TRUMPS Strategy to WIN THE WAR on illegal immigration - 7/1/26 - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJFNX3Baf4k Transcript: (00:00) Donald Trump started a war against illegal immigration the first day he stepped back into office. A war is not one fight. A war is a compilation of many battles. And today on June the 30th, 2026, we lost a battle. Every one of you know by now the Supreme Court ruled against Donald Trump's push to remove birthright citizenship anchor babies, whatever you want to call it. (00:52) If you think that Donald Trump started a war that he's not going to win, then you do not know Donald John Trump. Because I give you my word today, and I hope after six years it's worth something. I'm going to give you my word that this battle, this war has only begun. Today was a battle lost. We will concede that. (01:31) But it's the beginning of what's about to happen. And the United States Congress needs to be warned. There is a reason Donald Trump has commented today on everything except this ruling. He's made about six comments today on Truth Social. Not one of them about this ruling. And I know why. Because soldiers don't cry over battles. (02:04) They launch the next attack. And I'm fixing to show you right now what that next attack is going to look like. Donald Trump did not start a war. He does not plan to win. If they think that today is the end of our fight, I'm about to show you why it was just a starting gun. That's all. And there is a weapon in Donald Trump's hand that none of them see coming. (02:38) And the most beautiful thing about this weapon, it is already Supreme Court approved. No one can take it out of his hand. It is a weapon like Thor's hammer. It is a weapon that no one can stop. Yes, the Supreme Court gave us a hard blow today. They refused to end birthright citizenship. I'm going to teach you what Donald Trump's about to do and what I don't think the Congress is expecting. (03:17) Let me teach you what very few podcasters are comprehending. No one in the news media is comprehending it right now. And here's what it is. Number one, the court has ruled that the president cannot rewrite the 14th amendment by executive order. That's settled. Donald Trump knew it was a long shot. I believe in his heart he knew this is how this would turn out. (03:51) That's why he prepared the Save Act. Now he also knew that the SAVE act was a long shot, almost impossible to pass. But if the ruling from the Supreme Court come down the way it came down today, this is what Donald Trump is going to use to get the Save Act to pass. Ladies and gentlemen, when I stand back and look at this, I see a pro play. (04:27) I see something that's been lining up in this man's mind for a long time. And then part three, in other words, first in birthright citizenship with an executive order. It's not going to work. Great. Get the Save Act ready. That's not going to work. Great. So, we're going to use the court ruling to propel the Save Act. (04:55) So, the court rule that's over, that's done with. If a baby is born on our soil, if an illegal alien crosses that border, drops her baby, that baby is a citizen. Scotas has ruled, it's settled. But there is one thing the court left wide open and it's the secret weapon. The United States president has a power over anyone that enters this country in the first place. (05:28) That power has been proven in a court of law. The citizen child, they get to keep their citizenship. But the unlawful parent is still removable. Now, the weapon I'm teaching you about tonight has a name. It's called 1182. US Code 1182 gives the president the power to suspend every entry of all foreign citizens. Every single one of them. (06:12) He can stop it with one word from his mouth, one stroke from his pen. The president has the power now. If the Supreme Court wants to battle the president and if the Congress is not going to act, Donald John Trump with the stroke of a pen according to US Code 1182 can stop immediately every entrance into the United States of America. (06:43) not for one day, but for as long as he deems necessary. The court proved today that the only place this is going to get solved and resolved is in the House, the Congress. That's the only place left to save America. And the House has decided they're not going to act. Donald Trump has decided. Oh, yes you are. (07:18) Brothers and sisters, Donald Trump's about to push a button. That's why he's quiet. You mark my words. This is not my theory. The Supreme Court ruled in 2018 in a case called Trump versus Hawaii. We know it as the travel ban case. Did you know the Supreme Court upheld that law? As a matter of fact, Chief Justice John Ro the he wrote the in his own words that the power is deferred to the president. (08:02) He said by its terms 1182 give the president John Roberts calls 1182 a comprehensive delegation power given to the president to suspend all entry to the United States of America. I told you when I started, if you think Donald Trump started this war to give up after a battle, you're wrong. The weapon Donald Trump is going to use, you better watch those borders. (08:38) I've got a strong feeling very soon not one person is going to be allowed in the United States of America until the Congress passes the Save Act. If he can't make them do it, he's going to hold them hostage and no one will come in this nation. Mr. President, if you're watching, do it now. Press the button. 1182 the power belongs to you. (09:13) Now I went today and I read the statue of 1182 word for word so I could tell you the truth that no one else is teaching you about tonight. Here was my question. I said okay he's got the power to stop all entry for how long? 24 hours, 48 hours, 82 hour. How long can the president hold the gates shut? I'm talking about at every airport, every border. (09:47) I'm talking about through the rivers, anywhere. How long can he do it? Surely there's a time limit. Surely there's something to restrict him. There's a clock. 