The Original Covenant Remembered and Restored (Revelation 13, Ezekiel 16 & 36) Pastor John Shane Vaughn — First Harvest Ministries International ________________ 1 Revelation 13:1: and I stood on the sand of the sea, saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and 10 horns, and upon his horns 10 crowns, and upon his head the names of blasphemy; go to verse 8: and all that dwell on the earth will worship the beast; everyone will worship the beast whose names; now let's let's qualify that. 2 Everyone and all that dwell on the earth will submit to the beast which is false religion; except; except; hallelujah; except those whose names have been written from the foundation of the world in the book of the life of the Lamb who was slain; only those that have the life of the Lamb, or the life of the word, sir; you may be seated. 3 There are many sicknesses that honestly I'll just be real with you; there are many sicknesses you can pray for and they're not going to be healed; for example, a broken bone and anything's going to heal; just not; it takes time; okay; for example; and pastor, well God can do anything; don't be dumb; I know that; okay; but he normally doesn't do anything outside his law; there's a law; there's a pattern. 4 But there are some sicknesses that can be healed because why? They have life in them; and it's called diseases; yes sir; now listen carefully: disease has a life, a germ life if you will, and that life is contrary to the life of God; the life of God is health; there is another life that comes into you called disease. 5 When there is a sickness related to disease, the power of the spoken word will curse that dead diseased life; it's an evil life; cancer can be healed; heart disease can be healed; these are diseases with life in them; and that's why I said probably not a broken bone unless it's an absolute miracle; those don't have life in them; they're fractures. 6 But when evil life comes in, those diseases are submitted to the power of the spoken word; and I said all of that to say this: there is two lives running through the world; the life of disease which is rebellion and the life of obedience which is the life of Christ; the sickness that this world has can be healed; I've come to tell you it's a disease. 7 Nobody caught that; so I think I'll try it again: the sickness that this world has is a disease called sin; and that disease is life; but it's the wrong kind of life; that's why we pray for all men; we are not praying for all men that have been fractured; they have literally had a fleshing disease take over their bodies and their minds. 8 That's why many people when they read the scripture, by his stripes we are healed, they think that has to do with physical healing; oh no; go back and read your context; this is about a disease called sin; and by his stripes, we are healed of that disease; I don't know about you but I've been healed of a disease; I said I've been healed of a disease that was running through my members; hallelujah; woo, sir. 9 But I still have to take my antibiotics; every Sabbath day; hallelujah; I come and keep those antibodies flowing; oh, of the good word of the Lord; and there's those antibodies on that table of showbread; amen; so the only people that's going to worship the beast are those that have a disease; Elder Baker, they have a life flowing through; they're not dead; they have life, but it's a disease life. 10 Just like worms and germs; the greatest fear you have when you own a pet is heart disease or parvo; so in order to stop that you must put something there to stop that disease; and brothers and sisters, only those that have literally had a blood transplant from the Lamb of God will not worship the beast. 11 Let me put it a better way: the only ones that will worship a beast are those that are beast; they have a beastly nature; they have a beastly mindset; they're not little lambs; they're beast; they seek to devour. 12 Now there is something and I'm so glad Sister Chelsea sang this morning, covenant-keeping God, because I want to pick right back up on last night; let's go to Ezekiel 16; Ezekiel chapter 16 and we're going to read in verse 59; you may stay seated. 13 Chapter 16 verse 59: let's read; Elder: for thus saith the Lord God Yahweh; uh-huh; I will even deal with thee as thou hast done which hast despised the oath in breaking the covenant; now hold tight; I want to deal with a lie that Christianity taught you. 14 The lie says that Yahweh has abolished the original covenant and given us a new covenant; and that this new covenant is totally different than the old; the minute you tell someone you keep Sabbath they will tell you why they don't; why don't they do it? They're in a new covenant; and this original covenant has been done away with; the only problem with that is there's nowhere in the Bible that says that; but that's fine; I digress for a moment. 