have been going around for many years concerning myself this ministry first Harvest Ministries and all of those that follow our teachings I received an inbox message yesterday on Facebook from an old friend of mine uh actually this person I was her pastor when uh probably 25 years ago I pastored my first church when I was 19 and this lady was a member of that congregation in Winfield Louisiana well she sent me a message I've received so many messages like this but this one was (00:42) sort of just the one that broke the camels back and I said I've got to deal with this to make it plain for folk um this lady said pastor V I would never have dreamed that you would be practicing Judaism and basically accusing me of leaving the Christian faith I want to dispel that rumor and I want to make it real plain from the start we do not practice Judaism in any shape form or fashion we have not left the Christian quote unquote Christian faith we have left Catholicism and all of its isms but we've not left (01:30) the true Christian faith as a matter of fact we have returned to the true Christian faith before it was heniz and paganized by the Greeks and the Roman Catholic church so let me just make it as plain as I can for you today we are just as opposed to Judaism as we are all the other isms including Catholicism so if you've ever heard me preach against Catholicism I'm just that adamant against Judaism it's just as false of a religion as all the others so what are we I'm going to answer it for you in a few short minutes if you would give me (02:20) your attention and if you know anybody that's got us confused and they don't understand who we are what we are and why we are why don't you for with this message to and say get it straight from the horse's mouth so here's who we are I'm going to take you back if you don't mind to a long time ago let's go back to when Jesus Christ now pause if somebody was calling you by a name that was not your true name it was not your original name if somebody was calling you that and you told them hey that's not quite how you say my (03:02) name would you accuse them of being in some false religion no so going forward I will refer to who you know as Jesus by what his mother called him by what the Angels called him by what his father called him and that name is Yeshua now we need to explain something to you we are not against and we've been falsely accused of being against the name of Jesus nothing could be further from the truth if that is the name that you know him by then by all means no judgment whatsoever however we've come to know him differently by his original name (03:55) which is no doubt Undisputed Yeshua so in this video when you hear me say yua that's not Judaism no that has nothing to do with Judaism because in fact in Judaism they refuse to say the name of God or the Creator matter of fact their false religion hides the name when they're supposed to be publishing the name so there's one strike against Judaism and why we are not Jews we don't not we're not want to be Jews we're not trying to be Jews we are Israelites don't let that confuse you did you know there's a major (04:38) difference in a Jew and an Israelite well if you don't know the difference then you might want to withhold your judgment from us until you learn the difference between a Jew and an Israelite that was one of the first things that led me out of traditional Christianity and start Ed me on my journey back to the Hebrew roots of our faith when I realized the difference in a Jew and an Israelite so we're not Jews we're not want to be Jews none of that but we do understand that the Christian faith was kidnapped held for ransom by (05:21) an emperor by the name of Constantine at the Council of NAA and the Council of conop now the Christian faith began to change shortly after yua left the earth yua when he left that's Jesus he gave the care of his church to his beloved disciples we know them as the 12 apostles while those apostles were alive on the earth the doctrines of the church were left in their care whatever they would loose on Earth would be loosed in heaven whatever they would bind on Earth would be bound in heaven they were the curators of the original Church in their (06:13) era therefore it's called the apostolic era now I want you now to fast forward with me about a hundred years from this moment when the apostles took the reain of the church remember the church is built on the foundation of the Apostles teachings or their doctrines now about a hundred years after Christ left the Earth the last Apostle John the Beloved um this was around 90 ad this apostle was still alive he was on the aisle of patmas this Apostle had a church as a matter of fact it was only one two perfect churches of the seven churches (07:04) mentioned in the Book of Revelation and his church was the Church of Smyrna John had a congregation I want you to imagine that in your mind imagine going to Pastor John's Church one of the men that would be sitting on the front row when you got there if they had Rose I don't know what they had but if you were to walk in Pastor John's Church you would find one of his most Ardent followers sitting on the front Pew that gentleman's name was polycarp polycarp was a direct disciple and heir of the ministry and the teachings of the last Apostle which (07:56) was John now polycarp was a defender of the faith and I'm proud to tell you tonight as I make this video that I teach and preach everything that polycarp taught and preached why because