Urgent Message Regarding PETE HEGSETH - - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKcbaY2g8tc Transcript: (00:04) Good evening, America. My fellow citizens, good evening. It's Thursday night, December the 4th, 2025, and I'm Professor Toto, and I have pulled myself from the clutches of my sick bed where I have been convilelesing for two weeks now. Whatever this is does not want to let go. (00:32) So, I don't know how I sound tonight and I don't know if I can even get through this, but I really just want to have a talk with you tonight. Every one of you, I'm calling on all Americans to please tune in. Would you give me 10 minutes of your time tonight? I want to share my heart with you, my fellow MAGA. Yeah. The ones I've fought in the trenches with for five years now. (01:00) I'd like to talk with you. Would you mind sharing this real quickly? Would you please do that now? Um, I want to make sure you can hear me tonight before I start. [clears throat] If someone can let me know if my audio is coming through before I get started tonight. If you would just comment, please let me know if you can hear me. (01:25) All right. if I'm too loud, too soft, because I want I I want to get this party started here in just a minute. If you're watching the replay, we'll be starting in just a second. I just want to make sure that our audio and video is good. If somebody will comment and let me know if our audio and video is good. (01:49) It's good. Thank you, Kenneth Wilks and Adam Mark, Connie Sullinger, Lee, uh Terry Mallerie, Aaron Meadows. Thank you everybody. All right, hit the share button. Hit the love button. I need you to do that because I feel like what I have to say tonight is of utmost important. I'm coming here tonight uh because I don't want them to hide. (02:14) I don't want them to hide. I I'm sick of of the mob hiding. And tonight, I'm not going to let them hide. Not a single one of them. Not tonight. Not while I still have breath in my lungs and a microphone in my face and a platform at my disposal that God gave me because what I just witnessed in this country over the last seven days and what happened two hours ago that you hear so little about on the news tonight. (02:53) That's why I'm here because when I saw that no one was covering it, somebody has to. Today, December the 4th, 2025, we have major evidence of a rapidly growing disease in America. a disease that is eating through the bones of our republic and no one even cares. It's like acid. And I'm going to name that disease tonight. And uh I'm going to call out names. (03:32) That's part of that disease. [snorts] It's the death of due process. That's the name of the disease. the death of due process in America. Now, before you say, Professor Toto, yes, get those Democrats. Get them for for this disease. I'm going to show you tonight something that's going to chill you to the bone if you'll listen to me. (04:02) It's not the Democrats. It's us, the Republicans, MAGA. Because what I'm about to show you is not CNN anchors, but Republicans, conservatives, who have joined a lynch mob against a man before one shred of evidence. The conservative mob. Last Friday, one week ago, the Washington Post dropped an accusation against Defense Secretary Pete Hexith. (04:40) They dropped, listen to my words carefully, an accusation with a video claiming that Pete Hexith gave a kill them all order, a double dip, if you will, during a Caribbean boat strike against narot terrorist. Now, according to the Washington Post, this come from an anonymous source, not one sworn testimony, no evidence presented except a video. (05:20) And within hours, ladies and gentlemen, within hours, the calls began to come in for the immediate evisceration of Pete Hexith. Now, of course, it came from the Democrats. Hakee, Hakeim, and all the rest of them were all demanding his resignation. But it gets worse because this disease is is plaguing America. We'll start with one of our own, Senator Ran Paul, the Republican from Kentucky. (06:00) I'm going, they cannot hide tonight. I'm not going to let them hide. They're all guilty and they all need to repent before the great citizenry of this nation for being part of the death of this great republic. Senator Ran Paul said either he was lying to us or he's incompetent and demanded his resignation. Let's go over to North Carolina. (06:33) Senator Tom Tillis, Republican. He said, and I quote, "You don't have to have served in the military to understand that what Pete Hexith did was a violation of ethical, moral, and legal code. Somebody needs to get the HL out of Washington." Now, mind you, they're calling for his destruction not on evidence, but on a news story. (07:03) Keep that in mind. Shall we continue? Senator Tillis, I have a question for you tonight. Based on what? On a headline. Anonymous sources from a newspaper that's not printed an honest headline in a decade. Senator Tillis. Let's continue over to West Virginia. Senator Jim Justice from a state that backed Donald