15 So Yahweh said: here's what I'm going to do Israel; I'm going to punish you; I'm going to scatter you; and yes I'm going to make you lost; I'm going to watch over my word to give you your timed punishment; any judgment from Yahweh has time connected to it; never eternity; time; always; because you are not eternal creatures; you don't have an immortal soul; you are humans. 16 Now let's read verse 60: nevertheless; nevertheless; I will remember my covenant; nevertheless, even though I scatter you, even though I'm going to do all of this to you for thousands of years, here's what I promise you: I'm going to remember my original covenant; amen; amen. 17 And when I remember that covenant what am I going to do? Read: I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant; but only because I've built it onto what I remembered; my God from Zion; he said I'm going to remember that Abrahamic covenant, that Mosaic covenant, and then once I remember that one I'm going to establish that one forever; forever. 18 He said I'm going to remember my covenant and then what I'm going to do is establish it; now Pastor, how is Yahweh going to establish the covenant he remembered? I thought it was building a new covenant; oh, not according to Ezekiel; now if you want me to believe you instead of Ezekiel, fat chance; come on, Pastor; I'm going with the prophets, the law and the prophets; the foundations of this house of Israel; let's read what a prophet said; hallelujah. 19 Amen; verse 61: then thou shalt remember thy ways; now hold on; when I remember the covenant I'm going to establish it with you forever; and how will I know that he has remembered it and is establishing it? When the whole house of Israel begins to do what, Elder? Remember his ways; when they begin to remember the ancient landmarks; read and be ashamed; when they begin to repent all over the world. 20 Read: hallelujah; when thou shalt receive thy sisters thine elder and thy younger; and what is that? The great coming together; your sister is Ephraim; yes sir; amen; amen; there it is; elder is Judah, sir; yes sir; there is no new covenant until Judah and Ephraim begins to reunite; and this is what's going to happen to them; it's not a new covenant; it's the same covenant elevated to the status of everybody. 21 Woo! He said when I get done whipping you I'm going to remember an old covenant and take that covenant and reestablish it; but this time it will be forever; oh I thank y'all; wait for truth; get out of Babylon; find a preacher that'll bring you back to the covenant of Moses and Abraham and David and Noah; hallelujah; woo. 22 I don't know but I feel a healing touch in my voice today; it sounds deeper and richer; hallelujah; I feel a touch; amen; praise the Lord; read Elder quickly: and I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by thy covenant; and I will establish my covenant with thee; I will establish that covenant that I remembered. 23 Amen; with who? The reunited house of Israel; read: and thou shalt know that I am the Lord Yahweh; how will I know you've reestablished? Because every single one of you will know Yahweh; hallelujah; oh blessed be his name. 24 Quickly, Leviticus 26:44; and I want to explain while he's turning there: the original covenant; and I want us in this ministry to quit calling it the old covenant; we're going to call it the original covenant; the God I serve is an original God; yes sir; read Leviticus 26:44. 25 And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies; God said I'm going to punish them; yes they're going in the land of their enemies; read: I will not cast them away; but I'm not casting them away; read: and I'll take it one step further; I'm not replacing them with something called the church either; amen. 26 Hallelujah; I don't believe in replacement theology; I'm not replacing them with some new thing on the day of Pentecost and wiping them out; no no no no; don't ever believe anybody that tells you the church was born on the day of Pentecost; oh no, darling. 27 The eklesia, the kahal, the house of Israel, predates the day of Pentecost by thousands of years; hallelujah; hallelujah; the church was empowered on the day of Pentecost but it was not born there; no sir; my Bible said there was a church in the wilderness; hallelujah. 28 Hallelujah; oh how these Christian churches want to take the day of Pentecost while forgetting the 49 days before it of Shavuot and recreate and rebrand truth into something else beside the house of Israel; shame on you; there is no church outside of Israel; outside of the 12 tribes there is no people of Yahweh on this planet; it's all Israel. 29 Christianity has done more to destroy the house of Israel than the Amalekites, the Canaanites, or any of them put together; they're the greatest enemies of the house of Israel; hallelujah; hallelujah; amen. 30 Read: I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them; so what will I do? Read: to destroy them utterly and to break my covenant with them; I will never ever ever, no matter what I do to them, no matter how many Hitlers I send after them, no matter what I do, I will never ever have another covenant than this original covenant that I have remembered; y'all, we've got to get this right; we've got to get it right. 