Professor Toto grab your seats and welcome to the conservative college class begins now question of job approval barely 40 percent approve of Joe Biden's performance and we have to note 56 that's the highest disapproval rating for President Biden since he took office that's significant yeah so let's take a look at what's driving that to here in one big area no surprise it is the economy look at this contrast this is April of 21 months after Biden took office nearly half the 3 country was satisfied with where the economy was then now barely one in four Americans satisfied with the economy the problem for Democrats too the lack of enthusiasm about the election there's clearly a lack of enthusiasm about the president himself because we asked primary voters on the Democratic side do you want options next year besides Biden 59 said yes they do this is not a normal number for an incumbent we asked the same question a year before Donald Trump sought re-election of Republicans only 37 percent wanted more choices than has a very high number it raises the question to what 4 else concerns Democrats and I think this gets to sort of the elephant in the room here Biden's age and fitness I mean look at this contrast we have talked so much about Donald Trump the indictments the legals they are clearly a major or moderate concern to the majority of Americans but Biden's age and fitness for office almost three out of four in our poll the this is Democrats Republicans Independents say it's a major or moderate concern for them how about Trump he's only a few years younger than Biden a full 27 point gap right there this is looming as a major problem for the president too no 5 know the crosstabs are seriously stunning there's a 13 point spread with Independence even catch this the 18 to 35 demographic Trump wins 53 to 38 and of all the issues Joe Biden pulled the lowest at his approval rating on you guessed it immigration I think it was about a 23 it's about one in five people approving of the job that he's doing so Martha these numbers are simply staggering for the sitting president 44 percent of people in this poll say they are not as well off as they were at the start of the Biden Administration two and a half years ago those are the worst numbers that we've seen 6 in our ABC News Washington Post polling President Biden has been out there trying to make the case unemployment is low uh he's been talking about how inflation has been easing but people aren't buying it right now on the big picture on the economy 74 of the country that's about three quarters of Americans who say the economy is either not so good or downright poor though let's talk about age because we know for sure that the country certainly is President Biden would be 82 years old on inauguration day 2025. 7 that's how old he is he's not getting any younger and of course perceptions around his ability to perform in the job are not getting any better right now three quarters of American 74 percent say that he is too old to effectively serve in a second term uh that compares to about 50 percent who say the same around Donald Trump let's go back to that poll Trump with a nine point lead over President Biden in that poll and whatever caveats whether that is an outlier that's a tough one to spend is it what it boils down to is this political lawfare is backfiring on the Democrats political lawfare is 8 backfiring on the Democrats it is turning the tide is turning and there's nothing they can do to stop it including finding Donald Trump guilty of fraud I'm going to just showed you every Factor is 10 against Joe Biden you cannot win an election with a 37 percent approval rating when I made that Montage he was at 41 today 37 percent I told you a long time ago that by the time 2024 gets here that even the Democrats would vote for Donald Trump and you're seeing it happen it is playing out before your eyes ladies and gentlemen if you've lost hope you uh uh come back home because the Trump train is rolling it's I'm telling you guys what we have been believing for is here look at these numbers and look those journalists were freaking out in tonight's monologue apprehended Crossing the the border and imagine how many were not probably at least that many if not more typically in the summertime what's strange about this typically in the summertime see they see that that that they know that wall of opportunity is about to close they know when Donald Trump returns it all stops all their new voters stop they know it so why in summer when the numbers normally activity along the southern border is just starting to explode on September 18 2023 the city of Eagle Pass Texas experience a severe undocumented immigrant surge into the city from Mexico local state of disaster is hereby declared for the city of Eagle Pass Texas look at the numbers of people crossing into the United States we've never seen this before this is not normal and we shouldn't have to be going through a situation like this in the United States it has been 54 a complete free-for-all out here in Eagle Pass these people just show up at the River's Edge they walk down to the edge of the river they get into the water then they cross over to the U.S side non-stop groups non-stop illegal Crossings here border patrol has been bringing buses in for the last two hours trying to get them out and process them as fast as they can and they're going to be expected to be released into the United States we have thousands of people coming in without one single consequence it's just not fair I think that this is unacceptable President Biden is to blame uh for the 55 surge because he's created the perception that the border is open we put in place policies that process people in a fair and fast way I'm also directing my team to make historic increase in the number of refugees admitted from Latin America they are predominantly a single adult men filing into the country a lot of them waving to our cameras chanting Venezuela Kareem Jean-Pierre was up at the White House Podium