Transcript:
(00:00) picking up on the series I started two weeks ago, the wonder of it all. Amen. Now, we're going to have to recapitulate for a few minutes to try to catch y'all back up to where we were. That's always the hardest part. I hate having to redo all that, but I just got to bring you up to date. So, uh, let me just say, you remember when I started this series, I told you that I didn't know what to name it.
(00:32) Y'all remember that? Normally, I'm very good at titles because I'm a preacher. You know, when I was growing up and the world I grew up in, it was all about the titles. You know, the best preachers had the best titles. That was just the way it went.
(00:52) And uh but [clears throat] I couldn't title this one, so I named it the wonder of it all. And we're going to leave it at that. However, there's a however there. I did get another name that we're going to tack on to it. That way when you're trying four or five years from now to remember this series, I don't really want you to remember it as the wonder of it all. Well, I want to give you another title to add to it so that your brain will always connect back to it.
(01:18) And the the title that I'm adding to this is construction continues. Construction continues. That's the title that's going to catch you, honey. Go sing that for me. Oh, she's already left out. Okay. The restroom. Our theme song. He's still working on me. to make me what I ought to be. It took him just a week.
(01:47) It took him just a week to make the moon and the stars, the sun and the earth and Jupiter and Mars. How loving and patient. How loving and patient he must be. You know why? Because he's still working on me. Joel Heimpiel wrote that song. But I don't believe he knew what he was writing. I know what he was writing, sir. But I don't think he did because that part, it took him just a week. Now, I want you to listen.
(02:20) You need to listen to what I'm fixing to tell you. It took him just a week to make the moon and the stars, the sun, the earth, Jupiter, and Mars. But how loving and how patient he really must be because construction is still continuing and after 6,000 years he's still working on me. Amen. Praise the Lord.
(02:52) So, we're going to open the word and go straight into what I want to talk about today. Genesis chapter 1, verse 26. Now, I'm going to warn you right off the bat. I'm fixing to hit you from the very beginning with something that I saw. I've been reading the Bible since I was probably three or four years. No, well, what maybe I wasn't reading it, but I loved it.
(03:21) But I was reading I got the Holy Ghost at four and I was reading this Bible shortly thereafter. Um, I've read it all my life and I have read Genesis chapter 1 what a thousand times maybe. And uh, today as I was reading it, I said I literally said, "What? What? It's been right there the whole time. I never saw it." And so, Amen. All right, we're going to start at Genesis 1:26.
(04:07) Yahweh said, "I will make man let us in in my image." [snorts] Let us make man in our image. Notice the word image. Amen. According to my likeness, they will have rulership over the earth. Basically, I'm going to skip over all of that. That's what it boils down to. They're going to have the dominion mandate.
(04:43) They're going to rule everything on the earth. So verse 27, Yahweh created man. Now, for those of you that ever bring you to verse 26 and said, "See, there's three gods." Just bring them to verse 27. It totally contradicts verse 26. Do you see it? Yes, it is. And Yahweh said, "He created man in his own image.
(05:13) " But notice what it does not say he accomplished. There's one part missing. It was not created in his likeness. He said we will create man in our image and our likeness. But in this verse, it says he only created man in his image. Amen. He's still working on me. That's right. For the likeness. See, I can be in the image of my daddy, but I wasn't like my daddy. Amen. Amen.
(05:48) I'm in his image but not his likeness. Okay. Amen. In the image of Yahweh, he created the man. Then he created the woman from the man. And then Yahweh prophesied over this man. And Yahweh blessed him and said to him, "Be fruitful and multiply. You're going to fill the earth and you're going to subdue it.
(06:15) You are going to have rulership over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and every living thing that moves on the earth. And Yahweh said, "I'm going to give to you, oh man, every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, every tree.
(06:40) " Verse 30, "Also to every beast of the earth, to every bird of air, everything that creeps on the earth in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food." And it was so. Then Yahweh saw everything that he made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and then the morning were the sixth day. Now, I was all right with those verses until I hit chapter two. And something hit me that all right, chapter 2 and verse one.
(07:21) Thus the heavens and the earth and all the host of them were finished. Now there is something missing from that verse. The only thing that was finished was the heaven and the earth. What happened to the man? He ain't finished yet. He just created. Amen. Now notice verse two. And on the seventh day, Yahweh ended his work which he had done. Rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had done.
(08:12) Then Yahweh blessed the seventh day and set it apart to be holy because in it he rested all from all the work which he had created and made. Now how many of you if you know you got a busy work week next week looks forward to a little day of rest to prepare you for what's coming up. Amen. Amen. I'm going to tell you why Yahweh rested.
(08:43) It's not because of what he had just done. Creating suns was easy. Moons was easy. He was taking a break for the creation that was about to begin. [cheering] Amen. He was not finished with man. And the easy part was over. Now the Now he has to go to work. That's right. Hallelujah. But here's what I found real interesting.
(09:14) Verse number right after he rested on the Sabbath day. Let's skip down to verse seven. Interesting. after he rest on the Sabbath day. And Yahweh formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life. And man became something he was not before chapter 2. A living being. Living.
(09:54) And notice verse eight. What happens after he rested and then he planted a garden? Wow. Eastward in Eden. And there he put the man whom he notice that word had formed. You may be seated. I need you to walk with me through this now. Sadly, Genesis 1 and 26 did not happen. The image of Yahweh. Yes. What is an image? It's a lifeless form.
(10:42) It's an unfinished project. If you have two goals, if the first goal is to create it in my image, you just create a mannequin. All right. You lay him on the ground. Yes, sir. And say, "Okay, now [clears throat] my purpose in creating you, you're going to rule everything, but just lay right there, cuz I need to take a rest before we do the rest here.
(11:11) " He did not create the Garden of Eden until chapter two. There was no garden of Eden in chapter one. It comes after Yahweh took a rest. And if you'll notice, what started in chapter one was a construction site. Bring that graphic up for me, brother. Yahweh is the great architect. And what he started in chapter one was the construction site, the layown yard. Ain't nobody hearing me. the layown yard.
