first of all I have nothing against Jenna Ellis uh she is on our side Jenna Ellis uh was our president's attorney uh and I'm not going to go into how good of a job she did or didn't do everyone has their personal opinion Jenna Ellis worked tirelessly whether she did a good job or not can be debated on another day and another time but she is not the enemy Jenna Ellis I believe misspoke now I almost get where she's coming from because I've had to deal with this my own self but yet she misspoke now Miss Jenna we love you we Patriots we stick together and as long as you're true blue we're going to be true blue with you this is not in the attack against you Miss Ellis we appreciate your work what you have done but the humble Professor believes you've missed the Mark here and I'm going to explain why but before I do let me explain why I think she said what she said number one conspiracy theories abound everywhere we've heard everything right after the election we heard hold on in March he's going to be inaugurated as the 14th President I believe how many of you heard that we heard it night and day so everybody's holding their breath for March for the inauguration and then we heard hold on in April the military is going to storm uh you know they're going to uh resurrect the uh executive order and storm the White House we we heard that we never said those things but we heard that and every month there there is a new theory of what what going to happen to place Donald Trump back in office I told you after January the 6th that none of that would happen I told you that to be truthful with you and to help Salvage your emotions because I am a constitutionalist you cannot be a constitutionalist when you want to and then when it's not convenient our constitution Jenna Ellis was right about this our constitution does not allow for any of those theories to evolve what she was saying that I believe she misspoke about was that with any of those theories Donald Trump will not be reinstated and she's right there is only one way that Donald Trump can be reinstated to his office that is constitutionally by law not by overthrow not by this not by that so Jenna was trying I believe in her uh speaking to calm everyone down to try to dispel some of the false hope and let us know that he's not going to be reinstated so I get that part of it but what she should have clarified now maybe she don't know so here's where your humble Professor comes in I've explained to you before about precedent precedent is almost as powerful as law actually most of the time precedent is more powerful than law because it sets in motion something that legal mind lean on they depend on for future decisions most judges are very nervous about ruling on cases that's going to make precedent because it's murky water it's never been done before right well precedent exists in the United States for the removal of elected officials and for the reversal of those elect elections so Miss Jenna is incorrect that Donald Trump could not be reinstated the Constitution allows for his reinstatement now with that said it's a high hill to climb it's a legal Hill that has to be climbed all the way but it can be done and did you hear about Pennsylvania today anybody they went over to Arizona they watched the audit that was going on there they were so impressed with the audit that they're now back in Pennsylvania pushing to audit the Pennsylvania election hopefully by the time Mr Trump's running again he'll have all the results of these audits to show even some honest Democrats what really might have happened so with that said let's talk about what would have to happen for Donald Trump to be reinstated according to the Constitution we are a nation of law law only exists when it is based on an honest Foundation let me give you an example when you marry someone you enter into a binding contract it is literally one of the most binding contracts that you will ever enter marriage is a big deal marriage is a legal deal if you don't believe it go through a divorce and look at the financial the emotional the the the turmoil that it takes because you're literally breaking a legal Covenant all contracts are based on a covenant a covenant must be based in truth so you meet this dude you meet him at a bar one night and you and him get to talking and he sells you a story like you've never heard before shows you pictures of his home over in Maui right on the beach uh he's got two Lamborghinis in the garage and uh you look on his wrist and he's got his uh his uh uh uh oh Lord uh what's the expensive watch I'm thinking up anyway he he's got it all that's going to drive me insane now I can't believe this anyway cuz I want one but I can't afford one uh but he's got it all so he he paints you this picture matter of fact he brings you to Maui and let you sleep in his house and uh you decide you're going to marry this sucker okay now you're entering into that marriage on a foundation that you believe is true all right y'all get married you enter this Covenant Rolex a Rolex my wife saved the day y'all y'all look what she got for me today sometimes I aggravate my wife and I I'll be sitting in the recliner and I'll ring the bell when I want her to bring me something to Drake or up look and so she comes in tonight look what she's got she got her own Bell it says rain for a kiss I like when that Bell Rings I'll be running you heard me all right so you married the sucker and uh you come to find out that's not even his real name and that's his uncle's house his uncle's dead and gone and and it's left to an inheritance to somebody else so he's letting you sleep in it the whole thing is a Lie the whole thing is fraud okay now you didn't enter that Mar and then you find out he's a million dollars in debt and that debt now belongs to you because you're legally married that is not a marriage it never exists because it was built on fraud the Covenant is fraudulent you can go and get a divorce on the grounds of fraud all right you marry a woman she's beautiful she acts like she likes you you go home and she tells you that uh she likes women she don't like men so now you've entered into a marriage that is not a marriage it's a joke it's a lie it's fraud therefore that fraud disintegrates the very institution of the marriage itself it never existed it was fraud ulent in its very Genesis therefore you go to the church get it annuled you go to the state get it desintegrated and you are free and it's as if it never happened now if you have an election it must be built on truth it must be built on a process that was not illegal meaning mail in ballots that were done illegally so forth and so on if it is proven I underline what Professor Toto just said if it is proven in a court of law not on Facebook not over here not in the living room of your house but in a legal court of law then we go into the throt Morton case that I've taught you about before and then there are 36 other cases in the United States that gives us precedents where those elections were undone and the person that won is no longer the winner things reverse and it goes back and EV and a new election has to be called ladies and gentlemen what I've just given you is the truth now how that would play out in a presidential election is frightening to think about it's never happened before so I won't act like I have the answers of of how this would happen but I do know this when there's an elephant in the room the elephant is going to crush you unless you deal with it I don't know when and I don't know how but there's an elephant in the room in America and soon it's going to demand someone pay attention to it what is that going to mean for us as a people I don't know but I do know this fraud vitiates everything I've taught it to you from the beginning I will always teach it if fraud is proven in a court of law so what has to happen to get it to a court of law well that's real easy if we come up with an audit and that audit reveals without a doubt