Trump by 40 points. (07:36) The senator said this is not acceptable. Heg Seth made a bad decision and must resign. Mind you, he made that statement from a headline. But let's continue. Let's drop down to South Carolina. Senator Lindsey Graham, he said it's a longheld rule that survivors of a ship attack are no longer combatants. Hexath must resign. Let's go over to Nebraska, shall we? The Republican representative Don Bacon, a retired Air Force Brigadier General, 30 years in uniform. (08:28) What did he say? I don't think Hexith was up to the task. He should have taken responsibility and he didn't. He said Hexith should resign immediately. Republicans all called for Hagsth's resignation. Let's go up to Alaska. Our faithful Republican sister up there, Lisa Marcowski. Same thing. I I could continue. (09:02) I could go on and on and on. I could show you uh I could show you. Uh actually, I should show you if you'll give me a moment. Let me show you. It was even worse than that. Uh on Newsmax, if I'm not mistaken, Newsmax, I want to show you if I can find it. Napalitano on our own news station. Napalitano. Hold on one second. (09:34) Let me see if I can find it. Let me see if I can find it for you. Because this is our own people. This is our own news channel. Newsmax, not CNN. Napolitano. Here we go. Called for an immediate resignation. It goes on and on and on. got at least 13 more conservative news sources here demanding Pete's resignation. And then today, December the 4th, 2025, hours ago, Admiral Frank Mitch Bradley, the man that actually commanded the mission, a Navy Seal with three decades of service. (10:36) He was one of the first special operators to deploy to Afghanistan after 911. sat in a chair today before the Senate Intelligence Committee with a right hand raised under oath under penalty of perjury. And what did Mitch Bradley say? We know because Senator Tom Cotton, the chairman of that committee, walked out of that classified briefing and told the cameras exactly what the admiral said. (11:19) I quote, Admiral Bradley was very clear that he was given no such order. He was not given an order not to give quarter and not to kill them all. He was given no such order. He was given an order that was written down in great detail. And we saw that order that was written. [clears throat] And then moments later, a Democrat on that committee came out and verified this truth. (12:06) Hear that word truth. The truth spoke louder than the mob. But the sad thing is we don't want truth. It was much more exciting when we had the facts. Yeah, we had facts. I'm going to talk to you about that fact real quick. Okay. The congressman Jim Hines on the intellig on the intelligence committee. He said the admiral confirmed there had not been a kill them all order and there was not an order to grant no quarter. (12:45) The accusation was false. And do you know what I waited for after I heard that? I'm waiting. I'm watching the TV. I'm watching for apologies. I'm watching for apologies, from Don Bacon, Senator Lisa Macowski. I'm watching for apologies from Ran Paul, Tom Tillis, Jim Justice, Lindsey Graham, but I find none. You know why? The mob never apologizes. (13:30) Now, many people say to me, "The facts are the facts." No, they are not. I'm going to prove it to you right now if you'll stay with me another moment or two. I'm fixing to prove to you the facts are not the facts. There's a story in the Bible about a boy named Joseph. They threw him in a pit and sold him into slavery. (14:00) They gathered together a coat and put blood on it and brought that bloody coat to Joseph's daddy and said, "Daddy, here's the facts. Joseph, our brother, is dead." The daddy looked at the facts and you know what he said? "Surely my son is dead because I have the facts." You had the facts, but you didn't have the truth. Because the truth is the facts that are left over after examination. (14:35) Okay. So I want to tell you what the mob did not tell you about the facts. So the facts in this case was a video. We all saw it of these poor pitiful sailors shipwrecked begging for their life. We saw the video. There's the facts right there. Two shipwrecked men in the water. I heard one Democrat say today, "That's exactly what it was. (15:08) Shipwrecked men instead of narot terrorist. We saw it with our own eyes, Professor Toto. But the problem is you didn't hear with your own ears what the military heard. You saw a video, but you didn't hear. You did not hear these men on recorded audio calling their cartel comrades. When the when they're driving the boat and they see that they they know they're under attack, they're calling their comrades to let them know, "Come get the drugs. (15:57) You didn't see the men attempting to flip the boat over, not to save themselves, but to protect the narcotics. Senator Tom Cotton, after viewing the classified briefing, said it plainly. I saw two survivors trying to flip a boat loaded with drugs bound for the United States over so they could stay