(11:55) Now, if there's anybody that knows anything about construction, you got to have a lay down yard. Now, your lay down yard is where you lay everything you're going to need to create the project. Yes, sir. Now remember Yahweh started off what's he writing on the debar. Yes sir. There's your plan the logos. He's taking the thoughts of his mind and literally creating a plan a debar in Hebrew.
(12:38) Which is all of his reasoning on the plan. Yes sir. And then he goes and forms the first temple which is Adam. Now the only reason you have these other two temples is because Adam did not become the temple. He was the construction site. Amen. And this tabernacle of Moses was designed in the exact way that Adam was the Solomon's temple exact way.
(13:22) And it was bringing us to the final when Yahweh look at me. When Yahweh finally gets man in his image, which he still don't have it because construction continues. When Yahweh gets this third temple in his likeness, you're going to find out that Genesis is the book of Revelation. Oh, it's the mirror. Oh, yes it is. How does the book of Genesis end? The Bible said in the book of Genesis chapter I mean sorry Revelation chapter 22 and Yahe came and dwelled among them.
(14:09) That's exactly how it started. Every day Yahweh dwelled among the garden with Adam and Eve. And that's how look you go read Genesis and compare it to Revelation. It's the same book. Yes, sir. All right. What do you find in the book of Revelation? The tree of life. What' you find in Genesis? Tree of life.
(14:37) Because remember, I taught you about the cohortitative tents. Okay. Most pastors when they see that God said, "Let us create man in my image and in my likeness," they think that was done. Right. That's right, my dear friend. If God created Adam in his likeness, God help us all. Come on. Come on, cuz if he would have been anything like God, he would have never listened to a devil.
(15:11) [cheering] And he would have never bowed down to a woman. Come on now. He would have taken authority and led his home away from that snake. Amen. Hallelujah. So we know that God's own promise to create man in his image and likeness is still construction continues. Now the truth is the real work was about to begin after Yah took his rest.
(15:45) Because I'm going to prove to you today for the first time, you've never heard it before. Because I've never heard it before and I've heard everything out there. For the first time, I'm going to prove to you what Yah showed me coming out of my room earlier. What he created in chapter one was not a living man.
(16:09) It was a shell in the lay downard. Amen. Because there is one thing missing from Genesis 1. That he breathed into his nostrils and woke him up. Oh, hallelujah. It's powerful, son. I've always I've never seen it because chapter 2 verse one, it says, "And what was finished was heaven and earth. That's it. That's it.
(16:46) There was a man that he just created in the lay down yard and that he required a break before he went and breathed into the image. Yes, sir. He created a man and he prophesied over the man. You are designed to rule. Amen. Before he gave him the breath of life, before he formed him, if you will, in his mother's womb, he prophesied over an unborn man. Oh, hallelujah.
(17:27) Come on. What did Jeremiah say? He formed me in my mother's womb. Adam was a form in the wasn't even in the garden. There was no garden. Wow. He was just in the lay down. He was an unborn child [screaming] is what he was. Woo. Shut up. And Yahweh formed him, if you will, in his mother's womb. I know that's not where it happened, but follow me.
(17:59) Yahweh formed this lifeless body, sir. put him in the lay down yard and did not breathe into him. He prophesied and said, "When I do breathe in you, the reason I'm doing it is to give you authority over the world." Hallelujah. Pastor, I don't know if I believe that. I'll get to you in a minute, but let's stay right here.
(18:29) What do you think you were before you got the Holy Ghost? You was an old dead formless body in the lay down yard and all you had was a prophecy. All you had [screaming] was the promises of God until he breathed the Holy Ghost into you. He created a shell, but it did not create him in his likeness. So the unfinished work required a break.
(19:06) That's why Genesis 2 and one says the heaven and the earth were finished. You know who that leaves out? His greatest creation. Why is the man not mentioned in two in one? The only thing finished was heaven and earth. That's it. And then right after that on the seventh day he created that form on the sixth day. Immediately the next day he said you know what the real work starts next week.
(19:40) I'm going to take a rest and prepare for a job that's going to take me 6,000 years to accomplish. Hallelujah. There was no garden of Eden when Yahweh created Adam's form. There were no planted flowing rivers in Eden. Just the framework of creation. Now you know why Yahweh told Adam, "Take and dress it. Beautify it." Because all that was finished was the framework. Yeah.
(20:18) The construction continues. You see, heaven and earth was completed, but it was empty of man. Man was formed, but not yet filled. And that's when it hit me. Yahweh didn't rest because everything was done. He rested because the foundation was laid. The real work was about to begin. Now the cohortitative command was a continuing command. It basically said let's get started on his destiny.
(20:55) All right. Now Yahweh steps back from the blueprint and begins to prepare to dwell with man. And notice in Genesis 2 verse 7. Let's look at it. You're going to find something here I never saw before today. In Genesis 2 and 7 it says, "And Yahweh formed." Now the verb there, the verb there is interesting. It should not say formed.
(21:34) It should say had formed. past. I can prove it to you. The verb there is a past tense verb. It's telling you in chapter 2, "And Yahweh had formed man in the dust of the ground." But now after the Sabbath break, there's a change from had formed and now he breathed into what he had formed.
(22:14) And man did not become a living breathing form or image until if until chapter 2 after the Sabbath rest. And then right after Yahw breathes in him, he plants a garden and took the breathing man and put him in this garden in chapter two. That means Adam already existed in the lay down yard. But then Yahweh breathes and the spirit fills him with his spirit.
(22:47) Man became a living soul. No longer merely formed, but now filled. Every one of you, hallelujah, was a mere form. Yes, sir. Until you were filled with the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. This is an image of your life. You were born, if you will, a dead image of God.
(23:18) But when the breath of the Holy Ghost came in your life, you started forming in the likeness of your God. Hallelujah. Because he's not the God of the dead. He's the God of the living. Hallelujah. It was already prophesied. So when Yahweh rested, it's not because he was done. It's because the next work week was about to begin. construction would continue. Creation shell was finished.
(23:50) But now creation's purpose would begin in the clay, in the breath, and in the spirit of a man. Yahweh rested not because he was weary, but because the framework was worthy of him to stop and admire his own creation. Amen. That's why we admire his creation every Sabbath. That's why I encourage every one of you.
