Summary
This treatise answers why, if YAHWEH reconciles all things, Satan (the 'Nameless One') will not be restored. It argues that mercy restores the deceived because their ignorance leaves room for instruction, but Satan was deceived by no one, sinned with full knowledge and authority, and committed high-handed sin for which Torah provides no offering. Using the Azazel goat of the Day of Atonement, it teaches that reconciliation is completed when responsibility returns to its source and the Deceiver is removed from creation.