in the fight. These were not helpless sailors. (16:23) They were narotists attempting to continue their mission and their comrades would come and get the drugs. But the mob, they had already rendered a verdict. Resign, crucify, evidence be danged. Due process be danged. That's what happens when you render verdicts before a court trial. You destroy lives. Pete Hath's career could have been destroyed if Donald Trump would have given in to the mob. (17:07) Where's the apology from Ran Paul tonight? Where is it? Where are the Republicans that jumped on the bandwagon? That's where they at saying, "I should have waited for a trial." Silence. The mob has moved on. Don't y'all understand them people's already moved on. They're waiting for the next headline to grind their teeth into. It's a disease. (17:34) It is a disease that is infecting the very remnants of the fabric of this great republic. And every one of you watching me have been infected with the disease. You don't realize it. We've become bloodthirsty. There is something happening in America that scares me to death. Accusations without evidence. Listen, my friends, please. (18:18) If you're going to wear that red hat that says MAGA, if you're going to wear the t-shirt that says America first, realize that's not a slogan. It's not a rally poster. America first means American principles come first. And the first of those great principles that make us great, the foundation stone of every liberty that you enjoy, every right that you exercise, every protection you claim, there is a foundation to the entire republic. (18:59) Are you ready for it? Innocent until proven guilty. Without that, we are not a republic. Without that, we are not a free nation. Without that, we are a mob pretending civilization. And what I just showed you from these leaders of our republic proves to you the plague has spread beyond the left. It is infected our movement, our media, our own senators. (19:32) It's in the church. It's everywhere. We go to pages to see the the latest thing that's been said about somebody. Theirs is a disease. It might be living in your mind. We I I I came to the mic tonight because Pete Hexith was innocent. He was innocent. Where's the apologies? There will be none. Mark my words down. (20:01) There will be none. We have a disease. It's growing. It's painful to watch. We love to get a video and say, "See, there's the proof." But you see, here's the problem. Both sides can always prove their claim with their facts. It's not until you bring both set of facts together in a court of law, not the court of public opinion, where you will find truth. (20:33) It's only in a noneotional setting that you can find the truth. And if you think this is limited to Pete Hexith, you've not been paying attention. You know, when they arrested Donald Trump and accused him of everything, I told every one of you, just wait. Let due process play out and it'll all go away. And guess what? at Georgia has gone away. New York has gone away. (21:08) Why? We have the greatest judicial system in the whole world. Is it perfect? What a foolish question. There is no perfection in an imperfect world, but it's the best in the world. And we must we must take all of our questions that we have about everything and trust it to our judicial system. And if you watched my class a few weeks ago about our judicial system, it would help you regain trust in it. (21:44) You never get justice hardly in that first court. It's designed that way. When are we going to go back to court to an impartial judge? When are we gonna go back to court and quit this? I I it it sickens me. You know, for example, Turning Point USA, one of the greatest institutions that we have all revered and supported for a decade. Turning Point USA, let me just let me You may not you may not know what I'm about to tell you. (22:30) Turning Point USA has done more for the political conservative movement among young people than any other movement in the last decade. Okay? I mean actually actually having results verifiable results. They have registered more young conservatives than any movement in history. Hundreds. They have hundreds of campus chapters across America making a difference. (23:05) They've created student leaders who stand for faith and freedom. They've publicly defended biblical values. They've built the pipeline of future American patriots. And they are now being accused of covering up murder. The widow uh of of Charlie Kirk has been accused by one Candace Owens of knowing more about her husband's murder that I've got the receipts. Don't come at me. (23:40) I've got the receipts, darling. Where Candace has said from her own mouth that Candace is covering this up. I'm sorry, Eric. Erica. Now, that all sounds wonderful. all the video of when he got shot. We've got the video. Something don't look right. Well, something didn't look right with the fishing boat either because you don't have the whole story. (24:08) You don't. