you're right how did all these people miss it well I'm going to prove to you tonight there's hundreds of thousands of us that believe in the Sabbath but how did all these people miss it brother Von if you're right how can you be right and they all be wrong it's a great question I just read you the Satan has deceived the whole world let that scripture sink in there's only one group of people that and all that why because what if I told my wife we're not going to go out tonight because I love you every day I may love my wife every day but I can't focus on her every day I own a business it keeps me on the road I own two businesses at now and and I've (05:59) running this Ministry my wife she told me yesterday how it was draining even her my attention from well I can't focus on my wife every day so when you use that cop out that every day is the Sabbath that's a lie I love Jesus every day you may love him 24/7 but you're focused on everything but him all right all right amen so what if it comes anniversary time this year and you tell her darling there's no need for us to go out and have a special time you know I love you all the time how would that go over yet that's what we say about the (06:35) Sabbath that's God's dat with his church amen and yet you say every day being that's a cop out from you obeying God I love God every day but I'll be the first to tell you he don't get my attention all day every day but I promise you when that sun went down tonight he's got the next 24 hours completely my attention amen all right so the reason God created the Sabbath is because we're out of touch brother Dominic we're out of touch with our families we're out of touch why everybody's working everybody's doing their thing could you imagine if the (07:18) whole world obeyed the Sabbath what it would be like if the whole world stopped when that sun went down and it was family time it was rest time it was church time it was Focus time the whole world would be in a much better place God gave us the Sabbath as a blessing to us not as a bir huh we would have World Peace absolutely God provides his desire for our love or proves his desire for our lovees to have meaning in his law read Deuteronomy 5:33 you shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God has commanded you that you may live and that (07:56) it may be well with you and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess got a question for you God just said I gave you my laws so that you can have a long healthy prosperous life you want to tell me why he come to set me free from that thank you somebody got it why did he say he gave us his law to give us a long healthy happy life right so why would he send Jesus to set me free from that come on his law wasn't a burden John said his law is not burdensome his law is for our good so why is everybody mad cuz I'm preaching (08:50) on the good law I'm trying to teach you how to have a happy life you can't have a happy life without without obeying God's law that's right go ask those people in jail if they've got a happy life if they could undo it they would keep the Ten Commandments but here's why people hate me preaching on the Ten God ananas and Safar they were worshiping and God killed them in the New Testament by the way after Grace by the way some of y'all that said that God changed in the New Testament he killed them for breaking the law of God they did it their way instead of God's way what commandment did they break really Thou shalt not steal they stole from God and under grace God jerked them out of this world because God never changes amen I don't care what your church has teach you God never changes next screen the nine Commandments somebody say the nine (16:08) Commandments nine Commandments once in a while you might find a Christian who dismisses the Commandments however most will tell you they believe in the Commandments amen all right let's read Exodus 20 and verse 8 remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy that's one of the Commandments now if you believe in all nine how can you leave this one out it's a law of God Amen remember the seventh day and keep that day holy I don't care what you do on Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday or Friday but that day I want (16:50) it set apart thank you Jesus you can go to church 50 times a week but you better be there on that day because that's my day y'all play Church all them other days that's my day am oh God most Christians consider the Ten Commandments a relic of the past impractical in today's world while Christians scream against the Sabbath they all keep one see everybody that tells you they don't believe in keeping the Sabbath day tell them they're a liar because they're all keeping it why you think they all going to church once (17:26) a week that's they're keeping the Sabbath day the wrong one if you find a Christian that says I don't believe in keeping the Sabbath said then you know what won't you just go to church once a year instead of once a week they're all keeping the Sabbath come on Saints you've been keeping it all your life how many have been going to church every week every s days you've been keeping the Sabbath on the wrong day now all your preachers that are against the Sabbath say look I've got an idea Pastor won't we have church once a (18:08) month and see how that goes over now they got to collect money them other three they need all four of them they need all four weeks they're all keeping do you understand they're all keeping Sabbath so when they tell you they don't believe in the Sabbath and tell them they go to once a month once a year sure let's have a once a year service well we better not do that why not you don't believe in the weekly Sabbath yes they do they've just been deceived all right next SC here's some common objectives did Jesus do away with a (18:49) specific day of rest whatever time we choose to dedicate to God is Holy time wrong did Paul show that the Sabbath is no longer necessary was the Sabbath Changed by the first century church was Sabbath created in Moses's law why did God command the day of rest in him next SC is the Sabbath relevant in today's world isn't the Sabbath for the Jews think about this why is there such a quarrel over the fourth Commandment when all the other nine are second I beg you to think about that why such a quarrel how many they don't (19:36) quarrel with you about not stealing right then why will they not fellowship with you over the for because of Satan's plan to keep God's people from obeying God's law we will answer this question from the Bible and from history next screen all right let's begin go to Genesis 2 2 through3 now when we mention the Sabbath people in their mind automatically say that was part of whose law Moses's law the minute you think of the Sabbath you go back to Mount Si in your mind right okay you're going to the wrong place that's why you think it's in (20:20) the law it's not in the law on and on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made and he rested on on the seventh day from all his work which he had made and God blessed the seventh day and Sanctified it God blessed the first day and Sanctified because that God blessed