(24:19) Go get out of your houses on Shabbat. Go get out there and go and go fish. Go after you've kept the holy convocation, go and just enjoy his creation. Go walk around the park. Uh go enjoy creation. Go hangliding. Go jump out of an airplane. Go do something to enjoy his creation. Just don't ask me to go. Hallelujah. The shell was finished. Yes, sir.
(24:50) Yahweh rested. He stopped building worlds. Listen to this. He stopped building worlds to start building witnesses. Come on now. Oh, that's what the Sabbath day was about. He was moving from worlds to witnesses. He finished forming matter to begin forming men in his likeness.
(25:18) And the same builder is still at work today, chiseling, shaping, breathing, and filling. He's not finished. He moved inside. He quit creating you from the outside. Filled you with his spirit so he could start creating you from the inside. Watch this. He built your form in your mother's womb, from the outside. But the day will come when he will breathe up on you and fill you and start building you from the inside out. Hallelujah.
(25:53) Hallelujah. Wonder of it. Oh, the wonder of it all. Construction continues. Now, that temple you see right there, Solomon's temple, it was made exactly like a man. At the head of it was the Holy of Holies. The feet was the outer court. Amen. In 586 BC before Christ was born, the armies of Nebuchadnezzar came in and destroyed that temple.
(26:37) The gold, all of this gold you see was real gold. Okay? They come in and they took all the gold. They took everything out in 586 BC. Then they tore the walls down of that temple. There's one wall left of it. And when we go to Israel, we'll go stand at that wall called the Wailing Wall. It's still there. Well, no. I'm so sorry. That's not Solomon's temple. That would be Herod's temple. Amen. They plundered, tore the walls down, and then they were carried into exile.
(27:14) But I want you to notice something about Solomon's temple. Jeremiah went and told Daniel at the same time. If you watch the Daniel play, Jeremiah said that he saw when they tore the walls down, he saw the glory of Yahweh leave that temple. Hallelujah.
(27:50) Now brothers and sisters, the glory of Yahweh has never been seen again in Jerusalem ever. Okay? And no, it's not because God has rejected Jerusalem. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. He's building a new Jerusalem to go right on top of it. Hallelujah. And that new Jerusalem is all that the glory is waiting for because Ezekiel saw the glory. Leave that temple and go where? Where did the to the what mountain? The Mount of Olives.
(28:32) He said, "The glory went and I saw it stand above the Mount of Olives." No one from that day to this day has ever seen the glory. go back to Jerusalem. No, no, no. That's why one day the Bible said me and you will stand with Yesua on the Mount of Olives for the third temple to receive the presence of almighty Yahweh. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. However, that will not happen until Yahweh's prophecy comes to pass that the temple must be in his likeness.
(29:18) Now, there's one part of this third temple. If you'll look at those two men, [clears throat] they they've put in the cornerstone. Amen. There is one part of that temple that fulfilled the prophecy of Yahweh. The cornerstone. Yes, sir. Yesua. He was not only made in the the Bible said he is the express image of God.
(29:48) But not only was he the image of God, he was just like God, Yahweh. Come on now. Hallelujah. That's why people couldn't tell them [screaming] apart. That's why he was able to accept worship because he had become so much like the father. The father knew he didn't have to worry about Yesua accepting worship.
(30:15) Because he was so much like Yahweh, he would never let it go to his head. Hallelujah. And that's why Yesua is called the beginning. Watch this. The beginning of the what? Revelation. The creation of Elohim or the God family or the third temple or the cornerstone that starts it all. Hallelujah. He was the first man that could forgive [screaming] their enemies.
(31:00) Just like God does, the first man that was full of mercy, his mercy was new every day. Just like Yahweh's he had an ability to love those that persecuted him. He had an ability on the cross uh to say, "Forgive them." Why? Because he's like his father. Hallelujah. Yes.
(31:39) The only man in world history that the father could say, "This is my beloved son whom I am well pleased." Why? No, he don't just look like me, he acts like me. Hallelujah. He is what I prophesied in Genesis 1:26. Let us make a management. [screaming] Let us make a man in our [screaming] likeness. And it took him 4,000 years to do it. Hallelujah. Wow. Powerful.
(32:19) So the next time somebody tells you we're all created in the image of God, say you're right, but not the likeness, honey. Hallelujah. Amen. Why? Because construction continues. But the prophets did prophesy that the glory would return. Let's read about it. Hag guy. Chapter 2 and verse 9. I want you to look at all these houses. Now, Adam was the first house.
(32:56) Moses's tabernacle, Solomon's temple. Now, the glory, watch this, the glory of Yahweh was in all of those temples. Oh yes. The first temple, he breathed in it, filled it with filled with the Holy Ghost. That's right. That was the glory. What is the glory? the atmosphere of heaven. The first temple had the glory. Yes, sir.
(33:22) The second tabernacle in on top of that article right there was the glory. They built the image of the tabernacle. Come on. But they couldn't make it in the likeness of God. Oh, come on now. Oh my God. I'm preaching better than you're listening now. Moses built the tabernacle in the very image that he saw in heaven.
(33:47) He did s but he couldn't breathe on it. He couldn't fill it with the glory. But Yahweh said, "If you'll build it in the image, I'll turn it into the likeness." Oh, blessed be God. Hallelujah. [cheering] Hallelujah. Well, when that tabernacle was gone, they took that ark of the covenant. When that happened, they built Solomon's temple.
(34:17) The Bible said once they build it according to the image in heaven, sir, because it was built, it is Moses's tabernacle on steroids. That's all it is. Amen. It's the continual upgrading. Hallelujah. Construction continues. Hallelujah. The Bible said they built it after the image of God, but they couldn't fill it.
(34:44) But when they built it, the Bible said all the priests were standing there after they had built it and suddenly just like the first temple. Is anybody catching it? Yes, sir. Breathed into the nostrils of Solomon's temple. And the Bible said everyone there couldn't stand up because of the glory that came into the temple.