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, but you don't. You are not the jury. I hear people saying all the time, give us the information and let the public No, no, no, no, no. The public has no right to know these things. Our system was never set up for the public to decide anything. The only people that are to get the evidence is the jury, not the public. (24:41) Where did we lose the this common understanding of American principles? We're not judged by the public. We're judged by a jury of our peers, not the public. Candace Owens has publicly accused Turning Point USA of betraying Charlie Kirk before and after his death. Now, she gets this because Charlie came to her in a dream and told her this. (25:17) She said that TPA USA has covered up his murder. Now these are baby these are huge accusations. These are not questions. This is slick accusations that's been regendered as questions. I've only got questions. No, you've got accusations on the slick designed as a question. And then she said there's a federal cover up that the official lone gunman STORY IS FALSE WITHOUT A SHRED OF EVIDENCE. (25:58) But we don't need that anymore, do we? Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. She said Erica Kirk was part of a murder cover up. I've got the receipts, children. You can go see them. They're in my blog. I posted it today. The receipts, the quotes. Do you understand what she's actually saying? She is publicly accusing a widow. (26:24) A widow, Charlie Kirk's own wife, of participating in a conspiracy to cover up her husband's murder. Folks, that's not questions. That's horrible accusations without a trial, without evidence, without sworn testimony, without a single day in court. Why do we love this stuff? What's wrong with us? Is it a mental sickness? Why do we love this stuff? Why do we pay it up? Why? Why? Why do we not demand court? If you believe Candace's accusations, then you also have to believe that Donald Trump's justice department is corrupt. You have to believe Cash Patel, (27:21) Don Bonino, they're all corrupt because this happened on their watch. You have to believe that Donald Trump has suppressed evidence. [snorts] You have to believe Donald Trump's lying to the American people about Charlie Kirk's murder. You have to believe Trump appointed leaders that have buried the truth. (27:46) That Trump has allowed in a or participated in a cover up. There's no way around that logical conclusion, my friend. [snorts] You cannot say the feds covered it up without saying Trump covered it up. You cannot say TPUSA hid the truth without saying Trump's justice department permitted it. Yes, every one of you that would have taken a bullet for Donald Trump just a few months ago, you have to now say he's guilty of a cover up. (28:23) Do you not see there's something wrong with that? I I Do you not see there's something wrong with that? I mean, do you not remember yourself at the rallies? Trump. Trump. I mean, do you remember that? Trump. Trump. Do you remember that? I trust the government of Donald Trump. Is there bad actors in every government? Of course there is. (28:55) No one denies that there's bad actors in every government of mankind. Never going to change until Yoshua sets up the perfect government. But I trust the government of Donald Trump. I trust his justice department. I voted for the man I trusted. I did not vote him into office for me to be his department of justice. I voted for him to create a department of justice. (29:29) And if I have questions that I don't understand, just like a Pete Hegth, there was questions I didn't quite understand. But I knew justice would prevail. For anyone to scream federal cover up over this murder is to demand that I turn on the very government that Yahweh raised up and restored by his own hand. You know, it would be like me and you standing out on the battlefield and David takes a slingshot and kills Goliath. (30:11) And all of us standing there know there was no human way he could have done that. Okay, everybody look, even Ray Charles can see that. There's no way David could have done that without God's help. And then someone says as soon as Goliath falls, choose a side, David or Goliath. And man, me, I go running to David side. And then some superspiritual person says, "I choose God, not man. (30:50) " You dummy. If you choose God, then you might want to get on the side that God just showed up on. These people drive me crazy. You choose man over God. No, I choose the man that God chose. And he did it with every one of you watching his miraculous hand bring back a man from death itself. And and you going to sit there and talk about I choose God. Then choose him. (31:24) Get on THE RIGHT SIDE THAT GOD CHOSE. SEE, GOD VOTED in Butler, Pennsylvania, children. GOD VOTED WHEN EVERYTHING that was thrown at that man fell off of him like water, just like it did David. For four years, I prophesied the moment you and I are living in right now. For four I've got a track record, honey, and you can check it. (31:56) Five