Panic is is they're turning to Hillary Clinton of all people uh to try to pull in more women do you think there's any effect of of having Hillary Clinton Clinton stumping for for President Biden I mean particularly as they try to bring in more women who they' been losing well 21 if you look at the Wall Street Journal uh Trump Biden poll um Trump has a huge lead on all the issues like the economy and the border and uh foreign affairs things like that but the one issue where where Biden has a really big lead is abortion because of the continuing yearslong uh fallout of the do's decision so is it possible that Hillary Clinton who's long been associated with a Cause like that could actually help the President Biden in some areas it's it's possible uh sure certainly wouldn't hurt because everything looks terrible for Joe Biden just at this moment but I mean with that 22 single issue I know that they they point to 2022 the midterms and say that that prevented the the red sweep that many people were expecting the abortion issue itself but things have deteriorated on so many different fronts people still aren't feeling good about the economy even though inflation has come down a bit it's not Rising as fast as quickly as it was uh we may have avoided a recession but still just people just don't feel it and then you look at what's happening internationally I mean the the two Wars are are are getting worse than ever we're now uh getting deep in it in in the Middle 23 East as well as our troops are being fired on not to mention the border which is just getting completely out of control yeah and I I think that the the White House knows all of these things very very well so they think what can President Biden do and by the way the poll also showed people deeply concerned about the president's uh mental capacities and his physical ability uh to carry out another term as president so you put all that together uh just terrible deficits for Biden on all sorts of issues terrible deficits on the age and you think well what does he have left well he has the threat 24 of Maga and I think that what we're going to see a lot in the campaign are threats that Donald TR will essentially be the end of American democracy and there's one one polling result from 2022 the the midterms I think that was really informative which is uh in exit polls of people who said the economy was only okay they didn't think things were going that well for them economically they still voted for Biden in part because they were were made to fear that American democracy might end if Trump Affiliated uh candidates won the election well Byron you know who knows polls better than anybody in 25 America and that's that's Lee Carter who joins us now who's who's been trying desperately to get here and she just made it so so Lee we've been we've been parsing all of these polls which poll is of most interest to you I mean you look at these things every day from every angle which one are are you really facing right now and and could be a maker or breaker for the for President Biden well I I mean everything across the board looks terrible for Joe Biden right now there's not one measure that he should be proud of as except for as Byron said abortion is the one issue all right all right I got 26 to Ed you m you right now can I Eder M you I have told you for at least six months whenever so many of you were blowing up my email how can you still support president Trump when he he's will not commit to an abortion ban how can you support Trump Trum he's he's the most lenient of White House he's got to get there where hopefully he can appoint two more conservative justices before his his tenure is over with now when I 29 told you guys that people didn't you know they didn't see it but I wanted to play that clip so you could see they need Trump to take a hard line on abortion why so that they can clip it and play it for the next year and scare up the anti-abortion uh uh the the abortion activist which will drive people to the polls and that's the only hope Joe Biden has now I'm not the only one that says that now you just heard it in that clip that is his only hope to play up the abortion angle see the truth is no one has ever done more for abortion than Donald John trump it was under his tenure singlehandedly 30 that Ro v Wade was overturned it seemed Biden District representatives to join but now um they are joining and the GOP expects to go to court to enforce their subpoenas and Mike Johnson he under his tenure he 32 promised to release the January the six tapes we have them the only ones we don't have is is the ones that he wants to blur to protect who's in the video from the FBI isn't that crazy so he's done that and now now uh we are moving forward with an impeachment of Joe Biden and in case you forget why um we have records actually the house has records that they have accumulated that undercuts Hunter Biden's claims that he never made money from China that's what they said they never made money from China We Know Better Bank records have showed that claim is false other records have shown President 33 Biden received money from aasco PC which is Hunter company and he was getting a monthly paycheck from them and that money came from China and the Ukraine ALS also we have email logs showing President Biden messaging Eric scharen one of Hunter Biden's closest business partners while he was vice president those emails indicate the president is hiding something Mike Johnson said and hiding is what they do best they are hypocrites they are liars and they cover their track so well but the problem is truth may be a long time coming but when it comes it does not take long let me give you an example 34 of that executive director of draft Biden 2016 he also worked for Bernie Sanders in 16 and 20 in both presidential campaigns both of them all right and this man that started out with the draft Biden is now uh leaving Biden so that's interesting they're boy they jump in ship over there watch this carefully a lifelong Democrat who campaigned for Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders is now leaving the party and becoming a 37 republican in an oped will pierce right the main reason I'm leaving the Democratic party is its utter disconnect with the American people the party that once Champion the working class has now been overtaken by Elite and affluent hubs who couldn't care less about the struggles of the average America American that author will pierce joins me now will great to have you on the program top and in a new poll from The Wall Street Journal 60% of Voters disapprove of Joe Biden's economy followed by 64% disapproval of Joe Biden's border over half disapprove of Joe Biden's handling of the war in Israel so will how 40 much is Joe Biden to blame for people like you leaving the Democratic party I'll be honest um when I support Biden back in 2015 2016 I you know I was looking at his record over the years and that's the main reason why I supported the president at this point though if you look at um just