(35:11) The breath, the ruach kesh. Hallelujah. I'm trying to show you what Adam was in Genesis 1. He was a tabernacle of Moses with no glory in it. I'm not getting this over. Let me keep trying. Moses's tabernacle was a dead form. Out in the lay down yard. Come on now. It wasn't alive. It wasn't alive [screaming] until the glory, the atmosphere of heaven.
(35:52) Sister Ruth taught us. She said, "What is the glory? It's the atmosphere that heavenly creatures must have to survive. [cheering] And that was so wonderful. Adam was wonderful. Moses was wonderful. Solomon. But I need somebody to read now. Haggi 2 and9. Watch this prophecy. The glory of this latter house.
(36:35) Now hold on. I need somebody to point to me. The latter house the glory that's coming to this house. Read shall be greater than of the former. What is the former? Adam, Moses's tabernacle, Solomon's temple, what's coming to the latter house, the creation of Yah. Read, sayith Yahweh of host. And in this place will I give peace, sayeth Yahweh of hosts.
(37:10) Shalom. I'm going to place my shalom. Nothing is broken. Nothing will be missing. Nothing will be gone when it's in my likeness. I'm putting shalom in my third temple. I tell you what, we really need to change our doctrine because it's really not the third temple. It's really the fourth temple. Adam was the first one. Oh yeah. Adam was the first temple.
(37:44) Moses, Solomon. So, we need to start maybe changing some vernacular around here. Actually, the next temple will be the fourth temple. Amen. Brothers and sisters, when you understand what Yah's building right now, you'll start lining up. Let's read John 1:14. John 1 and 14. I'm going to try to get to the good stuff in a minute, y'all. Bear with me. Hallelujah.
(38:15) And the word was made flesh. Hold on. The what? Word. What? No. No. Oh God, look the plan. The plan, Amen. the blueprint. Amen. What Yahweh's writing on the plan, Amen. was made flesh. Well, guess what? That was not the first time. Uhhuh. Come on. That the plan was made flesh. It was in the first Adam. Is anybody with me now? Come on now. See, the first Adam was the first temple.
(38:46) That's why Yeshua is called the last Adam. He is simply a reproduction of what Yahweh prophesied in Genesis 1:26. Pastor Von, how could Adam It's very simple. Adam was created from the same plan that Yesua was. Amen. Absolutely.
(39:25) and and he built those structures because they were all pointing us backwards to the first Adam and forward to the last Adam. They were our in between to see what could be and what was. So these tabernacles are not just pointing forward. They're pointing you back to the original temple. Because brothers and sisters, listen to me, that original Adam, now you're going to have to stay with me where I'm going now.
(39:46) That original Adam, watch this, was a sinless [snorts] body. Just like the last Adam. I don't need you need to listen now. [laughter] Come on. [gasps] The Bible said the word was made flesh. Adam was the first son of God. The plan was to have a son. Adam was that fulfillment of that promise. All right? Until he didn't want the glory anymore. Amen.
(40:25) Now, see, this is why Yesua said of Yahweh, "A body you have prepared for me." It was the exact same body. Oh yes, it was. [gasps] That's why it had to be done miraculously by the work of the Holy Spirit had to intervene in that seed somehow and bring that body because any other body besides that one would not fulfill the prophecy that I'm going to make a man and you're that man in my likeness and in my image. Ain't nobody hearing me right now.
(41:10) If the Holy Ghost would not have gotten involved with the transfer of that seed into Mary's womb, however that happened, whatever happened, I know something that did happen. No matter if it was this way or that way or the other way, here's what I know. Something got in the midst of it and reconstructed something and made sure it was original seed. It was original heirloom seed.
(41:47) Wow. It was the exact DNA it had to be. If not if not, listen to me carefully. If not the prophecy of Yahweh, I'm going to create a man. And he was talking to Adam, I'm going to make you rule over everything. Amen. It's got to be that what that Adam that does it. You understand? It's got to be that original seed.
(42:13) Wow. That's why I believe that Yeshua was the exact replication. I believe he was the exact body that God spoke to in the Garden of Eden and said, "You will rule over everything. Not just your sons, but you." [screaming] [cheering] Hallelujah. That's why the Bible said we're not to call him anything but the second Adam.
(42:50) I don't believe that's terminology. I believe that's biology. I believe what he said. He was that [screaming] original son of God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. In other words, it was Adam that started all the sin. I believe it had to be that Adam that took it to the cross. Oh, I absolutely do.
(43:25) Why? Because, brothers and sisters, the son shall not die for the father. Do you hear me? My God, he was more than Adam's son. He [screaming] was Adam. Yes, sir. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Bless God did all this to me one hour before I left my office this morning. He said, "It's time for you to reveal to my people who [screaming] Yesua was and who he wasn't. He was [screaming] my creation from the beginning.
(44:03) Hallelujah. The word was made flesh. Now listen to me. If Yesua is different than that first Adam, then the word would had to have been made flesh two times. Amen. That's right. Amen. Flesh again. That's right. It would have had to He would have had to say, "And the word became flesh twice." Oh, no.
(44:30) The plan only became flesh one time. One time. Oh, hallelujah. I'm glad I know who he is today. Woo! [screaming] Glory. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. I'll prove it to you if I may. That woman Eve that came out of the first Adam's side, do you know what the word Eve means in Hebrew? Mother of all. Okay, now watch this.
(45:04) Mother of all, you go and find the meaning of the word church. Paul says the church, the second Eve is the mother of us all. Just like uh the first Adam was the first Adam, the second Adam, we are the direct reproduction of the help meat, the partner, [screaming] the associate married, the bride of Adam, the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. But please get this in your mind.
(45:50) Yesua was not the first time. The word was made flesh. Amen, father. Because the very same promise that was given to Christ, watch this. Do you know what the father promised Christ? He said, "I'll give you the nations of the world as your inheritance." That's the exact same thing he told Adam. number one.
(46:13) Oh, come on now. Listen. That's exact. He promised the second Adam everything he promised the first Adam. He told Christ, "You're going to I'm going to give you the whole kingdom. You're going to rule over everything. All the nations then the heathen will be your portion. I'm giving it all to [screaming] you." Hallelujah.
