Todd Blanch EXPOSES The Truth About The Third Term! TRUMP'S THIRD TERM is more possible TODAY !!! - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_5AsNY4fpY Transcript: (00:01) We're going to talk about what we know and what we don't know tonight. And then we're going to talk about what it means if what we think we know turns out to be true. Okay? That's where we're going tonight. Attorney General Todd Blanche changed the game this week. Attorney General Todd Blanche He's a man that thinks before he talks. (00:35) He is a man of gravitas. Old school Republican. Slow to speak. But he wasn't very slow to speak when he said these words on the news two days ago. There is a massive amount of evidence proving the 2020 election was rigged against President Trump. Okay. That's not Professor Toto saying that. That's not Brad Barton saying that or Candace Owens saying that or any other No, no, no. No. No, no. (01:21) The man that just said those words is the Attorney General. The highest law enforcement officer besides the president in our nation's hierarchy. And from his mouth comes this confession that shocked me to my core. Not that I don't already know it. We all know that. They're late to the party. Six years late. (01:51) What we've known for the whole time. And if you want to know how we knew it you need to go to the fake president.org and get my book The Great American Gaslight. Get my book The Great American Gaslight and I will walk you through absolutely undeniable what happened in 2020. Why Joe Biden will never be a legitimate president. (02:20) You can get it at the fake president.org. Now, according to Attorney General Todd Blanche, there's not just some evidence, but a massive amount that the 2020 election was rigged against Trump. He also said that multiple investigations are officially underway. Now, this is not a podcaster. This is not an anonymous source. This is the Attorney General confirming on the record that they have evidence. (02:57) You know, that's what you take to court, right? Evidence. You know, if you have evidence, you can get convictions. And according to Todd Blanche, there's a massive amount of evidence. Now, when the chief law enforcement officer of this nation says we have a ton of evidence, you might want to listen because that's a huge thing to say. Now, I'm going to keep saying the word if. (03:28) If there's a huge amount, which he says there is, because intellectual honesty demands that we wait for the evidence before declaring a verdict. Y'all know I believe in innocent until proven guilty. So, tonight is a big if burger, but I don't believe it's a nothing burger. Please don't leave here and tell anybody I said that Trump's going to serve a third term. (03:55) No, no, what we're doing, we're thinking out loud tonight. We're experimenting together. We're going to put some puzzle pieces together. Me and you both are going to do it. But I will tell you I'm more convinced today than I was yesterday. Or I wouldn't be talking about it tonight, okay? The 22nd Amendment of the Constitution says no person shall be elected. (04:26) That's the keyword. Elected. People going to polls. People voting. No person shall be elected to the office of president more than twice. That's the 22nd Amendment. Now, the word elected matters. Because if Todd Blanche told us the truth, if he is a man of integrity, and he can be trusted, then we're going to go over to the other side of if the if is [clears throat] true, okay? Because if it was rigged, and we know it was, but if they decide to come forth with that evidence and prove that the And I've always told you we win (05:13) in the end. The truth got to bubble pot. Takes a while. You know all my mantras. If a term was stolen through fraud, and if you read this book, you will know it without a shadow of a doubt, then you'll come into another principle that Professor Toto alone has taught you for 6 years. Fraud vitiate or undoes everything. (05:44) We just had an election in Virginia that was totally undone because of fraud. Entire state, their votes were voided, null, and void. So, if a term is stolen through fraud, through the coordinated effort of government officials and intelligence operatives, then what happened in 2020? Trump was not defeated. If in fact Todd Blach has this evidence, then Donald Trump was robbed. (06:31) And since when does an American citizen not get the court of justice to return what has been stolen? A term that was robbed is not a term that was served. It is a term that was stolen. What happens in American jurisprudence when something is stolen? If it's found, it must be returned to the person, the victim of that crime. (07:12) The question then becomes, does a stolen term count as an election? As an In other words, the entire election becomes null and void. And there you have a four-year term that was held by a usurper that is owed back to the person it was stolen from. And therefore, the first time Donald Trump was in office, he was elected. (07:49) The second time he was in office, he is elected. But if that stolen term is returned to the rightful owner, then he gets to serve one more time without an election. He gets back what was taken from him. If the office was obtained through fraud by Joe Biden, Barack Obama, all of them, if it was through fraud, and by the way, with James Comey and all these people that's about to go down, who knows who's going to squeal on who. (08:30) So, let me just ask you a hypothetical. If James Comey tells what really went down, and they have evidence, and he gets off scot-free by telling them what went down, justice demands something. Does it not? Okay. Something was stolen from Donald Trump. Justice demands that it be given back to him. (08:59) Now, why did I never go down this path before? Except vaguely mentioning it. I'll tell you why. Because I didn't have the Attorney General of the United States looking in a camera, straight-faced, saying we have massive evidence that the 2020 election was stolen. That changed everything in this little mind. Okay? So, if the office was obtained through fraud, then Trump's clock on the 22nd Amendment did not run during those four years. (09:34) He served one term, and he was robbed of a second. A third term would not be the violation of a constitution. A third term in other words, he was only elected twice. A third term would not violate the constitution. It would satisfy justice. A term would have to be given back to him. And giving back what was stolen is not a constitutional violation. (10:08) It is a constitutional correction.

Summary

In this political-legal commentary, Professor Toto discusses a hypothetical path by which Donald Trump could receive an additional presidential term. He bases the argument on alleged evidence of 2020 election fraud, the wording of the 22nd Amendment, and the legal principle he summarizes as “fraud vitiates everything.” His theory is that if a presidential term were legally determined to have been stolen through fraud, restoring that term would not necessarily constitute another election. The transcript contains no explicit Scripture citation, direct biblical quotation, or unmistakably identifiable biblical narrative. Therefore, no Scripture references have been indexed.
