luck Senator Tim Scott in entering the Republican presidential primary race it is rapidly loading 14 up with lots of people and Tim is a big step up from Ron who is totally unelectable I got very careful how they attacked Tim Scott not only because his story but he is beloved on both sides of the aisle and he is a black man and he is a true conservative so um I that's just the way I believe so everybody's asked me my opinion that's it I believe that's the way that it's going Tim Scott will be the 15 VP as far as I'm concerned I could be wrong but that is where my hunch is taking as yours we don't know until we know I do want to report some news oh Byron Donald Cheryl I do like Byron Donald's 16 however I believe that Tim Scott has a better story if that makes any sense that they can use and to get some of the independence uh but anyway all right let's move on let's move on we have a second whistleblower that has come forth from the Internal Revenue Service um and he just did an interview with CBs Wednesday last night and he has charged the Department of Justice with hampering a tax probe into Hunter Biden his name is Gary shapley he's been with the IRS for 14 years he set down exclusively with CBS last night and he says that the federal prosecutors are giving Hunter Biden 17 preferential treatment and I'm going to quote you what he said when I took control of this particular investigation what does that mean he took he was the man at the top of this investigation he took control of it I immediately saw that it was way outside the norm of what I've experienced in the past end quote that is what Mr shapley said he was assigned to this case three years ago I'm going to quote him again there were multiple steps that were slow walked that were just completely not done at the direction of the Department of Justice shapley said these deviations from the process seem to 18 always benefit Hunter Biden imagine that so now that makes two whistleblowers that have now emerged within the IRS to allege the Department of Justice misconduct in the hunter Biden federal tax probe last week one whistleblower was removed from the investigation in retaliation so I wonder what's going to happen to Mr shapley let's look at his brief video CBS News exclusive for more than three years the Department of Justice has been investigating the president's son Hunter Biden for possible tax crimes last fall FBI sources told us they had sufficient evidence to bring charges cbs's Jim 19 Axelrod spoke to the IRS agent who is blowing the whistle on what he says was preferential treatment in his first public interview when I took control of this particular investigation I immediately saw it you know it was way outside the norm of what what I've experienced in the past Gary shapley is a supervisory special agent for the IRS where he's worked for 14 years in January 2020 he was assigned to what he calls a high-profile investigation who's the subject of the investigation I can't confirm or deny the subject to this investigation why not because you know part of the tax secrecy laws 20 don't allow it shapley can't say it but CBS News has learned the investigation was the probe of Hunter Biden by the Trump appointed U.S attorney in Delaware senior Biden Administration officials have vowed to let it run its course without interference it's not restricted in his investigation in any way but CBS News has obtained this letter shapley's lawyers said to Congress Monday alleging irregularities in doj's handling of the investigation shapley is seeking legal protections from Congress so he can share specifics of his allegations there was multiple steps that were were slow walked at 21 the direction of the Department of Justice had you ever encountered that before I have not no these deviations from normal process and and each and every time it seemed to to always benefit the subject shapley says he decided to blow the whistle after a heated meeting last October with Federal prosecutors it was my red line meeting it just got to that point where that switch was uh was turned on and I just couldn't silence my conscience anymore did you let prosecutors know you were unhappy I don't think I can answer that Hunter Biden has denied any wrongdoing like civil servants the IRS agent 22 told us he is a registered Republican his whistleblowing is being assisted by an advocacy group with past ties to the GOP but shapley says this is not about politics why do you want to navigate these Waters I don't want to do any of this I took an oath of office and when I saw the egregiousness of some of these things it no longer became a choice for me it's not something that I want to do with something that I feel like I have to do the IRS told us it can't comment on specific cases but is committed to supporting whistleblowers in general both the doj and the U.S attorney's Office in Delaware 23 declined to comment Nora Jim respect to those two branches of the legislative branch so when I saw this video it just made me be sad for a minute this is the situation in America the votes are on the board I 26 ask that the house and the only people that love chaos are animals wild animals and that's what we're electing into our Congress is wild animals do you know why because the ones that are voting are wild animals and so we're 30 just living in a time in this nation where parents teacher children order respect for authority and you don't teach them by telling them to respect authority you let them watch you respect authority when they see how you speak to the policeman how you speak to the preacher how you speak to the judge how you speak to those that are over you when they watched wives and husbands and when they see how husbands speak about their employers it is a disease of disrespect that is traversing through the veins of our Nations it's a spirit of lawlessness godlessness that is eating everyone alive in this 31 nation and that video I just played for you is a perfect example of how that disease has metastasized all the way all the way to the very top and it's getting no better the world is literally getting no better every single day you're going to get to the point where it's only going to be you and your house what are you gonna do we're not going to be able to change the world folks we're at that point now you know there was a time when I was a young Christian I'm going to say my early teens and I used to hear the preachers preaching about a verse of scripture that made no sense to me now I'm not 32 that old you guys I turned 50 in about 10 days from now on June the 5th and so that means I'm not that old still no gray hairs in my head so y'all don't be picking on me yet just in my sideburns that's why I'm going to shave them sideburns all but anyway I remember hearing the preacher talk about a verse of scripture where yahshua that's Jesus his original name when he said that we the Christian the believer would be hated of all men I'm going to be honest with you when I used to hear that scripture taught I couldn't get that to register in my mind not in America because when I was a child 33 Christians were respected we we were matter of fact everybody was a Christian so I couldn't fathom a time where we would be hated for our belief in the Bible but just in in 30 short years we're there I don't know how we got there if you don't believe me go into a and a group of people they can be talking about everything in the world and you begin to speak about the Commandments of God the law of God you begin to speak about Holiness you begin to speak about living according to the Bible I'm telling you you will see the eyes of demons begin to look at you go into a place of business where and 34 just mention the name Jesus Christ Yeshua and watch what happens we are living folks in that time where we are hated listen to me we are hated I promise you we are