(46:36) The word dwelt among us. We beheld his glory. Now watch this. The glory of the only begotten. Ah, that won't work. That won't work. Cuz I know another man that was begotten of the father. Oh my. Come on now. Amen. Wow. Since you didn't catch it, let me try it again. Yahweh begat Adam with his own hands. So how could Yesua be the only begotten of the father when Adam was as well? Because they're the same. Because he is in fact Adam. He is the body. He is the doover of the do what? He's the doover.
(47:42) He is literally what failed in the beginning succeeded in the end. It was made in the likeness of God. Hallelujah. Yes. it. And how many times have I preached about the mount of temptation? How many times have I said, "You got the same Adam, same snake, same two choices." Come on now. Except this time, he didn't let the bride eat the apple. He led the house.
(48:23) He protected us from the snake. Oh yes, he did. Hallelujah. Get behind me, Satan. It's what the first Adam should have done. Get behind me, snake. Say it. Absolutely. Amen. That's all he did. He used what was in the beginning to succeed in the end. Would you bring me my drink, brother? Thank you. Now, the word dwelt among us is the Greek word sku, which simply means tabernacled.
(49:00) Now, I want to show you something. John chapter 2. I'm trying to get started today. We're going to try John chapter 29- 21. Here's what Yesua said. Destroy this temple. Now, see, we always thought he was just using metaphors. What did I tell you? Was the first temple, sir, knew who he was, sir. He was the temple.
(49:40) What? He was the temple. Come on now. My God. You're going to see it in a minute. He was the per that temple was perfect at one time. That was the dwelling place of God at one time. He could the first Adam at one time could have said, "When you seen me, you've seen the Father." Because they were one. Hallelujah.
(50:06) Yes knew he was what these two buildings had tried to be. Yes, sir. These three buildings, he knew that he was the cornerstone of the temple. Hallelujah. He understood that until Yahweh gets Adam right, he can't build the temple. He understood who he was, that construction continues. Amen. He said, "Destroy this temple." Now, let me show you how much like God he was, Yahweh that was in him.
(50:45) They were so close that when he spoke, he spoke in the first person as God. Listen to what he said. Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up. Now, we've got a problem there because Acts 2 and 24 tells us that his father raised him from the dead. Acts 3:15 says his father raised him from the dead.
(51:16) Acts 5:30 said God raised him from the dead. Romans 10:9 says God raised him from the dead. But when listen to me honey, when you've got the ark of the covenant sitting in your temple, you can let the ark speak out of your temple because it is the temple of God. Hallelujah. Amen. Amen. Hallelujah. But but watch this. Watch this.
(51:52) 40 and six years was this temple. He's pointing to the one after Solomon, Herod's temple. This temple took you 46 years to build. No, I'm sorry. This is what the disciple or the Jews were saying back to him. They said 46 years it took us to build this temple and you're going to raise yours in three days. Now here's what I need you to understand.
(52:21) This is where people get confused. When he said in three days I'll raise it up. He was not talking about what we've always thought he was talking. He wasn't talking about himself. Amen. The Bible said they understood he was talking about the temple of his body. Not that body, that body. He said, "I'll raise it up in three days.
(52:55) " 3,000 years. And that's why over in the book of Hosea, it says two days he will destroy us, but on the third day he will resurrect us. Uh that's the three days of the temple. Amen. Hallelujah. Yes. So his resurrection in three days was simply a shadow of what the real temple was that he was talking about. He rose up in three days on purpose to remind you that you're coming up in three days.
(53:38) Is anybody awake at first harvest? [cheering] fire. [laughter] And if you follow the pattern, Jonah was a shadow of Christ resurrection. Christ is a shadow of ours, three days and three nights. Hallelujah. Now, I want you to watch this pattern. Now, Jonah was in the belly of well three days and three nights. Yesua was in the grave three days. night.
(54:14) Now, here's what that's beginning to show me. Our three days ends in 2035, but not that third night. Okay, watch this. The day of the Lord, the the millennium begins with gross darkness. Okay? So, it may very well be that the the people that are in the grave may not come up until after that gross darkness.
(54:50) But here's what I know and here's what I I believe with everything in my spirit. When you begin to understand he was talking about you instead of himself, suddenly you realize that perfect temple is under construction. Now I want to ask you a question.
(55:20) If you're building a building, Elder Baker, and I need everybody on Zoom to listen close and those watching live. I forgot I was live. Have I been good? Oh, okay. I totally forgot we were live. Hallelujah. We do things when the camera's off and I just wanted to make sure. Praise the Lord. Listen, as I'm looking at this, I I wonder if I'm a builder like him, make sure they see this graphic once in a while on the Zoom, and I'm putting in the studs.
(55:59) I'm not even thinking about the uh what's that trim around the top? Yeah, I'm not thinking about the crown molding. All I need to do is get the structure set up. The next time someone asks you why our forefathers didn't know about the Sabbath day and they didn't know about what what all we know. It wasn't time.
(56:24) The structure was the blood of Christ. The structure was the gospel message, Jesus Christ. That was the structure of the building. Amen. For thousands of years, they've just been putting in the studs. And then some folks put up the sheetrock. It's okay that they didn't have the finishing message. It wasn't time for the finishing message to tie it all together. Oh, hallelujah.
(56:53) See, here's what I believe. I believe the Baptist folks came along. The Baptist came and put in the studs. Come on now. I believe they put in water baptism by immersion and believing on Jesus Christ. But then I believe the Pentecostals put the sheetrock up. The Holy Ghost baptism in his name. That's all to get the building solid.
(57:18) Yes, sir. Yes, sir. So when the came later Yeah. They had something to attach to. But then at the very end, if we're building a temple, if we're building a temple, God likes pretty temples. He's proven it. He likes gold and and stuff. Listen to me carefully before you overshout me. He likes stuff that most people think don't matter. That's right.
(57:56) He does finishing touches. Oh, you know what he does? Look what he does. See, he's in my heart. He goes and buys elaborate chairs. Why? He's trying to teach you a finishing message. He's trying to teach you how to beautify and keep and dress what he's already built. Absolutely. That's why somebody spends $10,000 on that beautiful uh piece of art.