years almost. I never I stood in this mic and I told you that you would live in the moment you're living in right now. The return of Donald Trump against all odds. This voice this voice told you what was going to happen. I told you four years ago the lion will roar in 24. The eagle will soar. It came from this microphone. (32:21) this one when most people believed it was impossible. And it will take more than emotiondriven accusations from internet provocators to convince me that THE GOVERNMENT I STOOD FOR, PRAYED FOR, AND PREDICTED WITH DIVINE authority is suddenly the villain in a murder conspiracy. Not today, devil. And you getting this because of a dream with a dead person. NOT TODAY. (33:00) You listen. I I got sense enough to know whose side the Lord is on. And you think you going to make me an anti-Trump man when I watch God himself show up and vote for Donald Trump. How quickly we forget. When Yahweh raised up Professor Toto overnight, he placed me on a sacred platform and gave me a sacred responsibility to stand for truth. (33:34) And I'm so sick TONIGHT I CAN HARDLY TALK. BUT MY CALLING turned that light on and this camera on and said speak against the gossip, the hysteria, the internet witchcraft, [gasps] the emotional circling of a mob culture to accuse an organization led by Charlie's widow of a murder cover up. That's not discernment. (34:05) That's not truth. That's not scripture. And my Bible forbids me to receive an accusation against Erica Kirk without two or three witnesses, which is a euphemism for a day in court. Well, Pastor Von, Professor Toto, are you saying turning point is innocent? Absolutely. Well, how do you know? Because they are the accused. I'm American. (34:38) I always believe the accused is innocent. See? See how I did that? It's real simple. When you stand on principles, when you stand on principles, they never change. I believe any accused person is innocent. Imagine that. Oh, the weirdness of that, right? It's called America First and you're looking at the embodiment of America first. (35:04) I believe in it so much that I put that principle when I would be giving the same principle to Candace Owens if TPUSA was accusing her. She gets a day in court. Not a day on a podcast, but a day in court. because now she's committed slander. Take her to court TPUSA and let the truth come out. AND IF TPUSA IS GUILTY, I'll come right back here and say they're guilty. (35:41) Until then, I declare, get ready for this. Are you ready? They're innocent. [gasps] How can you say that? Because I'm American. I believe in America. I believe in innocent until proven guilty. Now that I've shown you the evidence, Hex Seth and Candace, let me show you the disease itself. The five stages of this disease. (36:11) There's a playbook and once you see it, what I'm fixing to teach you, you can never unsee it, my fellow Americans. And as soon as I'm through tonight, I'm going to look at the chat and I'm going to take your questions whether you agree or disagree. And we're going to talk in a minute. Okay. Step one of this disease. (36:33) A rumor drops. A leak. A leak. A headline hits. An anonymous source speaks. a Facebook page that a coward operates behind a screen name. Just, you know, drop it. It doesn't matter if it's true or not. Drop it. Oh, and drop the receipts with it. Drop a picture or a video that could be AI now. Who knows? Drop it. Just drop it. (37:04) That's how it starts. Okay. Step number two. The media mob is activated. They're not reporting. They're crafting a narrative from the rumor. They pick a villain, not a fact. They write the verdict before the opening argument even begins. Step number three, the politicians pile on left and right because outrage is currency. (37:39) Did you hear what I just said? If you want clicks, create outrage. That's all you need because the world is a mob. And then suddenly, step four, social media becomes the courtroom. And here's what you see in the comment section. I always knew he was evil. I felt something was off from the first time from people that could not give you one shred of evidence. (38:13) And step number five, before any facts arrive, the verdict is reached. Oh yeah. My discernment tells me the problem with your discernment, it's the total opposite of somebody else's discernment. Discernment is like a pile of crap in one hand and a pile of crap in the other. I discerned it. (38:34) Your discernment don't matter. Okay? Truth matters. Step number six, the real evidence arrives and the mob goes quiet. It I gave you the six steps. It happens every time. Ready? One more time. The leak, the media mob, the politicians pile on. Social media becomes the courtroom. A a a verdict is rendered and then suddenly the real evidence comes forth and the truth comes out and the mob goes silent. (39:10) Same thing's going to happen with Candace Owens. Mark my words. Mark my words. Two weeks from now. Can I Can I Can I prove it to you? What was the headlines last week? Jeffrey Epstein, right? That's