31 There is a covenant lifestyle demanded of Israelites; not of Christians, but of Israelites; it's demanded of us; read: I got to hurry; hurry, quick, quit interrupting me; read: I am the Lord their God; Yahweh; I am Yahweh; their; listen what he said: their God. 32 I want everybody to hear me and hear me well: God is not the God of this world; Satan is; he's the God of Israel; that's the only God he's ever been and the only one he'll ever be; why? Because in order to be Israel's God, Israel has to agree to obey him; you'll obey me; I will be your God; my people. 33 You know what that's like? That's like saying Pastor Vaughn is my pastor and I ain't seen a dime tithe from you in years; I ain't your pastor; call me pastor, but I ain't your pastor; if I was we would have a covenant connection; you would tithe into my work and I would pour into you; don't call me your pastor when you're cheating from me; a pastor is not a title; a pastor is a relationship. 34 Hallelujah; and that's what it sounds like when the world calls God their God; when everybody says well he's my God too; no he's not; let me see your checkbook; let me see your calendar; let me see if he is your God; when I look at your calendar, I better see three big things: Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles, and Sabbath; I'll find out if he's your God; he's only the God of the house of Israel and his covenant is only with them, sir. 35 Go to Deuteronomy 31:21-22; oh I hate preaching with a timer; come on; Deuteronomy 31:21-22; I've got a long way to go; what time is it? 12:43; oh Lord; come on; amen; and it shall come to pass; uh-huh; when many evils and troubles are befalling them; oh yeah; they're going to have evil, Hitler's coming after them. 36 Amen; listen: that this song shall testify against them; there's going to be a covenant; the song is the covenant; it's going to testify against them; read: for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouth; but it will never be forgotten; how? Not from them; they're going to forget it; but guess who's going to come back to it? Read. 37 Amen; for I know; out of the mouth of what? Read: out of the mouth of their seed; their children; Elijah will turn the children back to the covenant; oh my God, does anybody hear me today? Woo! Yes, Israel's going to forget the covenant, but their children won't because I'm sending Elijah to find their children; woo! Hallelujah. 38 Somebody say good God from Zion; here we are; here we are; he said this covenant I'll never forget it; and one day their children will not forget it; they will turn their hearts back to the covenant; it didn't say we turn their hearts back to the cross; the covenant; that's right. 39 Christianity gets mad at me when they come in and don't see a bunch of crosses; oh I believe in the cross but I don't get stuck there; I'm going to Mount Zion, not Mount Calvary; I'm going to Mount Zion, the city of our God; hallelujah. 40 Go to Ezekiel 36 now; I want you to know when that new covenant comes, how you going to know it? Ezekiel 36:22-28; I think I'm going to pick this up tomorrow night is what I think I'm going to do; amen; and then Elder Baker's just going to preach whatever the Lord's given her when I slip out the door; hallelujah; oh hallelujah; hallelujah; Mom and Daddy's got to go with us too; so a few of us will be slipping out in a minute but that's all right; the Holy Ghost ain't going nowhere; hallelujah. 41 Read Ezekiel 36:22-28: therefore say unto the house of Israel; uh-huh; thus sayeth the Lord your God Yahweh: I do not this for your sakes O house of Israel; I'm not sending Elijah to find you because I like you; amen; I liked Abraham; come on; I made a promise to Abraham and if I don't come find you, I lied to Abraham; if I; my God have mercy. 42 Read: Father, but for my holy name's sake; which you have profaned among the heathen wherever you went; well you've profaned my name everywhere you went; you called me every name in the book; you forgot my name; you worshiped other gods; you better be glad I like Abraham because I'm not finding you because of you. 43 I'll never forget the first time I went to buy a car in Columbia, Mississippi; and I got there with no credit and I had $300 down and I walked in there like I had a pocket full of money; $300; 16 years old I reckon I was; and that man sort of laughed at me and he said but I know your grandma and for your grandmother's sake, pick you out a car; why? Not because I like you; I like who you come from. 44 I think it took her years to pay that debt off; God rest her soul; and you know what? I didn't pay that note; I remember I let that; and my grandma told me my name; she said I'm going to pay this because he did it for my name's sake; hallelujah; and she was so mad at me cuz I let that car go unpaid; but she paid a debt for her name's sake; oh thank God for the revelation of it; hallelujah; hallelujah; woo. 45 Read Elder; verse 23: and I will sanctify my great name; I'm going to sanctify; I'm going to clean my name up; hallelujah; read: which was profaned among the heathen; you went into Babylon; you called me God; you called me Baal; you called me Jesus, Isus; you called me everything that they told you; but there's going to come a time when I'm going to clean my name up among my people. 