(58:28) Why? We're in the finishing message. Uh everything around us is beauty. It's getting it tied together. It's getting it fit together. We're in the finishing message. I Why would [screaming] Paul said Paul said these words? When is anybody Do you know Paul said these words that would make any Christian pastor mad? Paul said these words, "How long are you going to preach repentance and baptism?" Paul said, "We've already put up the studs.
(59:20) How long are you going to keep trying to put more studs in play? Perfect the church. Perfect it. Get it [screaming] right. [cheering] Hallelujah. That's why I want to throw up in my mouth when people tell me to keep it simple. I'm [screaming] not a stud man. I'm not a sheetrock man. I'm part of a beautifying message. One that brings it all [screaming] together. I'm a finisher. This voice of Elijah [screaming] is a finisher.
(59:57) Hallelujah. Thank [screaming] God. [cheering] I'm glad [gasps] to know what age I live in. I'm glad to know who we are. Hallelujah. Woo. [cheering] Hallelujah. [cheering] Glory. Glory. [screaming] Hallelujah. Now, what happened? You may be seated so I can get started today. What happened after Yahweh found the perfect man? What happened whenever he put him on the cross? put him on a tree.
(1:00:55) [sighs] Notice, I'm going to show you. I'm going to prove to you that Yeshua was Adam. Yes, sir. When this Adam fell, Yahweh takes a curtain, a cherubam, and puts him to guard the temple. But when the last Adam dies, that Adam goes to the to the cherubam curtain. And the Bible said God rips the cherubam curtain from the temple.
(1:01:45) And this Adam right here that needed a cherubam, the last Adam told those cherubams, "You're off duty now. The temple [screaming] is restored. [cheering and applause] Hallelujah. Let me break that down for some of you that's lost. In every tabernacle in front of the Holy of Holies is a curtain with a cherubam angel and a flaming sword. That's what God put in the first temple. Hold on now.
(1:02:19) Did you ever wonder why these two temples, every temple has got curtains with angel with a sword? [laughter] Why? Because when Adam failed, God put an angel with a sword, a cherubam at the entrance of the Edenic temple. But when that Adam died, the Bible said Yahweh ripped up that curtain, it split in half and those cherubamines were removed from the temple. Because they were keeping you out of the temple. They were keeping you out of Eden.
(1:02:52) Hallelujah. They were keeping you out of your destiny to rule. When Yahweh filled Yeshua, the pattern was perfect. Behold, a virgin shall conceive. That shouldn't say that. Behold, a young maiden shall conceive and bear a son. You'll call his name the same thing that the first Adam was. When we had the first Adam, God was with us.
(1:03:34) The first Adam was Emmanuel because when he was on the earth, God was with us. He was in the garden. And that's why you're going to have a child. And it's going to be the Emmanuel boy. Oh yeah. It's going to be Emmanuel. It's going to be that same boy when God was with us. And God's going to be with us again.
(1:03:58) Hallelujah. [applause] Hallelujah. In whom the building is being fitly framed together that grows. Why don't we read this so I can close. Ephesians 2. I want you to look at it closely before my strength leaves. Ephesians 2:21. In whom, who is whom? The second Adam. In the second Adam, all the building must fitly frame together.
(1:04:43) And only when they are framed or shall we say organized. Or how about structured sir? I got news for y'all. If you ain't got no pastor, honey, you ain't structured. You a little rock in a creek. Amen. You ain't got nobody structuring you if you're not connected to where Yahweh's placed his name and proven it.
(1:05:16) Proven it. You're not being fitly framed to Did I hear the word framed? Yes, sir. You are not You need to quit saying you're the temple of God. No, no, no, no. We are the temple of God. You understand? And if you don't want to be part of the Wii, you're not the temple. Oh yes, you may be a temple in the lay down yard, but you ain't got no in you.
(1:05:47) The building is fitly framed together, growing together unto the the holy temple of Yahweh, in whom ye also are builded together for another garden of Eden, the habitation of Yahweh. Wow. Notice those words. groweth. Groweth, construction continues. Did you see what I'm talking about? Groweth. Builded together. The construction's not over, children.
(1:06:27) It's continuous. Each generation adds new stones. Each person filled with the becomes another chamber in that temple. You see the house is alive. It breathes. It expands. Now you see why of his government there shall be no end. Why? It's continuously it's continually expanding and breathing and it's alive.
(1:07:01) Now let me show you in Revelation 21 so we can close down Revelation 21 22. I'm going to show you a great mystery now. I'm going to show you why there's no temple in the book of Revelation. And I saw no verse 22. Revelation 21:22. I saw no temple in the new Jerusalem. Why? Because Yahweh Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city has no need for sun, neither of the moon to shine in it for the glory. In other words, we're back in the Garden of Eden.
(1:07:50) Yes, sir. We are the temple. Adam didn't need a temple because Adam was the temple. Yahweh dwelt with him. And Adam was the temple. the first temple of Yahweh. In closing, every stage of history follows the same pattern. From the dust of Adam to the body of Messiah, you are the continuation of his architecture.
(1:08:23) You are the construction site still under the hands of a master builder. Notice that if you will because I want to land on something here. I just said you're under construction under the hand of the master builder now immediately because we're all super spiritual. We all say, "Hallelujah. I'm under the hand of the master builder." Okay. Can you find that hand for me? I'd like to see it.
(1:08:55) I'd like to see [snorts] the hand. Hold on. Watch this. Let me show you the hand. How many fingers is on this hand? Now, I want to show you something and I need you to hear me. According to Ephesians chapter 4, we might as well go look at it because the Holy Ghost convicted me of something this morning. Ephesians chapter Oops. Oh.
(1:09:30) Ephesians chapter 4 verse 11. Yes, sir. Why don't we Why don't we go up to verse number seven? Yes, sir. read. But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gifts of Christ. Wherefore he saith, when he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive and gave gifts unto men. All right.
(1:10:11) When he ascended on high, I need you to listen. Yesua is going to his father. Amen. Before he went to the father, he knew that he was only the cornerstone. And he knew that the temple now could be built. It was under construction. But according to the word, it had to be built under the hand of God. And so he turns around midair. The Bible said he's already ascended.