the economy if you look at where we are as a nation if you look at where we are as a people he has not done what he promised to do or just as he's supposed to do as president now that's the man that helped draft Joe Biden that's the man that led the fundraising to get Biden in office for them to take it they've given Donald Trump till January the 20th and then they will make a decision shortly thereafter um or is it December the 20th maybe I forget the exact date but um the charges are that Donald Trump tried to overturn the 2020 election um here is what you need to 78 know uh Smith has hopscotched the Appellate Court went right over the appet court because why he must get Donald Trump to trial right before super Tuesday why so that they can get video and share that video all over in their commercials and their advertising and use their law fair and um Smith says that this is a timesaving thing that he must do he says it's necessary because of a practical matter that's the only real way that Jack Smith can get Trump to trial by 2024 now what is this all about Donald Trump is entitled to presidential immunity well he knows Jack Smith knows that he's going to 79 use that defense so instead of that defense now having to wait months for the appell at court to make a decision he's just going to go right over them now um he won Jack Smith won in District Court and then Trump would get an appeal to the court of appeals the Circuit Court which would take months and the loss would have been heard and dragged on at least three or four months before it would go to the Supreme Court so Smith figured out a way to skip the middleman and take it to the Supreme Court a move that gives him the only chance of keeping his trial date on track but what about a victory 80 for Donald Trump what if it backfires on Smith and Trump wins in the Supreme Court immediately two things will go out the window immediately first of all the January the six election case under Jud under judge Chuka it'll go away it's done it's over Atlanta Georgia over just like that poof bam ah you can't press the charge he has presidential immunity and even though Georgia is a state case the principle of immunity still applies so that's what a victory would look like he he would still have to face judge cannon in Florida probably because they alleged that was done after he left office but 81 the truth is it was done before he left office so I believe it will even get rid of the cannon so in one decision all of President Trump's legal problems would go away all all of them go out the window now it was very unusual for the Supreme Court to say yes as quickly as they did very unusual they said yes we will take this and listen to it normally they wouldn't have so you can read that any way you want to they either want to get involved and get this over for the nation or they want to go you know against Trump but the thing is this that is Donald Trump's court now in early January we will 82 get a ruling while he was president is when he did all of these things that they're charging them of doing while he was president now Jonathan Turley addressed this issue another professor and he um basically said said that Jack Smith's trying to work quickly to convict Donald Trump because he fears that the former president will pardon himself when he's elected in 2024 I told you so exactly what we've said from the beginning Trump will pardon himself not only is this Roar 24 This Is War 24 this is a war like you have never seen of lawfare against America's president all right so why do I 83 believe that Trump will win I'm going to give you three paths to Victory what I believe his lawyers must do and if they do it all of his legal problems will disappear in a moment in the twinkling of an eye the dead legal uh battles will all disappear I'm going to give you the three paths number one the best path is to uh argue that his first amendment rights have been violated that's the best path forward number two presidential immunity and number three the stretching of the law for political persecution those three paths I want to break them all down for you right now the First Amendment 84 let's start with number one the first amendment they are violating it by criminalizing political speech an advocacy you can't do that and Donald Trump made this spe speech while he was president and yes political speech is fiery it's filled with euphemism it's filled with silicis it's filled with with fiery rhetoric that is what political stump speeches are for his first amendment gives him the right to tell the audience let's March peacefully down there and let your legislators be petitioned by the people let them hear you loud let's do it peacefully but let's go that's political advocacy the 85 prosecution wants to be America censor with roving authority to criminally prosecute anybody that speaks out against the government's narrative the government's narrative is nothing was stolen Trump disagrees how dare he say that not in my America not in Beloved America that right is protected and if the prosecutors can claim that President Trump's effort to reverse the election certifications amounted to a conspiracy against the government than people advocating against any government action such as covid-19 lockdowns or mask mandates will they face the same charges just because they're 86 speaking vociferously against the government's narrative that's what that's what Donald Trump did he spoke against the official Narrative of the government now the Supreme Court has ruled on cases like this before and they ruled against the government and they said these words and I quote this is a severe chilling effect on speech so if precedent is our guide then there is hope there for Donald Trump in the First Amendment now his political speech is what is protected here because the courts they don't like to play mind leer and what they're doing they're going to put the court in a tough 87 position because they have to prove that Donald Trump in the Deep recesses of his mind knew that he didn't win that is what the prosecutor is facing that is the the the height of evidence that they must produce that not only did Donald Trump Express what he thought but he didn't really think that I'm really concerned about the idea that we can know the mindset of a person and so is the court the court must be convinced that Donald Trump was trying his best to fraud the government brothers and sisters if that man believed what he was saying you're asking him to violate his very conscious to not 88 say it and now you have ripped him of his first amendment right that man believes what that phone pole proved that I quoted earlier he believed that they changed the rules of the game during the game that was his first path to Victory the First Amendment let's talk about the second one presidential immunity his actions that day as Commander in Chief as the head the titular head of the executive department that is tasked with enforcing the law the executive department their job is to make