all you heard. The reopening of the files, you know, passing the law to release the documents within 30 days. Remember, and then suddenly, another word. (39:41) Why? Because the mob didn't get what they wanted. Oh, and by the way, be looking for this. You heard it here first. As soon as Gileain Maxwell files her appeal, which I think is tomorrow, guess what's going to have to go back under seal? all those documents to protect her legal rights to a fair trial. So, you know, the point is this is not about Pete Hegth anymore. (40:06) It's not about Candace Owens. It's not about TPUSA. It's about you. Because if they can do it to them, they can do it to you. Your job, your business, your family, your reputation. If America lets this system stand, and I'm talking about you, if you do not start taking a stand for innocent and proven guilty, you're part of America's destruction. (40:33) If we allow accusations to replace trials, headlines to replace evidence, social media mobs to replace juries, then nobody is safe. Do you really want to live in the world that is exploding around us? That's this is not politics I'm talking tonight. IT'S THE DEATH OF OUR REPUBLIC UNLESS WE reverse course. We must restore due process. (41:07) Not because we like the accused, not because we agree with them, but because we are bigger than them. We are American. Americans don't do mob justice. We don't destroy people without evidence. Americans don't bow down to sensational headlines. If our republic is going to die, it's going to die on that foundation at the altar of instant judgment where innocence becomes irrelevant. (41:42) Pete Hexith, I doubt he gets one phone call congratulating him on his innocence. You know why? Innocence is irrelevant anymore. Accusation becomes conviction. But not on my watch, and it doesn't need to be on your watch. Americans always scream, "We want justice. That's all we want, Toto, is justice." And we're tired of waiting on justice. (42:13) The moment you get tired of waiting on justice, you no longer desire justice. You desire a verdict. Do you know why? The very word justice can only be found in the process of waiting. Ask Donald Trump. It took Trump three years to get justice. Justice is in the waiting. Justice lives in due process. It dies without it. Yes, it's slow. (43:02) It's irritating. It demands evidence. when your emotions demand blood. But that slow grind is the only place where truth survives. Oh yeah. It's in that slow grinding of boring courtroom motions after motion after motion comparing evidence before an impartial jury that's sleepy and they just want to go home. (43:34) They don't have a dog in the hunt. That's in that grinding of those slow will is where the corn is being tread out. Don't ever get tired of waiting for justice because it's in the waiting that you have found. Justice lives in the waiting. We have heard due process so long that we have stopped respecting its power. And now people confuse accusation with evidence. (44:11) And that's how innocent people like Pete Hexith get destroyed. What if he would have resigned? What if President Trump would have let him go? An innocent man. Nobody would care. It's over. Next. We live in a disgusting world. I want nothing to do with it. I go by the word of God. Yahweh's word demands that I receive no accusation against a brother or a sister without a trial. (44:47) Two or three witnesses. That's the euphemism for a trial. If you receive an accusation against Erica Kirk or Shane Vaughn or Dumafloppy Hublo without a trial, you are violating the word of God. And you have a disease that you need to get delivered from. And the only way you get delivered from it is to become America first. (45:15) Because if you're America first, you believe every accused person is innocent. A nation that trades evidence for outrage is a nation pretending to be America. If we want real justice again, if we want to hand our children a nation that still believes in fairness, if we want to be Americans, not just by passport, but by principle, then we must return to the thing that built this republic. (45:46) No guilt without a shadow of a doubt. No verdict without compelling undisputed evidence. No justice without due process. Anything less is fake justice from fake Americans. And now you know the best of the story. And I'm Professor Toto. Thank you for joining me tonight. I'm going to take some of your questions now. (46:23) Ricky Denny said, "I wouldn't know the difference if not for you, my brother. You are a blessing." Thank you, brother Ricky Denny. Thank you, Tory Jones. Pete Hexith is a good guy. I wish they would stop. Clara Funk says, "Shame on us. Looking for blood." I agree with you. Woodstock said, "Trump daddy is doing a great job uncovering the crimes. (46:56) Those drug boats are being destroyed. What's next in the drug war?" I agree with you, Woody. Ricky Denny said, "Everyone's got a democracy mindset." I couldn't agree more. Linda Riker wants to know those six steps