(1:10:54) The last thing he give to every one of you, listen, is the very thing that the world convinces you you don't need. The very thing the world convinces you, you don't need, you don't need a pastor or a prophet or an evangelist or a teacher. You're the temple of God. You don't need all of that. What they're telling you is the greatest gift ever gave, listen to me, was not his blood.
(1:11:40) It was not his death. It was his father's hand on top of the building making sure construction continues. [cheering] Let's see what the word says. Read verse nine. and you're sitting at home thinking you're your own pastor. That's your problem. Come on. Because God didn't leave you the gift of yourself. He left you sir a gift greater than his blood.
(1:12:23) Because you know what? The blood bought the third temple but it didn't build it. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. The blood sanctified the temple, but it didn't build it. Yahweh said, "Oh, son, hold on. Before you uh don't come up here yet." While he was ascending, sir, he basically the father said, "Son, this wasn't about you. I need a temple, a [screaming] family, and you're the beginning of it. Stop and don't come an inch closer.
(1:13:03) He said, "Turn around." Yes, sir. Turn around while you're ascending. Yes, sir. You You left out my hand because a bloodbought church won't do me no good. I need a built church. I need an overcoming church. Uh I need a church uh that's in perfection and maturity. Hallelujah. So I want you to leave them what they need. Let's read it.
(1:13:35) Now that he ascended, what is it? But that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth. Now hold on. Right before he gave us these gifts, there was some unfinished business that evidently Christ forgot about. Yes, sir. Notice there was two things he had to do. Yes, sir. He had to go to hell. He had to go to hell.
(1:13:59) Yes, sir. The Bible said he went down to the gates of hell, the grave. Yes, sir. And when he got down there, he told Satan and all of those spirits in prison. You're in trouble. Yes, sir. Because when I leave here, I'm going to give my people five gifts. And when they get done working on my people, you are out of business and off of the throne.
(1:14:31) [cheering and applause] You see, Satan was not scared [screaming] of the blood. Oh, you better listen to me now. He didn't [screaming] care if your sins had been forgiven. He just wanted you to stay deaf and dumb and blind. He [screaming] didn't want you to become like Christ and like your God. [cheering] And he knew if he could crawl in your ear and tell you these words, you've got the Holy Ghost. You know what's right and wrong.
(1:15:17) Oh no, here he comes. He's a man like you. You got, you know that Bible as good as he, you can study the blue letter Bible, Hebrew words just like he can. You know why? Because there's one thing in you that nobody can get out but a pastor. It's called rebellion. You'll never get it out of yourself ever.
(1:15:45) You don't have what it takes [cheering and applause] because you'll never admit you're rebellious. Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Accountability. The Bible said, "Every man does what's right in his own eyes." The Bible said, "The heart of every man is desperately wicked. You can't trust it.
(1:16:16) " That's why you need to come in these these walls every Sabbath and come under judgment. Can't even sit still in your rebellion. It ought to drive you until you get it right. Why? Because you are not able to pastor yourself. That's right. Amen. Well, I'm bloodbought. Who cares? You're not effective. You're not part of something that's growing. [cheering] You have no effect. You're a loner. Because you won't come into submission. That's right.
(1:17:00) Hallelujah. That's why Yahweh went to hell. Yesua went to hell first and let them know what I'm fixing to do next is your destruction. Yes, sir. Hallelujah. Because me alone, you ain't got nothing to be scared of. But if I create a temple of a bunch of sons like me, it's over for you. It's over for you. And so, how could Yesua guarantee that that would happen? Let's read. Hallelujah.
(1:17:38) Verse 10. He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens that he might fill all things. Now what did he do when he went up? Read. And he gave some apostles and some prophets and some evangelists and some pastors and some teachers. Now I never understood this verse.
(1:18:09) Now I couldn't understand for de for years it made no sense why did he use that word some now I need you to listen okay I always wondered okay did he give some apostles or prophets or was it the other did he give to cert some I couldn't figure it out and this morning the Holy Ghost spoke to me he said I don't give he said I give I give whatever level they're on. That's right. That's what I give them. I give some apostles.
(1:18:41) [cheering] [cheering] And for those that can't handle it, I give them pastors. Uh and those that can't handle it, I give them an evangelist. And though I give some a prophet, I give them what they are [screaming] ready for. [cheering] I give what some need and can handle. There are some that can't handle me.
(1:19:18) That's right. I know that they couldn't endure one of my sermons. Revelation. They could. And it's not that they're bad people. That's right. But they need a pastor. Yes, sir. Somebody that'll call them up and say, "Baby, don't worry. Everything's going to be all right." I call them up and I say, "What you What are you doing?" That's right.
(1:19:40) What you crying about? Come on. That's right. Oh, I need a pastor. Then you'll get a pastor if that's what you need. Oh my God. But if you need somebody that will reveal the mysteries of the mind of God to you and show you your your purpose in that plan, he'll give some apostles. [snorts] [cheering] He gave an apostle to that was a revelation straight from the throne.
(1:20:13) I never understood that verse. I couldn't understand. Well, if you gave us fivefold ministry, it's not that you need all five all the time. There are some people that needs an evangelist to tell them, "Jesus died for your sins." They need an evangelist to come through and say, "Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believe?" They need that. That's where they are. Yes, sir.
(1:20:44) Amen. There are some that have don't have these mysteries. They need a pastor that will check on them when they're out of church. An apostle looks at the screen and say, "Why? Why? Why are you not here?" That's right. A pastor says, "Honey, where are you?" Apostle says, "What? What are you thinking?" Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
(1:21:10) A pastor runs to the hospital to check on you. An apostle sends elders. You understand? It depends on where you are. Hallelujah. Oh, and by the way, there are none of those five that are superior to the other. It's simply where you are. Amen. [applause and cheering] Amen. Yahweh loves you enough to meet you where you are. Oh yes.
(1:21:48) That's why some of you cannot figure out why some people come to visit us and never come back. Baby, I can't blame them. [laughter] I couldn't have come back either if I wasn't ready for it. But you see the people that found me, they had already had a pastor. They was ready for an apostle.