these issues that we believe is there then all the state senate has to do at that point is recall their electoral votes now Arizona is not enough to do anything but from that premise you now are building a case a strong case and that case can go one or two ways it can go before a court of law or it can go before the court of a public opinion when Donald Trump begins his campaign in 13 months and he has the results of all these audits to put on TV constantly showing with a red circle the results of the audit what the professional said and then he's going to find some middleof the road Democrats that don't like fraud on either side some good honest people that says wow okay so he he he can win in a court of law or the court of a public of public opinion so Miss Jenna was correct in the fact that there will be no reinstatement from any nefarious plans but she was incorrect in saying there was no way he could be reinstated that's simply not the truth all right all right everybody I want to talk to you I want to share something with you I tell you what before I do that I'm going to look at happen in the United States of America it happened way across the ocean in a nation called North Korea I'm going to tell the story to you and I doubt you've heard about it and that's a sad thing last week there was a a man that was marched in front of 500 people his wife and his children stood on the the front row this is not a fairy tale this happened they marched him and they brought a firing squad out and they killed this man his wife fainted all of his children fainted and they literally picked them up and throw them in the car and send them to a prison camp now what was this man's crime before I go any further I'm going to see if any of you have heard about this story because if not I want to prove you a point tonight I want to prove a point to you stay with me because when I get through telling you this story it's going to alarm you at the deepest level all right it doesn't look like anybody has heard about this story Roseanne might have okay listen close this man broke a law he broke a law okay you've not heard about it let me explain it to you he broke a law in North Korea what law did he break the one that I break every day the one that you break every day here in the United States of America this law was passed and I want to make sure my details are right this law was passed about four weeks ago it's called the anti- reactionary thought law write that down anti- reactionary I want you to go Google it study it it's going to it's going to frighten you the anti- reactionary thought law okay what is the anti- reactionary thought law it's brand new in North Korea oh and it was passed to protect the people it's really scary here's here's what's scary about it this law is against reactionary thought against the government the North Korean authorities adopted this during a recent presidium of the Supreme people's assembly based on the investigation into the law it defines a wide range of acts as illegal including get ready listening to recording or Distributing foreign radio broadcast importing and distributing foreign recordings video content books or other published materials copying and distributing music and messages unapproved by the state now I know your first thought well that's no big deal that's North Korea no no it's not it's the United States of America listen to me carefully they passed a law in North Korea that said we don't want any foreign radio broadcast coming in to the people that would confuse them against what the government is saying to them now those of you that's listening you're going to catch this you're going to see exactly where I'm going with this they want to make illegal and they have in North Korea any messages that is out of sync with what the government is saying it is a huge deal why because not it's somebody said well that will never happen in America it all already is control the way the people think and then make those that think contrary to the man belittle them to such a place to where they're all a bunch of freaks they're all a bunch of Fringe Fringe people do that and then kill them they brought fear to those citizens that watch that man get shot and killed and yet every day in America YouTube Facebook and all of the others which are agents of the state do the same thing they kill those that bring in foreign information that does it line up with what the government agrees with shut out foreign uh messaging that comes from your deep research it's called the anti- reactionary thought law anti in other words they don't want you reacting against what the government is telling you to think for example the government told you that these were good for the people the masses they want to protect the people any reactionary thought to what the government tells you is good for you in North Korea they line you up and shoot you oh in America they don't do that really do you not know that the best way to kill somebody is to shut them up to destroy their influence destroy their voice destroy their credibility that's all you have to do it's the same thing they shoot him in North Korea and they kill him in America this is why any infringement on Free Speech in this nation must be fought against at every level every level we must we must we must push back against any infringement on Free Speech this man was killed last week I have friends in social media that was killed you know how you kill them now you don't take out a bullet no no no no you pull their account you know how they killed President Donald Trump they didn't pull a bullet through him they did something worse they destroyed his ability to speak you better wake up you better see how North Korea is no different than the United States of America under its current Administration now pull me for saying that because I'm going to tell you that man that died in North Korea for bringing in foreign radio broadcast that went against the message we've been doing it for a year here in this little office in Waveland Mississippi there are still American Heroes you're looking at them all around you tonight they're doing more than talking they're standing up and making their voices hard you better do it before it's too late America you better get something besides a spaghetti noodle in that spine America is under demonic attack the handywork of George Soros is Upon This Nation to silent the voices of the men of God Patriots were having to literally go underground to be able to speak freely in this nation you need to show up at a rally you need to send some money to somebody you need to to quit buying from Walmart you need to get involved go to your schoolhouse go become a commit man it is time this man that was killed in North Korea I can't get him out of my head you're not a I don't care what anybody tells you YouTube is not a private company let me tell you why if you're getting protection from the government against lawsuits you are not a private company you may say you're a private company and yeah you may qualify as private but if this government is protecting your actions you're no longer a private company you need to L we've got to take away this protection from these idiots Hallelujah to God Hallelujah to God listen you got we've got to realize that these are agents of the government hallelujah hallelujah hey I'll yell all I want to somebody needs to thought law just think about those words well we don't have that kind of law in America oh yes we do what was the government telling us about these and we had to agree with that didn't we there was no inside thankfully Jennifer woke up to his banging on the door and he got her and her little dog Emma out safe thank you God within minutes everything was gone while waiting for the fire Tru please asked for is prayer you know I've never been in that condition it's always been one of my greatest fears would be to lose everything like that my heart goes out to these fellow Patriots they're going