saying that their Administration was quote stopping the flow they're not we have taken actions we have taken multiple actions as you know the president has taken action upon action to 56 try and deal what is happening at the border a historic action Joe Biden had his border patrol officers cut through that razor wire and then they pulled the razor wire and suddenly let in hundreds if not thousands of people illegally into Texas into the United States guys the Port of Entry is directly above these with that then they can register to vote this past month of September and we're not even done yet will be the highest number of illegals coming through the border so the question is why are we not cloud or shadow of what's about to come with Donald Donald Trump Mr Paxton sat down with uh Carlton Tucker Carlton not long ago I believe yesterday and I 66 would like to audit that interview in tonight's monologue help you understand what Mr Paxton was saying so that's why Georgia which most of us thought was a kind of conservative state became one of the most left-wing states in the country you believe because of mail in ballots I sat there on Election night because I told you I told the president in in I think it was May I said now listen to what he says I told the president in May before the election what did he tell the president the same thing Professor Toto has told all of you guys for years Mr President I have 12 lawsuits in the most 67 liberal counties I'm losing in every County because they sued in Liberal counties where all the judges are liberal the court of appeals are liberal I'm gonna have to find a way to get the Supreme Court or the fifth circuit before it's too late before they mail those ballots out or you won't win Texas I guarantee you if Harris County could send out 2.7 million ballots Harrison to Harrison County Harris County sent out 2.7 million ballots before the presidential election you won Texas by 600 000 you will not win and if if we have multiple counties doing that they'll they'll just figure out how 68 many votes they need we won every single lawsuit every every single lawsuit that Ken Paxton filed to stop the mail-in ballots from being mailed out in Mass he won every time because we always win in the end all 12. 69 and I told him we lose one you're done he didn't believe me I said you've got to watch this in other states because if this is happening in Texas which it looks like it's a it's a national program I can only focus on Texas you better make sure this doesn't happen in other states and sure enough Georgia which had the same margin of victory for Trump four years prior they don't stop it the the governor the AG they just let they sign a consent decree and they have mail-in ballots no signature verification they have drop-off boxes and they allow all these mail-in ballots and guess what now Georgia 70 that had the same margin of victory for Trump now suddenly we have a eight or nine percent win for Trump by protecting The Ballot Box in Georgia he loses by what 14 000 I don't know what it was a small amount and I knew when they stopped counting votes the on Election night I'm sitting there watching going this is what they would have done in Texas he said I knew this is what they would have done in Texas here's the thing without can uh dire to fight for truth to uphold the rule of law Donald Trump would have lost the state of Texas he would have lost the state of Texas if he would not have 71 been proactive Donald Trump would have lost the state of Texas so what did Paxton do months before the 2020 election he saw they were mailing out those ballots in Mass he filed lawsuits in 12 counties he brought it all the way up to the fifth circuit and they stopped they stopped it in Texas had Georgia done the same thing we wouldn't be where we are today uh but he paid a heavy price Mr Paxton did for loving truth he paid a heavy price for loving truth two of the four house investigating lawyers that worked at the Department of Justice in Washington and that's no random uh that's not random 72 explain that a little bit for those who have health investigating committees there's five members there's three Republicans two different Texas house Texas house they are responsible for they were they the ones that investigated me and they hired I think it was four lawyers two of them came from the Biden doj that's not an accident they were listen to that the lawyers they hired came from where the Biden Department of Justice why Mr Paxton you should not have filed that lawsuit to stop our plan and you shouldn't have filed that lawsuit during the election with the Supreme Court to try to stop 73 the scam bad boy sent there but you had filed 48 suits against the Biden Administration yes and I think that was a motivation we were causing a lot of trouble for the bite Administration even if we didn't win we slowed them down and we were winning I think our number is 77 of our cases so we are a huge problem for the bite Administration and that was the way to get me out of the way and obviously that had an impact on on the lawsuits being filed by Texas and other states so you think that this that the effort to remove you from office really came from the bite Administration I really do I 74 think that's where it was instigated and then there were other groups in Texas uh that we can talk about that I think were largely participating without Paxton Trump today I'm sorry Texas today would be blue or heavy much heavier purple Ken Paxton is the only one that it seems to have the will to fight for truth and to fight for justice and they came after him with everything they had and it looked like they had him now Paxton knew what the problem was and it is what I have said from the beginning if you'll notice I never went down the pathway of the ballot machines I just never went there I 75 went down the pathway of mail-in ballots now listen to what Mr Paxton has to say and see if he and I don't agree I know that melon ballots are completely unreliable if you just