Now, what happened was the Congress created multiple agencies. Um uh tons of just what we now call bureaucracy. Agencies that are unelected and they answer to no one. All of these different departments in our federal government basically run our government and they're unelected. (00:40) Many years ago, I did a podcast and it on technocracy and how our nation is run by technocrats. So, when the Congress created all of these agencies, they came up with this caveat and they placed those agencies in the executive department and then told the president, "But you can't run those agencies." That has existed for since 1930s. (01:18) And so, when Donald Trump became president, he wanted to make many changes in these agencies. You know, he fired several people and they sued him and said, "You can't fire them because the president doesn't run these agencies." So, everywhere Trump would turn to drain the swamp, he found that he couldn't drain it because of the Humphrey's Act, I believe is the name of it. (01:50) I may be wrong on that, but I think that's the name of it. Today, moments ago, you don't even realize what happened. The Supreme Court just overturned that unconstitutional law that the Congress passed saying that the president does not run the executive agencies. From this day forward Donald John Trump is in charge of the federal government and all of her agencies. (02:30) This was passed moments ago by a ruling from the Supreme Court that literally has Washington in an uproar right now. He can fire and hire whoever he wants to. He has full control of the swamp starting now. It's a great day. Also, we had another And by the way, share this right now. People don't even know this happened. (02:59) They have no idea the magnanimity of this ruling today. Literally our federal government is now under the control of a president, like it should have always been, but it wasn't. We also had another Supreme Court ruling this morning that has discouraged a lot of MAGA. The Supreme Court ruled that in the federal election that votes can be counted if they come in on election day as long as they're stamped by election day they can still be counted I believe up up to 5 days later. (03:42) Now, a lot of people were discouraged by that, but not me. Because I'm Professor Toto. And I see the news behind the news. What's behind the curtain like that little dog Toto in The Wizard of Oz, pulled the curtain back. Well, this is actually a great thing. Because I believe this is why many of our senators have not endorsed the SAVE Act. (04:11) They were waiting for this ruling. Because if the Supreme Court would have ruled that you could not count votes after election day, then maybe they would not have the impetus to get on board. But now that the Supreme Court has ruled you can vote after the or you can count votes after the election, this is going to be what saves the SAVE Act. So, it's a great day in America.