the first day and Sanctified it no what day seven seven what day are we in right now this is the 24 hours that God calls holy go ahead because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made what day did God rest on brother (21:04) Elijah seven sister Anna what day did God rest on Seventh day does God ever change did God say the seventh day was holy set apart Sanctified yes I'm fixing to show you in another verse where he said on the seventh day have a holy assembly of the people amen the get rid of marriage you get rid of the Sabbath God created them together oh y'all mad because the y'all mad cuz they letting two men get married but you don't have no problem with them changing the Sabbath law but you mad cuz they changing the marriage law everybody says it was one man and one woman you all crazy about that law but at the same time God (23:21) created the seventh day and you don't care nothing about it notice what God Said in that verse she just read he said remember the Sabbath day how you going to remember something that just started Jesus he's talking to the children of Israel hundreds of years later remember the Sabbath day he wasn't creating the Sabbath right then it had been created in the beginning he's telling them come out of your Egyptian bondage where you've been obeying Egypt and get back to the Sabbath while they was in Egypt they forgot the (24:07) Sabbath they was in that religious system but when they come out first thing he told them remember what separates you from Babylon you go obey these Roman Catholic Church teachings God said get out of her how dare you forget the Sabbath while you're remembering all your conferences in the church world you go to everyone run to them like a little puppy looking for your word but you forget the Sabbath it's idolatry that's the only day God sanction yeh told us Church remember the Sabbath has a spiritual purpose why did (24:54) he tell them to remember it because it reminded them of their creator it reminded them that while all of the Science World and all of the Hollywood is saying there is no God while it's changing our Focus every seventh day God wanted us to remember him as the Creator that he is the supreme power that's the reason for the Sabbath to remind you the Sabbath has a purpose it reminds you of a Creator that's in control it was a weekly remembrance of the existence of yah Elohim and his sovereignty that's why God made it so (25:42) you would never forget even when science was screaming in your ear that Evolution when everything's screaming in your ear every seventh day bam you're reminded of a Creator God Amen come on thank you darling next SC the Sabbath did not begin at Mount Si let's go to Exodus 16 and verse3 if you've ever been taught that the Sabbath began with the law I'm going to show you something it's going to blow your mind Exodus 16 and3 let's read it and the children of Israel said unto them would to God he had died by the (26:19) hand of the Lord in the land of Egypt when he sat by the flesh part and when he did eat bread to the full for you have brought us forth into this Wilderness to kill this holy assembly with Hunger okay here they are in the wilderness where are they headed to brother Tony where they're going to the promised land now in a few days they're going to come to a mountain called Mount siia right what's going to happen in Mount siia he's going to give them the law right now supposedly when he does that is when and how God brought us out delivered us that's what we remember and then but what are we rehearsing we're remembering those two things but we're also rehearsing we're practicing what are we rehearsing we're remembering creation and salvation but we're rehearsing manifestation when we're born again when we're born of the spirit we're rehearsing the day of the Lord we're rehearsing when we shall live in the kingdom of God on Earth we're (37:32) rehearsing the dancing and the celebration we're rehearsing the seventh day that is coming every week when we come together we're reminding hell of the coming Sabbath of the Lord so it's for creation salvation and M that's going to be on your test and manifestation oh go to the next screen I'm not going to do Deuteronomy right now all right in every langage of the world every language of the world Saturday look at the names every Saturday and every culture look at it Armenian is Shabbat Spanish over there is sabado (38:13) Sudanese is satu first day of the week but not when he was resurrected on the first day now if you ask your pastor why do we have church on Sunday his answer will be because Jesus (40:50) was resurrected on Sunday if church going had enough lessons together to convince each other we ain't got to keep those feast days no more we ain't got to keep the sabbaths no more right Jesus replaced it all okay all right read then somebody want to tell me why he came and poured out his Spirit on a High Sabbath Pentecost was a high Sabbath that was a Sabbath day now if he's replacing it he ought to do it on another day come on if one of God's laws hey guys if one of God's laws we know God changed circumcision right why cuz it's as plain as the nose on your face of the New Testament that he changed circumcision if God's fasting has nothing to do with God's holy Sabbath in the Church of that day and that's y'all believe the exposer Bible commentary if you don't believe me it's a that Paul was not discussing the Sabbath but rather other days for fasting or abstaining from food now go to the next stren fasting practices were becoming a (1:15:10) bone of contention in this young Church somebody say a former pagans former pagans this church was made up of former pagans and what was they doing they practiced astrology certain days were honored and considered lucky days certain days were better days than other days maybe there Venus you know Thursday honors Venus and Monday honors the moon and and uh Saturday I mean and Sunday honors the sun there was Pagan astrology in the church and they were saying well my lucky day is Thursday or or I'm going to fast on Mondays cuz that's a better day (1:15:55) to it's all about food and if you understand that the expositor's commentary understands it how many's ever heard of the tal Moon it records that many Jews of that time fasted on Mondays and Thursdays and they had become like the phy said we fast on Mondays and Thursdays y'all need to fast on somebody comes to you and against has Having the Holy Days that's the scripture that going to don't esteem days and weeks and months and new moons and all that all right going to show you how they're clueless of what they're talking about they refer to God's commanded assemblies (1:18:38) for his holy nation now notice if this is talking about going back to the Sabbath day stay focused if Paul is talking about God's Sabbath notice what he calls God's sabath the weak and miserable beggarly principles or elements watch out Paul you just said the Commandment was holy now you're calling it weak and beggarly watch out Paul you talking about the sabbaths is that what you're references calling it weak you're calling the Commandments of God weak to which people he said they were turning back