he taught everything that the apostles preached and I have tested our teaching by polycarp's teachings and they line up perfectly now polycarp was very up age at this time but there was another man that lived at the same era of time and I want you to remember this name forever because this man that we're going to talk about had the same problem (08:51) that the quote unquote Christian church has to this very day the disease that started with this man has continued throughout the church ages even to this very day this gentleman he lived about 150 years after the birth of Jesus a 100 years after the death of Jesus he lived at the same time frame that John was on the aisle of patmas and polycarp had come into prominence as a leader of the true Apostolic Church the man's name was Marion m a r c i o n Marion was an arted follower of the teachings of Christ he was a Christian (09:51) by all means of the word he was a Christian he loved his precious Lord Jesus Christ believed in his teachings and was an adamant follower an Ardent follower of the Lord Jesus Christ he was a very wealthy man as a matter of fact marcion owned his own ship he was part of the shipping industry uh in that era in that area of time and space he was very prominent and very wealthy well if you're wealthy you have no problem problem getting followers just look at a church that has a pastor that employs everybody no problem filling his church (10:39) up with his workers and all their families Marion had a great following in the early Christian church now he was very strict in his theology very strict but Marion had a problem and it's going to be a problem that you may have had yourself when Merion looked at Jesus yua he saw a sweet kind and loving savior that taught us beautiful sweet things about loving our neighbor and being good to everybody and and uh he he saw that Jesus and that is the Jesus that he served as God that was his God but when Marion looked at the Jewish (11:39) Bible now remember marcion is reading uh Paul's letters and Luke's gospel and the synoptic gospels this is the Bible that marcion falls in love with the synoptic gospels the writings of Paul but when he looked at the Jewish Bible now when I say the Jewish Bible or the Hebrew Bible I'm referring to what we call the Old Testament when Merion would read that Old Testament he just could not stomach the god of that Old Testament and you know many of you might say oh that's horrible but the truth is it's very common it it (12:26) it was common in my own life I never could put Jesus in the same boat as God Yahweh now when I say Yahweh that's the god of Israel the one throughout the Old Testament the one that looks very different from Jesus Yahweh was a God of War he was a God that was sending diseases and plagues and a very vindictive God a God that demand did Law and Order a God that demanded obedience or else a God that was so uh detailed in his instructions he demanded the keeping of the Sabbath day and he demanded that you couldn't (13:18) eat certain food and he demanded if you didn't obey that he would cut you off and yet parenthetically on the other side of this dichotomous relationship is sweet little Jesus demands nothing he just came to die for your sins he demands nothing he makes no demands upon you whatsoever as a matter of fact he said just believe on me and you'll be saved when Marion looked at the Hebrew scriptures and their God it did not line up with his God Called Jesus so Marion began a movement and by the way you can Google everything (14:06) I'm teaching you right now you'll find it to be true Marion became vindictive against the Jews and their God he could not line this up in his mind and so he starts writing his own Bible now this is before the Canon of scripture marcion took out the Torah he took out the Tanakh which is the Old Testament he took it out completely from his Bible he was creating a Bible for Christians not for the Jews and their God but he was creating a Bible and he made a famous statement after he read about this legalistic harsh and V icve (14:59) God he made this statement it's written down in the annals of History he said about Yahweh father God that's not the God that I believe in that was Marion's famous words now before you condemn Marion before you judge him be very careful because you've been guilty of saying the same thing let me give you an example how many times have you heard someone say to you the God I serve would never do that or not the God I serve the God I serve is love the God I serve and ladies and gentlemen contained within that statement is the problem that lies at (15:54) the root of maronic Christianity before I continue with the story of Marion I want to take you back to the danger of serving the god of your imagination rather than the god of the Bible do you remember the story when Moses came down from the mountain and the children of Israel were worshiping a golden calf of course you do we've always thought that these Israelites were worshiping a false god that they converted to paganism maybe and they were worshiping a cow worshiping this golden calf but do you know that's not the case (16:38) whatsoever as a matter of fact if you go back and read the story the Hebrew children the Israelites got together they were concerned because Moses had gone up the mountain and not come back and guess what tomorrow was they were concerned because tomorrow was a feast Feast of Yahweh it was one of the seven annual Hol dayss and they were concerned that they were not