Republicans refused to support him about the same amount that refused to support Jordan we are at a Crossroads uh in our government uh insanity is ruling the day my prayer is that God's going to use that Insanity for good like financing no more Wars um uh and shutting down the government in just a few days because if there's no speaker of the house then no one can pass a bill to fund the government government or even to 14 reopen the government it's going to get quite interesting to say the least but Donald Trump is the reason that emmer is not uh in the speakership uh on Truth social Donald Trump uh eviscerated emmer because emmer voted to impeach Donald Trump and emmer was not a trump man and didn't think he needed a trump endorsement so what does emmer do yesterday he goes running to the winter White House calling on the true legitimate president of the United States of America begging for his endorsement he told Donald I've always liked you you are the man for the job Donald but Donald saw right through him 15 Mr President did saw right through him and eviscerated him on Truth social so by the end of today he's gone that means we've had McCarthy scalise Jordan and emmer we're four for zero but Jim Jordan made it further than scales or emmer because he was endorsed by Donald Trump and he did make it to the floor and don't count him out yet folks who knows who could come back into this race this evening uh emmer was supported by who McCarthy scalise you know the establishment the swamp and uh but you know emmer supported a bill that codified same-sex marriage protection and he voted he also voted to 16 certify the 2020 election results I just misspoke I don't think he voted to impeach the president he voted to certify the 20 20 election results now I want to stop and explain something to you okay what you're seeing that you think is madness in the House of Representatives is in fact an exposing of all of the swamp the Rhinos in the House of Representatives those that refuse to vote for Jim Jordan every one of them needs to be primaried immediately and gotten out we now know who more and more of these frogs are that's lurking in the halls of our Congress so all of this is happening because of 17 one reason in the midterms when we did not get our Red Wave that's a good thing we're making red waves right now that freedom caucus that's the state of Georgia the supre the Supreme Court has allowed the six week abortion ban to remain 21 in effect so it is now the law of the land in the state of Georgia they will not be killing babies there up to the second and third and fourth trimesters six weeks that's it so congratulations Georgia your Supreme Court has ruled with your legislature and you now have a six- week abortion ban in the state of Georgia we have another Court victory that I want to tell you about uh you remember the gag order that was placed against Donald Trump well now the judge had such feedback such uh throwback from that decision that she has now gagged the gag order and the gag order is put on hold it's been 22 resented he's no longer under a gag order why is that because he's appealed it and she probably knows she's about to be embarrassed All Over America exciting polls y'all are not going to believe some of these poll numbers I'm about to show you it is truly hard to believe so I want to just read them to you today in a threeway race which is what we have right now with Biden RFK Jr and Trump here's the numbers Trump 39% this is from the Harvard Harris poll it was published by the hill here we go Trump 39% Biden 33% Kennedy 19% I'm going to tell y'all something this is this is unheard of everyone 23 told you two years ago Trump would never stand a chance he would never win the primary he will never win the general election well we've got numbers that say different now what if it was a two two-way race without uh Kennedy Trump would still win 42 to 36% so ladies and gentlemen that is some amazing polls now Real Clear Politics Trump would be in a 5% lead 46 to 41 in the Real Clear Politics so you know when you when people tell you he's unelectable I beg you please don't listen to that junk because that's all it is is junk now here's a surprising number are you ready Donald Trump has gained 24 ground in the blue state of of New York according to the latest poll by the Sienna Research Institute part of the Sienna College of New York Trump is lagging behind Biden only by nine points just uh two months ago he was trailing him by 21 points points did you hear me two months ago he was trailing by in New York by 21 points today nine points do you know why that is I've told you for three years by the time the election gets here even the Democrats will vote for Donald Trump now Joe Biden is behind where it counts in other words for Biden to win he has to run way ahead in the uh popular vote 25 to erase his Electoral College deficit all right but according to this poll I'll read it to you Trump is beating Biden in the Battleground States even with 91 indictments here's the numbers listen closely Bloomberg on October the 19th released a series of polls in seven Battleground States Trump is leading in five of those seven states in the other two he's tied in Michigan wake up Michigan and he's trailing by three points in Nevada what is going on in the state of Nevada now let me put that in context for you are you ready Trump lost six of those seven states in 2020 only winning North 26 Carolina accorded supposedly he lost we know better but I want you to hear those numbers every state that he lost in 2020 he's five points ahead in every one of those States right now with 91 felony indictments now this poster right here says that Donald Trump