46 I'm going to teach them who I am; I am that I am; I'm going to teach them who I am; when I begin to work in their lives and call them back to the covenant; read; when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes; when will the heathen know? When my name gets sanctified among my people; hallelujah. 47 For those of you that's come to know your Father's name, you ought to be kissing the ground of this church; why God used this mouth and this ministry to reveal your Father's name to you; and therefore proving he's brought you to the covenant; he's cleaning up his name; hallelujah. 48 And now 10 years later he's not just doing it here; over at PA they're singing Yahweh; we were doing it first but they're doing it now all over the church; hallelujah; Yahweh; he said I'm going to clean my name up among my people; yes sir; and then the heathen; come on; then I'll deal with the heathen. 49 Read: for I will take you from among the heathen; uh-huh; and gather you out of all countries and I will bring you into your own land; yes; then will I sprinkle clean water upon you; then I'm going to sprinkle clean water; not while I'm gathering you but after I gather you; read: and ye shall be clean from all your filthiness and from all your idols will I cleanse you; hallelujah. 50 A new heart also will I give you; hold on; after I gather you; after; amen; amen; then I'm going to give all of you a new heart; read: then it's established; that's right; that's when it's established; that's when I'm doing this; a new heart also will I give you and a new spirit will I put within you; a new mind; now that's what started happening on the day of Pentecost: the new mind began to be transplanted into the firstfruits. 51 Now this is going to get good; if I could get to my second paragraph today it would get good up in here; time is of the essence; read: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh; I'm going to remove that disease that's giving you heart disease; I'm going to remove heart disease that's making you have a fatty stony heart and I'm going to heal your heart; hallelujah. 52 Brother Lashne, you've had a touch of the Lord on your life this week; I can tell son, the Lord has touched you; I see a change man today; the Lord has touched you today; hallelujah; read: hallelujah; and I will give you a heart of flesh; yes; and then what am I? I'm going to take that; I'm going to take that old heart disease out; replace your heart which is your mind. 53 Read: and I will put my spirit within you; and then I'm going to put my; see at Pentecost that began but not as part of the new covenant; right? I'm going to show you what it was; oh God, I wish I had time; read: and cause you to walk in my statutes; and listen to this; I'm going to listen for anybody that says God doesn't make anybody do anything; they lied to you, baby. 54 He said I'm going to force you; I'm going to make you obey me cuz I'm going to give you what you need to obey me; I'm going to give you my spirit, my mind; hallelujah; if that is not happening right now in the whole world we're not in the new covenant; we're not there yet; oh no; we're not there; because if we were, you wouldn't even have to ask your neighbor do you know Yahweh; the Bible said everyone would know him in the new covenant; in the new covenant; hallelujah. 55 Hallelujah; I want to, if I may, here's what I want to do: I want to give you a bombshell; I want to make it so plain for you; for everybody that's waiting on this new covenant, listen to me: you might be a little disappointed because it's going to be the exact same covenant that's in existence today; but it's going to be in everybody's heart; woo! With the same requirements, the same lifestyle; hallelujah. 56 He said when the new covenant comes I'm going to make every man live like First Harvest Ministries is already living; hallelujah; anything else? And ye shall keep my judgments and do them; hold on; everybody's going to keep my judgments and I'm going to make sure everybody does them; well how can God be so sure? I'll tell you how: because he's going to move in every one of them; and that salvation that comes on the inside is going to start working on the outside in every man; come on and give him a shout of praise.