that I went over. I'll give them to you one more time. Step number one, a leak or a rumor. Number two, the media mob activates. (47:28) Number three, politicians pile on. Number four, social media becomes the courtroom. Number five, the verdict is reached. Number six, the real trial and the real truth and the mob goes silent. I wonder if anybody's heard me tonight or did I just waste my time coming to this microphone. I didn't even feel like it. (48:02) But somebody's got to tell the truth. Somebody's got to be the voice. Somebody's got to be a voice of reason. MAGA's losing their minds. Thank you, Jason JW. Eva Dixon hears me and Elizabeth Brody and Ricky Denny. Lorraine Spleer, you are correct. They don't like Pete because he's not one of them. Alice Lewis hears me. (48:32) Thank you so much. Tonight, Greta Bowman wants to know the update on the cash claim. We really won't know until December the 15th, but uh it does look like he's in some peril to say the least, but I pray not. But that's what it looks like. Oh man. Oh man. Oh man. Now Jeff Kaufman said something I want to address. (49:06) He said, "Rogue judges are the number one problem in America." I agree with you. However, with a caveat, if you'll go watch the lesson I taught on the American judicial system, our founding fathers protected us from rogue judges. And uh they set up a beautiful system. They understood about rogue judges. America's judicial system, ladies and gentlemen, is still the greatest in the whole world. (49:35) Thank you, Edwin Ross. Diana Carter heard me. Vanna Lavka heard me. Thank you, Stephanie Carterman. She said, "I have no questions because you explain." Thank you, Juanita Brown, George Alex, Brenda Billings, Felicia Stanford, [clears throat] Jason JW, Debbie Reef. Thank you. Kathy Morrison said, "I understand now. Thank you, CJ Rosenthal. Just a reminder, we win in the end. And I have evidence of that. That crazy judge from New York, Bosarge, just overruled his own ruling and now is going to pay for all the attorney fees for the J6 defendants. (50:44) I told you that was going to happen. Told you. I told you. I told you. Thank you, Sister Carol Lot. Clara Funk. [clears throat] Connie Wood, you're more than welcome. Victoria Carter, good evening. [clears throat and cough] Sister Lydia A. Bear. So good to see you tonight. Denise Marsh, please watch the replay. (51:11) Elder Angela Schumer, truth will march on. Elder Dorothy Simmons, you are correct. You know, let me just interject before I go tonight. I'm passionate about this. I think because I've experienced it, I don't know of another man besides Trump that's more attacked clandestinely, secretly that than me. Uh, and I never defend myself ever, ever, ever. (51:46) I have no desire to. I never respond. I have no desire to because [clears throat] I've learned if you stand the test of time, you'll get to step number six eventually where the real truth comes out after the rumors. The real truth will come out always. And I I just wish that every one of us when you hear something about somebody, call them. (52:20) Say, "Hey, I heard this and I don't want to believe it because I'm an American. Tell me what's going on." That's what the Bible says to do. Judy Denton, you're more than welcome. Renee Candle, thank you. Aaron Bre uh Breedenbach, hope I got that right. You're more than welcome. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right, folks. (52:45) Share this with the truth needs to be out there tonight. Yahweh bless you and keep you. Tammy Cartwright Lewis, thank you. Teresa Kashoot, thank you so much. We love every one of you. God bless you. Remember, I'm live every Tuesday night. Been behind this microphone for five years now. every Tuesday night at 7 central. Yahweh bless you and keep you. (53:12) Good night, America.

Summary

In this extended commentary, Professor Toto argues that America is suffering from what he calls the “death of due process.” He begins with accusations against Pete Hegseth and says conservative politicians and media figures demanded punishment before the underlying evidence had been properly examined. He then uses Genesis 37:18–35 to illustrate how apparent facts—in that case Joseph’s bloodied coat—can support a false conclusion when the full truth is unknown. The message later turns to accusations involving Candace Owens and Turning Point USA. Here the clearest biblical principle appears: 1 Timothy 5:19, requiring two or three witnesses before receiving an accusation. The speaker applies that standard broadly to modern public allegations and judicial procedure. He also invokes David and Goliath and closes with the principle of going directly to a person when an issue arises, along with the Aaronic blessing. Only passages explicitly cited or unmistakably identifiable have been indexed.

Core doctrine

1 Timothy 5:19 - Accusations Should Not Be Received Wtithout Adequate Witnesses or Evidence, a Principle the Speaker Applies to Due Process and the Presumption of Innocence
