title of our show tonight um and it is the Toto exposes the smoke and mirrors of the Colorado 25 Supreme Court of magicians I want to expose right now the scam that was pulled on the United States of America okay to you and to me and to everybody I I did a live earlier on on Facebook and this is a little bit of that information plus a whole lot more I want to show you tonight why Donald John Trump has not been removed nor will he be removed from the Colorado primary ballots but before I do I want you to look at old lunch the one that don't like Trump he knows just listen and for more on the political impact we're joined Now by pollster and communication strategist Frankin Lun who has been 26 getting the pulse of trump voters for years so the obvious first question Frank what do you think the impact of this ruling will be on their support for him it's going to be exactly what the indictments did it's going to be exactly what the criticisms have done Donald Trump thrives on negativity he thrives on legal systems that try to hold him accountable and I'm convinced that his polling numbers are going to go up just today the New York Times published six key swing States and had Donald Trump up beyond the margin of error in five out of the six their polling earlier uh a month ago was 27 significant Trump is gaining the more that he is prosecuted the more that he is condemned the higher his numbers go as people rally around him and I would say to the judges as I said to the justice department you're actually making it more likely Donald Trump is elected next November by how you are pursuing this you don't explain the decisions you don't put things in context and so Trump climbs and climbs and climbs and right now he's beating Joe Biden clearly Nationwide well you know for the judges would say look we're just going by the law without fear or favor and I mean but does the 28 context even matter to Trump supporters because there have been I mean tonight's ruling was really lengthy explaining Point by point why they believe he incited the Insurrection why the 14th amendment applies to him but to the average Trump supporter that does that context even matter is this more about once again Trump is the victim of the deep State kind of thinking it actually proves Trump's point it proves that the people in charge the people in power are trying to take him down but it's not you're not trying to reach all the Trump voters You're simply trying to reach three or 4% of them 29 that will make it difference in this election now make no mistake there is very few undecided voters right now there are very few people who going back and forth between Trump and Biden it's more about those people are trying to decide whether or not to vote and I got to tell you Nikki haly was gaining and gaining and gaining every single day which he's going to be lost in the coverage for the next few days maybe for the next couple weeks As Trump turns this to his Advantage he's Tak he is the best victim politician I have ever seen in my 35 years in doing this and this is exactly what he 30 would have wanted uh in the run up to the Iowa caucus very quickly because it's stuck out to me in looking at these polls how many people who sat out in 2020 are now saying they're going to vote and they're going to vote for Trump so you think this just sort of supercharges that right it's going to just bring more people out to vote for him who made before and the state that blew me away was Nevada because that's a state with a significant percentage of Latino votes Trump has been screaming about illegal immigration and Nevada seems to be rewarding him for the language that he uses and for the 31 intensity of his message if Nevada is going this much for Trump that'll just America today well first of all this court that you're looking at on your screen this Court just did the unthinkable two or three days ago now when I first saw this court I did something and I just any review I want you to notice that word any revie by the US Supreme Court we stay our ruling until January the 4th now why January the 4th because guess what happens in 14 days from right now all the ballots will be printed as of right now they will be printed with Donald Trump's name on them okay in 14 days if those ballots get printed with Trump's name on them his name's going to stay on there because they're not going to rep reprint the ballots all right so let's keep reading um the day before the secretary's deadline because there is a 36 legal deadline these ballots have to be printed by the 5th of January legally okay keep reading if review is sought now I want you to notice that word I want you to notice that it didn't say if review is granted if review is salt or in other words if Donald Trump appeals this ruling it didn't say if the Supreme Court accepts it it didn't say if the Supreme Court rules now what it said if Donald Trump appeals this watch if review is sought in the Supreme Court before January the 4th then the stay shall remain in place and the secretary will continue to be required to include Trump's name on the 37 ballot until the receipt of any order from the Supreme Court ladies and gentlemen it was all a scam they knew this was not a ruling they knew that this was a bone to throw to their political hacks to say yes he was found guilty of insurrection so that some of these other states might could jump on board and take great inspiration from Colorado ladies and gentlemen Donald Trump's name is still on the ballot and it will be on the ballot I don't know if anybody just saw what I just taught you but I just taught you what you've not heard what there's nobody I'm telling you there's no intent to 38 remove Donald Trump from the dangerous Theory but there were three Democrats on the other side that refused to sign off and some of those judges in other states have rejected this Theory they're also Democrats and they didn't do democracy um you know Donald Trump Trum has not been convicted of anything and to throw him off the ballot based on 49 allegations which have not been fully beted in a court of law with appeals is to me contrary to everything our country stands for and I'm I'm a Biden supporter I would vote for Joe Biden tomorrow but I would tell Joe Biden that he should press the Supreme Court to get Donald Trump back on the Colorado ballot indeed on every ballot um so I think this case will be handled quickly I think it could be 90 in the Supreme Court for Trump I think it's completely misplaced I think this this Colorado Supreme Court decision is badly wrong for multiple reasons the idea that uh 50 different state courts 50 can can decide a y'all is it just me look at Caitlyn are we sure that's a woman question involving the highest elective office in the executive branch interpreting the Federal Constitution no I mean I'm seriously look look I don't I don't know if Caitlin's really a fe as to what constitutes and Insurrection against the federal government uh is is incoherent so I'd be willing to bet a small amount of money here that the Supreme Court uh if it gets to the merits of this if it has to uh will reverse there there's no other logical way you can uh apply this and and it would seow chaos in elections 51 as far as the eye could see this will throw the entire system of electing president that we've now established for over 200 years into disarray it's it's a scandal it's a shame the justices who wrote this decision ought to be ashamed of themselves it's a purely partisan Ploy and the Supreme Court ought to take this up as soon as possible and get us back to the business of electing presidents based on what the people want not what partisans want and what they can get partisan judges to enact if you're going to take a former president off the ballot in a major State the case for that judicially 52 has to be Rock Solid right and I think a lot of people are going to be looking at this and saying this doesn't seem Rock Solid to me at all this isn't uh as silver bullet as an of an argument to such a degree that you would basically subvert the election and take him off via judicial Fiat like one question I have and I put it to you as a legal expert if it's so clear that there was sufficient evidence that he engaged in Insurrection why didn't Jack Smith pursue
