the 4th anniversary of January the 6 is coming up and I know you may not have thought it possible but I want you to know tonight that it may very well be another January the 6th why is that because with all these third-party candidates that are getting into the race it may very well be another contested election with Biden or Trump not getting enough uh Electoral College votes to get over that threshold and what happens in a situation like that where you have Mansion where you have RFK where you have U uh uh no labels you run out of electoral votes and neither man gets above it guess what happens it goes back to the house again

Summary

In this short commentary, Professor Toto warns that the upcoming presidential election could become contested if third-party candidates divide the Electoral College vote. The speaker suggests that neither Donald Trump nor Joe Biden might receive enough electoral votes to win outright. In that event, the election would move to the House of Representatives for resolution. The possibility is compared politically with January 6, but the transcript contains no explicitly cited or unmistakably identifiable Scripture reference.