mail them out to everybody you have no idea who's sending them back there's no verification when they say you can't prove voter fraud they are right because normally what you have to do if you're going to mail and ballot you have to satisfy the laws under certain categories you're over 65 you're out of state what you're disabled you said if I you sign an affidavit and you send it in with your application that this is my 76 signature and then when you send your ballot back they send you a ballot in an envelope you sign that envelope with your city stick about it and they verify the signatures not the best not as good as photo ID that we have or all other voting but it still is something but when you change it to mailing it out to everybody we have no idea we have no signature verification we have no idea who's voting so when they say you can't prove voter fraud that's the system that they like because we can't prove voter fraud if we set up a system that's completely open and that's what's happening in America so 77 what's the only way you can prove voter fraud you have to match signatures okay you have to match the signature on the affidavit with the one on their ID on file however if they've never come in to register to vote guess what you don't have on file you don't have their signature so when you mail out these Mass ballots they mail them in they sign the affidavit guess what there's nothing to compare it to because you told them they can vote without registering without coming in and applying for a mail-in ballot so if I want to do a mail-in ballot I go to the courthouse I sign an affidavit when 78 they get the mail-in ballot my signature on the envelope has to match the signature on the affidavit but if we're told everybody can send one in then we don't have signatures on file and that is where the fraud was Traders we're going to send out millions of outside I would have guessed seven or eight million dollars going out in Texas to everyone just everybody that's in the in the county well so if the if the election administrator is colluding and telling people where those ballots are they just pick them up fill them out sign them and they mail them back in you would have no idea and if 79 you have a program for that there's no way to know I can't ever prosecute this because I don't know who signed the ballot I can't prove it wasn't real it becomes nearly impossible that's what I think they were trying to accomplish in Texas and then when I saw it happen into these other states Pennsylvania Wisconsin Michigan it affected our elections because guess what we all vote for president we all have national elections that relate to the Senate and Congress and that's why sued I I sued because I said wait a minute these states are required by the Constitution to follow their own laws and 80 they didn't follow their laws I can't prove voter fraud I even they probably can't prove under fraud because of the way it was done but I did argue that they they didn't follow their own laws and they are required to and the Supreme Court we lost 7-2 which I think they should have heard our case and that's what the State Bar said that was a Fearless lawsuit and even though two supreme court justices agree with you you should be punished for following that case of course they're not elected I am sure you think that was the third rail that's that's what you did that oh there's no impeachment on 81 your head there's no doubt that interesting what he said there we need to realize that when people tell you have you ever talked to anybody and there's like well it was never proven no because it can't be boy the way they pulled it off hey you got to give it to them it's impossible to prove the fraud because the only way you can do it is matching signatures and if you don't have signatures because the state legislatures were overwritten by the secretaries of State then there's no way to prove it boy why wouldn't preventing voter fraud mail-in ballots which are bad voter fraud be your number 82 one priority I think for anybody that cares about democracy whether you're a Republican or a Democrat that that should be the number one thing and for the media to constantly shut down the conversation about this and for social media companies technology companies shut down the conversation tells me there's a reason they don't want us talking about it's insane how you get treated for for even bringing it up when in reality I don't think there's a more important issue even than immigration anything because all those other issues will be affected by whether we have real elections that we can 83 trust and you think it comes down to or the most important issue is mail-in balance for what I know like I don't know the machine stuff I've tried to get people to bring stuff to prove it and I've never seen proof so did you hear that now do you know why Professor Toto never jumped on that train about the machines because I knew that was a dangerous side road that was going to distract from the real problem male in ballots I would if I haven't either if they if they could wait did Tucker Carlson just say that he's never seen any evidence about the voting machines did Tucker Carlson just say 84 that and y'all get mad at me when I say it but Tucker's fine and minded minded but he said I'm open-minded but I've never seen proof I have never had anybody but I do know 100 that they cheat with mailing Bells I know that for a fact and we have prosecuted people for that he said I know it because I have prosecuted people for the for that right there but I played all that because I want you to know something when Paxton was prosecuted for truth all the odds were stacked against him everything they came at him with both barrels look who's standing today look he had divine intervention I believe 85 that with all my heart God sent an angel and that man was delivered From The Snare of the Fowler that when I saw that interview I saw that was the cloud the size of a man's hand of what's coming you just saw Texas