Trump did what any Commander-in-Chief worth his salt would do: �� He activated the National Guard. �� He cited federal law: 10 U.S. Code § 12406(3). �� He protected federal property, officers, and the rule of law. Sounds pretty reasonable, right? Well, not if you're California's slick-haired, silver-tongued tyrant Gavin “Newscum” Newsom, who whined that Trump was a dictator and demanded the National Guard back like a spoiled teenager yelling “You can’t tell me what to do!” ‍⚖️ENTER CLINTON JUDGE CHARLES BREYER Newsom found a sympathetic ear in Bill Clinton’s bench-warmer, Judge Charles Breyer, who ruled (brace yourself) that Trump’s actions were illegal, claiming he violated the Tenth Amendment. Because apparently, using federal troops to protect FEDERAL buildings from anarchists is now unconstitutional... who knew? Breyer ruled that Trump had “exceeded statutory authority,” and handed control of California’s Guard back to Newsom, who celebrated with the smugness of a man who’s never been wrong… until five minutes later. Share ��BUT THEN CAME THE NINTH CIRCUIT (Yes, that Ninth Circuit) And in a plot twist so dramatic it deserves its own Netflix series... �� A three-judge panel from the historically left-leaning Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals stepped in, slapped down the Clinton judge, and handed Trump a unanimous, constitutional VICTORY. The Court ruled that: “It is likely that the president lawfully exercised his statutory authority under § 12406(3)” In plain English? Trump had every legal right to activate the National Guard — no permission slip from Newsom needed. Oh, and for extra measure?