is going to have a wipe out a Wipeout poster John mclin predicts an electoral Landslide for Donald Trump citing favorable polling numbers and wins in Wisconsin Michigan Arizona Nevada Georgia Pennsylvania and Ohio the same poller said that the more trouble Trump faces the more his polling numbers rise on top of that we have more great 27 news I tell you the news is phenomenal in Maga World electoral votes a new analysis of the Census Bureau is great news for Donald Trump the Electoral College map is looking better for Republicans as red 29 states such as Florida and Texas are picking up Electoral College votes blue States like California New York and Illinois has all lost Electoral College votes according to this report 13 states lost and gained electoral votes following the last census Texas gained an additional two votes Colorado Florida Montana North Carolina and Oregon picked up one electoral vote each Florida Montana and North Carolina have picked up votes and then these other states so right now where we are Biden won supposedly by 306 to 232 Biden's uh Biden's win would have been lower if these numbers were in place today 30 so that's just more great news about the upcoming election I have great news right now about the state of Georgia two times tonight Georgia comes to Toto's classroom Georgia we will win Georgia here's why because Georgia has changed their election law they now require voter ID not just for in person but for absentee mailin ballots and they have 16 electoral votes so ladies and gentlemen uh it's just great news all over the Republic people known as electors have been charged with crimes in the courts and their crime supposedly is fraud or forgery these alternate electors went to their state capitals and did what they believed was their civic duty according to Jack Smith and the other prosecutors that was a crime according to them Donald Trump because he 34 was part of that was part of forgery and fraud and they are accusing him of this professor Toto is going to take three minutes and prove to you how Donald Trump is going to get out of those charges they will never stick they cannot stick if president is what we go by and in the courts precedent is normally what we go by I've got to bring you back to 1876 okay [Music] 1876 the presidential election between Rutherford Hayes the Republican and the Democrat Samuel Tien you can research this all you want haters right-wing watch y'all do your own research okay thank you now in the State of Florida 35 there was a contested election all right the Florida attorney general was a Democrat and he certified Tien the Democrat as the winner of the state follow the story closely Florida 1876 Hayes and tillen all right Florida's attorney general a Democrat certified the election for the Democrat on the same day something else happened Republican electors alternate electors voted for Hayes the Republican and they backed that by a certif if ification from the state canvasing board later the judge in Florida and the legislature would act to undo the certification I want you to know what did not happen 36 when these electors went and signed an alternate slate of electors signed it and sent it to the Senate here's what did not happen there were no charges for fraud or forgery there was no indictments of anyone involved because it was considered a legal dispute now let's go to South Carolina there was no one in South Carolina that that was in the official authority to certify Tien as the winner still the Democrats there in South Carolina were claiming that he had legitimately won and what did they do what did these Democrat do they submitted their electoral votes to the Senate President in 37 Washington DC now Tien did not win in South Carolina but they still met and they signed off that he won and sent it to the Senate now not one of those South Carolina electors not one of them were ever criminally investigated or prosecuted for making this assertion that their guy legally won now something else like that happened in Vermont in 1876 and other disputes like that have happened throughout American history such as 1960 when both sides claim to sign off on the winning candidate in Hawaii between John Kennedy and Richard Nixon these acts that been done by democrats and Republic 38 Republicans and they are distinct cases that are not forgery and it's happened many many times now if you assert and you certify that you are a duly appointed elector of that state even if your claim is without Merit all you're doing is making an argument about your legal status under the law that's all you're doing so if you come and say no our guy won no our guy one all you're doing is presenting a legal challenge saying that this is my status under the law that I am a legal elector now this is what we need to understand Donald Trump and these electors fulfilled what they believed was their 39 civic duty there was no forgery just like there was not in all the other cases where this has happened Donald that case will never stand I don't expect that that case will even go to trial so now you know the truth you know the rest of these post-election 51 challenges I look back on this whole experience with deep remorse for those failures of mind your honor I have taken responsibility already before the Colorado bar who censured me and I now take responsibility before this court and apologize to the people thank you pathetic pathetic absolute pathetic yes that's a word it's my word absolute pathetic is what you're looking at one by one they are turning on Donald Trump today Mark Meadows turned on Donald Trump and as a patriot immediately your heart begins to hurt these were our comrades in arms no no no they were