truth and Trump that was a foreshadow of what you're going to see happen on a much working at the polls that's it number four eliminate electronic voting today just eliminate it number five Implement Universal voter ID those five simple steps would restore election Integrity States yesterday so my wife was standing at the uh kitchen sink and she looks in the backyard and sees a a man running across the backyard you know Professor Toto has enemies and uh so it was alarming and of course he he looked to be uh a threat the way he was just running across our backyard and our house is gated so you can't get 123 in our backyard anyway except climbing over the gates and she saw him running and she froze in in space in place and uh started screaming well the window was open the man heard her scream and he goes on our carport behind our outdoor kitchen and drops down and hiding from her I was in the shower when it happened she comes beating on my door ah it was a sight to behold I tell you I throw my towel around me come running out the shower she's screaming there's someone in the backyard and so I tell her to get me my gun so I'm literally standing at the door I can't see the guy so I don't know if 124 he's armed or not I don't know if he's on drugs I don't know if he's dangerous so I scream out to him and beg him not to move I just I say don't move and of course I had our pistol and and I told him that I said sir we don't know who you are my wife is afraid do not move I said please don't move because I don't know if you're armed he didn't say a word we're standing on there my wife's on the phone with 9-1-1 uh for about 15 minutes finally the police show up and they walk around the kitchen counter where he's at and draw their weapons and the man was asleep we have a in our kitchen we have a 125 turf with pads comfortable walking pads so it's very comfortable the man was laying down asleep he didn't even hear me screaming at him not to move he didn't know I had a gun because he was knocked out anyway they they woke him up and come to find out uh he was a drug addict he was homeless and someone had slipped him or given him Fentanyl fentanyl however you say it for the first time ever and it drove him out of his mind and he ran through the woods from the beach where he had done the drugs and the woods behind my home are so thick even a doll could hardly get through them but that's how he 126 came in our backyard he did climb the gate he came through the woods and he was running out of his mind so long story short he was not a danger thanked the Lord but the police did come and um got him and put him in the car and they asked me if I wanted to press charges we we declined to press charges I could see my son when my son was on drugs I saw that as some mother son but I did ask to go out to the police car and pray with the young man and we uh some of the people from our church was here we gave him water we offered him some hot tamales we knew he was hungry and prayed with him and 127 asked the Lord to deliver him and he was you could tell he was touched by that and he looked at us and uh said where is your church located we told him so uh who knows he may show up at church and we put him out at the home of Hope get his life changed so anyway amen amen amen amen so that happened to us yesterday the police officers told us that people are starting to that are getting on drugs so bad they're just looking for places to sleep and they're starting to go into people's sheds and homes it's really a sad sad situation but uh amen but we do pray that the Lord so would you say a 128 prayer for that young man tonight uh his name is Jason Jason Jason some Mother's Son mother's child and uh anyway prayer is powerful prayer is powerful amen amen amen amen amen sister Carmen we would love to get him in the home of Hope and help him and the police officers were amazing I have her name here officer Jeremy she was so wonderful they were very kind to the man very kind and so anyway y'all pray for Jason amen who knows he may wind up in our church and become one of our best faithful members amen hallelujah Hallelujah now my wife was in tears crying it was a scary experience for her 129 she feels safe in our home this has been her home her family home for decades and uh that was the first time she had ever felt violated so she was emotionally you know in a mess for a little while but luckily we had some church people sister Pat sister Deborah sister Brody uh Brothers brother Betts brother call they all came up and comforted my wife and distracted her and wound up stay until 11 o'clock last night it was we have the best Church in the whole world amen amen amen amen amen well I reckon that's about it folks hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah see I feel the 130 presence of the Lord Now isn't that wonderful amen amen amen amen amen hallelujah the love of God so rich and pure so marvelous and so sure it reaches down from the Throne of Heaven and sets the vibe less than Earth free oh the love of God so rich and pure here is the entrance to Remnant Ranch home of Hope I want to thank Elder Morgan for building our beautiful entrance we're not finished yet I know you can't see the sign up there at the top but it says Remnant Ranch and campgrounds dedicated to the glory of Yahweh and then we have beautiful electric gates with deers there now today they 131 started building the stone wall and that stone wall will connect they are Timbers there to the woods on both sides so next and then we're going to put stones halfway up the timber with beautiful gas lamps protruding out from the two side Timbers it's going to be beautiful so anyway I want to thank Elder Morgan for such a wonderful job job well well done you know those three pieces of wood cost us two thousand dollars for three pieces of wood the stone two thousand dollars the gates to just that little bit of work six thousand dollars but we have horses on the land and we need to get a gate up 132 so that none of our horses