sure the law was abided by so under his duty as president to make sure that those votes were counted 89 legally that they were cast legally was the very definition of his job and therefore he cannot be prosecuted for this so-called crime in the past the Supreme Court has given much latitude to presidential Authority from civil suits now not criminal because they've never had to so we'll see how that goes now you cannot have a crime if it was the duties and I'm quoting if it was the duties of a constitutional officer within the Gambit of authority that the constitution allows him it cannot be an element for a crime and the Constitution allows him the power to enforce the laws and if the law said 90 you cannot cast an illegal ballot mail and ballot unless you are indefinitely confined unless you cannot in other words there's laws his job is to say hey let's pause let's go check and make sure the laws were abided by and then we'll certify the election courts do not like probing into motivation of government Executives or for matters that fall within their duties if you do that the the courts the motivation for using their constitutional power is something the courts do not want to get involved in let me give you an example if you hold a constitutional office you do not get struck out of 91 your status as an office holder because your actions are intended to effectuate your staying in office or attempting to be reelected in other words if you're running for office doing your duty of office if doing that duty is helping you get reelected that's just a caveat that's just a side benefit if you're doing your job let's just say a police officer or a police chief that's running no let's take a sheriff he's running for Sheriff and two days before the election someone gets murdered in town and by the next day that sheriff has solved that murder arrested the killer put him in jail did 92 that help his election absolutely did that tell people hey we got a good Sheriff we better yeah so now are you going to bring him to court and say well he shouldn't have done that because he was running for office and that helped him get elected do y'all see what I'm explaining to you president Trump's job was to say what he said about the law let me let me give you an example let's break it down let's talk about Joe and it he announced his support for Israel that's his job okay however what if we wanted to press charges on Joe Biden for malfant of office for supporting Israel well there's 93 nothing wrong with supporting Israel that's his job ah but what if did he really do that for America's national interest or did he do that because he was friends with the prime minister or did he do it because he sat down with his advisors and found out that that would bolster his support within the Jewish community and get him reelected do you see that slippery slope it may help him supporting Israel right now may help him with the Jews but that's okay it's not he was doing his job or did he make that decision because he sat down and his wife said if you don't support Israel I'm going to 94 divorce you and he's trying to save his marriage do you see you can't go there it when you're when it's within your authority to do a job you do it whether it's helping your campaign or hurting it a Court the Supreme Court is not going to attempt to drill down in that decision making process if in fact the president had the lawful authority to make that kind of an announcement what kind of announcement hey Mike don't count those electors yet shut the Senate down give the state legislators time to do what they need to do and make sure the law was abided by ladies and gentlemen that is the duty 95 of the Executive Branch the courts must give the space for free decision making that the constitution gives power to the executive to do I mean my god when we start getting into Donald Trump knew he didn't win are we are we having a psychic police force Force now are we going are we opening up a psychic uh Force to where we we Donald Trump you know you didn't believe that I mean where are we the man did his job no matter his intention as if you knew his intention you're not psychic if there was such a thing it's not enough to show that President Trump made false claims they will have to prove 96 that he knew they were false that he was impairing or or obstructing or defeating the lawful office of government by trickery or deceit that is a quote you the Supreme Court do you no no no no no the prosecutors argued that that alternate slate of electors was deceitful because the documents purported to be certified when they were not but that's not true under the Electoral count Act of [Music] 1887 it states that a state has 35 days after an election to resolve the challenges of the result did you ever wonder why does it take so long you have your November 3D election why do we not have an 97 inauguration for uh a another month and a half I'll tell you why there must be time to challenge the results and that's what Donald Trump was doing within his right within the Electoral count Act of 1887 now it says in that act that if they cannot get it together then they present a new slate of electors and then it's up to Congress to decide whether to count the new slate of electors or the original one go read the Electoral count Act of 1887 and all Trump told Pence was hey you've got to decide which ones are legitimate and the state legislators will tell you not the government Governor the 98 state legislature who has power over that in 1960 the Democratic party did the very same thing Hawaii had been certified for Richard Nixon the Democrat electors met and cast their votes for John F Kennedy when Kennedy's election challenge succeeded Ed Congress used the alternate slate of electors they used the ones that were not certified they decided to do that because the state legislature told them this is the legitimate slate of electors the Electoral count out act makes room for two elector slates directing Congress to open not just the electoral vote certif ified by the governor but also 99 papers purporting to be certificates of the votes of electors in other words two sets Congress decides which ones they're going to accept that's what was happening on January the 6 we were standing up giving evidence of these electors not being legitimate and that's why they shut it down whoever started that Riot so that that evidence would not be presented would not be heard and no chance of choosing another slate of electors and that's the very reason we did what we did based on what happened in Hawaii the prosecutors have to show that that President Trump knew that he had lost and that will 100 never happen ever ever ever and then number three stretching the law they have taken laws that were never meant for this purpose and they have stretched them for political persecution we are at the end my friends of this long night of the Soul we're at the end of this charade this four years of fakeness there four years where an impostor has been on the