going to be obedient and keep the feast like they were commanded to so they said to one another what are we going to do tomorrow is a feast under Yahweh and then someone said well why (17:20) don't we do like the Egyptians did where we just came from why don't we build an image that's like unto our God Yahweh well they got to talk him and they said well all right what would that image look like well remember Yahweh had just delivered them out of Egypt with a mighty hand the Bible says so let's build an animal that is mighty just like Yahweh well the mightiest of all animals is The Oxen The Oxen pulls the road so the Bible said they created an image likened unto Yahweh they were not trying to worship another God but what they (18:05) were worshiping was a god they had drawn up in their imagination and this is what Marion did he created a new God Called Jesus that was totally completely different than the Jews God Yahweh he wanted nothing to do with that God so without any church Authority whatsoever Marion created his own Christian Bible and uh he he banned the Old Testament out of that Bible oh I can't believe he would do that you say have you been to your church lately mention the Old Testament mention the law mention the commands of God (18:52) that's all found in the Old Testament and you'll find out just how quickly the spirit of marcion has lived on even to this day in regards to the Old Testament as a matter of fact I'll be talking to someone trying to prove a doctrine that we believe in and the very moment I quote a scripture from the Old Testament they say oh no but that's the Old Testament do you know that's the two biggest lies you've ever believed that there's two Testaments an old and a new there is no difference in the Testaments except for the signatories and I won't (19:28) explain that now but suffice it to say when marcion wrote his new Bible he only included the gospels and Paul's letters now how familiar does that sound to you I want you to think about it what's the favorite books that a modern Christian loves the sweet little gospels and Paul's writings now why do they love Paul's writing so much because just like I used to believe they believe that Paul was a against the Old Testament the law of God so therefore they're part of this maronic church now marcion wanted to be a church leader (20:10) so bad that he scheduled an interview with polycarp remember I talked earlier polycarp was a true disciple of apostolic Doctrine he still kept the Sabbath day I can prove it he still kept the holy days I can prove it years 60 70 years after Christ died he was still keeping all of those things someone told him that Marcon was writing a Bible that did not include the Old Testament or the Old Testament God do you know what polycarp said here's his words and I quote shame on the Eraser of marcion what what do he mean by that (21:01) because Marion had taken an eraser to Yahweh the god of the Old Testament he had written him out of the Christian faith are you surprised you shouldn't be I'll prove it to you when I walk in a Christian church and I say the name Yahweh you would you would be shocked the looks that I get oh he's a Jew he's trying to be a Jew I'm trying to be biblical not Jewish the Jews can I give you a hint refuse to say the name Yahweh so how am I trying to be Jewish I'm as against Judaism as I am Catholicism because Catholicism don't know the name (21:51) the Jews know the name and refuse to say it both are wrong we are not Jewish we are not in the religion of Judaism we are in the religion of the Bible the word of God from old to new now Marcon desperate to have credibility in the Christian church scheduled a meeting with polycarp ah what a meeting this was going to be he walked up to polycarp's house the sainted faithful leader of the True Church of God and he told polycarp do you not know who I am he expected polycarp to be impressed because he had such a large following or (22:36) he owned a ship or he was wealthy or he was a leader with a following but here was polycarp's words to marcion and I quote yes I know who you are you're the first born child of Satan wow polycarp be kind brother this is a believer in Christ you're talking to this is a man that deeply loves Jesus that deeply loves the Beatitudes and the gospels he's got faith in Christ polycarp be careful and yet again I quote polycarp's words the firstborn child of Satan why because Marion had delivered another gospel a Jesus that taught a different message (23:37) than his father taught which was obedience to the Commandments of God so in our ministry several years ago we had an Awakening we come to understand that we had been believing Marion's version of The Gospel a jees Jesus that's all love requires nothing of us no Commandments all done away with marcion his Spirit lives on through the churches of his day and this day but we had an Awakening and we went back and studied the word of God from Genesis to Revelation without our Pentecostal glasses without our carismatic glasses (24:24) but strictly reading the word and guess what we found out that the Commandments of God the law of God is forever the Torah is beautiful it's the instructions in righteousness now many of you watching you may not understand what we mean when we say the Torah I have five lessons about the layers of the law you need to watch it it will explain the Torah and how it applies to a Christian's life and how do we deal with some of the nuances of the Torah that cannot be kept today I thank you