30 days, 90 days. My God, maybe even a year. But listen to me very carefully. 1182 has no time limit. The statute says he may suspend entry for such period as he deems necessary. (10:25) Donald John Trump has a nuclear clock to hold the entire government hostage. He sets the clock. Not Congress, not the courts, because the courts have already approved this that nobody can sue him if he does it because there is precedent from 2018 giving him all power over immigration, all power over entrance into the United States of America. (10:55) Now, there is one small caveat. He cannot do it on one class of people, one nationality. So to make it fair, he's got to do it for everybody. You mark my words. Unless something changes drastically, Donald John Trump did not start a war he does not plan to end. So thank you to the Supreme Court and congratulations to China on your win in the United States Supreme Court today so all your babies can be born here. (11:29) But I want to thank the Supreme Court because you have launched something that's finally going to get the Congress to pass the SAVE Act. And even more than the SAVE Act, we'll talk more about that later. Remember, this is already confirmed by the Supreme Court. Donald Trump has this power. They ruled on it 2018. He is not required to set an end date. (11:57) Donald Trump can literally announce right now, and I don't know why he's being quiet about this ruling, but it's eerily quiet. One can only wonder if all entrance to the United States of America is about to end. You can believe one thing. If that happens, the United States Congress will pass any bill Donald Trump wants passed because that suspension can last as long as Donald Trump deems necessary. (12:36) So, Scotas, you won the battle. Hats off to you. Hope you're ready for the war because Donald Trump is a fighter and he is fighting to save America. Do you do you understand the power he holds right now? He can literally tie the duration of the travel ban to a condition. He can literally tell the Congress, "No one's coming in until we fix immigration. (13:12) " He can say, "This entry suspicion remains in force until you create a law to fix it." He doesn't have to blink. Congress does. He has all the power. And that is the move America that I believe you are about to see. He cannot make the Senate vote in his favor. But here's what he can do. He can hold the door shut. Absolutely. (13:46) With a power the Supreme Court has already blessed. Don't you understand? Nobody can sue. There's nothing you can do. The Supreme Court said the power belongs to him. He can hold that lowown door shut in the Senate with no clock running against him. He can whistle and hold the door shut and chew bubble gum all at the same time until the men and women who will not do their jobs finally do them. (14:17) There's no pressure on our president. All pressure in this nation is coming down on the United States Congress. The pressure is off the Supreme Court now. They've ruled. The pressure is not on the president. He has all the power. Congress, you're about to feel the heat. The Senate has said that they're not going to pass the Save Act. (14:45) So, what does a man do when he holds one power that the Supreme Court has already blessed? What does he do with that power? He uses it. He might not constrip the baby citizenship, but he can turn off the faucet that's bringing the babies. The only tool that can deliver a pause that broad and that that encompassing encompassing and hold on to it is the one that I just put in your hands section 118. (15:26) I'm telling you >> starting right here. >> If we're going to save America, >> we can do it. Mr. President, this is your moment. It belongs pull the trigger to you. 1182 that now right after this meeting I'm going to show >> belongs to everyone gather the president and everyone watching this statement >> all across America >> no mention of scotas hardly >> he says we can easily make it up in Congress through legislation with the support of the president Congress should start today. (16:07) He put that in bold letters. They will have my complete and total support. Does anybody not hear who he's going after right now? He's done with Scotas. He is going straight to the heart of the United States Congress. Now, read that like a strategist. President Trump is not crying tonight. He was planning the backup long before he got this ruling. (16:36) He is pointing to the exact branch that I told you he would pressure. No limit. That part is rock solid. He sets the clock and he holds it until the Congress acts. The court said so. So ladies and gentlemen, that is the shocking truth and that is why I could not wait to tell you tonight. Don't be discouraged. This is a war, not a battle. (17:09) The day that all of MAGA is calling a defeat may be the day the president picks up a power that the Supreme Court handed him. A power with no clock on it and uses it to back a runaway Congress into a corner. They locked the front door on this president, but they forgot he holds the keys to the gate and he can keep it locked for as long as he wants.

Summary

In this legal-political commentary, Professor Toto argues that a Supreme Court setback on birthright citizenship is only one battle in Donald Trump’s broader immigration strategy. He focuses on 8 U.S.C. § 1182 and Trump v. Hawaii, arguing that Trump possesses broad authority to suspend entry into the United States and could use that power as leverage against Congress in an effort to obtain immigration legislation such as the SAVE Act. The transcript contains no explicit Scripture citation, direct biblical quotation, or unmistakably identifiable biblical narrative. Therefore, no Scripture references have been indexed.