(1:22:10) They was ready for the man that would bring them to their dominion with God. Hallelujah. I'm so glad about it. [cheering] That's clear. That's very clear. That's very clear. But now to the alcoholic on the street corner, my ministry will do them no good. He needs a Maryanne Brandon. Amen. That's right. That'll walk up to him and share her testimony. I don't have that testimony. Hallelujah.
(1:22:46) Amen. Now, for those that are on apostolic level, you can't hardly listen to an evangelist. Oh, you can't. Nothing wrong with an evangelist. But he gave some evangelist. At one time I was an evangelist. I didn't preach like this. I preached receive the Holy Ghost, be baptized, accept Christ. That's what I preached.
(1:23:16) That's where I was. And I saved a lot of souls with the help of the Lord. But to those of you that said, "Pastor, we have heard the gospel. Yes, sir. We have been baptized. We have faith. We don't need another Paula White sermon on faith. We we we we that we we need that next level. For those people, he gave apostles. Amen.
(1:23:55) Now, y'all know that I have been raw and real with you during this whole six months of apostle stuff. I've been raw and real with you. I lost half my church over it. I've been real and raw. And I'm going to be real and raw right now. I grew up in the Pentecostal church. There were You didn't use that word apostle. Okay.
(1:24:24) Now, now that I know what I know, here's what I know. I know Tom Tenny was an apostle. Yes, sir. Billy Cole was an apostle. Our stone king, brother, was an apostle. They did not fit in the role of a pastor. One of the most powerful men in the United Pentecostal Church was Billy Cole. When that man walked in the building, he would bring you to a level you'd never been to before.
(1:24:56) Okay? And he probably had the smallest church in the whole UPC. You know why? He was trying to fit in a pastor's role, but he was an apostle. But he wasn't. He was an apostle. And just go look him up. Billy Cole. Listen to him one time. You'll know instantly he's not a normal man. Okay. Now, I was more attracted to Billy Cole and Stone King than anybody else in those days.
(1:25:26) They had an anointing on them that was beyond pastoral or evangelistic. But here's the tragedy. We wasn't allowed to call them apostles. So, it was evangelist Lee Stone King and Pastor Billy Cole. And so, and of course, I was taught you don't want to use that title because it makes you elevate. You're ele.
(1:25:51) But you see, I don't believe apostle is elevated. I don't believe there's no elevation in any of the five-fold the evangelist. If me and Elder Aniquit go into New Orleans right now and someone comes up needing salvation, my ministry would diminish and his would rise. Yeah. If you're in this room and you're going through a trial and you need somebody to care and love you, my ministry would diminish and Bishop Kendricks would rise.
(1:26:33) That's his role. He's been a faithful pastor for 50ome. He He is the What's the word? I said a quential. What's the word I'm looking for? A quential pastor. He is the perfect one. Yes, sir. I'm not. And I I I I so therefore we didn't use the word apostle. And I of course that's the way me and him talk. He jarred me and he said, "You're being hypocritical." I said, "Why?" He said, "You tell everybody you are a restoration ministry.
(1:27:13) That you've been sent to restore all things." He said, "What's the only thing missing from the five-fold ministry? Who's going to restore it? We've got a four-fold ministry." Now, there's got to be a restoration of that ministry in the church. That's right. You got to have Yes, sir. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah.
(1:27:44) Hallelujah. It just reminded me of the word Yahweh gave me in 2009 that I didn't understand at all. And he said, "I have one more move. Restoration." Well, there you go. And that's what he spoke to me today. He said, "If you're not going to restore the five-fold ministry, what are you going to restore?" Because he left us these.
(1:28:07) That's the master builder. Notice what he said. Let's read it. Notice what he said about these. He gave some apostles, prophets, but read verse 12. Why he did it? For the perfecting of the same construction continues. So, I've got a question for you.
(1:28:37) If one of the five is missing, how do you perfect the saints? Got to restore it. Apostle got to restore it. Amen. It's for the perfecting of the saints. But I gave you five to do that with. You only got four. That's why the church has never been perfected. Hallelujah. [cheering] Now you see, it was not the title that makes me what I am. I've been that for years. I couldn't care less. I promise you.
(1:29:03) Y'all knows my heart. I don't care what you call me. long as you know who I am. Why? Why? Because you need to know if you need a pastor who to call on. You need to know if you need a what? But you see in my life, I have held all of the five-fold ministry. I have. I've been the teacher, the evangelist, the pastor.
(1:29:39) I used to prophesy every service been the prophet and that's why I've always believed my life will be short because now I've entered into that fifth row and what you need to understand if people get mad at me and call me any name in the book. I don't know why we're so scared to restore the apostle we ain't been scared to restore nothing else.
(1:30:02) It don't make no sense, does it? It just don't make no sense. What are we scared of? Come on. We help restore the feast days, the Sabbath days. What are we scared of? And that's when the Lord said, "You're being a hypocrite because you preach restoration." Then for God's sake, restore a correct understanding of the greatest gift Christ ever gave the church.
(1:30:31) And in closing, Notice why he gave these five gifts. Are you ready? For the perfecting of the saints. And I believe it says right here, for the building of the house of Yahweh. Construction continues. Do you see it? Hallelujah. Until if there's anybody watching me that does not believe in the ministry of an apostle.
(1:31:14) Until we all come [clears throat] into that perfect temple. If that has not happened, we're still in the until. That's right. And Yahweh is restoring the work. Why? Because construction continues. And as long as there's construction, there must be Honey, go to the music. There must be a carpenter, a plumber, an electrician. None of them's any better than the other.
(1:31:52) But without one of them, we're not going nowhere. I can have an electrician but without a toilet. You understand? A plumber. But now I don't always need a plumber. But to some, he gave plumbers. Those that need a plumber. And some of you needed an apostle. And that's why you got to quit worrying about who comes and who don't and who hears.
(1:32:25) And to some, he gives them what they need. Amen. Let's all stand this morning. Hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Sing something, my love. He's still working on me to make me what I ought [singing] to be. It took him took him just a week to make [singing and music] the moon and the stars, the sun and the earth. The sun and the earth [singing] and [music] Jupiter and I love how loving [singing] and patient he must be.
(1:33:08) He's still working. He's [singing] still working on me. There really ought to be. He's [singing] still
