time from monarchies to democracies to Republic why is the church tax exempt I want to talk to you about that tonight and here's why a lot of people are pushing to take tax exempt status away from the church especially if that church speaks to to anything political and um I've had many people threaten me you know we're going to report you to the IRS I wish you would but anyway let me get back to the topic the church is a nation unto itself the church answers to no one but the Lord Jesus Christ yua the Messiah the church is 2 Sovereign the church is owned by no state by no King the church is a nation and an entity in and of itself it collects its own taxes if you will the tithe that is what finances the Church of the Living God if the state when the state taxes something it is saying that it is Lord over that so basically the reason your property gets taxed which it should not it's an illegal tax but it's because the state is saying that they are your landlord and they are that's why I laugh when people tell me they own their property not in this world you don't own anything forget to pay your taxes you'll find out 3 who owns your property if the state can put a tax on it that means that they are Lord of that they are the landlord they are the Lord of whatever they can tax anything they can tax they are the Lord of therefore the church is God's Property just like marriage is God's Property the Sabbath day water baptism communion all of these things are entities of Yahweh God himself there is no government on Earth that can lay claim to the work of God that is a sovereign line that no government dare cross because the moment in America that we ever allow any type of Taxation on the church is the moment we 4 have become no better than North Korea or the USSR every American should love the fact that the church is not taxed in any way shape or form because the state has no Authority over the church uh quite the contrary the church is the voice of morality to the state could you imagine the world without the church in it I mean I want you to think about that could you imagine Society without that church on the corner reminding people that there is a higher law there is an allseeing eye there is a day coming when you will face God every time you see a church you're gently reminded of that and the 5 state has no authority over the Church of the Living God that's why Yeshua said Render unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar but you Render unto God what belongs to God what does that mean Caesar has no control over the church the church is separate and the church let me just deal with this someone said well the church should not be speaking about politics my dear friend the church is commanded by the word of God to speak about the sins of our nation to speak against the the the things in our nation and to speak for what God is doing in our nation the moment you tell the church they cannot speak 6 to politics is the moment you have taxed the church the government has not one ounce of authority over God's holy church not one that's why during coid 19 when they told me to shut my church down I told them where they could go why because this is God's Church they have not one ounce of authority to shut anything down in the work of God and as an American you need to get this right in your head the church is Holy the church is Sovereign the church answers to no one but yua and his father Yahweh that's all the church answers to my friend so America has had a long wrong understanding that that's 7 one line you do not cross ever and let me just say this the church is the voice of the nation the church just like John the Baptist spoke against the king being married to a wife that was not his John the Baptist was the church speaking to the nation speaking to politics speaking to political leaders the church is the voice to the political leader what do you mean we can't speak about politics are you dumb that's what the church is commissioned to do the Bible said lift your voice like a trumpet cry aloud and spare not tell my people their sin and brothers and sisters that's the job of the 8 church that is the role of the church church and we will never shut up we will never be controlled by a lawless government we obey the law of the land so long as the law of the land does not command us to reject the law of Yahweh from which all laws emanate during coid whenever they told us to take a vaccine the Church of the Living God said no thank you not happening we were uh you may not know this but Professor Toto and the Toto's Army we were the very first in the nation that issued religious exemption letters that worked we saved hundreds of thousands of jobs why and how were we able to 9 do that when lawyers were writing letters that did not work it's because I personally understand the supreme authority of the church and I understand that many of us in God's Church do not even eat food or animals that are unclean so if you think that we're going to eat your vaccine that's only God knows what untested you've lost your mind we have Commandments in the word of God not to take those things in our body and that's how I wrote that letter and it worked it saved the jobs I had doctors doctors lawyers nurses policemen uh uh Educators we save their jobs by the multiplied thousands 10 because we knew how to write that letter we used the supreme authority of the Church of the Living God and therefore we will never be forced to take a vaccine in God's church ever now individual members can do whatever they want to but as the head of this local church it is our established doctrine that we do not ingest things into our body that's forbidden in the scriptures so as far as shutting down our churches during coid 19 the law of the land said shut it down but the law of Yahweh says to never forsake the assembling on the Sabbath day that's right so I don't care what the law says when 11 the Sabbath day rolls around I'll be in the house of Yahweh with the house of Israel my brothers and sisters why there is a greater law we obey the law of the land until it defies the greater law Pharaoh passed a law to kill all the Hebrew children that were coming out of the womb what did those midwives do they ignored the law didn't they why there was a higher law amen there was a higher law any man that will submit to the law of the land that goes against the higher law is a coward and Unworthy of the title Christian Christians stand for the word it's just like um marriage licenses that 12 that that's the stupidest thing I ever heard the a marriage is an institution of the holy church was never an institution of the state God owns marriage it'd be like saying I got to go to the state and get a baptism certificate have you lost your mind we don't go to the state to get a communion certificate as a matter of fact marriage license did not even exist in our nation until Social Security was introduced and it was given so that they would know who to give benefit to so I'm not telling you don't get a marriage license but I am telling you that the state has no authority to say who's 13 married and who's not married only the church the holy church has that authority to approve marriage or to anull marriage only the church has that Authority that is our Sovereign territory the state has overstepped its boundaries so many times pressing into the matters of the church that's why in Louisiana where I'm from we're under Napoleonic law and in Louisiana the state is not allowed to interfere with religious education even as far as degrees if it's being issued by the church the state has no authority over it so I just wanted to explain to you why you do not tax the church and any way 14 shape or form it is Holy it is Sanctified it is not of this world it is governed by no state or no no no King no no Monarch nothing the church is separate it belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ yua the Messiah that's why first Harvest Ministries has never had a 501c3 nor will we ever we will never come under the approval of the state what church would bring themselves under the authority of the Beast what church would ever lower themselves to have a 501c3 someone said well I want my donations to be tax deductible they are you don't need a 51 C3 for that if you give your church your money to a 15 church thanks to Donald Trump who helped change that IRS code you don't need a 501c3 anymore for your donations to be tax deductible go look it up I did a whole show on it uh I showed the paperwork uh let me see if I can find that real quick maybe it's on Rumble but I I it breaks my heart to see these churches saying oh I need mine to be taxed you know deductible no you no you don't you absolutely do not anyway I can't find that teaching but it's out there somewhere but anyway that's why you don't tax the church the church is Holy and it's governed by no government in this world
